Purpose: The primary objectives of this research are: (1) To examine the current situation of employee welfare in diverse workplace settings. (2) To explore and identify the different challenges that affect employees' overall well-being. (3) To examine and establish the importance of consultation as a strategic tool in addressing these challenges and enhancing employee welfare. Research design, data and methodology: The first step of the research design is the identification of databases, search terms, and filters. A thorough search will be conducted across respectable academic databases, journals, and pertinent sources using keywords and controlled vocabulary about consultation, employee welfare, and related concepts. The next step is full-text assessment, which verifies compliance with the research question and assesses the caliber of the methodology. Results: According to the previous evidence, the significant benefits of effective consultation for employee welfare have been highlighted: 1. positive impact on productivity in the workplace, 2. Effective consultation Improves employee's engagement, 3. Effective consultation Increases employee retention, and 4. Effective consultation facilitates trust in a corporate communication. Conclusions: The study has identified four main advantages: enhanced productivity, enhanced engagement, increased retention, and enhanced trustbuilding. These findings provide insightful information for practitioners looking to foster positive workplace cultures and improve organizational success.

The effects of characteristics of community pharmacists on consultation time for prescription (RX) and nonprescription drugs (nRX) were investigated. A crosssectional descriptive design was established with a self-administered anonymous mail survey. Response rate was 52%. Significant pharmacists' factors related to having less than 3 minutes consultation for RX were one's dispensing duties exceeding 50%, low satisfaction with one's own level of consultation, working at the pharmacies nearby clinics, or shorter duration of consultation time for nRX. Consultation promoting conditions should be built up for the provision of sufficient consultation.

Purpose: The primary objective of this study is to explore the relationship between clinical consultation and job satisfaction among healthcare workers. Specific objectives include: (1) Identifying the key components of clinical consultation that influence job satisfaction. (2) Analyzing the relationship between clinical consultation and job satisfaction among healthcare workers. (3) Providing insights and recommendations for improving job satisfaction through enhanced clinical consultation practices. Research design, data and methodology: This research uses a systematic literature review research methodology to analyze the correlation between clinical consultation and job satisfaction among healthcare workers. Systematic literature reviews are a reliable and reproducible approach of searching for, selecting, appraising and synthesizing the relevant literature on the topic under consideration. Results: The findings of the present research presents the positive relationships between clinical consultation and job satisfaction, emphasizing four main consultation factors to maximize clinical effects. The four key consultation factors as follows: (1) Emotional Support, (2) Professional Development, (3) Feedback, (4) Peer Interaction. Conclusions: All in all, the results of the present research will be useful for healthcare managers and policy makers in terms of promoting mechanisms for increasing job satisfaction which will positively impact organizational staffs' and organizational clients' well-being.

Purpose: Facing numerous challenges, organizational management is one of the most important research areas for organizations which handles workers' behaviors when they are within their workplace and organization to make more profits. The current research aims to analyze the effect of organizational management factors on direct employee consultation in distribution channels. Research design, data, and methodology: To achieve the purpose of the study and provide adequate empirical results, the current authors conducted the structural equation analysis using IBM AMOS 24.0 and collected 387 U.S employees in distribution channels (Wholesale and Retail shops). Results: Investigating the relationships between three organizational management factors and direct employee consultation, we found out that organizational practitioners in distribution channels face numerous challenges that must be resolved to ensure effective direct employee consultation to benefit employees. Empirical findings suggest that practitioners and leaders in distribution channels should focus on developing employee psychological management and utilizing direct employee consultation. Conclusions: In sum, the present research concludes that it must ensure that the employee in distribution channels should be a comfortable environment to appropriately respond to consultations. An approachable management team is ideal for employee consultations to find the right ways to keep employees at par with the consultation issues.

세계 경제의 일체화, 공업 설계의 글로벌화, 그리고 세계 기술혁명과 사회경제의 발전으로 각 나라의 디자인 컨설팅업계 또한 흥기되기 시작하였는데 이는 새로운 제품의 창조와 새로운 시장을 개척하는데 새로운 에너지를 주입시켜주고 있다. 동시에 디자이너들의 디자인 또한 단순히 제품을 디자인하는 단일한 행동으로만 가치를 창조하는 것이 아니라, 디자이너의 직능과 가치 창조의 경로를 통하여 디자이너의 직능과 가치 창조의 방법을 통해 다원화적인 방향으로 발전하기 시작하였다. 본 논문에서는 우선 관련 문헌을 통해 현재 디자인 컨설팅의 기본적인 개념, 유형 등 내용을 살펴볼 것이다. 두 번째는 선행연구를 통해 영국, 일본, 한국의 디자인 컨설팅업계의 발전 상황, 발전 추세 및 경제발전 과정에서 디자이너의 발전상황과 직능의 전환 상황에 대해 고찰해볼 것이다. 마지막으로, 현재 기업에서 디자이너가 공업 디자인자문을 할 때 역할과 지위의 범주 확정에 있어서의 모호성에 대해서 본 연구의 결론을 제기할 것이다. 또한 전체적인 프로젝트의 기획자, 디자인 전략의 기획자, 전반적 디자인 프로세스의 제공자, 고객 사유의 인도자 등 넷 가지 측면으로부터 디자이너가 공업 디자인 서비스를 제공할 때 담당하는 역할에 대해 설명 할 것이다.

