  • 원문제공서비스는 변화하는 디지털 정보환경과 저작권법에 영향을 받아왔다. 본 논문은 국내외 원문제공서비스 기관인 BL(영국), NLA(호주), subito(독일어권), JST(일본), KERIS와 KISTI(국내)의 동향을 분석하고 각국의 저작권법을 비교한 후, 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 논문은 원문제공서비스 기관이 이용자의 요구를 만족시키는 새로운 전략을 수립하는데 도움이 되고자 하였다.

  • Vessles in the world merchant fleet generally operate in either liner or bulk trade. The supply and the demand trend of general cargo ship are both on the ebb, however, those trend of tankers and containers are in slight ascension. Oil tankers are so far the largest single vessel type in the world fleet and the tanker market is often cited as a textbook example of perfect competition. Some shipping statistics in recent years show that there has been a radical fluctuation in spot charter rate under easy charterer's market. This implys that the proper scheduling of tankers under spot market fluctuation has the great potential of improving the owner's profit and economic performance of shipping. This paper aims at developing the TS-DSS(Decision Support System for Tanker Scheduling) in the context of the importance of scheduling decisions. The TS-DSS is defined as the DSS based on the optimization models for tanker scheduling. The system has been developed through the life cycle of systems analysis, design, and implementation to be user-friendly system. The performance of the system has been tested and examined by using the data edited under several tanker scheduling scenarios and thereby the effectiveness of TS-DSS is validated satifactorily. The authors conclude the paper with the comments on the need of appropriate support environment such as data-based DSS and network system for succesful implementation of the TS-DSS.

  • 본 연구에서는 정보통신 시장의 급격한 변화를 감지하여 경제 및 사회적 미래예측을 함으로써 고객의 니즈에 부합하기 위한 미래기술을 발굴하기 위하여 통계적 메타 분석을 실시하여 미래기술예측을 위한 트렌드를 도출하였다. 특히, 핵심미래기술의 예측을 위해 주요 핵심트렌드를 기술, 고객니즈 차원에서 검토하고, 도출된 동인과 장애요인을 기반으로 한 메타 분석을 통하여 핵심미래기술을 도출하고 우선순위를 통하여 미래기술을 예측하였으며, ICT분야에서 메타 분석을 이용하여 예측 가능한 미래기술을 도출하여 미래기술개발 로드맵 작성을 위한 프로세스를 제시하였다.

친환경 패션 문화 조성을 위한 캠페인 티셔츠에 관한 연구 (Study on the Campaign of Using T-Shirts to Establish an Environmentally-Friendly Fashion Culture)

  • The hot-wave of campaign for fashion brands has itself become a fashion trend now. In order to participate in this popular trend, every brand has launched a new campaign of developing T-shirts each season with a social issue as the design concept. Such a campaign plan is related to the brand's image-making. Each brand has its own slogan based on various themes related to social issues. Since the environment is the hottest social issue these days, most campaigns' T-shirts also focus on the image of environmental-friendliness. The purpose of this study is to elucidate environmentally-friendly fashion culture in daily life so that "environmental-friendliness" would be positively cognized by people in everyday life. For that, the design of these T-shirts following the environmental campaign will be developed and their utilization potential will be clarified. The detail contents of the study are as follow. First, the meaning of the environmental campaign and trends of environmental campaigns in Korea and overseas will be explored in order to identify their theoretical contents. Second, the environmental campaigns will be classified by case. Analysis of the expression and characteristic of each case will determine the utilization plan. Third, design directions will be suggested based on the characteristics produced from the case study. As the study conclusion, five environmental campaign T-shirts will be produced.

현대 헤어스타일과 의상에 나타난 Junk Art적 디자인의 특성 (The Characteristics of Junk Art Design in Modern Hairstyle and Clothing)

  • The purpose of this study is to analize in the focus on junk art the relation between hairstyle and dress, and fine art which is one of the driving force of fashion change. The method of this study is to take into theoretically consideration junk art in the trend of art and to take into documental concideration the trend of junk art reflected on hairsyyle and dress. The results are as following. First, there's a trait of poverty. This means using something deserted in our life and expands a new expression world which introduces a new, poor beauty, refusing a existent, rich and arranged one. Second, there's a trait of machinery. In Junk Art, according to the appearance of the beauty of machines, it creates and introduces a mechanic aesthetics as a new- formative art by using industrial by-product. Third, there's a trait of nature. By Junk Art, there appears a trial to restore nature which has been neglected under the name of developing science technology. This expresses natural junk factor by emphasizing the nature itself using natural by-products. The Junk Art has influence on hairstyle and clothing and expands the expression world by some new ways and recognition about the benefaction and the damage of modern civilization.

