본 논문은 전문대학 비서 관련학과의 융합 형 인재 개발을 위한 표준화 역량기반과 이원적 전공기반의 다중 기반에 근거한 교과과정체계 수립을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 수도권 비서관련 학과 분석을 통해 요소능력을 추출, 역량계열화 및 그룹핑을 토대로 도출한 역량군과 NCS에서 제시하고 있는 표준화 역량을 기저로 현행 교과의 역량 표준화 기반을 시안적으로 제안하고 이를 현행 H여대 비서 인재과의 이원적 교과과정과 교직시킴으로써 다중기반 교과과정 체계를 수립하고자 하였다. 이는 비서 분야와 경영, 회계, 행정 기타 분야가 서로 융합하여 이원적으로 이루어진 여타 비서관련 학과의 교과과정 수립에 시사점을 줌으로써 역량기반 융합 형 인재개발의 프레임웍을 이룰 수 있는 하나의 제언이 될 것이라 생각한다.

만화창작 교육환경의 변화와 웹툰 플랫폼의 다양화에 의해 웹툰작가의 등용방법이 다양하게 제시되고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 웹툰전문인력 양성을 위해 한국만화영상진흥원과 한국콘텐츠진흥원은 창작자에게 직 간접적인 지원을 시행하고 있다. 한국콘텐츠진흥원에서 진행하고 있는 콘텐츠창의인재 동반사업은 콘텐츠 전문 인력 양성을 위한 중점과제로 멘토와 멘티(창의교육생)간 밀착식 숙련과정을 통해 창작능력개발과 일자리 창출, 창의 창작활동 지원체제 구축과 프로젝트 과정을 통한 상업화 지원을 지원하는 사업이다. 이 사업은 모집, 선발의 과정을 거쳐 주관하는 기관이 제공하는 교육프로그램을 통해 교육훈련개발 되었으며 일정기간 동안 창작활동에 대한 보상도 이루어진 모델이다. 그러나 사업기간이 1년 이하로 인적자원관리로 배출된 웹툰인재들의 지속적 유지, 관리가 시행되고 있지 못한 것이 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국콘텐츠진흥원의 콘텐츠창작자 개발사업인 창의인재 동반사업 중 웹툰인재 양성을 위한 인적자원 개발 모델인 창의인재동반사업을 인적자원론으로 분석하였으며, 웹툰작가의 인적자원모델 개발의 특성을 기반으로 전략적 인적자원모델을 제시하였다.

Purpose: This study is conducted to identify the impacts of tax exemption on community benefit, policy, human resource management, and public benefit. Based on the results of analysis, we explore several avenues to raise public benefit that is central to the value of existence of non-for-profit hospitals in Korea. Methodology: Survey was formulated referring to the US IRS tax exemption criteria, Form990/Schedule H, and Korean public hospital criteria. A total of 182 survey responses were collected and used to verify measurement validity and perform reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and path analysis. Findings: The result of this study showed positive relationships among; i) tax development and planning, ii) planning and human resource management, iii) human resource management and policy, iv) policy and community benefit, v) community benefit and public benefit. Practical Conclusion: Tax exemption affects community benefit and public benefit directly as well as indirectly. This implies that expanding tax exemption is likely to improve public benefit mediating community benefit.

Human resources play a key role in developing and enhancing the manner in which an organization change. In fact, the role of human resource-related quality management has contributed greatly to the growth of the organization in both the short and long term. The purpose of the current study is to identify factors that influence human resource retention in Hanoi in the backdrop of growing economic performance of Hanoi in Vietnam's economy. Primary data was collected through questionnaires of 280 respondents from the four districts in Hanoi, including 25.2% of respondents working in Cau Giay district, 21.2% in Dong Da district, 34.2% in Ha Dong district, and 19.4% in Thanh Xuan district. After applying Cronbach's Alpha and Explore Factor Analysis (EFA) analysis, Durbin-Watson test, empirical results demonstrate that relationship among co-workers has a significant and positive contribution on the maintenance of human resources in the organization. Additionally, higher welfare facilities for an employee are more likely to impact the maintenance of human resources in the organization. Factors such as working environment, job placement, and leadership relationship have no adverse effect on the maintenance of human resources, although a positive impact could be established in all cases.

Undergraduate freshmen are currently encountering numerous difficulties in adapting to college life due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, several studies have underlined the need to develop interventions focused on undergraduate students' resilience during this situation. We adopted the service design method in identifying the difficulties faced by undergraduate freshmen during this pandemic, and also developed interventions for raising their resilience. The service design method is a person-centered approach which adopts the user's viewpoint in developing solutions, thereby enabling their requirements to be satisfied. Surveys and in-depth interviews revealed that undergraduate freshmen were experiencing psycho-emotional problems which were derived from schoolwork and college life. This is particularly the case with students who are experiencing greater levels of academic difficulty, and were insufficiently equipped with resources such as stress-coping strategies and social support. Four undergraduate freshmen were recruited online to test the effectiveness of a resource promotion program aimed at enhancing their resilience. This program has proved to be helpful in relieving daily/academic stress and in building relationships among freshmen, regarding which the participants showed a high level of satisfaction. The results were discussed by focusing on psycho-emotional difficulties and resources of college freshmen, as well as the effectiveness of the resource promotion program. Further research is required in order to verify the efficiency of the program and to confirm conclusions.

