Purpose: Growth and change are the most important things in planning of hospital architecture. It is especially necessary for countless changes taken place since the hospital opens to be adapted to the planning of hospital architecture phase. The space depth in the hospital serves a very crucial role in accepting these changes. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data necessary to space depth planning to prepare for change through analyzing space depth's change in hospital architecture chronologically. Methods:: The method of this study is analyzing space depth's change in cases of 19 hospitals in total, from the 1980's, which is the quantitative growth period, until recently. Especially this study is analyzing Max & Min space depth focusing change of medical environment. Based on this, this study suggests an form of space depth and optimum range of space depth response to growth and change of hospital architecture. Results: The conclusions of this study are as follows. Considering these conclusion, double linear system is most appropriate for space depth for hospital architecture planning focused on system. Optimal range of space depth is at least 21.6m or more in case of clinic room and from 27 meter to 37meter in case of examination & treatment room. Implications: Space of Depth is a key element determining system for hospital architecture planning focused on system. The results of this paper can be data for planning system of hospital architecture which copes with the change.

In order to understand water depth distribution in the waters of the southwestern sea offshore wind power demonstration complex, field observations were conducted using a multi-beam echosounder from before construction (2018.2) to operation (2022.8). After data processing and correction of the observed depth, cross-sectional analysis was performed to calculate the maximum water depth value, and time phase analysis was performed using the maximum water depth value. The maximum water depth change rate over time tended to gradually decrease, and there was little difference in the rate of change before the construction of the wind turbine foundation structure, and the rate of change was rapid when the foundation structure was under construction. As a result of time phase analysis, the rate of change of the first (2018.02) and the second (2018.05) showed a rate between -6.27 and -4.13, on average, as the rate of change before the construction of the offshore wind farm, and there was no difference between the first and second rates. The third (2018.11) rate of change was -4.25 to -1.82, and the fourth (2019.04) rate of change was -2.34 to -1.22, and the rate of change increased rapidly after the third time. The fifth (2019.07) rate of change was -2.11 to -1.31, the sixth (2021.05) rate of change was -2.09 to -1.28, and the seventh (2022.08) was -2.11 to -1.22 rate of change, and after the rate of change reached some extent, the change was analyzed in an insufficient graph.

In this study, an analytical model has been developed to predict the build-up of heat field due to a point heat source in the presence of sharp cross-flow depth change. The model has been applied to investigate the effect of the depth change and flow pattern on the heat field. Model results show that, when there is a sharp depth change in cross-flow direction, the heat transport across the boundary of the depth change is enhanced or diminished according to the increasing or decreasing of the horizontal diffusion flux. Including residual components as well as tidal currents give rise to reduce the effect of the horizontal diffusion on the heat transport because of increasing the advection of heat.

This study was performed to compare the clinical effectiveness of two regenerative techniques for class II furcation involvements in human: a combination of bone grafts with PRP vs. GTR with bone grafts. The e-PTFE group was treated with non-absorbable membrane and bone grafts, the PRP group was treated with PRP and bone grafts Pocket depth, clinical attachment level, and gingival recession were measured at baseline and postoperative 6 months. Vertical and horizontal furcation depth were measured by re-entry surgeries at 6 months post-treatment Both groups were statistically analyzed by Wilcoxon signed Ranks Test & Mann-whitney Test using SPSS program (5% significance level). The results were as follows: 1. The change of pocket depth, clinical attachment level, vertical furcation depth and horizontal furcation depth in both groups was decreased significantly at 6 months than at baseline. (p<0.05) 2. The change of gingival recession in both groups was increased significantly at 6 months than at baseline. (p<0.05) 3. The change of alveolar crest absorption in both groups was increased at 6 months than at baseline but there were no statistically significant differences. 4. The change of pocket depth, clinical attachment level, vertical furcation depth and horizontal furcation depth in both groups was increased significantly at 6 months, but there were no statistically or clinically significant differences with both groups. 5. The change of gingival recession and alveolar crest absorption in both groups was increased at 6 months, but there were no statistically or clinically significant differences with both groups. In conclusion, the use of bone graft with PRP or GTR technique improved clinical index of the soft and hard tissue in mandibular class II furcation involvement but there were no statistically or clinically significant differences between bone graft with PRP and GTR technique.

This expermintal study is intended to investigate he development of flank wear in turning os SUS304 which is used in industrial applications and is acknowledged as a machining difficult material. In cutting process, change of velocity, change of feed, and change of depth of cut were investigated about the effect of flank wear, and slenderness ratio is also investigated. The variations of unit cutting force with the change of rake angle and the change of uncut chip area are observed. The friction angles are calculated for the change friction force and observed. The friction angles are calculated for the change friction force and normal forcd on the different rake angles. From this experimental study, the following results can be said. 1. Under the high cutting speed condition, the flaank wear is affected by the feed and depth of cut, but the influence of feed and depth of cut to the flank wear is reduced when the velocity is low. 2. The smaller slenderness ratio is, the shorter the tool life results in high cutting speed, and the lower cutting speed is, the lower the effect of slenderness ratio to the flank wear is. 3. Using the characteristics of force-RMS, the flank wear of a tool can be detected. There are almost no differences between the RMS characteristics of cutting force and feed force.

