친환경건축(親環境建築)의 디자인구성요소(構成要素)와 계획특성(計劃特性)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Design Elements and Features of Environment-Friendly Architecture)

  • As the problems of environment have been increasing, the architecture is exploring ways toward development of a idea for future generation. The purpose of this study is design element of environment-friendly architecture, and a general concept and mark of environment-friendly architecture are considered. And then, the design element is analyzed to come true the mark by considering the internal and external examples. The related elements on design of environment-friendly architecture are proposed by considering estimation items: The items are divided into six branches that is placement strategy, outside space furtherance, form of building, room environment furtherance, supply processing system, and preservation administration. Through this process, this study is proposed applicable solution of a concrete plan.

A Simultaneous Design of TSK - Linguistic Fuzzy Models with Uncertain Fuzzy Output

  • This paper is concerned with a simultaneous design of TSK (Takagi-Sugeno-Kang)-linguistic fuzzy models with uncertain model output and the computationally efficient representation. For this purpose, we use the fundamental idea of linguistic models introduced by Pedrycz and develop their comprehensive design framework. The design process consists of several main phases such as (a) the automatic generation of the linguistic contexts by probabilistic distribution using CDF (conditional density function) and PDF (probability density function) (b) performing context-based fuzzy clustering preserving homogeneity based on the concept of fuzzy granulation (c) augment of bias term to compensate bias error (d) combination of TSK and linguistic context in the consequent part. Finally, we contrast the performance of the enhanced models with other fuzzy models for automobile MPG predication data and coagulant dosing process in a water purification plant.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 제품가족 디자인 과목을 사례로 하여 교과과정을 재구성하고 실제 교육을 실현한 내용을 소개함으로써 산업공학에서 창의공학 설계 및 교육의 모형과 그 가능성을 을 제시하는 데 있다. 수시로 변하는 고객요구와 모델의 다양화 및 기술의 변화는 제품의 맞춤 생산과 시장 및 고객에 따른 차별화를 필요로 하며 이를 위해서 플랫폼에 기초한 제품가족 개념을 이용한 대량 맞춤화 (Mass customization)의 적용이 아주 중요하다. 제품가족이란 공통의 특성, 구성품과 서브시스템을 공유하는 상호 연관된 일련의 제품으로서 다양한 시장 분야를 충족시킨다. 제품가족의 모델링은 효과적인 제품의 개발과 제품 플랫폼 및 공통 부품과 기능을 개발하는데 아주 중요한 분야이며 학생들의 창의적인 노력이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 목적을 위해서 개발된 교육과정을 창의 설계의 관점에서 교육하고, 실습을 통해서 학생들의 교육의 만족도 및 그 수업 참여도를 높임으로써 변화된 공학교육의 새로운 방향을 제시해 보고자 한다.

풍력발전용 모형터빈에 관한 기초적연구 (A Fundamental Study on Wind Turbine Model of the Wind Power Generation)

  • A numerical investigation was performed to determine the effect of airfoil on the optimum flap height using NACA 00XX and 44XX airfoils. The six flaps which have 0.5% chord height difference were selected. A Navier-Stokes code, FLUENT, was used to calculate the flow field of the airfoil. The code was first tested as a benchmark by modelling flow around a NACA 4412 airfoil. Predictions of local pressure coefficients are found to be in good agreement with the result of the experimental result. For every NACA 00XX and 44XX airfoil, flap heights ranging from 0.0% to 2.5% chord were changed by 0.5% chord interval and their effects were also studied. Representative results from each case are presented graphically and discussed. It is concluded that this initial approach gives an idea for the future development of the wind turbine optimum design.

Guiding Requirement Formulation Using Scenarios : Grammar-based Convergent Approach

  • Participatory Design (PD) community recognized that identification of use case scenarios describing possible uses of the future system is beneficial for users to identify their system requirements. However, brainstorming is a typical methodology for users to create use case scenarios during PD session, which heavily depend on the people skill and experiences of the analysts. The objective of this study is to develop a theoretical framework for automatic generation of requirement scenarios. Automatically generated scenarios serves as a menu of the possible user requirements from which user group can start to generate ideas about their requirements. The convergent approach taken here is novel in that the generated scenarios describe system requirements as well as the business process requirements in which the system operates. A context-sensitive grammar is used to generate the context relevant requirement scenarios.

