Nonlinear Regression with Censored Data

  • An algorithm based on EM procedure which finds maximum likelihood estimators in a nonlinear regression with censored data is proposed, and asymptotic properties of the estimator are investigated in detail. Some numerical examples are also given.

  • 본 연구에서는 국내기존 철근콘크리트(RC) 교각의 구조적 특성을 조사.분석하여 단면강도와 변형성능에 미치는 영향을 규명하였으며 이와같은 특성을 고려한 내진성평가절차를 제시하였다 기존 RC교각의 내진성평가를 위해서는 단면휨강도를 지배하는 구요소인 작용축력과 주철근비 및 주철근강도 주철근 항복후 부재변형성능과 전단강도를 지배하는 횡철근비 및 앵커상세 그리고 주철근 부착파괴를 결정하는 주철근의 이음부위치에 대한 상세조사가 요구된다. 국내기존 RC교각은 대부분 횡철근의 앵커가 부적절하고 주철근의 위치가 소성힌지부에 위치하고 있으므로 휨연성거동을 위한 변형성능이 충분히 확보되어있지 못하다 따라서 여기서 제시된 평가절차는 기존 연속교 고정단교각의 내진성평가를 수행하고 그에 따른 적절한 내진보강을 하여 지진에 대한 안전성확보 하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

설계 프로세스를 반영한 BIM 작성 기준(LOD)에 대한 연구 (A Study of LOD(Level of Detail) for BIM Model applied the Design Process)

  • BIM(Building Information Modeling) ordering manuals and guidelines are diffused with the recent BIM activation. However, it is causing drawbacks such as an increase of work at each design stage and a decline of BIM application level that the standard of making up and managing BIM is vague and it includes comprehensive meaning. Therefore, this study aims to secure BIM work standard by establishing BIM making-out standard based on LOD(Level of Detail) classification considering domestic design process. It compared each definition of LOD by analyzing domestic and foreign BIM guideline examples, and figured out insufficiency of existing domestic and foreign design process and BIM guidelines. Moreover, it drew architects' work articles for promoting the progression of the efficient design process, and analyzed BIM requirements on design process, dividing BIM application scale by field. Through this analyzing process, it finally established BIM making-out standard classified by design process. The effects of establishing BIM making-out standard would include improving a division of labor and cooperation environment by creating integrated BIM model on design stages, advancing work efficiency by preventing a repetition and an increase of work, and upgrading project completeness and design quality. Besides, it can secure BIM work standard by clarifying responsibility for working steps. BIM making-out standard established by this study will contribute to developing the future BIM work standard document and BIM guideline as a data base.

항공시뮬레이터에서 예측 기반의 동적 LOD 적용방안 (Prediction Based Dynamic Level of Detail in Flight Simulator)

  • 비행 시뮬레이터에서는 조종사에게 실제와 흡사한 가상현실을 제공하기 위해서는 원활하면서 현실감 있는 이미지 처리를 위한 일정한 렌더링 속도가 요구된다. 하지만 고해상도 지형 데이터를 사용하는 경우, 개체의 증가로 인해 렌더링 속도가 감소하거나 속도의 변동이 큰 경우가 발생하는 경우가 발생하므로 기존의 연구들은 이를 해결하기 위하여 Level of Detail (LOD)를 적용한다. 하지만, LOD기법의 경우 정점 수가 늘어난 것을 감지한 이후 레벨의 변경을 적용하므로 화면의 변화가 감지되는 문제점이 발생한다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 예측 알고리즘을 통해 다음 시점에서 늘어날 렌더링 데이터에 대한 과부하를 예측하고 미리 LOD의 레벨을 조절하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한, 제안된 방법을 검증하기 위해서 예측 데이터와 실제 데이터와 비교하였고 그 결과 LOD 레벨을 조절하였을 때 정점수가 줄어들고 FPS 수치가 변화하는 모습을 보여주었다.

여아의 원피스 드레스 디테일 선호도 - 만 3~6세를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Detail Preference of Girls One-piece Dress - Focus on 3 to 6 Years Old -)

  • This study was to investigate the preference tendency by detail and material preference of summer one-piece dresses for the children, and evaluation standard of children's wear in purchasing one-piece dresses as an object of mothers who have girls as buying representatives of children's wear in order to supply real information of design about the one-piece dresses for the girls in accordance with the consumers' demands. The results of this study revealed that the one-piece dress was favorite one to them in purchasing their summer wear. This study showed tendency that the more the mother's fashion interest was, the more the mother's preference on the one-piece dress was. As to the material preference of one-piece dress, it preferred the natural fiber to the synthetic fiber much, and the preferred customer order in purchasing one-piece dresses for their children was analyzed as activity, material, design collar, and pattern. As to the preference by form factor of one-piece dress, it preferred A-line silhouette in the silhouette, natural waist in the waist position, 5~7cm from the knee in the length of one-piece dress, and flared skirt in shape of skirt. The preference on the collar type was soutien collar, and the preference on the neckline type was round neckline. In addition, the preference on sleeve form was shirtsleeve, and the preference on trimming was lace trimming.

한국 해양경찰복제 디자인 연구 (A Study on a Design for the Korean Coast Guard Uniform)

  • As a follow-up of a study on design strategies to improve Korea's Korean coast guarduniforms, this study set out to propose Korean coast guard uniforms of a new concept that would meet the changing needs of the times and match the advanced technology and work environments. Three concepts of classical, nautical and techno chic were identified from the design strategies of the previous study. Using the results from a prototype show and preference survey, the investigator divided items into design, color, material, and detail and reflects demands for each of them. As a result, design was examined in four aspects of identity, acknowledgement, unity, and practicality and focused its improvement factors on design differentiated from other organizations' uniforms including ground police, segmentation of size system, adjustment of the length of upper garment to consider activity, and changes to the lines and silhouette to give out a modern image. As for color, the focus was placed on differentiated colors from other organizations' uniforms including ground police through dark blue and ocean color, change toward colors that reflect environmental characteristics, and unity in colors between the summer and winter uniform. As for material, the focus of improvement was put on elasticity, resistance against contamination, warmth retention, texture, wearing sensation, and functionality by taking into account convenience for field workers on coast guard vessels and branch offices who have much time in contact with ocean environments in order to make the materials high-grade. As for detail, structural details were added to give out a modern image such as changing the detail lines, efficiency of storage space, buttons, sleeve hems, ironing lines, and neck collars by taking into account environmental characteristics. The significance of the study lies in that it proposed a development model for large-scale uniform copy design by establishing copy design that secures functionality and is proper for an organization's social and cultural environment.
