The pattern of a dance had changed and made a progress delicately according to the change of the myth, religion, and civilization. One genre which had experienced the change for the dance is a mask dance. This dance started from wishes to adore spirit or god with imitated masks of native animals and desire to identify with nature. After the middle ages, it finally became to approach to the artistic state. In that dance, there was used a role of the head of the family which was strongly adapted to the shape of the mask as performing casts After studying symbolic characteristics of the mask dancing, we could conclude these as fol1ows.: First, Masks symbolized the totemism that adores spirit or god. This kind of whole masks were consistently used. Second, Mask was worn for expressing a dancer's cast well. This function of performing cast was in the primitive ages. However at the age which was characterized as the age of the art, the expression of using a mask became various. Third, Mask was mostly related to the head of the family and appeared with the desire to be others not themselves. Since the middle ages, this tendency continued to the modern dance. Now we can see this type at the carnival. The mask was not only an effective means of dance but also an expression of totemism, performing cast, and the head of the family. Therefore it contributed to the growth of the dance a lot.

Background: The organizational citizenship behavior is generally known as the important factor relevant to the organizational effectiveness. This research examined the mediating effect of the organizational citizenship behavior of hospital employees on the organizational effectiveness. Methods: Data were collected from 1,112 employees located in city of Seoul, Kyunggi and Chungnam province through self-administered questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS ver. 20.0, frequency analysis, t-test, analysis of variance, regression analysis, and path analysis. The main findings of the study are as follows. Results: First, it was found that many characteristics variables of personality, job, and relationship together affected organizational citizenship behavior of hospital employees. Especially, the following variables of negative affectivity, desire for growth, job value, job significance, and job security were found to have significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of hospital employees. Second, the results of path analysis showed that, through the mediating effect of organizational citizenship behavior, personality variables of positive and negative affectivity, and desire for growth, job characteristics variables of job value, job significance, and job security, and relationship variables of organizational support and task interdependence, had significant total effects on the level of job satisfaction of hospital employees. Conclusion: As a result, the organizational citizenship behavior seems to have both direct and indirect effects on the organizational effectiveness of hospital employees. Based on above findings, some theoretical and practical implications were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of intent to leave of hospital pharmacists. The independent variables contain three groups of determinants: environmental variables(job opportunity and external support), psychological variables(met expectations, growth desire, self-efficacy, and positive/negative affectivity) and structural variables (power, legitimacy, job variety, job significance, workload, physical environment, job security, pay, internal support, job growth, and promotional chances). The sample used in this study consists of 252 pharmacists working at hospitals in Seoul City, Inchon City and Kyunggi Province. Data were collected with self- administered questionnaires from Oct. 24 to Nov. 14 in 2001 and analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the following variables, listed in order of size, have significant negative effects on intent to leave of hospital pharmacists; met expectations, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, promotional chances, and job variety. Job opportunity was found to have significant positive effect on the intent to leave of hospital pharmacists. Implications for hospital administrators and discussions for further research were suggested.

This study is about psychological growth environment and style of loving among 88 men and 128 women in university students. The results of this study are following. First, the result of psychological growth environment and style of loving among university students show that men have expectation for the achievement and encouragement more than women as they are moved up the higher grade. Largely when they are moved up the higher grade, they respect individual opinion and have responsibility for their behaviors. Also they tend to have the cooperation in their home. So as they are moved up the higher grade, they have the independent spirit from their parents and are prepared to adaptability for social life. Second, the result of the style of loving show that men tend to fall in love easily and also pursuit altruistic and romantic love. According to being moved up the higher grade, they have the actual attitude in the intercourse with the other sex. Third, the result of psychological growth environment show that persons who want to come true their desire more need the friendly love, altruistic love and love for amusement. Contrarily, when they don't communicate each other in their home, they tend to pursuit love for amusement. When they have the higher level of communication and cooperation in their psychological environment, they tend to pursuit for logical love. When they have expectation of mutual role, mutual intimacy, love and respect, they pursuit friendly love. Also through they are adapt for style of social behaviors in each other, they acpuire the love and respect between family members. And they pursuit friendly love through it.

