  • To build up the conservativeness of aged paper heritages, the strength reinforcement treatment using various cellulose derivative solutions was considered. Hand-made Hanji prepared by traditional papermaking technique was firstly simulated in order to modify the overall of paper properties like aged paper heritages by accelerated ageing treatment at $150^{\circ}C$ for 24 hours, and then the ageing stability of Hanji was verified through the secondary accelerated ageing at $150^{\circ}C$ for 12 hours. The physical properties of aged Hanji were improved by applying with cellulose derivative solutions. The ageing stability for physical, optical (L, brightness, opacity, yellowness) and chemical (oxidation index, degree of polymerization) properties of aged Hanji treated with all kinds of cellulose derivative solutions was also good compared to those of untreated samples, especially using MC solution. Therefore, it was that a kind of MC solution would be well-suited for the strength reinforcement treatment of aged paper heritages.

  • Fast Hartley transform(FHT) was used for the identification of derivative UV spectra of pharmaceuticals, with the advantages of relatively shorter computing time of FHT and more precise results. The arccosine value of dot product of two vectors of normalized FHT coefficients calculated from two compared derivative spectra was a reasonable parameter for the spectral identification. Using this parameter, the similar patterns of derivative spectra of 13 penicillins can be differenciated from each other. The concentration difference and the minor contamination did not interfere the results of identification procedures. All these procedures of identification were accomplished successfully by the computer program, [SPECMAN PLUS] version 1.30, which was developed for this article.

  • Current studies on products of analytic functionals have been based on applying convolution products in D' and the Fourier exchange formula. There are very few results directly computed from the ultradistribution space Z'. The goal of this paper is to introduce a definition for the product of analytic functionals and construct a new multiplier space $F(N_m)$ for $\delta^{(m)}(s)$ in a one or multiple dimension space, where Nm may contain functions without compact support. Several examples of the products are presented using the Cauchy integral formula and the multiplier space, including the fractional derivative of the delta function $\delta^{(\alpha)}(s)$ for $\alpha>0$.

  • The aim of the current study is to look at the mediating effects of structural features (i.e. decentralization, formalization, and specialization) on the relationship between product variety and the performance of product family. This study investigates the impact of decentralization and formalization for platform and derivative projects separately and in the context of the performance of the product family as a whole, as opposed to individual projects. In addition to relationships between people and groups, the current study considers physical element of an organization such as geographical location in which business tasks are conducted. The current study focuses on spatial differentiation which refers to the number of different sites or locations operated by an organization. Based on a cross-industry sample of 103 Korean manufacturers, this study examines the role of organizational structure features in which firms successfully increase product variety. The study examines that formalization in platform projects and decentralization in derivative projects enhance high variety firms' product family performance. The study finds significant mediating effect of spatial proximity on the relationship between product variety and product family performance.

  • A new derivative of allo-inositol has been isolated from the aerial parts of Stocksia brahuica and named as brahol (1). The structure of 1 was elucidated with the help of extensive 2D-NMR spectroscopic techniques and identified as 5-O-methyl-allo-inositol. The structure was reconfirmed by acetate derivative (2).

  • A novel quinone derivative, Griseusin C (1), along with a known quinone, Naphthoquinone C (2), was isolated from the lyophilized culture broth of the marine-derived fungus Penicillium sp. The structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive 1D-and 2D-NMR, as well as HRESIMS, spectroscopic analysis. The relative stereochemistries of the compounds were assessed by NOESY analysis.

  • A new natural product, tetrastigmol A (1), and several known compounds as flavonoids (2 - 8), steroids (9 - 10), bergenin and its derivative (11 - 12), stilbens (13 - 15), lignan (16), benzenecarboxylic derivative (17) and two norisoprenoid (18 - 19) were isolated from the stem of Tetrastigma erubescens Planch. (Vitateae). Their structures were determined on the basis of NMR spectroscopic data. This is the first report on chemical constituents of this plant. Compounds 1, 6 - 8 and 12 - 15 showed strong antioxidant activity using two methods including DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) free radical scavenging and lipid peroxidation inhibitory assays.
