Recently, the kind and number of malicious code, which operates in Operation System of smart devices, are rapidly increasing along with the fast supplement of smart devices. Especially, smart devices based on Android OS have high potential of danger to expose to malicious code as it has an easy access to system authority. When using intent, the global message system provided from Android, inter approach between applications is available, and possible to access to created data by the device. Intent provides convenience to application development in the aspect of reusability of component however, it could be appointed as a risk element in security-wise. Therefore, if intent is used in malicious purpose, it is easy to lead the condition where is weak on security. That is, it is possible to control as accessing to resources which application is carrying to operate by receiving intents as making smart device uncontrollable or consuming system resources. Especially, in case of system authority is achieved, the risks such as smart device control or personal information exposure become bigger when misusing broadcast intent through malicious code. This paper proposes a corresponding method of security vulnerability of Android intent that monitors the appearance of intent with intent pattern inspection, detects and blocks unidentified pattern intent.
Currently, Intelligent femoral prostheses that support the corresponding mode in walking and specific movements are being studied. Certain controls such as upstairs, sitting, and standing require a technique to classify control commands based on the user's intention because the mode must be changed before the operation. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a technique that can classify various control commands based on the user's intention in the intelligent thigh prosthesis system. If it is determined that the EMG signal needs to be compensated, the proposed technique compensates the EMG signal using the correlation between the strength and frequency components of the normal EMG signal and the muscle volume estimated by the pressure sensor. Through the experiment, it was confirmed that the user's intention was accurately detected even in the situation where muscle fatigue was accumulated. Improved intention detection techniques allow five control modes to be distinguished based on the number of muscle contractions within a given period of time. The results of the experiment confirmed that 97.5% accuracy was achieved through muscle tone compensation even if the strength of the muscle signal was different from normal due to muscle fatigue after exercise.

Typically, closed-circuit television (CCTV) monitoring is mainly used for post-processes (i.e. to provide evidence after an incident has occurred), but by using a streaming video feed, machine-based learning, and advanced image recognition techniques, current technology can be extended to respond to crimes or reports of missing persons in real time. The multi-CCTV cooperation technique developed in this study is a program model that delivers similarity information about a suspect (or moving object) extracted via CCTV at one location and sent to a monitoring agent to track the selected suspect or object when he, she, or it moves out of range to another CCTV camera. To improve the operating efficiency of local government CCTV control centers, we describe here the partial automation of a CCTV control system that currently relies upon monitoring by human agents. We envisage an integrated crime prevention service, which incorporates the cooperative CCTV network suggested in this study and that can easily be experienced by citizens in ways such as determining a precise individual location in real time and providing a crime prevention service linked to smartphones and/or crime prevention/safety information.
This study was undertaken with the aim to establish a reliable radioimmunoassay (RIA) system for urinary pregnanediol glucuronide (PdG) and to employ it for monitoring the reproductive status of dairy cows. Urine and blood samples were collected from the Holstein cows both pregnant and non-pregnant. The samples were then investigated for evaluating the relationship between progesterone ($P_{4}$) in blood and PdG in urine adjusted with or without urinary creatinine basis. Biweekly urine collection was employed for three cows in estrous and those artificially inseminated, while urine from pregnant cows was collected on a monthly basis. P_{4}$ and PdG levels were measured by enzymeimmunoassay (EIA) and RIA techniques, respectively. Our results indicated the sensitivity of PdG for RIA being 35 pg/tube and the recovery rate of 100%. Urinary creatinine concentrations also fluctuated within a day, but change at midday was not noteworthy. Regardless of the time of urination the change in concentrations of PdG was relatively smaller and did not vary significantly. The urinary PdG concentration showed periodic changes as that with serum P_{4}$ levels during the cow's estrus cycle. The correlation coefficient rose when creatinine level in urine was adjusted but the change was also not significant. The concentrations of PdG during the luteal phase were detected between 8.2 and 17.4 ng/ml, three to five times higher than that in the follicular phase. The concentration of PdG from pregnant cows (21 days after conception) was three to four times higher than in the nonpregnant cows. Our finding suggests that the determination of urinary PdG could be reliably employed for early pregnancy detection. The urinary PdG level continued to raise until 30 days pre-partum while the concentration reached its peak at 30 ng/ml, after which it started to fall 18 to 30 days before parturition and finally fell to its nadir value one week after parturition. As the correlation coefficient between the urinary PdG and serum P_{4}$ was higher than that corrected by urinary creatinine it can be suggested that the adjustment is not needed. The concentrations of urinary PdG could be maintained stably for 2 days in urine samples stored at room temperature and extended to 8 days when the samples were pretreated by boiling for 30 minutes. In conclusion urinary PdG concentration even without the need for creatinine basis adjustment can be used directly for monitoring the reproductive status of dairy cows.