The external factors of global flavor market include the world economy, population growth, urbanization, consumer spending, raw material availability, pricing, and regulatory issues. And the internal factors as product pricing and technology development may lie the flavor house's competitiveness and cost considerations. In developing countries, rising preference for packaged food and beverages and increasing personal expenditures will drive demand for flavor market. Increasing consumer demand for natural products, driven in part by health concerns and a desire for transparency in labeling will impact the demand. The increasing demand for salt and sugar reduction will boost demand for flavors to maintain the overall taste. The use of quality and innovative flavors in the beverages and the multifunctional flavors has a positive influence on the global market. The global flavor industry has the presence of several drivers and positive trends, with its future expected to be promising.

Uzbekistan has been gradually integrating into the world economy since gaining its independence back in 1991. The need to integrate stems from the desire to advance the national economy and social well-being of population through importing advanced technologies or stimulating exports. However, opening up the country also meant exposure to increase in the mobility of its human capital. As a result, Uzbekistan has witnessed labor migration in and out of the country in the past couple of decades, driven by various causes, which is having inevitable social and economic implications for the country. Intensifying processes in contemporary international labor market make migration as a mechanism, which has a back-to-back impact onto and from economic development of a country. From developing countries' perspective, international labor migration is an instrument for reducing tension in national labor markets, decreasing high rates of unemployment and expanding sources of income. From developed countries' perspective, international labor migration helps solve demographic problems like decreasing number of population, aging of population and shortage of labor force. Thus, this processes turned into a mechanism or a system, which is not possible to ignore. Uzbekistan, in particular, is increasing its participation in the international labor market due to its high rates of population growth and young population.

Purpose: This study aims to explore how the modern foodservice industry reflects consumers' rapidly changing taste preferences and health consciousness. In particular, it looks at how companies such as Yakult Korea are expanding their business to meet diverse consumer demands and how traditional and exotic tastes are driving the growth of the sauce market. Research methods: this study was conducted through market analysis, consumer behavior research and case studies. Sales data, consumer purchasing patterns and product development strategy case studies of sauce products in domestic and global markets were investigated to analyze the impact of taste and health harmony and storytelling on brand value. Conclusion: The foodservice industry is meeting consumer expectations for health and taste harmony by developing innovative products that satisfy the senses and adopting marketing strategies through strong storytelling. The success of exotic sauce products in particular reflects consumers' desire for diversity. Implications: the findings suggest that the foodservice industry must continue to innovate to meet consumers' health and taste expectations. They also reveal that product storytelling plays an important role in enhancing brand value. This requires a strategic approach to long-term brand growth and market differentiation. Companies need to reflect these changes in consumer buying behavior.

Rapid technological advancements and widespread adoption of smart phones in recent years provide students with new opportunities for getting knowledge and making researches in innovation century. As the penetration of smart phone devices in education increases, there is a large growth in the use of these devices especially among the youth. In spite of increasing importance of smart devices in education, the significant features of these technology devices for general learning have not been experientially addressed. In this study we are going to investigate the comparison of smart phone devices and find the necessary conditions for using mobile devices as an educational tool by a conjoint method. There will be five attributes: screen size, batter type, mobile OS, memory capacity and price. By surveying we got the results which showed us the respondents' desire of using specific smart phone; thus, we defined that screen size attribute is the most important device characteristic.