Freight Forwarders is very important of logistics industry but it still has a lot of problems which have to be improved. The purposes of this study are realizing the current state of freight forwarders and suggesting the developing strategies. It is necessary to make proper size, develop of human resource and construct of information system for development of freight forwarders. Furthermore, it requires more efforts of company and government such as support of tax, support of investment in freight forwarders.

린 건설이 소개되어진 이후 많은 린 건설 관련 연구들이 진행되어지고 있다. 하지만 기존의 연구들은 린 건설 개념과 기법 개발에 중점을 두고, 기계적 합리성과 기술적 효율성만을 향상시키는데 그 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 린 건설의 인적 자원 측면에서의 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 도입 초기 단계인 국내의 린 건설의 활성화와 보급화를 위해서는 한번쯤 이러한 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다. 왜냐하면 린 건설 도입 초기 단계에 있어서 린 건설에 필요한 많은 기능들을 수행하고 이의 잠재성을 성공적으로 이끌어내기 위해서는 참여 건설 인력의 잠재성과 능력에 상당 부분 의존할 수 발 에 없기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 현장 조사에 앞서 미국 내 린 건설을 적용하고 있는 건설 현장의 원도급자와 하도업자를 포함한 작업 인력들에 대해 설문조사 및 인터뷰를 통해 린 건설이 인적자원과 어떠한 관련이 있으며 어떤 효과를 제공할 수 있는 지에 관하여 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 린 건설이 건설 현장에서 적절히 도입되고 수행되어질 경우 인적 자원의 능력 향상 및 작업 동기 유발에 큰 도움이 될 수 있음을 보여준다. 린 건설은 무엇보다도 공사 참여자들 간의 관계 개선에 중점을 두고 있기 때문에 린 건설을 수행하는데 있어서 인적자원과의 연관성을 잊어서는 안 될 것이다.

사이버 공간의 지능적 범죄 증가와 예상치 않은 인터넷 대형 보안사고로 많은 물적 피해가 해마다 늘고 있는 상황이다. 이에 대형보안 사고 후 컴퓨터 범죄 수사를 위해 디지털 포렌식 기술은 필수적인 보안 분야로 자리하고 있다. 그러나 실질적으로 국내 디지털 포렌식 기술을 완비한 보안 전문 수사 인력은 미비한 편이다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 보안사고의 과학 수사를 위한 보안 인력 양성 방안 중 하나로 대학 내 디지털 포렌식 교과 과정의 단계별 교육 과정 내용 제시하였다. 효과적인 단계별 교육 과정 제안을 위해, 현직 전문가의 인터뷰와 포커스그룹 회의 및 관련 연구를 통해 디지털 포렌식 교과 과정을 선별한 후, 이와 관련 각 과목 별 실무 적합도 및 난이도에 관한 설문조사와 인터뷰를 현직 수사관과 보안전문가를 대상으로 실시하였다. 이를 분석하여 향후 실무적응력이 높은 인력 양성을 위한 단계별 디지털 포렌식 교과 과정 설계하고 발전적인 제언과 방안을 도출하였다.

아프리카를 비롯한 개발도상국은 균등한 교육기회 박탈, 열악한 교육여건, 선진국과의 정보화 격차 등으로 인적자원개발이 미미한 실정이다. 우수한 인적자원을 확보하지 못한 개발도상국은 선진국과의 세계화 경쟁에서 더욱 뒤쳐지고 있어, 개발도상국의 '인적자원개발' 문제는 시급히 해결해야 할 과제가 아닐 수 없다. 개발도상국은 교육 예산이 교육수요를 충족하고 의무 교육을 달성하기에 턱없이 낮은 수준이어서 양적으로 증가하는 교육 수요에 적절히 대응하지 못하고 있는 실정이며, 이러한 교육예산의 부족 문제는 교육 인프라 부족 문제로 연결이 된다. 본 연구에서는 NAS기반의 서버를 구성하여 교육 콘텐츠 및 학습관리 등의 기능을 구성하고, 클라이언트 영역은 태블릿, PC, 빔 프로젝터 등 다양한 미디어를 활용이 가능하도록 솔루션을 제시하여, 인트라넷 환경의 어학교육 지원을 위한 쾌적한 교육환경의 구성 및 SCORM 기반의 플랫폼을 구축을 통한 개발도상국의 최적화된 이러닝 서비스를 지원하고자 한다.

The purpose of the study is to improve in-service fisheries & shipping affiliate teachers informative and professional presentation. The sensible solution to this problem is to analyze about the opinion of in-service fisheries & shipping affiliate teachers about Certification Training Program during 10 years. We provide the suggestion about the coming certification training program that satisfy the need of the trainee and that can be effectively applied into practical teaching movement in school. According to these conclusion, it is estimated that in-service fisheries & marine teacher don't have the negative view of certification training program. By the way Combination subject education program was significantly improved by developing the program on the basis of the fisheries & shipping affiliate teachers' opinion.