  • 더욱이 경쟁이 치열한 시장 환경 속에서 소비자의 선호요인 중 심미성이 중요하게 부각되는 현실에서 소비자의 라이프스타일의 변화와 그에 따른 소비자의 의식변화를 통해 소비자의 상품구매 기준 역시 변화를 가져왔다. 이렇게 변화하는 소비자의 욕구를 만족시키기 위해서는 디자인 기술과 방법 또한 그에 따른 변화가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 범주화 이론(Categorization theory)을 통한 전형성과 동시에 중요하게 인지되는 심미성의 개념적 구조를 파악하고, 심미적 영향 요소 중 한글서체와 관련성이 있다고 여겨지는 율동(rhythm)을 선정하여 이를 이미지 형태조작에 활용함으로써 다양한 형태발상을 유도한 새로운 디자인 프로세스를 구축함으로서 디자이너의 아이디어 발상의 한계성을 극복하고 소비자가 선호할 수 있는 디자인을 창출하여 디자인의 성공 확률을 높이고자 한다.

  • 내장형시스템의 복잡도 증가로 인하여 내장형 소프트웨어의 자동생성 및 하드웨어-소프트웨어 통합설계 방법론등이 크게 이슈화되고 있다. 자동화된 설계 방법론에 있어서 공통적인 요구사항은 시스템 설계를 효과적으로 모호성 없이 기술 할 수 있도록 정형화된 설계 언어를 제공하는 것과 설계 언어로 부터 자동으로 원하는 소프트웨어 코드를 생성하는 방법의 개발이다. 본 논문에서는 시스템 기술언어로 ITU-T에 의해 표준으로 권고되어 널리 사용되고 있는 SDL (Specification and Description Language)로부터 실시간 운영체제 uC/OS-II에서 수행될 임베디드 C코드를 자동으로 생성하는 자동화된 방법론을 제시한다. 연구 개발된 자동 내장형 C코드 생성기는 하드웨어-소프트웨어 통합설계환경에서 소프트웨어 설계의 한 축으로 이용될 수 있으며 SDL 시뮬레이터나 검증기를 통하여 개발하고자 하는 code의 기능을 초기 모델 수준에서 평가하고 검증 할 수 있다.

  • In the process of designing a building, the process of expressing the designer's ideas through images is essential. However, it is expensive and time consuming for a designer to analyze every individual case image to generate a hypothetical design. This study aims to visualize the basic design draft sketch made by the designer as a real image using the Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) based on the continuously accumulated architectural case images. Through this, we proposed a method to build an automated visualization environment using artificial intelligence and to visualize the architectural idea conceived by the designer in the architectural planning stage faster and cheaper than in the past. This study was conducted using approximately 20,000 images. In our study, the GAN algorithm allowed us to represent primary materials and shades within 2 seconds, but lacked accuracy in material and shading representation. We plan to add image data in the future to address this in a follow-up study.

신도시 설계의 개념을 고려한 가로 시설물 디자인 프로세스 방법에 관한 연구 (Study on the Design Process of Street Furniture Considering the Given Concept from a New Town Planning)

  • The main objective of this study is to explore methods to generate and develop its design concept of the discord generated due to this by deeply considering the existing design concept of a new town or site planning. In particular, in case when designers participate in a process of planning new town, this study aims to reveal methods generating design strategy and basic ideas for designing street furniture through cases study of projects by understanding and analyzing concept of overall space planning and by developing direction for deployment of specific designs. First, further concepts of the space planning, which decides overall flow of visual design concept of street furniture, is extracted through analyses of basic concepts of space design with doing Focused Group Interview among designers and planners. Then, by applying 3V Design Process, alternatives of the concept generation are suggested through methods of storytelling and visual language under the two approach methods of verbalization stage and visualization stage. Also its process were explored through suggestion of designs by developing each idea of the respective concepts into specific design vocabulary.

창조적 사고 방법의 공간디자인 적용에 관한 연구 - 트리즈를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Adaption of Creative Thinking Methodologies in the Spatial Design - Focused on TRIZ -)

  • This study aims to recognize that creative thinking methodologies can be adopted in the spatial design. The concept of 'Convergent' and 'Divergent' used in structure of intellect model by Guilford is chosen to understand the character of creative thinking methodologies. Technical and physical contradictions is analyzed for '40 inventive principles' of TRIZ and spatial design works. Through this study, we recognize that the creative thinking methodologies consist of analysis, idea generation and evaluation phase. The psychological inertia that limits the creative thinking should be move away from solving problem, and convergent and divergent thinking have peculiarities to be adopted in condition and to be harmonized, and to set the direction of solving technical problems through to reach the target point integrated way of thinking is needed. '40 inventive principles' by Altshuller are based on engineering and useful in many areas of fields. However some principles are not accepted in design process because these are not considered in design field and paradigm is changed from machine to nature. Nowadays, nature is a prime issue for sustainable human life, because it has sustainable recycle structure and saving energy ways. Thus, creative thinking, including TRIZ is useful in design education and progress, and should be an essential element to get a new design paradigm.
