융통형 노인주거대안에 대한 사용자 사전평가 연구 (Pre-Evaluation of Users on Flexible Elderly Housing Alternative)

  • The demand of elderly care facilities due to aging population has been increased and the trend of developed countries implies the necessity of innovate approach for elderly care in Korea. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the flexible elderly housing alternative which has been introduced showing adaptability and small scale. This elderly housing alternative was designed to fulfill the condition of residential facilities for various aging phases from the independent elderly to dependent elderly. The workshop method was used for pre-evaluation of the flexible elderly housing alternative from the viewpoint of administrators, care givers and the elderly. The pre-evaluation is to estimate the facility before finalizing the design so that it facilitates more effective and suitable plan by reducing the trial and error beforehand, unlike the post-evaluation. Major responses of plans were positive and the needs for improvement about some concerns were revealed. Thus, relevant aspects of architectural drawings were amended according to workshop participants' needs and features that require to be reflected during further planning procedures were also improved. The result of this research will develop the flexible elderly housing alternative and contribute to foster environment for the elderly as well.

설계.시공일괄입찰공사 및 대안입찰공사의 생애주기비용 분석 및 평가체계 개선방향 (Improvement Directions for Life Cycle Cost Analysis and Evaluation in the Design-Build and Alternative Bidding Projects)

  • The report of the Korean Board of Audit and Inspection(BAI) on May 2007 indicates the problems of Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis and evaluation in the Design-Build(Turn-Key) and alternative bidding system. The point which the report indicates is that the cost estimation system for LCC analysis has nothing in common each other and there's no consistency among the repair cycle and ratio per facilities parts. For solving these problems, BAI demands the establishment of the guidelines for LCC analysis and evaluation from the competent authority Korean Ministry of Construction And Transportation(MOCT). The objective of this study is to develop the improvement directions for LCC analysis and evaluation which are suitable to the public construction projects especially for the Design-Build and alternative bidding system in Korea. For this study, the LCC related raws and regulations, LCC analysis guidelines of public cooperations, actual condition of LCC analysis and evaluation which include, the elements of LCC, the estimation rules of the initial cost and the maintenance cost, the analysis standards of time value of money, etc. are investigated to provide the improvement directions for LCC analysis and evaluation.

  • To apply an analysis method of life cycle cost when assessing economics of equipment system, we should basically set up preconditions such as useful life, price escalation rate, interest rate, etc. as well as consider a calculation algorism of source energy and heat source system, which is a complex process for life cycle costing. For this reason, equipment designers tend to plan heat source systems, without a thorough investigation on economics of alternative systems at the pre-design phase. In this process, architectural designers should adopt a proper heat source system, which is one of the most important factors for planning an appropriate architectural design, through a discussion with equipment designers in a short time. In order to offer an evaluation method for equipment designers to analyze economics of an alternative heat source system easily at the pre-design phase, this research would define the simplified economics, evaluation method through analysis of existing papers for economics evaluation, and examine validity through comparison of simplified method values ($LCC_{EC}$) and life cycle costing values ($LCC_{15}$) for six alternative heat source systems.

  • A product system will be improved continually until requirements are satisfied. It is true that considering alternative designs to improve product system is hard work; it is also true that selecting an adequate design idea that represents the needs of stakeholders concerned and meets effectiveness factors properly is not an easy work, either. In the process of driv-ing an idea and designing, which is called Design Phase, there are lots of existing tools for testing the driven idea in DFSS. But, those kinds of tools do not offer the function that helps to select the technically better design idea among alternative design ideas that have the same evaluation level. Moreover it is inappropriate to select adequate alternative design ideas by just verifying only the evaluation table in pugh matrix, since satisfied deviation val-ues are low when there is a too competitive mass product system in a market. Also, for the IT product with short life cycle, faster and more effective testing tool is needed. Therefore, the 'roduct quality index' is suggested in order to select an appropriate candidate design concept for system development that meets requirements by using 'deality concept' pro-vided by TRIZ. According to the result of this research, it is possible to select technically better idea fast and effectively; it is confirmed by applying the approach to the case of LCD BLU (Back Light Unit).

  • Ergonomic techniques have been required to analyze the effectiveness of functional clothing design improvement in a systematic and analytic manner. The goals of the present study are to: (1) comprehensively and analytically examine the effectiveness of clothing improvement by using the relationship analysis between clothing design components (D) and ergonomic evaluation measures (E) and (2) prove the usefulness of cost-effectiveness analysis for clothing design optimization. The cost effectiveness analysis is comprised of the preliminary evaluation based on expertise and the in-depth evaluation where the D-E relationship analysis is applied. As a result of the cost effectiveness analysis applied to flame-proof clothing, an optimal design was identified by analyzing costs and qualitative/quantitative effects. In the preliminary evaluation, the expected effectiveness of each design alternative on wear efficiency and wear comfort was estimated. In the in-depth evaluation, however, the effectiveness of each design alternative was analyzed by quantitative evaluation in a wearing test using a questionnaire prepared based on the D-E relationship analysis. It was concluded that the D-E relationship analysis and the cost-effectiveness analysis are useful for comprehensive evaluation and optimization of functional clothing design.

