This research has a significant meaning to observe and understand the historical condition of a furniture industry and the characteristics of Korean home furniture's formation, ability, skill and materials from 1980s when there were an economic growth and a historical development of Korean home furniture occurred to present days. During 1980s, there was an automatic system available and has enforced and settled the standards on its quality and price in a furniture industry. Also, there was a big trend of black furniture as well as an entrance of corporation and high glossy furniture due to technical cooperation from Europe. In 1990s, there was an entrance of furniture which various techniques was applied due to a high development of the materials and skills, and also various sizes of height and weight and enlargement of acceptance function using highly-technological hardware. After 2000 and now, pro-environmental products is embossed in the Korean home furniture where they added a public issue which is the concept of well being, and A.I and sub material has been pro-environment. There also was a natural unity between nature and technology because of increased usage of trees with its natural patterns, metals, and glasses. For the future development of home furniture design, This problem should be promptly recognized that current home furniture designs are now on the verge of being lack of originality and are just following the market demand and recent trend as it is. Then, there should be a development of its specialized, detailed, unique design as well as a development of advanced materials, production management, distribution, and so on, and carrying out a diversified research continuously. There also should be a systematic education, which is necessary for training specialists to lead the Korean home furniture design industry as well as preparing a basic level for the future without a negligence.

There can be two definitions of modern ideal medical surroundings. One is medical services satisfied patients' with their desire and the other is places suited to remedy realized by rational operation. Particularly, in case of dental service, there is a need for an effective regard of moving lines and there are many rooms for a dental service belonged to a curer and not a curer. So a design has been developed by many concerns. flow do we proffer more familiar and comfortable places to both a curer and not a cuter. Nowadays, the design is making progress to the unprecedented and up-to-date direction. I would suggest a general plan used by a nature of an original art for this design. The design used by a nature between human beings and things is able to induce comforts and intimacies. So to speak, I would like to remove artificial design and keep up organic lines, shapes and forms of a nature like it is. This study grasps the organizational limitation of this design and the visual characteristic of organic forms used by harmonious image of a nature and a new way is applied to limited medical places, a dental service, based on the study. Also, I'm go to examine the meaning and worth of a new design and suggest the direction of it.

Nowadays, the government, nongovernmental organizations, and educational institutions have come up with a variety of policies and objectives which are concerned about the importance of public design in the city. The project for integrated street environment in Sung-Nam at this time has started with the purpose to make the citizens' life safer and wealthier, and the purpose to improve the image of the nation. In the process of modernization, we must realize the overlooked problem(the thoughtless development for the environment and the threatening of the identity about the disagreed value and esthetic sense.) as our problem. We have focused on the suggestion of the road facilities suitable for urbanization which coincides with the quiet city and the global standards rather than pursuing the local growth and meaning. Based on the New Governance Design, we have presented the liberal design process which actively accepts the experts in a variety of fields. With the language of design, 'high-tech, self-restraint, and growth', we have made a homogeneous urban factor which is ideal for time and space.

The meaning of this research is to make recognition for necessity of ergonomic fashion design research. And the purpose is to provide the guidelines for ergonomic fashion product development. For this, literature research and analysis of empirical illustration of product design indicating ergonomics characteristic are implemented. Among the body-conscious active sportswear, cycle wear, swim suit, and skin scuba wet suit were selected and analyzed. Then they were explained according to the ergonomics characteristics arranged previously. Lastly, the features of ergonomic fashion design were arranged by composition elements of the clothing such as pattern, sewing, material and detail. The characteristics of ergonomic design derived from literature and advanced researches are efficiency, usability, functionality and safety. Through research and analysis, the characteristics of ergonomic fashion design are as followings. In pattern, it is related to the 3D structure division pattern, the reduction pattern design, the closing & opening part design for easy detachment, the receipt and the changeable design. In sewing, it is related to the use of latest sewing techniques and the finish using silicon or rubber band. In material, it is related to the use of high performance fabrics and the proper arrangement of these. In detail, it is related to the convenient detail, the storage detail, the adjustable detail, and the body protection detail.

China is a great civilization which is a combination of various ethnic groups with long history change. As one of these important components of traditional culture, the lucky shape has been going through the ideological upheaval of the history change of China. Up to now, it has become the important parts which can stimulate the emotion of Chinese nation. The lucky shape becomes the basis of the rich traditional culture by long history of the Chinese nation. Even say it is the centre of this traditional culture resource. The lucky shape is a way of expressing the Chinese history and national emotions. It is the important part of people's living habits, emotion, as well as the cultural background. What's more, it has the value of beliefs of Surname totem. Meanwhile, it also has the function of passing on information. The symbol of information finally was created by the being of lucky shape to indicate its conceptual content. There are various kinds of lucky shapes. It will have its limitations when researching all kinds of them professionally. So, here the lucky shape of FISH will be researched. The shape of fish is the first good shape created by the Chinese nation. It is about 6000 years. Its special shape and lucky meaning embody the peculiar inherent culture and intension of the Chinese nation. It's the important component of the Chinese traditional culture. The traditional shape of fish was focused on the continuation of history and the patterns recognition, etc. It seldom indicated the meaning of the shape into the using of the modern design. So by searching the lucky meaning & the way of fish shape, the purpose of the search is to explore the real analysis of value of the fish shape in the modern enterprise identity design. The way of search is through the development of the history, the evolvement and the meaning of lucky of the traditional fish shape to analyse the symbolic meaning and the cultural meaning from all levels in nation, culture, art and life, etc. And by using the huge living example of the enterprise identity design of the traditional shape of the fish to analyse that how it works in positive way by those enterprise which is based on the trust with good image. In the modern Chinese enterprise identity design, the lucky image will be reinterpreted in the modern way. It will be proofed by the national perceptual knowledge of the consumer and the way of enlarge the goodwill of corporate image. It will be the conclusion. The traditional fish shape is the important core of modern design.So this search is taken through the instance of the design of enterprise image of the traditional fish shape to analysis the idea of the majority Chinese people of the traditional luck and the influence of corporation which based on trust and credibility. In modern image design of Chinese corporation, the auspicious sign reappear. The question survey is taken by people through the perceptual knowledge of the consumer and the cognition the enterprise image. According the result, people can speculate the improvement of consumer's recognition and the possibility of development of traditional concept.

