The number of the enterprises which utilize network technology has been increasing for solving problems such as productivity improvement, market trend analysis, and material collection for making decision. Especially, the management of equipment and the recovery time reduction when machines break down are very important factors in productivity improvement of the enterprise. Currently, most of the remote trouble diagnosis of equipment using the internet have just one function of transmitting the trouble information to the user. Therefore it does not directly reflect the user's recovery experience or the developer's new recovery methods. If the user's experienced recovery methods or the developer's recovery methods as well as the basic recovery methods are reflected online or on the internet, it makes it possible to recover faster than before. In this paper, we develop a Remote Monitoring Server (RMS) for chip mounters, and make it possible to reduce the recovery time by reflecting the user's experience and developer's new methods in addition to presenting the basic recovery methods. For this, trouble recovery concept will be defined. Based on this, many functions(trouble diagnosis, the presentation of the basic recovery methods, user's and developer's recovery method, counting function of the trouble number of each code, and presentation of usage number of each recovery methods) were developed. By utilizing the reports of the actual results of chip mounter and the notice function of the parts change time, the rate of operation of the chip mounter can be improved.

In this paper, we have proposed Architecture Development methodology which can connect both operational view and system view. The Functional Architecture can connect both user and developer, and it is located between Activity analysis and System analysis. We suggest the new architecture methodology using the Functional Architecture and it provides effect to analyze the connection between user(military) and developer(enterprise) in Defence R&D and the new Architecture with the feedback analyze activity on a point of system view and the new architecture make the functional architecture.

The purpose of the study is to set up factors for evaluating information systems which can meet both users' and developers' needs. These factors can be used as a framework in developing successful information systems. To achieve this purpose factors are selected first from the literature review by the previous studies. Then two different questionnaires based on selected factors were made up and distributed to two separate groups; users and developers. It appeared that there are significant differences on ranking and weighting for evaluation factors of information systems between the user and the developer. 185 factors for evaluating information systems are divided into 9 criteria based on their roles. There are significant differences on ranking under 6 out of 9 evaluation criteria between two groups. These are 'effectiveness', 'usability', 'user friendliness', 'documentation', 'output', 'maintenance'. However, there are no significant differences on factors in 'performance', 'developer', and 'user satisfaction' criteria. As a result of the study 185 factors for evaluating information systems were presented with rank.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the difference in facilities of natural recreation forests developed by public and private body to answer the research that what is the difference in development of natural recreation forest between public and private developer\ulcorner After reviewing the literatures, developer's decision-making and motivation of investment, and the planning process of natural recreation forest, we had constructed th conceptual framework and have found the hypothesis of this research. Using data on development status of natural recreation forests and questionnaire surveying of 625 visitors from 9 among 72 natural recreation forests in Korea, We analyzed the data through the comparison of quantity of facilities per 1000 visitors and logistic regression method for quality of facilities. We have found that 1) the six facilities have been turned out to be statistically significant in determining the difference of public and private recreation forests. i.e., infrastructure including roads, maintenance and information and lodging and evacuation, indoor education, outdoor education, and shopping, 2) public recreation forests are well equipped such basic facility as roads, maintenance and information, lodging and evacuation while private recreation forests are well equipped such facility as indoor education, outdoor education, and shopping, and 3) the importance of such facility as roads, maintenance and information, lodging and evacuation, outdoor education, and shopping have been turned out to have 1.99, 2.26, 1.99, 3.01 and 2.24 times more important than that of indoor education, respectively. We can conclude that public recreation forest seems to be equipped with the facilities for sound recreational opportunities for general public, and private recreation forest turned out to have more facilities for pursuit of profits, installed basic facilities for user convenience and service, and special facilities for attracting user and raising revenue. Using the results of this research, we can make a guideline for a market positioning, and standards and provisions of natural recreation forests. We suggest that the relationship between user-satisfaction and recreation facility is needed to be examined in the future research.

In order to minimize a biased view of evaluators in usability test, a multiple evaluation method so called Multi-Centered Usability Evaluation Method(MCUEM) was suggested and structured in this study. To use MCUEM, the existing evaluation methods were re-categorized into 'developer and evaluator-centered', 'evaluator-centered', 'user-centered', 'evaluator and user-centered', and the 'developer, evaluator, and user-centered methods. Furthermore, in order to verify the relevance of MCUEM, the usability of mobile phone was tested in this study. In results, it was found that different evaluation methods generated greatly different results, that showed the risk of using a particular usability method due to different perspectives of evaluators. At the same time, it was found that MCUEM could greatly minimize such biases. Therefore, it was concluded that using MCUEM could help the usability engineer design a test protocol with a minimal risk of bias due to different perspective of evaluators.

The multiplicity of software packages brings about a choice problem to the end-user and a multi-fold intensity to the competing developer. This study intends to provide guidelines solving the problems for both the end-user and the developer of packages for automatic statistical analyses. For the purpose, we adopt an appropriate evaluation model in terms of user-perceived quality through the applicable criteria and an evaluation method. The result of empirical study is described, which shows that the weight of each criterion is dynamic along usage levels. Briefly, functionality, usability, and reliability are key factors to contribute to the perceived quality. The empirical study also illustrates a comparative analysis on the dominant products, SAS and SPSS, in Korea.

The D&M(DeLone and McLean) IS(Information System) Success model has been widely studied in various criteria such as e-commerce and education, and many empirical research has been performed enough to execute meta-analysis from original model developed in 1992 to updated model in 2003. However, almost all researches have been validated end-user point of view those could lead IS success factors perceived by users but not applicable to developers because developers could not recognize from those result that how much gap exist between one's perception and users. Therefore, in this research, we apply D&M IS success model to A bank developers and users and compare perceptions by multi-group structural equation model.

The objective of this study was to criticize the model house of apartment and suggest a evaluation model which could be used as an effective tool. The evaluation model had been developed based on the theoretical framework suggested by previous results of research related on housing design, which comprised the following four components : 1) the paradigm of future home and life-style, 2) marketing effects of housing developer, 3) goals and principles of housing design and 4) results of user-preferences study, an evaluation model was suggested as a preliminary form which would be modified in detail after series of tests in the field. The evaluation model will be used to provide standardized criteria for the quality of model houses, and eventually help to improve the quality of apartment housing design by balanced information from theorist, user and developer.

The developer and user of weapon system must define the requirements of weapon system for the satisfaction of stakeholders and complexity of modern weapons in the developing process of weapon system. The perfect requirements reduce risks of the developing system in the initial step. It is not only economy of time and money but also good for the project of developing system. But, the perfect requirement is very difficult because of contradictions between the user and the developer, and limited conditions. So, the structured method and the process is needed for developing requirements.
