For global electronic market, several market place standards are developing now. Though, a standard is different from others they are pursuing the same purpose of uniworld market. In this study, two standards(ebXML and UDDI) which are most strong enough to urge field engineers to consider the standards in making their products were focused. Additionally, the development priorities of ebXML which were viewed from field engineers were summarized. Finally, government actions required by field engineers to promote the development of global market place were summarized.

Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs) are becoming increasingly important to solve the issue of health care. IEEE 802.15.6 is a wireless communication standard for WBANs, aiming to provide a real-time and continuous monitoring. In this paper, we present our development of a modified Markov Chain model and a backoff model, in which most features such as user priorities, contention windows, modulation and coding schemes (MCSs), and frozen states are taken into account. Then we calculate the normalized throughput and average access delay of IEEE 802.15.6 networks under saturation and ideal channel conditions. We make an evaluation of network performances by comparing with IEEE 802.15.4 and the results validate that IEEE 802.15.6 networks can provide high quality of service (QoS) for nodes with high priorities.

This study set up hierarchies and indices of manmade disasters and determined weighted values and priorities of the evaluation indices for each hierarchy. It found that the relative importance of the prevention sphere is the most essential in measuring the weighted values and priorities, followed by that of the countermeasure sphere. The reason is that manmade disasters are sure to lead to damages, against which countermeasures should be taken by all means to search and save the injured persons.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify the needs of art education suppliers and consumers and develop service models for an art education platform. In order to overcome the limitations of existing services limited to instructor-student customizing functions, our services take into account comprehensive relationships among various stakeholders and activities that constitute the art ecosystem Design/methodology/approach We reviewed the relevant reference and conducted interviews and surveys with stakeholders of art education market, so that identified the demand and functional priorities. Findings We identified the demand and functional priorities for customizing to as to develop major service models(i.e. service models for lessons, cubes, and businesses) for the art education platform.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the current state of the organization's information security system in the context of COVID-19 on the basis of public-private partnership. The development of public-private interaction in information security is one of the priorities of the state policy of many estates. Among the priorities of public-private partnership in cybersecurity and information security, there is an expansion of interaction between government agencies and private scientific institutions, public associations and volunteer organizations, including in training, as well as increasing the digital literacy of citizens and the security culture in cyberspace. As a result of the study, the foundations of the organization's information security system in the context of COVID 19 were formed on the basis of public-private partnership.

In Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-Water) has seen four problems rising in four aspects of property management of approximately 1,300 buildings scattered through put to country. To solve these, ground data for repair and replacement works to be conducted for prevention will be prepared and building maintenance system (hereinafter referred to as PBMS) intended to record related repair and replacement work histories and calculate LCC of the related these items will be developed. PBMS, a web-based system, will be developed for users' convenience and data monitoring in real time. To sum up, PBMS are expected to maximize efficiency in four aspects including the establishment of repair and replacement work plans for prevention, history management, DB for predicting future work to be occurred and enable the determination of priorities by being developing into facility condition assessment systems through the results of analysis of repair and replacement histories and LCC.

The purpose of this study was to explore the situations of farm stay and visit's perceptions in rural Korea. The data were collected by questionnaire and case study, and obtained from 104 visitors, 104 host farmers, 104 village people in twenty two rural villages from September 20, 2002 to November 21, 2002 and analyzed by SPSS WIN 10. The statistical method was crosstabulation and chi-square. The major findings of this study were as follows; First, the priorities of government policy for farm stay were to build the physical infrastructure such as village road and parking lot, to help farmers make relations with urban people, and to provide the learning opportunities for their business. Second, the main barriers for farm stay were the deficit for improving their facilities. And the income within their farm stay has been low at government policy village. Third, most of host farmers liked to make relations with their village people. The priorities of their relations were to improve natural and social environment of their villages, to develop the special brands, and to manage village tourism programs.

Objectives: The purpose of the research is understand the priorities of national competency standards vocational key competence factors in nurse who is work in Seoul and Incheon. Methods: The design of this study is descriptive investigation research, and the subjects were 144 nurse. we establish the vocational key competency defined in national competency standards as analytic hierarchy analysis model. The vocational key competency has 10 categories and 34 sub-categories. And based on the survey in nurse, the weight representing relative importance of each factor were calculated by using analytic hierarchy process method. Results: The analytic hierarchy process analysis on 10 categories showed that professional ethics(0.149) was higher than any other categories while that of numeracy(0.040) was at the bottom. And the analysis on sub-categories revealed that the most important factors in each categories included the Ethical community(Professional ethics), Conflict management skills(Interpersonal skills), Problem solving capability(Problem-solving skills), Listening skills(Communication skills), Applicable technical skills(Technical skills), Ability to understand business(Ability to understand organizational structures), Information processing capabilities(Information capacity), Self-management skills(Self-development capability), Ability to manage time(Resource management capabilities), Basic math skills(Numeracy). Conclusions: The results in this study can be used as basic data for the development of liberal arts curriculum for Nursing.

In the field of food and drug, the role of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety is becoming more important for national and public safety as well as national development and improvement of public welfare. Food and drug statistics are being used to determine the priorities and directions of policy for the promotion of public health and the development of the health industry. This study focuses on statistics from the MFDS. Through the analysis of the MFDS's statistics, the current status of the MFDS's production statistics was identified, and the survey of utilization and satisfaction of the MFDS's statistics was conducted on food and drug experts who actually use the statistics of the MFDS. In order to identify problems of the MFDS statistics, environmental factors affecting the MFDS statistics were derived, and the priorities of improvement tasks for its statistics were identified using AHP and IPA. In addition, the current situation of the statistical system, which serve as the basic coordinate for the establishment and execution of domestic food and drug policies, was identified and implications were provided.

This study aimed to examine the policy priorities to enhance the service quality of the agro-healing for mental health care using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). The subjects were 67 people working in mental health institutions. The result of the IPA for the design of the agro-healing policy, in a total of 5 policy areas, the importance and performance were found to be 'above average', and it was confirmed that 'Keep up the Good Work' level. This is thought to have had a positive effect on raising the policy awareness of experts in mental health related institutions as the government's support for agro-healing and R & D increased according to the enactment of the act. Therefore, the results of this study provided basic information on the development and revitalization of agro-healing service quality for mental health care.