  • This study intended to introduce the method of designing an eco-friendly building based on BIM(Building Information Modeling) and BIM-based application. The proposed application aimed to generate the environmental performance of the designed alternative automatically in real-time manner in the process of architectural design. We focused on the feasibility of BIM-based eco-friendly design process and the applicability of the developed application for the architectural design practice. In this manner, in the end of paper, we proposed the so-call EcoBIM which is the performance evaluation module for the designed alternative using BIM in the real-time manner and the new design process with it. EcoBIM generate the coefficient of overall heat transmission of wall, roof and slab of the designed alternative with their physical characteristics such as thickness, thermal resistance and so on.

  • This study focuses on design of supplementary evaluation indicator system geared towards comprehensive rearrangement projects in seats of township and town offices. In the first phase, it tries to reveal major problems and issues related to evaluation of the existing small town promotion projects. In terms of analytical tools, this study depends on the Delphi and AHP techniques. In specific, after three rounds of the Delphi methods, it extracts a series of alternative evaluation indicators derived from the AHP methods. It covers 5 major evaluation criteria, under which 18 independent items are hierarchically interconnected. It expects that these alternative evaluation indicators would contribute to selecting appropriate small town promotion projects. Next, applying these evaluation indicators, we examine couples of comprehensive rearrangement projects in seats of township and town offices. From the comparative contexts, we believe that the proposed alternative evaluation criteria would improve the general satisfaction level of key stakeholders in deciding the priority order of the small town promotion projects.

대체요법과 건강증진 가상강좌 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of an Online Alternative Therapy and Health Promotion Class)

  • Purpose: This study was to develop an online 'alternative therapy and health promotion' class for university students and to evaluate its changes. Method: The online class was developed based on the Instructional Systems Development(ISD) model and model of Web-Based Instruction(WBI) developmental process. This was a quasi-experimental, one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 130 students in 3 universities, and they were provided the cyber class for 16 weeks. Data was analyzed by descriptive and plural answer statistics, and paired t-test. Results: The cyber class was developed in five steps : analysis, design, data collection and reconstruction, programing and publishing, and evaluation. The results of program evaluation were positive, which included learning 3.47. system 3.57, and learning satisfaction 3.64 on the scale of 5. The posttest scores of cognition and reliability of alternative therapy were higher than pretest scores. The posttest score of health promoting lifestyle(t=-5.051, p=.000) and perceived health status(t=2.979, p=.003) were significantly higher than those of the pretest. Conclusion: These results suggest that the cyber class is a positive method in increasing a cognition, reliability of alternative therapy, and is effective to improve a health promotion lifestyle and perceived health status for the university students.

  • 건설 프로젝트의 VE는 크게 설계단계 VE와 시공단계 VE로 분류된다. 설계단계 VE는 정부의 법률에 의해 100억 원 이상의 공공 건설공사에 적용해야만 한다. 따라서 설계VE는 건설 프로젝트에 적극적으로 적용되고 있다. 이와는 대조적으로, 시공 VE는 제한된 특정 건설 프로젝트에 적용되고 있다. 그 이유는 시공 VE 프로세스가 실무적 요구 품질을 반영 할 수 없기 때문이다. 시공 VE는 시공 가능성에 대한 타당성 검증을 통해 긍정적인 효과를 구현할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 실무를 반영한 시공 VE의 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 제안 방법은 직관지수(G.F.I.)를 활용한 전문가 기반의 대안평가 방법이며, 제안 방법의 적용성을 검증하기 위해 실무사례에 적용하였다. 그 결과 제안된 대안평가 방법은 기존의 방법보다 적용 절차, 적용 방법 측면에서 효율성이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

턴키·대안입찰공사 낙찰자 결정방식에 의한 수주현황 분석 (Orders Status Analysis on the Successful Bidder Decision Method of Turnkey Alternative Tendering Construction)

  • 과거에 시행한 심사제도는 입찰참가자격사전심사 및 기본설계평가와 가격평가로 구분하여 최종 낙찰자를 선정하였으나, 2010년 1월 1일부터 현재까지 턴키 대안입찰공사는 설계 적합 최적가 방식, 종합 평가 방식(입찰가격조정, 설계점수조정, 가중치기준), 확정금액 최상 설계 방식의 낙찰자 결정방식을 선택하고 있다. 이러한 제도적인 문제로 발주기관은 동일 유사한 공사에 대해 서로 다른 낙찰자 결정방식을 적용하고 있는 사례가 종종 있어 왔다. 그러므로 이 연구는 국내에서 시행된 토목부분 턴키 대안입찰공사 발주현황, 건수 및 수주실적, 공종별 발주기관별 수주실적, 세부방식 가중치 낙찰자 수주실적 등의 분석을 통해 국내 턴키 대안입찰공사 실정에 적합한 낙찰자 선정기준을 제시하였다.