A existing design method of PSC girder bridges, according to total service loads, stress required tendon force at a time. Because this design method increases beam depth, design of long span is difficult. However, As UC girder stressing at difficult loading stages reduces sectional depth of PSC girder, both design and operation of long span bridges is possible. so, this study analyzes the effect of design parameter (Girder Strength, Girder Spacing, Span Length, Joint Strength) on the beam depth of IPC girder continuous bridges, and shows sectional depth of UC girder for design of long span bridges. According to analysis, when a continuous bridges of same length span is at strength of joint over strength of girder of 600kg/$cm^{2}$, a change of beam depth is observed and when a continuous bridges of different span length is at strength of joint below strength of girder of 600kg/$cm^{2}$, a change of beam depth is observed. In two case, a change of beam depth is mostly observed over strength of girder of 350kg/$cm^{2}$ according to analysis of deflection data, a continuous bridges of IPC girder is nearly satisfied.
Several indices have been developed that use bleeding and color changes as indicators of early gingival pathology. In the presence of gingivitis, vascular proliferation and reduction of keratinization owing to increase redness in gingiva. Descriptions of healthy gingiva are numerous, ranging from pale pink and coral pink to deep red and violet. This terms are not objective. Because of perception of color depends on a lot of factors such as light source, object, observer and so on. It is difficult to make an objective expression. Therefore the using of mechanical equipment is recommended to exclude these variables and observer's vias. The purpose of this study was to evaluate gingival color change after scaling & subgingival root planing. The other purpose of this study was to research the correlation of pocket depth, P.B.I. score and gingival color change. After photo-taking and storaging the image of gingival color into a computer, color change was examine with an image analysis program. Results were as follow; 1. Color of healed gingiva after scaling & subgingival root planing was significantly differ from color of inflamed gingiva(p<0.01). 2. Color of healed gingiva after scaling was similar to color of healed gingiva after subgingival root planing(p<0.05). 3. There was statistically significant correlation between color change of red component and pocket depth after scaling & subgingival root planing(p<0.01). 4. There was no correlation between color change of green, blue component and pocket depth after scaling & subgingival root planing(p<0.01). 5. There was statistically significant correlation between between color change of red component and P.B.I. score after scaling & subgingival root planing(p<0.01). 6. There was no correlation between color changes of green, blue component and P.B.I. score after scaling & subgingival root planing(p<0.01). 7. Increase of pocket depth and P.B.I. score were significantly correlated to the amount of color change(p<0.01). 8. P.B.I. score had a higher correlation with color change than pocket depth(p<0.01).

In this study relationship between relief angles and chatter vibration in turning was examined by using the direct cutting test, in which the cutting depth of a tapered workpiece is varied continuously and the limiting depth of cut is measured at the time when chatter occurs. Test results reveal that 1) limiting depth of cut increases is proportion to side relief angles between 0$^{\circ}$ and 3$^{\circ}$, 2) limiting depth of cut does not show any evident change in spite of side relief angle increased from 3$^{\circ}$ to 12$^{\circ}$, 3) also limiting depth of cut does not change despite front angle change from 0$^{\circ}$ to 12$^{\circ}$.

In this work, a numerical model is proposed for the relation between the magnitudes and the depth residual stress with the velocity of Rayleigh wave. Three cases, stress-free, uniform stress and layered stress, are investigated for the change tendency of the Rayleigh wave speed. Using the simulated signal with variation of residual stress magnitude and depth, investigation of the parameters for fitting residual stress and velocity change are performed. The speed change of Rayleigh wave shows a linear relation with the magnitude and an exponential relation with the depth of residual stress. The combination of these two effects could be used for the depth profile evaluation of the residual stress.
Two different binocular cues are known for detecting motion in depth. One is disparity change in time and the other is inter-ocular velocity difference. Shioiri, Saisho and Yaguchi (1999) demon-strated that motion in depth can be seen based solely on inter-ocular velocity differences as well as on the disparity change in time. They used conditions in which either cue was minimized and measured performance based on motion in depth, finding better performance than chance level when either velocity cue or the disparity cue was almost isolated. However, there may have been influences from the cue minimized in each condition, since it was practically impossible to isolate perfectly either cue. I re-analyzed their data to examine whether the performance in the condition with disparity change and that in the condition with inter-ocular velocity difference were correlated. The result showed the correlation is very low and therefore, we can conclude that the visual system has two different mechanisms for motion in depth.
