본 연구에서는 은행의 경영컨설팅과 수진기업의 경영성과 및 은행기여도를 분석함으로써 은행과 고객기업의 상생을 위한 방안으로써 경영컨설팅의 중요성 및 문제점을 제시하여, 은행컨설팅의 발전방향에 대한 이론적 기초를 제공하고자 하였다. 은행 컨설팅의 효과로는 수진기업의 경영성과와 은행기여도를 이용하였다. 분석결과 은행의 경영컨설팅 이후 은행과 수진기업의 상호 의존성이 증가하였으나, 수진기업의 수익성 등 경영성과에 일관적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였으며, 미수진기업과 비교하였을 때 성과가 유의하게 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 지금까지의 은행 컨설팅이 은행과 여신 자산인 대출기업의 정보비대칭을 감소시키는데 기여하였으나, 실질적인 경영성과의 개선을 위하여 장기적인 관점에서의 계획과 노력이 필요함을 암시한다.

This study is based on a survey of welfare counselling services provision, including best practice, current issues and suggestions for ways to improve housing welfare. For this study, 20 facilities providing housing welfare consulting and 26 people actually doing the consulting at those facilities were surveyed. The high-level findings of this study include: 1. Lower level local governments should be the frontline in providing housing welfare consulting services as they have the capability to provide greater accessibility to such services for those in need and deliver sustainable housing welfare benefits responsibly; 2. Housing welfare consulting has a wide scope and requires a high level of expertise. For this reason, the Counseling Service Providers have a great need for field training and capacity building. In this regard, certified housing welfare professionals may offer a viable solution. 3. In terms of best practice, the qualities required for Consulting Service Providers include professional knowledge, communication skills, understanding of those seeking Consulting, and the capability to check the progress in consulting and follow up.

The purpose of this study is to identify core elements required of instruction consulting and to develop a systematic consulting procedure for successful Flipped Learning. The main contents of this study to achieve its purpose are as follows. First, core elements required of consulting are deduced by analyzing cases of instruction implemented with Flipped Learning. Second, consulting procedure is constructed based on core consulting elements of Flipped Learning. Based on the study results, the 3P process is suggested as the elements and procedure of instruction consulting for Flipped Learning. The 3P process has the following characteristics. The first stage Preparation involves guiding students to have an objective viewpoint about the lesson beginning with building a relationship with the instructor. Also, a lesson plan and source materials for lesson are selected and developed. The second stage Performance involves implementing lesson coaching oriented towards cooperative problem-solving to find better direction. The last stage Post-review involves introspection necessary for continuous quality improvement of lessons. The validity of the instruction consulting elements for Flipped Learning applied to deduce the aforementioned results has been verified after specialist review and field application.

본 연구는 우리나라 디자인컨설팅기업의 운영현황을 미국의 디자인컨설팅기업의 운영현황과 비교해 보고 향후 디자인컨설팅 산업이 질적인 성장을 이루기 위한 방안들을 모색해 보기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 분석을 위해 우리나라 109개 디자인컨설팅기업과 미국의 97개 디자인컨설팅기업을 대상으로 디자인컨설팅기업의 운영특성에 대한 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 수집된 자료에 대한 비교분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 디자인컨설팅기업의 운영특성인 클라이언트기업과의 장기적인 파트너쉽 관계형성, 다학제적 조직구성, 결과중심의 보상체계 운영, 클라이언트기업의 전략적 수준에서의 디자인컨설팅서비스 제공, 능동적인 디자인비즈니스의 실행, 기업간의 융합 네트워킹, 디자인서비스의 전문화 등 7가지 분야에 있어서 한국의 디자인컨설팅기업이 미국의 디자인컨설팅기업에 비해 전반적으로 낮은 수준으로 유지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 우리나라의 디자인컨설팅산업이 질적 성장을 거두고 안정적인 산업구조를 이루기 위해 7개 분야의 운영특성에 대한 지속적인 노력이 요구된다고 할 수 있다.

The statistical survey and analysis is much restricted to time, space and material. The statistical survey and analysis could hardly resume. The statistical survey and analysis is very important to create various and accurate information. The statistical survey and analysis which is not a expert knowledge have many problems in productivity of information, reliability and etc. In this paper, we study the design and Implementation of web-based statistical survey and analysis consulting system which a client meet easily a statistical expert on the web.

