Korea takes part in overseas business by use of accumulated advanced technology through construction of the worlds first 765kV double circuit transmission system designed with pure local technology. 'Development Study on the Power System Network Analysis in Myanmar' was received in the year 2001 and was completed in the year 2002. The following project,'Feasibility Study and Basic Designs for the 500kV Transmission System in Myanmar' has been in progress since January, 2004. With regards to this project the master plan for the Myanmar long term power system was submitted in January 2005, and now the basic designs for the 500kV transmission system construction are in progress. Technical data for the design of the transmission line is calculated using a very complex numerical formula that is almost impossible to be completed by hand. So the transmission technical calculation system was developed to calculate and support Myanmar technical data for the design of transmission line with respect to factors such as wind prossure load, tower design data conductor design data and insulator design data on the basis of weather conditions for the Myamar transmission line design area of the Myanmar 500kV trans- mission line construction basic design.

The purpose of this study is to provide a basic datd for establishing a basic park management plan for Bulamsan Urban Nature Park. This research surveys very closely about the present condition of the natural ecosystem based on the examination and analysis of the present condition. This research suggests development and management methods for environment-friendly park by understanding damages on the ecosystem due to overuse, as well as park facilities and their effects on the surrounding environment, using quantative analysis. The three steps: researching the present condition research, ecosystem evaluation, and park management plan were taken in order. The present condition research is based on the general condition, natural environment, and natural ecosystem data. In the ecosystem evaluation, wildlife habitats evaluation, landscape evaluation, and biotope type research which is a materialized form of the plant ecosystem were excuted based on the present condition research data. In the park management plan step, 1) classified ecosystem and landscae preservation zone, ecosystem protection zone and ecosystem restoration zone as ecosystem and landscape preservation plan, 2) plannings for ecosystem, fine landscape preservation, damaged area restoration and recovery plan were established in order to suggest environment-friendly plan,

In this study, a relational database program to manage the data involved in forest planning was developed in such a way to simulate the whole process of 'Younglim' planning in Korean National Forest System. Using the pull-down menu system of various functions required for developing 'Younglim' plan, the database program can handle the data of forest inventory, 10-year working plans, annual working plans and the history of forest operations automatically and simultaneously. The model was designed to run under the environment of Korean version of Windows 95. Visual Basic 5.0 was used as the basic tool for programming and Microsoft ACCESS as the basic engine of the database system. In this paper, the process of designing the structure of database program following the process of 'Younglim' plan and the structure of the model are discussed. In addition, the functions of menu system are presented using the screen-mode output windows of the model.

Railroad a field of basic industries in Korea had developed as representative transportation means in the interior. But since the 1970s, its transport requirement decrease had influenced in reduced earning. Thus railroad try to find a various subsidiary earning creations. Among the various subsidiary earning creations, a plan of privately financed station buildings is constructing and using. For the mean time the privately financed station have been constructed by in a narrow sensible development. But now like a Yongsan areas surrounding stations development, comprehensive development think over surrounding stations in a wide sensible development. Dae Jaen Station the traffic center of the south part in Seoul had been constructed by privately financed station of Lotte Shopping Co.

This paper suggests the developing scheme of trade-finding site after observing the customer-finding methods, which is the most basic in trade, among all kinds of customer-finding methods by using the internet and discussing the present condition and problems of trade-finding site which is used most frequently.

Telecommuting becomes a new form of work according to the development of information technology. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the interior space planning of telecommuting centers by means of surveying office workers' opinions. The major findings of this research are as follows. The opinion about whether to use telecommuting center if provided is showed highly positively. In the matter of space type of telecommuting center, 'mixing type I (open plan office but division with high partition)' is the most preferred, the next, is 'closed type'. The most preferred type of workstation is 'independent type', the next is 'X type' and the third is 'link type'. Preferred partition height is '1,300-1,500mm'. When planning telecommuting center, the most important element of space plan is 'size and layout of workstation' and the second is 'private space for confidential work'. In public workplace, the most important element 'refreshment space', and the second one is 'mailing system'.

kEPCO is now conducting a project called the "Feasibility Study & Basic Designs for the 500kV Transmission System in Myanmar" as its second overseas project following the "Development Study on the rover System Network Analysis in Myanmar" performed from 2001 to 2002. As a part of this project, this paper deals with the analysis process and results of the demand forecasts, master plan for transmission system expansion, and the major factors for the new 500kV transmission facilities.

It has been passed around two decades since the CM is introduced in December 1996. And 20 years have passed. Construction Technology Management Act is the enacted of 1987, since Independence Hall fire in 1986. In the meantime, basic background and operational rather than the development of regulations that skewed had a voice of concern. Accordingly, Ministry of land is promoting a full-scale revision that Construction Technology Promotion law as switching to promote and support the necessity from Regulatory and management-oriented paradigm. In this paper, according to the Construction and Technology Promotion law amended in the course of doing business, was conducting research for drawn counterstrategy through SWOT analysis that was not the side of owner but CM company.

The object of this study is to offer a basic reference for improving students' housing into a desirable living environments at small-sized local city. To do so, this study is to analyze residential choice elements and interior environment satisfaction of students around Samcheok national university at user's point. Trough the field survey and questionnaire about students' housing, the student's residential environment is almost composed of one room type of multifamily housing. But students' housing of this type is insufficient to the housing level which they demand. To obtain the real features as theirs housing, the development of the plan type to reflect the their actual demand is necessary. The results of this study can be applied to the actual design of hiring students' housing.