In this study, we analyzed the paper about NIR (Near-Infrared) remote sensing data and systematically summarized the research and application fields of NIR. To do this, we conducted a case study on the use of NIR in domestic journals, and SCI journals in the field of technology development for the last 5 years. After selection, a total of 281 journals were analyzed. For the statistical analysis, the classification was divided into subclasses and the dominant research trends were examined. As a result, the researchers who wrote the papers made the highest score of about 60% or more at university. In the field of application, 50% of land, 30% of environment, and 11% of disaster were distributed on SCI journals. In Korea, on the other hand, 55% of land, 24% of environment and 10% of disasters were distributed. In addition, 17% of the national land management and 8% of the geological / natural resources. Disaster observation using NIR was used for landslide, drought, weather disaster and flood. In particular, meteorological disasters are a result of study on Asian dust. However, there were no results of forest fire detection in Korea. Considering the domestic situation, it seems necessary to carry out additional and active research on this. It is expected that this statistical analysis data will be used as basic data to help expand the NIR technology development and utilization field in Korea in the future.
Residual solvents in foods are defined as organic volatile chemicals used or produced in manufacturing of extracts or additives, or functional foods. The solvents are not completely eliminated by practical manufacturing techniques and they also may become contaminated by solvents from packing, transportation or storage in warehouses. Because residual solvents have no nutritional value but may be hazardous to human health, there is a need to remove them from the final products or reduce their amounts to below acceptable levels. The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate an analytical method for the screening of residual solvents in health functional foods. Furthermore, the aim of this study was to constitute a reasonable management system based on the current state of the market and case studies of foreign countries. Eleven volatile solvents such as MeOH, EtOH, trichloroethylene and hexane were separated depending on their column properties, temp. and time using Gas Chromatography (GC). After determining the GC conditions, a sample preparation method using HSS (Head Space Sampling) was developed. From the results, a method for analyzing residual solvents in health functional foods was developed considering matrix effect and interference from the sample obtained from the solution of solvents-free health functional foods spiked with 11 standards solutions. Validation test using the developed GC/HSS/MS (Mass Spectrometry) method was followed by tests for precision, accuracy, recovery, linearity and adequate sensitivity. Finally, examination of 104 samples grouped in suits was performed by the developed HSS/GC/MS for screening the solvents. The 11 solvents were isolated from health functional foods based on vapor pressure difference, and followed by separation within 15 minutes in a single run. The limt of detection (LOD), limit of quantification (LOQ), recovery and coefficient of variation (C.V.) of these compounds determined by the HSS/GC/MS were found to be 0.1 pg/mL, 0.1-125 pg/g, 51.0-104.6%, and less than 15%, respectively. Using the developed HSS/GC/MS method, residual solvent from 16 out of 104 health functional products were detected as a EtOH. This method therefore seems t o be a valuable extension ofanalytical method for the identification of residual solvents in health functional food.
