지하 복합플랜트 운영 중 확장을 고려한 격자형 지하공간 파일럿 테스트 (Pilot Test of Grid-Type Underground Space Considering Underground Complex Plant Operation)

  • 격자형 또는 주방식 공법은 수평으로 매장된 광물을 채굴할 목적으로 적용되는 공법이다. 본 연구에서는 자연 암반을 암주로 사용하는 주방식 공법을 지하공간 건설에 적용하기 위해 설계와 파일럿 테스트를 수행하였다. 파일럿 테스트가 수행된 지역은 기존 골재 광산을 운영하는 곳으로 양호한 암반 조건과 적당한 심도를 보유하고 있었다. 파일럿 테스트 부지는 연구 결과 적용이 가능한 광산을 기반으로 접근성, 지반조건 등을 검토하여 후보지를 결정하였으며 상세 지반조사와 설계를 통해 부지 조성공사를 수행하였다. 파일럿 테스트는 암주형상을 8×8 m로 공간의 단면을 8×12 m 크기로 설계되었다. 시험발파를 통해 발파패턴을 결정하고 89공 3 m 굴진 단면 발파를 수행하여 총 92 m 굴진을 완료하였다. 현장 측정을 통해 평균 폭 12.5 m, 평균 높이 8.3 m을 확인하여 연구에서 고려하는 단면 모양과 유사하게 굴착공사를 진행할 수 있었다.

  • With application of IT convergence technique in AEC industry, it is currently conducted the research on the virtual construction system. This paper aims at the pilot study on the structural design based on BIM used in collaboration environment. The work scope of structural design includes the structural analysis model, structural detail model and analytic model and we focuse the research on the interoperability among them. It is partly utilized the transfer module supplied by software developer and partly developed here the interface module through API. This paper shows the interoperability process to pilot test and indicates the problems occurred in interface.

SMART 연구로 주냉각재펌프의 검증시험 (Qualification Test of a Main Coolant Pump for SMART Pilot)

  • SMART Pilot is a multipurpose small capacity integral type reactor. Main coolant pump (MCP) of SMART Pilot is a canned-motor-type axial pump to circulate the primary coolant between nuclear fuel and steam generator in the primary system. The reactor is designed to operate under condition of $310^{\circ}C$ and 14.7MPa. Thus MCP has to be tested under same operating condition as reactor design condition to verify its performance and safety. In present wort a test apparatus to simulate real operating situations of the reactor has been designed and constructed to test MCP. And then functional tests, performance tests, and endurance tests have been carried out upon a prototype MCP. Canned motor characteristics, homologous head/torque curves, coast-down curves, NPSH curves and lift-time performance variations were obtained from the qualification test as well as hydraulic performance characteristics of MCP.

  • This article is a narrative review that discusses the recommended sample size requirements to design a pilot study to assess the reliability of a questionnaire. A list of various sample size tables that are based on the kappa agreement test, intra-class correlation test and Cronbach's alpha test has been compiled together. For all calculations, type I error (alpha) was set at a maximum value of 0.05, and power was set at a minimum value of 80.0%. For the kappa agreement test, intra-class correlation test, and Cronbach's alpha test, the recommended minimum sample size requirement based on the ideal effect sizes shall be at least 15, 22, and 24 subjects respectively. By making allowances for a non-response rate of 20.0%, a minimum sample size of 30 respondents will be sufficient to assess the reliability of the questionnaire. The clear guideline of minimum sample size requirement for the pilot study to assess the reliability of a questionnaire is discussed and this will ease researchers in preparation for the pilot study. This study provides justification for a minimum requirement of a sample size of 30 respondents specifically to test the reliability of a questionnaire.

LNG Pilot 탱크의 동특성 실험 (Fundamental Experiment of Dynamic Response for LNG Pilot Tank)

  • Korea Gas Corporation has recently constructed a LNG pilot tank with 1, 000㎥ capacity in Incheon, Korea. The main objective of this pilot tank construction is to accumulate field data under different operating conditions for the future use in design procedure, construction, and maintenance. As the part of the project, a field dynamic test, so-called modal test, is performed to obtain the dynamic characteristics of the pilot tank. This paper describes the instrumentation and measurement Process used in the testing. From the measured Frequency Response Functions (FRFs), resonant frequencies and corresponding mode shapes of the tank are extracted and provided. Also, these results are compared to those calculated from a finite element model. The change of dynamic characteristics of the pilot tank due to the effect of internal fluid and the possible structural deterioration will be investigated in near future.