애니메이션 <겨울왕국>은 디즈니의 완벽한 부활을 선포한 작품이다. 이러한 성공은 인상적인 주제가와 캐릭터의 힘이 크게 작용한 결과라고 여겨진다. 남성에게 의존하지 않고 스스로 미래를 구축하는 강한 여성상을 구축하며 공감과 카타르시스를 이끌어낸 중심캐릭터, 그 중에서도 엘사의 인기는 개봉 후 1년이 지난 지금도 여전하다. 이처럼 서사장르에서 캐릭터의 완성도는 작품의 성패를 좌우할 만큼 중요하다고 여겨진다. 따라서 본 연구는 캐릭터라이징의 주요 구성요소 중, 성격구조를 분석하기 위하여 생각과 행동의 방향을 결정하는 두려움과 욕망의 정신역동에 주목했다. 두려움은 실제의 위협이 아니라 미래에 대한 불길한 가정에서 발생한 정서이다. 결핍이나 억압에 대한 기억에서 비롯된 두려움은 건강한 욕망을 왜곡시키기 때문에, 두려움에서 벗어나는 것은 현실을 직시하는 것과 같다. 캐릭터 고유의 정신역동 검증을 위해 'MBTI 성격유형론'을 활용하여 태도, 심리경향성, 정신기능 위계를 분석했다. 그 결과, (1) 엘사와 안나는 정신기능면에서 대척적 관계이다. 이는 갈등의 발생 가능성이 매우 높은 조합이나, 두 자매는 기본적인 유대감과 가족애를 바탕으로 이를 극복한다. (2) 한스와 크리스토프 역시 정신기능면에서 대척관계지만, 두 남성 캐릭터는 작품에서 상호작용하지 않는다. (3) 한스는 가장 효과적으로 엘사와 안나를 보완할 수 있는 정신기능의 소유자이지만, 그것을 악용함으로써 가장 치명적인 대립자가 된다. (4) 올라프는 안나의 태도와 엘사의 심리경향성을 조합한 유형임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 두려움과 욕망의 표출 빈도 분석에 의하면, (1) 엘사는 압도적으로 두려움을, 안나 및 다른 캐릭터들은 욕망을 행위의 주요 동력으로 한다. (2) 두려움은 모든 캐릭터에 내재된 근원적 결여로서 '가족애의 결핍'이 원인이 되었으며, 그 결과 '외로움과 고립'이라는 고통을 공유한다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 정신역동에 대한 분석은 캐릭터 성장담의 이해 즉, 두려움을 피하려는 동기에 의해 욕망이 왜곡되고, 두려움에 지배당하는 것과 두려움을 해소하는 과정에서 왜곡된 욕망의 근원적 이유를 깨닫고 자기치유에 이르는 서사를 이해하는데 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다. 끝으로 애니메이션 캐릭터라이징과 관련하여 본 연구의 방향과 분석결과가 캐릭터 성격화와 관계성 설정 시 데이터베이스로 참고 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

이 연구는 유튜브라는 공간에서 새롭게 교육활동을 하는 중등과학교사들에 대한 질적사례연구이다. 특히 이 연구는 생활세계 혹은 현실공간의 규범과 제약에서 벗어나, 다양한 이상향이 반영되어 사적 자유나 일탈을 가능케 해주는 공간을 의미하는 푸코의 '헤테로토피아'라는 개념을 중심으로 이 사례를 해석하고자 했다. 연구에는 최근 자발적으로 유튜브 플랫폼에 개인 채널을 개설하고, 과학 학습 관련 영상을 활발하게 올리는 현직 중등과학교사 5인이 참여했다. 5인의 중등과학교사들의 경험에 대한 이해를 위해 개별적으로 반구조적 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 질적 사례 연구 기법을 활용하여 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 연구의 타당한 해석을 위하여 참여자들이 제작한 영상 콘텐츠, 이들이 직접 제작한 교사연수자료 및 교수학습자료를 참조하였다. 연구 결과, '자신만의 고유한 교육활동에 대한 갈망', '확장된 교실 공간으로서의 유튜브', '교실의 장벽 너머로 확장된 관계망', '인정욕구의 충족과 유튜버로서의 정체성 경험', '전통적 교육공간과 유튜브 공간 사이의 긴장' '장인으로 거듭나기', '교사-유튜버로서 자신만의 방향 찾기'라는 크게 일곱 가지의 주제가 도출되었다. 이를 통해 기존의 중등학교와 교실 안에서 한정되던 중등과학교사의 정체성과 욕구가 유튜브라는 새로운 공간에서 확장되는 현상을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 유튜브는 과학교사들이 자신들만의 이상을 실현하고 즐거움을 느껴 볼 수 있는 공간이며, 이 공간 내에서의 행동을 일상 공간 속의 규범과 잣대로만 규제하는 것은 오히려 이들의 건전한 정체성 형성과 성장을 가로막는 일이 될 수 있음을 제언하였다.