The purpose of this paper is to present the state of practice being used in the Philippines for the performance-based seismic design of reinforced concrete tall buildings. Initially, the overall methodology follows "An Alternative Procedure for Seismic Analysis and Design of Tall Buildings Located in the Los Angeles Region, 2008", which was developed by Los Angeles Tall Buildings Structural Design Council. After 2010, the design procedure follows "Tall Buildings Initiative, Guidelines for Performance-Based Seismic Design of Tall Buildings, 2010" developed by Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center (PEER). After the completion of preliminary design in accordance with code-based design procedures, the performance of the building is checked for serviceable behaviour for frequent earthquakes (50% probability of exceedance in 30 years, i.e,, with 43-year return period) and very low probability of collapse under extremely rare earthquakes (2% of probability of exceedance in 50 years, i.e., 2475-year return period). In the analysis, finite element models with various complexity and refinements are used in different types of analyses using, linear-static, multi-mode pushover, and nonlinear-dynamic analyses, as appropriate. Site-specific seismic input ground motions are used to check the level of performance under the potential hazard, which is likely to be experienced. Sample project conducted using performance-based seismic design procedures is also briefly presented.

본 연구의 목적은 특히 사서교사가 배치되어 있지 않은 학교도서관의 컨설팅을 활성화하기 위한 현실적인 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 분석 결과, 학교도서관 지원단을 통한 컨설팅은 자발성, 전문성, 자문성 그리고 독립성이 부족하다. 그리고 교육청이 마케팅 차원에서 운영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 오늘날 학교 컨설팅의 중요한 목적은 단위학교 공동체 중심의 자주적 문제해결능력을 신장하는 것이다. 따라서 학교도서관 컨설팅의 성공을 위해서는 연합운영체제 구축, 표준업무지침서 개발, DLS를 활용한 온라인 컨설팅 체제 구축 그리고 컨설던트의 직무분석과 교육훈련 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

In this era of information, the public library takes a important role in the local community. In several years, public libraries have been proliferated in our society. However, there have not been specific planning standards of space size for construction of public library. The situation has lead the local governments to the need of consulting for the construction and management of library in search of appropriate guideline. The research paper focuses on the result of consulting support project for construction and management of public library. It examines total 11 libraries which were consulted from 2009 to 2011. It examines the configurational differences between the first scheme from the local government and the final scheme after the consulting, and the percentages of gross areas of each parts of library, reference and reading area, office area, education and cultural area, and public common use area. The analysis concludes that reference and reading area increased by 6.4% from 34.1% to 40.5%, and public common use area reduced by 6.1% from 30.2% to 24.1%, which represents a certain tendency of the configuration ratio of the each parts. Thus, the paper could be a starting point of establishing planning standard of space size for public library.

(Most companies that perform BPR have not achieved satisfactory results or have not performed successful BPRs. There are many reasons for this, but the most important one has caused problems that do not accurately reflect the requirements of various stakeholders. In this paper, we will apply the BPR consulting methodology to a new value innovation requirements engineering process based on the Blue Ocean strategy, which is a way to create a new market without competition by customerizing potential customers by satisfying new customer expectations and needs. This paper uses a requirements engineering process that can generate customer value by applying the ERRC(Erasure Reduce Raise Create) analysis method, which is the core of the Blue Ocean Strategy Framework[1,2]. We will also apply the Six Sigma DFSS (Design For Six Sigma) methodology to improve quality and process through quantitative and systematic analysis. The proposed approach was presented to the BPR consulting to present a practical case, and the results of the empirical analysis of the system user to validate the results of BPR consulting.

Personal image concerns a person's talent, expertise, as well as the internal and external image. It is a core value that differentiates one individual from another. As personal branding via personal image management has become more important, there is a fast-growing number of online systems that provide self-test programs to analyze one's style and habits and also provide expert advice for not only styles but lifestyles as well. This study develops a systematic and objective personal image consulting system and offers basic information for the research of personal image making. For that purpose, the study attempts to examine the present state of global companies that use online image consulting programs and analyze their digital content. The results are as follows: 1) two domestic companies, Colorz and Atzine, and seven foreign companies, notably Covet and Boutique, were brisk in business; 2) two types of personal image-diagnosis programs - Visual search and Virtual matching - are now in operation; and 3) mobile applications exist as an evolved personal image-diagnosis program. With an increased interest in such programs, various companies at home and abroad are establishing systematic and scientific analysis systems, which are needed for personal image-making online. Under these circumstances, domestic companies are also urged to enhance levels of image-diagnosis content and actual commercialization and utilization, to develop programs that enable objectified, systematic personal image-making. To this end, the results of this study may serve as a helpful tool to consider future directions.