Large-scale pilot test study on bearing capacity of sea-crossing bridge main pier pile foundations

  • Due to the sea-crossing bridge span is generally large and main pier pile foundations are located in deep water and carry large vertical load, sea-crossing bridge main pier pile foundations bearing mechanism and load deformation characteristics are still vague. Authors studied the vertical bearing properties of sea-crossing bridge main pier pile foundations through pilot load tests. Large tonnage load test of Qingdao Bay Bridge main pier pile program is designed by using per-stressed technique to optimize the design of anchor pile reaction beam system. Test results show that the design is feasible and effective. This method can directly test bearing capacity of main pier pile foundations, and analysis bearing behaviors from test results of sensors which embedded in the pile. Through test study the vertical bearing properties of main pier pile foundation and compared with the generally short pile, author summarized the main pier pile foundations vertical bearing capacity and the main problem of design and construction which need to pay attention, and provide a reliable basis and experience for sea-crossing bridge main pier pile foundations design and construction.

CSOs 처리를 위한 실증규모 응집침전시스템의 설계평가 (Evaluation of Pilot scale Coagulation system Design for CSOs treatment)

  • 도시유역에서 강우시에 발생되는 합류식 하수관거 월류수(CSOs; Combined Sewer Overflows)을 처리하기 위해 물리화학적 처리기법을 적용한 실증규모의 응집침전시스템을 개발하였다. 이에 앞서 응집침전시스템은 lab-test를 통해 도출된 최적의 설계조건이 실증규모로 증설할 시에 설계인자가 제대로 반영되었는지 평가가 필요하며, 최적조건에 따라 설계에 반영하였다 하더라도 대상원수의 유입특성에 따라서도 처리결과에 대한 평가가 다를 수가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 청주하수 처리장에 유입되는 CSOs를 대상으로 각각 $1m^3$/일과 $100m^3$/일의 CSOs를 처리할 수 있는 실험실규모 및 실증규모의 장치를 통해 실험을 수행하였다. 실증규모의 시스템을 운전하여 lab-test에서 도출된 설계인자와의 상사성을 검토하고, 이를 바탕으로 높은 처리효율을 유지하기 위한 운전인자를 적용하여 CSOs를 처리함에 있어 그 가능성을 평가하였다. 그 결과, 실험실 규모의 설계조건과 상사성을 만족하는 인라인믹서와 응집반응조의 조건을 도출할 수 있었으며, pilot-test를 운전하기 위한 적정 응집제 주입량을 도출하였고, 결과적으로 실증규모의 시스템에서도 CSOs를 대상으로 높은 효율의 응집침전처리를 가능하게 할 수 있었다.

Pilot LNG저장탱크의 모드 형상 파악을 위한 동특성 실험 (Dynamic Experiment for Mode Shape of Pilot LNG Storage Tank)

  • 한국에서의 LNG에 대한 수요는 처음 수입된 1986년 이후로 크게 증가하고 있다. 따라서 LNG 소비에 맞추어 LNG 저장탱크의 확충이 요구된다. 그러나 LNG 저장 설비에 대한 설계, 건설 그리고 분석 분야에서는 유체-구조의 상호 작용과 LNG의 저온 특성 때문에 고정도의 선진 기술이 요구된다. 최근 한국가스공사에서는 Pilot LNG 저장탱크를 건설하였으며 실제 운전을 통한 핵심 기술을 개발하여 축척하고 있다. 한 부분의 연구로서 기초 동특성 시험을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 동특성 실험을 수행하였으며, Pilot LNG 저장탱크에 대한 동특성을 검증 및 분석하였다.

T-50/A-50 조종사의 인체 진동 영향성 평가 (The Evaluation of Human Vibration Effect on T-50/A-50 Pilot)

  • The T-50/A-50 Golden Eagle was developed for a supersonic trainer and light combat aircraft. At the design stage, vibration control plans were established and applied. For cockpit vibration, crew comfort vibration level was defined by the requirement of MIL-A-8892. It is found that the T-50/A-50 meets the requirement of cockpit vibration from the flight test data analysis. This paper contains the results of cockpit vibration analysis using the flight test data and the results of human vibration analysis lot the pilot inside aircraft. The human vibration level of pilot is increased as dynamic pressure is increased and at the specific high dynamic pressure, the ride comfort indicates 'a little uncomfortable'. Overall analysis results show that the vibration level of T-50/A-50 cockpit is tolerable and not critical for pilot's comfort.

파이롯트 LNG저장탱크의 동특성 실험연구 (Experimental Study of Dynamic Response for Pilot LNG Storage Tank)

  • The demand of LNG in Korea has dramatically increased since it was first imported in 1986. Thus, more LNG storage tanks are required to meet the growing consumption of LNG. However the design, construction, and analysis of LNG storage facility need highly advanced technology compared to the general structures due to the fluid-structure interaction and the low temperature of LNG. Recently Korea Gas Corporation(KOGAS) constructed a pilot LNG storage tank, and it is in operation to develop and accumulate the core technology. As a part of those objects, the fundamental dynamic test for the pilot tank were performed. For this study, dynamic test were carried out and the dynamic characteristics of the pilot tank were verified and analyzed.