Introduction : Although bilateral exploration has been thought to be the standard therapeutic modality for primary hyperparathyroidism(pHPT) due to the admirable cure rate, questions have remained as to whether bilateral neck exploration for all patients with pHPT is needed because 80-85% of patients with pHPT have a single parathyroid adenoma. If the diseased parathyroid can be determined preoperatively, a directed and minimal operation is appropriate using the recent innovations of preoperative diagnosis and operation techniques for parathyroid diseases, the radio-guided parathyroid surgery(RGPS) is one of the standards. In especial, RGPS has been reported beneficial in special circumstances, such as in recurrent disease, ectopic parathyroid, and in mediastinal parathyroid. It can be also useful for the parathyroid disease in previously explored or irradiated neck. Material and Methods : We experienced 2 cases of pHPT successfully treated by RGPS in who previously underwent extensive neck dissection and concomitant external or internal radiotherapy. We adopted and modified the technique described by Dr. James Norman at the University of South Florida-the minimally invasive parathyroidectomy using intraoperative nuclear mapping with 99mTc-sestamibi scanning and radioactivity detection probe. Results : We acquired the successful results for these patients. Conclusion : RGPS is thought to be the alternative technique for the patients with prior central neck exploration and irradiation.

Despite of many researches related to create 3D digital maps, it is still time-consuming and costly because a large part of 3D digital mapping is conducted manually. To circumvent this limitation, we proposed methodologies to create 3D digital maps with 3D symbols automatically. For this purpose, firstly, the 3D symbol library to represent 3D objects as 3D symbols was constructed. In this library, we stored the attribute and geometry information of 3D objects which define types and shapes of symbols respectively. These information were used to match 3D objects with 3D symbols and extracted from 2D digital maps and LiDAR(Light Detection and Ranging) data. Then, to locate 3D symbols into a base map automatically, we used predefined parameters such as the size, the height, the rotation angle and the center of gravity of 3D objects which are extracted from LiDAR data. Finally, the 3D digital map in urban area was constructed and the results were tested. Through this research, we can identify that the developed algorithms can be used as effective techniques for 3D digital mapping.
This study was conducted to determine the effect of gamma-ray and electron-beam irradiation on dried spices (black pepper, red pepper, parsley, and basil) using the photostimulated luminescence (PSL), thermoluminescence (TL) and electron spin resonance (ESR) methods. The spices were irradiated at 0, 1, 5, and 10 kGy. All non-irradiated spices had photon counts (PCs) less than 700 PCs. The PCs of three irradiated spices (red pepper, parsley, and basil) were clearly distinguishable from those of non-irradiated ones, exhibiting PSL signals higher than 5000 PCs. However, negative PSL counts (<700 PCs) were obtained for most irradiated black pepper, except those irradiated with 5 kGy gamma rays and 10 kGy electron-beams. TL glow curves of the irradiated spices showed a higher peak at $150-250^{\circ}C$. TL ratios were found to be less than 0.1 for non-irradiated spices and higher than 0.1 for irradiated ones. No ESR signal was observed for any irradiated spice except red pepper, which displayed cellulose-based ESR spectra. Therefore, the results suggest that the PSL, TL, and ESR methods are effective detection techniques for dried spices irradiated with electron beams as well as gamma rays.
In this paper, the FIDO (Fast IDentity Online) transaction certification platform was proposed for applying the DID (Decentralized ID) of blockchain with home shopping channels to the IPTV service providers based on the Remocon (Remote Control). In this case, the DID based smart remocon applies biometric identification techniques for personal identification. These individual DID smart remote controls apply distributed ID blockchain, enabling home shopping viewers to conduct reliable ratings surveys through the detection of channel changed information. In addition, this smart remocon utilizes the product purchased information history on home shopping channels, allowing IPTV's home shopping viewers to compare the same broadcasted production information on all channels by blockchain technique and their production characteristics. IPTV service providers can process home shopping order/authorization informations in one-stop service via a number of home shopping broadcasting companies, and DID smart remote controls for home shopping viewers with the checking results of their real-time online access to confirm the FIDO2.0 transaction certification homepage. Thus, the FIDO transaction authentication platforms of IPTV service provider(Telecommunication company) can be expected to improve the benefits of home shopping customers, and to reduce the broadcasting companies' burden of payment, too.