King Muryeong reungeseo Foot-rest on the subject of the king excavated a USB memory design. Foot-rest of the form and the meaning of patterns were expressed on a USB memory. Meanwhile, the USB memory could not be seen in the case of natural wood material by using the age and the individual tastes of consumers represents USB memory into the merit of portability, necklaces pendants items for restoration, phone strap, key chain, etc. By combining the functionality increases. Meanwhile, on the basis of a practical item, the largest issue was the consumption of cultural products by maximizing the economic benefit of the community and at the same time a symbol of cultural heritage items have been transformed into the effectiveness of the national image enhancement is expected to be achieved.

The collaboration hub has been developed since 2004 as an online collaboration space, which supports the various collaborative works amongst small and medium enterprises using information sharing, collaboration project management, and project history management. Because of the change of manufacturing environment and rapid development of information technologies, it should be evolved from the existing version called Collaboration Hub 1.0. Recently, a lot of manufacturing enterprises know the importance of business process management(BPM) and start to introduce BPM systems. Our research group has developed the new version of Collaboration Hub 1.0 called Collaboration Hub 2.0 which contains the BPM concept, the consistent product data management, and the specialized functions overcoming the various variation of manufacturing. This study scrutinizes the meaning and role of the Collaboration Hub 2.0 and introduces an application study of it to the value chain of automobile module development consisted of a leading company and subcontractors. The case study covers the definition, execution and monitoring of collaboration process, the specialized functions overcoming the manufacturing variation and the key performance index of collaboration business.

The forms made by repeated arrangements of basic units defined as Simulakre are recomposed into organic, geometric or multi-functional forms by diverse combinations and arrangements and the space expanded by reiterated compositions will have the meaning of active space expansions representing speeds, rhythms or time by reiterations instead of a limited and fixed place shown by a work. The module design that can create new roles and functions of spaces that are variability and fluidity and that can be assembled and transformed into the shapes, sizes and functions desired by users will be analyzed applying the concepts of reiteration and expansion. The module designs emerging in 21th century are in diverse organic forms and geometric forms and their methods for expansion are also diversified. And instead of having a function, they have diverse functions such as storages, partitions, walls, curtains and soundproofing. The development of module designs are first to satisfy the diversified needs, individualities and desires to posses of modem people and second the development, finding and application of new materials. In the future spaces that will continuously develop and will be nomadic, the flexible and individualized module designs will become more diversified and will have their significances.

A dormitory is the most important compound space to college students who have to live with others. Also, for the students living in the boarding area, the dorm space can be the space for learning, exchanges and cultural. These Housing environment is a public space, so this is based on Universal Design. However, the 1970s-built dormitory space for the current user is narrow and not right for furniture standard. In this study, in order to compensate for these problems, the design directions are based on the previous studies - Park, Young-Soon, 2008, 'A Proposal on Dormitory Furniture Design for University Students.' Based on the previous study, the type of variable design is designed for desks, bookcases, beds, wardrobes, and other cabinets as representative household types. Furthermore, these furnitures are assembled and transformed depend on the dormitory space for single, double and four students. The furniture assembly system and arrangement module are presented in the direction of three kinds of designs. Therefore, three meaning of this study are the development of design to be used each item, the realization of custom furniture for space and presenting variable design module.

This research aims to develop textile patterns using mythical motives based on Buldoje in the Jeju myth. this textile design is not only decoration effect by filling the space, but also plays the original role of a pattern by expressing its symbolic meaning. The research methods are as follows: 1) Using integral analysis on materials related to the myth of Jeju and Gime used in Buldoje Gut, where Halmangbonpuli story is performed to set formative elements for textile design and their meanings; 2) Designing motive by composing formative elements; 3) Coloring properly; and 4) Layout motives. Adobe CS5 (Photoshop, Illustrator) and TexPro, a design CAD program, were used for textile design. Motives were combined in a various ways. Two-directional, four-directional, set, rotating, toss layout techniques, which are frequently used in apparel design and able to reduce cloth use, were used in developing patterns. Coloring methods including tone-in-tone and Faux camaieu were used to deliver coherence and soft effects. Developed textile design symbolizes the desire for the conception of a child, birth, and health, so it is made on baby clothes. In doing so, the plan for development of a fashion-cultural product applying Jeju myth symbol is suggested.
