LTPS technology based on SLS Crystallization was intensively reviewed. LTPS structure produced by SLS crystallization is composed of much larger grains compared with conventional ELA crystallization structure, which can give higher TFT performances. However, TFT performance uniformity and anisotropy problem should be solved for it to be used in mass production. TFT performance uniformity was from main grain boundary position and could be solved by equal defect area structure $(EDAS^{TM})$. TFT performance anisotropy could be also solved by multi-channel (MC) structure that can make parallel component in perpendicular channel direction. The higher TFT performances from SLS technology can make superior optical and/or electrical properties and has been adopted in mass production successfully.

The computational studies on the cavitating flow around a turbopump inducer were performed to see the effect of the cavitation on the performance of the inducer. The development of cavities around the inducer blades and the head drop of the inducer are observed as the inlet pressure reduces. The change of the backflow at the inducer inlet is also observed with the development of the cavities. The size of the backflow reduces as the inlet pressure is reduced due to the development of the cavities around the blades. The predicted suction performances of the inducer were compared with the experimental results. The results show that the computations overestimate the suction performances of the inducer than the experiments.

The existing mobile antenna networks in the military use have been operated by the manual pointing between two antennas. The work presented here describes the study of ATPC(Automatic Tracking and Pointing Control) system between facing antennas and the related tracking and pointing performances. This system is able to automatically track the maximum RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indication) value from the source's RF(Radio Frequency) signal and then control for maintaining the LOS(Line of Sight) between two antennas. The system has three major units; the driving unit consisting of motors, harmonic drives and encoders, the sensor unit with a GPS(Global Positioning System) and AHRS(Attitude and Heading Reference System) and the control unit regulating all the tracking and pointing events. By using PI(Proportional and Integral) controller, this system is able to properly track and point the other antenna under the external disturbance like the wind load. Both the simulation and the experimental works have been successively carried out to prove the performances of the system.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of demographic factors (age and job status), level of ICT skills possessed by respondents and ICT use on task performances of library personnel. The study employed correlation design. Thirteen public universities were purposely selected while total enumeration was adopted to study 248 library personnel made up of librarians and library officers in public university libraries in South-west, Nigeria. Data was collected by questionnaire. The study established significant positive correlation between age, job status, ICT skills and task performance. Also, Anova test found significant joint influence of age, job status, ICT skills and ICT use on task performances of respondents. The study further indicated that age, job status, ICT skills possessed by respondents and ICT use had relative significant influence on task performances of respondents. It is therefore recommended that, library personnel must leverage their demographics positively to bring about positive disposition to their jobs while all categories of staff must ensure they possessed the requisite ICT skills that will ginger ICT use for effective task performance.

In this paper, we introduce the software and hardware of the measuring system for performances of traction and braking in KTX(Korea Train eXpress). The measuring system focuses on the verification of the performance and acquisition of test data. The software controls the hardware of the measuring system, performs the analysis and calculation of measurement data and acts as interface between users and the hardware. For this purpose, three programs, such as a measuring program, a back-up program and a post-processing program, have developed.

In this empirical study, we try to find major factors influencing the selection of technology acquisition strategy, and to examine the relation between technology acquisition strategies and corporate performances. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, it is required to make intrinsic efforts for the harmony of technology acquisition strategies, which guarantees the effective acquirement of new technology. Secondly, we should pay particular attention to the harmony of external and internal resources for the corporate growth, Finally, the development of new technology is to be made on the basis of technology acquisition strategy established in terms of resources.

Intraspecific hybrids have been proven to be a useful tool for increase growth rate in some freshwater fish species. However the effects of intraspecific hybrids in seawater fish species is little known. To assess whether intraspecific hybrids in red sea bream was associated with growth enhancement, growth performances of offspring from two inbred lines, selected Korean line (KORDI-F4) and cultured Japanese line (IPN) and two intraspecific hybrids lines (KORDI-F4♀×JPN♂ and JPN♀×KORDI-F4♂) of red sea bream were compared. There's no significant difference in body weight between offspring groups during seed production period (until 4 months old). At seven months old (after three months rearing trials on sea cages communally), the offspring from KORDI-F4 (41.0±11.1g) and JPN♀×KORDI-F4♂ (39.3±8.1g) showed significantly better performance in body weight than that of the offspring from KORDI-F4♀×JPN♂ (37.0±8.1g) and IPN (35.7±9.7g). At 15 months old, the offspring from JPN♀×KORDI-F4♂ showed best growth performances in body weight, weight gain, specific growth rate among four offspring groups. As the results, the intraspecific hybrids between cultured Japanese line and selected Korean line showed superior growth performances than their paternal and maternal inbred lines.

본 연구는 국내의 대표적인 8개 전자책 제공업체를 대상으로 기술개발, 콘텐츠, 서비스 분야에서 16개 평가항목을 가지고 그들의 성능을 평가하였다. 6점 척도로 평가한 결과, 종합적으로 가장 우수한 전자책 제공업체는 교보문고, 북큐브, 리디북스, 인터파크의 순서로 나타났으며, 기술개발분야에서는 북큐브가, 콘텐츠 분야에서는 교보문고가, 그리고 서비스 분야에서는 교보문고와 리디북스가 우수한 것으로 드러났다. 가장 취약한 항목은 '자가출판 지원유무', '가독성', '홍보의 필요성', '콘텐츠 보유종수' 항목 등으로 나타나 이들 항목에 대한 개선이 요구되었다. 제언으로는 우수한 기능의 단말기 개발, 효율적인 인터페이스 개발, 가독성 향상, 콘텐츠 주제의 다양화, 콘텐츠의 최신성 유지, 멀티미디어 자료의 개발 및 확보, 그리고 적극적인 홍보정책을 제시하였다.
