The purpose of this study is to introduce a proposed Framework for Evaluating the Return on Investment (ROI) of E-Learning Programs at Saudi Universities. To achieve this goal, the descriptive analysis methodology is used to analyze the literature review about e-learning and its evaluation from different viewpoints, especially from the ROI-related perspective. As well as the literature reviews related to ROI and the methods of calculating it inside society institutes. This study suggests a conceptual framework for evaluating the ROI of E-Learning Programs at Saudi Universities. This framework is based on the merging process among the analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate (ADDIE) model for designing e-learning programs, which gives detailed procedures for executing the program, several evaluating models for e-learning, and the Kirkpatrick model for evaluating the ROI of e-learning. It consists of seven stages (analysis, calculating the costs, design, development, implementation, calculation of the benefits, and calculation of the final ROI).

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to design a system for quality management and improvement of overall public services. Methods: Literature Review, Framework Design Method, Case Studies Analysis Results: Public Service Quality Management Principles, Definition of Public Services Quality Management Areas, Quality Management Guidelines, Service Quality Management Tools Conclusion: In this study, a study case of the public service quality management framework, which is a system that supports overall quality management and continuous quality improvement of public services, is presented. The management system was designed based on the existing research results and domestic and foreign cases of public service standardization, targeting the entire public service.

For the development of system framework which provides multidisciplinary design environment, the integration of analysis codes written in various computer languages, the integration of CAD and DBMS, and the development of complex GUI are indispensible In this study, three different design frameworks which have been developed in Konkuk University with the aids of a company and other university, are compared and analyzed with respect to the analysis code integration method and the module interface technique. Moreover, the way to develop an efficient framework is proposed.

본 논문에서는 디자인패턴을 적용하여 액션게임 개발을 위한 HTML5 기반의 게임프레임워크 설계 방법을 제안하였다. 적용된 디자인패턴으로는 싱글톤디자인 패턴과 전략디자인 패턴으로, 전체 게임을 관리하는 Game Manager 클래스에는 싱글톤패턴을, 공격 형태에 따른 캐릭터 객체 생성을 위한 클래스에는 전략디자인 패턴을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 프레임워크는 액션게임 개발뿐만 아니라 다양한 장르의 게임개발에도 적용할 수 있다.

동시공학개념이 최적화의 개념과 함께 대두되면서 최적화 적용을 위한 많은 노력들이 실제 설계 문제에 적용되어 왔다. 하지만 최적화가 적용될 수 있는 설계 문제들은 확대되었지만 선박 설계과정은 모든 관련된 설계 작업들의 전산적인 통합의 어려움으로 인해 많은 부분들이 여전히 반복적인 접근 방법에 의존되고 있다. 이러한 접근 방법은 전체 설계 문제를 쉽게 다룰 수 있는 많은 하위 문제로 분해한 후 많은 다른 팀에 의해 복잡한 내부 상호작용 통해 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 실제 선박 설계 초기과정에 대해 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 논문에서는 워크플로우(workflow) 기반 설계 프로세스 관리 시스템 구축을 위한 첫 단계로서, 프로세스 중심의 통합 프레임워크를 제안한다. 이 프레임워크는 크게, 관리자가 설계 진행 상황을 모니터링하고 관리할 수 있는 부분과 설계자가 설계 워크플로우를 따라 효과적으로 설계 업무를 수행할 수 있는 설계 업무 관리 부분으로 나뉘어진다. 전체 시스템은 그 관리 대상에 따라 여러 개의 모듈로 나뉘어지고, 그 모듈간에는 전체 시스템의 기능 달성을 위해 합리적인 상호작용이 이루어질 수 있도록 설계되었다. 설계 프로세스 모델은 실제 선박설계 현실의 분석을 통해 최대한 합리적이고 적용 가능한 모델이 괼 수 있도록 제안되었다. 제안된 프레임워크는 상용 워크플로우 시스템을 통해 실제로 구현될 예정이다.

The Design Axioms provide a general framework for design methodologies. The axiomatic design framework has been successfully applied to various design tasks. However, the axiomatic design has been rarely utilized in the detailed design process of structures where the optimization technology is generally carried out. The relationship between the axiomatic design and the optimization is investigated and Logical Decomposition method is developed for a systematic structural optimization. The entire optimization process is decomposed to satisfy the Independence Axiom. In the decomposition process, design variables are grouped according to sensitivities. The sensitivities are evaluated by the Analysis of Variance(ANOVA) to avoid considering only local values. The developed method is verified through examples such as the twenty -five members transmission tower and the two -bay-six-story frame.

This paper overall and systematically investigates of basic design know-how on commonly indwelling timber framework in a folk house in Yeosu area. in other words, Setting the goal of 'investigates of common form of timber framework', and for this goal, surveyed and analyzed for folk house a lot of findable in Yeosu area. As a result, elicits for four types plural common form((1) 4 front 'kan' - a hipped roof construction - front 'toi'/3 'ryang' - no central pillar/side beam type, (2) 4 front 'kan' - a hipped roof construction - front 'toi'/3 'ryang' - one side central pillar/central side beam type, (3) 4 front 'kan' - a hipped roof construction - front/back 'toi'/2'kozu'5'ryang' - no central pillar/side beam type, (4) 4 front 'kan' - a hipped roof construction - front/back 'toi'/'2kozu'5'ryang' - one side central pillar/central side beam type). Common form is at that time, so commonly located in the head of the technician that a form that play an exemplary role in design, or it is concretely assumed for commonly aimed form. in other words, Common form is come into existence on premise for basic design data. Documentation of folk house design know-how is done through this, and the base design and specification of korean private house is written in the contents divided into by areas.

In order to boost productivity and efficiency of architectural design, architect accumulates materials and details which are repeatedly used. According as introduction and application of BIM (Building Information Modeling) have proliferated, a number of data are being produced. BIM data constructed in a stage of architectural design reduces repetitive works of design and can be used in estimate and construction, maintenance. BIM library gathered these data are able to enhance participants collaboration and design improvement. Library is a vital factor in BIM and a number of libraries are needed as BIM introduction and application have proliferated in architecture industry. However, BIM Library establishment and related research development are incomplete. And specific standard setting and institutional environment for BIM library building have not been achieved. As such a vast amount of information are generated but there is no systematic plan and reuse frequency is low. So it is necessary to build system for effective data sharing and operation management. In this study, through establishment of BIM standard system and construction of management environmental system, it has an object in view for developing framework which can efficiently manage various libraries happened in BIM architectural design field.
