본 연구의 목적은 플랜트 건설사업에서 모듈러 설계대안에 대한 위험기반의 평가지수를 도출하는 모델을 제안하는 것이다. 이에 따라 ① 기초사업비와 모듈을 적용하는 대상과 범위를 설정하는 단계, ② 설계, 구매, 제작, 운송, 시공업무에 대한 중요도, 편리성, 효율성 지수를 평가하는 단계, ③ 중요 위험사건의 영향에 따른 경제적 손실을 예방하기 위해서 필요한 예비비를 분석하여 총사업비를 추정하는 단계, ④ 모듈 설계대안별로 평가된 관리업무의 효율성 지수와 총사업비를 비교하여 RVI를 도출하는 단계로 구성하였다. 그리고 모델의 사용성을 검증하기 위해서 Module Plan-A는 Pipe Rack을 모듈로 적용하는 경우, Module Plan-B는 Steel Structure, Pipe Rack, Process Module을 모듈로 적용하는 경우로 설정하여 관리업무의 중요도, 편리성, 효율성 지수를 평가하고 위험예비비를 포함하여 총사업비를 추정하였다. 이와 같은 과정으로 모델을 검증한 결과, 1개의 공종에 모듈을 적용한 Module Plan-A 보다 3개의 공종에 모듈을 적용한 Module Plan-B가 관리업무의 효율성은 낮은 것으로 나타났지만, 기초사업비에서 간접비가 절감되어 종합적인 RVI는 높게 평가되었다.

The objective of this study was to analyze the effect of the duration and time distribution of probability rainfall on farmland inundation for the paddy fields in the drainage improvement project site. In this study, eight drainage improvement project sites were selected for inundation modeling. Hourly rainfall data were collected, and 20- and 30-year frequency probability rainfalls were estimated for 14 different durations. Probability rainfalls were distributed using Intensity-Duration-Frequency (IDF) and Huff time distribution methods. Design floods were calculated for 48 hr and critical duration, and IDF time distribution and Huff time distribution were used for 48 hr duration and critical duration, respectively. Inundation modeling was carried out for each study district using 48 hr and critical duration rainfalls. The result showed that six of the eight districts had a larger flood discharge using the method of applying critical duration and Huff distribution. The results of inundation depth analysis showed similar trends to those of design flood calculations. However, the inundation durations showed different tendencies from the inundation depth. The IDF time distribution is a distribution in which most of the rainfall is concentrated at the beginning of rainfall, and the theoretical background is unclear. It is considered desirable to apply critical duration and Huff time distribution to agricultural production infrastructure design standards in consideration of uniformity with other design standards such as flood calculation standard guidelines.

스마트 향촌 건설은 중국 정부가 추진하는 '향촌 진흥' 사업의 중요한 추진 방향이다. 본 논문에서는 중국 저장성 지방정부에서 제시한 '미래 커뮤니티' 스마트 향촌 시범 발전사업인 시커우촌 프로젝트에 본 연구자가 참여하여 UX디자인 관점에서 정성적, 정량적 연구 방법을 통해 스마트 향촌 생활권의 지능화를 디자인하였다. 현지조사를 통해 스마트 향촌 지능화 디자인에 대한 사용자 수요를 파악하고, 이에 기초하여 지역 최대의 공간을 인지 가능한 수준의 스마트 향촌 시범 단지로 디자인하여 프로젝트 완료 후 사용자경험 피드백에 대해 계량화하여 분석하였다. 시범지역인 '시커우촌'에 실제 디자인 적용 전과 후를 3장과 4장에 향촌 시대를 기억할 수 있는 시그널, 향촌 문화교류 광장, 지능형 사무 공간과 생활 공간에 사용자 요구를 디자인 결과물로 구성하여 주민과 여행객이 지능형 환경으로 인한 불안감을 줄이기 위해 인위적인 수동 서비스 부분도 디자인하였다. 현재 주민이 거주하며 스마트 향촌 공간 디자인 사례로 활용되며 지속 발전 중이다.

도시재생사업에서 핵심사업은 사업 대상지의 성격을 규정할 뿐 아니라, 사업비가 가장 많이 투입되고 사업 추진을 견인하는 역할을 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 도시재생사업의 마중물 역할로써, 도시재생 핵심사업의 사업추진 현황과 특징을 검토하고, 문제점을 분석하여 향후 원활한 도시재생사업 추진을 위한 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 연구의 대상은 충청권 지역의 중심시가지형 도시재생사업을 주요 사례로 선정하여 진행하였다. 이에 마중물 사업비를 기준으로 전체 사업비의 약 10% 이상을 차지하는 사업을 도시재생 핵심사업으로 도출하였다. 연구결과, 5개 사례 대상지의 경우 전체 37개 단위사업 중 14개가 핵심사업으로 도출되었다. 해당 사례별 핵심사업은 주로 사업 규모가 큰 물리적 시설 조성 사업 위주로 구성되고 있었는데, 공통적 특징으로 대규모 복합거점공간의 확보와 주차장 조성이 핵심사업을 이루고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 마중물 사업비 기준으로 볼 때, 전체 사업비 대비 핵심사업의 구성비는 약 80% 내외를 차지하였으며, 연계사업간 사업비의 경우 공공투자와 민간투자 부문에서 사례 지역 모두 상대적으로 연계가 미흡한 것으로 분석되었다.

A project of constructing the first national geodetic VLBI system is in progress by National Geographic Information Institution. However, since there was no former research or project about geodetic VLBI in Korea, a new R&D is necessary on the fundamental design of the system. In this research, a preliminary study about the necessity of geodetic VLBI in Korea and basic specs for an observation center of geodetic VLBI (for example, antenna, receiver, and recorder, etc.) are presented together with the possibility of producing VLBI antenna in Korea.

The 1960s is a transitional era in the history of architecture. The Byker housing redevelopment project well reflects this situation, and is a good example of materialization of social pluralism and expressional needs of a community. Therefore it was investigated in order to see its meanings in the history of mass housing in the Western countries. The conclusions are as follows: It is the first large-scale project where the concept of user participation was sucessfully realized; It suggested various tools of desirable design methodology; It made a paradigmatic change from modernism to post-modernism in the history of contemporary mass housing projects.