이 논문에서는 진학 정보들이 폭발적으로 늘어나고 있는 반면 기존의 진학 정보 서비스는 정보의 내용이 극히 단편적이거나 일반적이며 신속한 정보제공이 이루어지지 않는다는 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 개인의 프로파일을 관리하고, 정보간의 의미를 파악하여 관련 정보를 쉽게 찾을 수 있도록 시맨틱 웹 기술을 기반으로 하여 개인의 관심이나 적성, 취미, 성적 등을 반영할 수 있도록 특화된 서비스를 지원하는 맞춤 진학 정보 서비스 시스템을 제안한다.

This paper discusses the design, implementation, and potential use of an ontology-based mobile pediatric consultation and monitoring system, which is a smart healthcare expert system for pediatric patients. The proposed system provides remote consultation and monitoring of pediatric patients during their illness at places distant from medical service areas. The system not only shares instant medical data with a pediatrician but also examines the data as a smart medical assistant to detect any emergency situation. In addition, it uses an inference engine to infer instant suggestions for performing certain initial medical treatment steps when necessary. The applied methodologies and main technical contributions have three aspects: (a) pediatric consultation and monitoring ontology, (b) semantic Web rule knowledge base, and (c) inference engine. Two case studies with real pediatric patients are provided and discussed. The reported results of the applied case studies are promising, and they demonstrate the applicability, effectiveness, and efficiency of the proposed approach.

As a way to raise the brand value of each area and activate local industries, public design projects have been competitively made. Meanwhile, public design has the characteristics of having an uncertain number of users, people with different interests, and management of the design by an administrative organization. Such characteristics may be obstacles to the results of public design and finally can cause many problems in a project's results. However, although most local governments have executed public design projects, systematic research for them and organized execution of the projects has been insufficient. For successful realization, proper organization, and consistent public design, research on a strategic design process is needed. Therefore, this study investigated the current status of public design projects to understand problems in the design process and solve them. The results are presented as follows: First, the design process for public spaces has a dual structure including a specialized process of design development in its execution and management and the execution process in the planning state is unsatisfactory and the process of designer selection is not consistent. Second, as a result of investigating the current status of the design process for public spaces, it was deduced that as most of the projects have been subjectively and temporarily managed by wholly charged organizations without specialized consultation or investigation with different related departments, there have been diverse problems in securing design quality. Third, as a result of analysing the specific execution processes carefully, it was suggested that problems in the process can be solved by decisions through consultation and discussion. As well supportive consultation systems should be used actively.

Purpose: The relationship between employee consultations and job/workplace stress remains one of the most consequential owing to its impact on the well-being of the employees and their final output. The current study aims to look closely at the connection employee consultation and job stress, investigating the prior and present literature dataset to explore employee consultations' approaches, effects, and impacts in reducing job stress. Research design, data and methodology: The current research has conducted literature content analysis, and all collected prior studies were selected and screened thoroughly by the topic and keywords of the research. Results: The result of this study shows that meaningful consultations for workers are pertinent and essential in addressing the causes of workers' job stress, thus critical in reducing them as follows: Mitigation of Workers' Stressful Concerns, Booting Interpersonal Relationships at Work, Employees Personal Improvement, and Proper Communication Tendencies and Culture. Conclusions: All in all, this study concludes that employee consultation equally deals with positive aspects such as areas of strengths and achievements of employees. It entails discussing ways to maintain or consistently improve a worker's abilities and performance. Through the above dimensions, employee consultation reduces job stress and improves performance and outcomes.

This study identifies the current status of hanok design process and required design information through individual survey and interview with hanok architects and builders to suggest a proposal. Current design system turns out to be a common design process not reflecting hanok's unique mechanism of production. The proposal consists of the alternative design process, 'Initial survey / Site and structural planning / Spatial layout and form / Openings, interior and exterior elements design / Detail design', containing the specialty of hanok's mechanism, and the lists of design information required in its each stage. The proposed design process also emphasizes the significance of consultation in a way of designing coordination, and classifies the specific contents for each consultation moments. The study is expected to contribute for architects including the group who are not specialized in hanok to improve the architectural quality by following the systematic design process. Also the design system provides a framework to organize the vast range of design information being recently developed in the technique-oriented area.