  • 저작권의 보호 및 관리는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 디지털화에 매우 중요한 선결 과제로 이슈화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재의 국내외 미디어 서비스 현황을 조사 분석하고, 저작권 및 디지털 컨텐츠 보호를 위한 기술인 IPMP(Intellectual Property Management and Protection), DMP(Digital Media Project), ENTHRONE(End-to-end Qos through Integrated Management of Content, Networks and Terminals), DRM(Digital Rights Management)의 기술개발 현황을 조사 분석한다. 표준안이 마련되지 않은 현 시점에서 여러 업체 및 연구기관에서는 독자적인 기술 및 서비스를 개발하고 있으며, 솔루션을 연구개발하고 표준안을 마련하기 위해 세계 각국의 연구기관들이 공동으로 프로젝트를 진행하고 있다.

한국 패션마케팅 분야의 연구경향과 시사점: 2000년까지의 학회지 논문을 중심으로 (Research Trend in Korean Fashion Marketing and Its Implications: Based on Journal Publications by 2000)

  • The main objectives of this study were to examine the research trend in fashion marketing which has developed relatively recently among all subject areas in clothing and textiles, and to make suggestions regarding the future direction of the area. Research papers published in the first volume to the year 2000 volume of the Journal of the Korean Society of Clothing and Textiles, Journal of the Korean Home Economics Association, and Journal of the Korean Society of Costume were examined and a total of 252 papers were categorized as fashion marketing papers. The results showed that the research topics were concentrated around consumer behavior, particularly decision making stage, and approximately a quarter of the papers dealt with 4P's -product, price, place and promotion- in marketing. Over 80% of the papers used survey method, and more than half of the papers examined female subjects exclusively, while only 6 research papers focused on males. The results indicated how fashion marketing area has been developing and what are needed to expand and strengthen the area.

  • Merchandiser continue to play an important role in the exchange process by providing products for consumption. Merchandisers must still understand customer demands, analyze sale trends, select and present salable products. However, due to the competitive pressures in the apparel industry and the innovations required under QR business systems, the demands placed on merchandisers are changing. The purpose of this study is to present of the direction for fashion merchandising education. The direction for fashion merchandising are education summarized as follows; 1) Merchandising technology is the systematic application of information technology and Telecomunications to planning, developing, and presenting product lines in ways that reflect social and cultural value. Statistic Methods are developed and used to analyze data arising from a wide variety of applications. 2) Merchandising technology is to practise the technical and economic aspects of apparel production. Analysis of specific apparel manufacturing and management issues such as efficient manufacturing methods. 3) Merchandising technology is to forecast fashion trend according to consumer preference. Culture influences what people purchase and how those items are used forecasting fashion trend. 4) Merchandising technology is to practise communication skills used in formal and informal organization including interviews in particular language suited to their own business and professionnal careers. 5) Merchandising technology is to planning merchandise budgets and merchandise assortments based on more diverse forms of information. 6) Merchandising technology is to use techniques related hardware and software. 7) Merchandising technology is to learn participate in internship programs.

국내 발전기업의 아시아 화력발전플랜트 시장 진출전략 (A Domestic Power Companies' Strategy to Enter Asian Thermal Power Plant Market)

  • The power plant companies reached the culmination for growth in the domestic market. Besides, we have faced many challenges such as an electricity opening market trend for overseas, banning the use of coal due to the United nations framework convention on climate change, and the meticulous attention regarding the government's electricity charge plan. On the other hand, the overseas business has been a critical issue since China and many other developing countries expanded their projects abroad. Another factor is that power plant industry is being privatized, and it made the market regulation a bit loose. Thus, the market environment became favorable toward those companies which planned many overseas businesses. In this research, the power plant company's current condition for construction and operation as well as its technical competitiveness were analyzed, and an alternative plan using SWOT analysis for entering an oversea market was made. It dealt with both internal and external factors. Also, examined was the current situation under the power plant industry dealing with restructure for electric industry, lack of fossil fuel, and the United nations framework convention on climate change. From the research, it was suggested that many successful strategies to enter the overseas business by using the market trend I researched.

토픽모델링을 활용한 실내환경 분야 연구동향 파악 : 실내환경학회지 초록 사례연구 (An analysis of indoor environment research trends in Korea using topic modeling : Case study on abstracts from the journal of the Korean society for indoor environment)

  • The objective of this study is to identify the research trend in the field of indoor environment in Korea. We collected 419 papers published in the Journal of the Korean Society for indoor environment between 2004 and 2018, and attempted to produce datasets using a topic modeling technique, Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA). The result of topic modeling showed that 8 topics ("VOCs investigation", "Subway environment", "Building thermal environment", "School health", "Building particulate matter", "Asbestos risk", "Radon risk", "Air cleaner and treatment") could be extracted using Gibbs sampling method. In terms of topic trends, investigation of volatile organic compounds, subway environment, school health, and building particulate matter showed a decreasing tendency, while the building thermal environment, asbestos risk, radon risk, air cleaners, and air treatment showed an increasing tendency. The results of this topic modeling could help us to understand current trends related indoor environment, and provide valuable information in developing future research and policy frameworks.
