Objectives : This study confirmed the limitation of long-term care insurance by analyzing media contents. Methods : Articles and reviews were searched with the article searching system (KINDS) from July 2008 to December, 2015. Results : Among the 155 articles examined, 61.1% highlighted the faults of suppliers, and 25.2% indicated the responsibility of the insurer. As for their purpose, 56.8% reported on accidents, and 32.3% provided information. Furthermore, 74.2% reported on negative contents and only 25.8% on neutral contents. The negative contents consisted of requesting false insurance benefits, amending the range and price indicating the very low salaries of the care givers, limitations on the care grade assessment, and problems related with assistive devices. The majority of neutral articles is for providing information. Conclusions : There were many problems starting from the early stage of the insurance. We must pay attention to these problems. Moreover, we should try to handle and prevent these problems with supportive responses from authorities.

This study was done on the basis that IT convergence-contents can help the elderly. The effects of IT convergence-contents were analyzed on the occupational performance of the elderly. This investigation was done with 100 elderly people above 65 years of age who lived in local community and two senior welfare centers in Busan and Kyeongbuk. The 100 elderly people were split into two groups of 50: the one group who has experience with IT convergence-contents was the experiment group, and the other group with no experience was the control group. In both groups, body functions, cognitive functions, activities of daily living and community participation were tested. The experimental group had higher scores for cognitive function, and activities of daily living than that of the control group. In conclusion, future studies can support continued IT convergence-contents at the local business community level rather than with smaller samples. This work lays the groundwork for follow-up studies to evaluate the effectiveness of IT convergence-contents.

Mesaconitine and hypaconitine were isolated from Cho O and identified by the spectroscopic methods. The contents of alkaloid (mesaconitine. aconitine and hypaconitine) in the Cho O and its processed products were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Processed 1 and 2 methods reduced the contents of alkaloid than those of processed 3 and commercially processed Aconiti Tuber powder. (omitted)

Purpose: This study is to explore which genre of sports culture contents will show the most consistent growth in the future and analyse the development outlook based on those results. Research design, data, and methodology: Case study was used for this research as it seemed to be the most appropriate approach in order to obtain the most complete and meaningful information from a particular phenomenon. A total of 15 participants were chosen to participate in a semi-structured in-depth interview and the recordings were typed out as text. In order to ensure validity and credibility of findings, peer and member check were conducted. Results: As a result, the sports culture content that is most likely to consistently grow in the future is games. Additionally, it is expected that sports culture contents will develop as new categories of sports culture contents emerge, as the evolution of sports culture content occurs through the combination with technology, as well as the activation of sensual sports contents, and the production of sports culture contents utilizing big data. Conclusions: It is concluded that convergence of sport, cultural contents, and technology will promptly progress, and it will promote the development of sport culture contents and related industry.

This study was designed to optimize ethanol extraction process of unfertilized corn silk (UCS) to maximize phytochemical contents and bioactivities. The response surface methodology (RSM) with central composite design (CCD) was employed to obtain the optimal extraction conditions. The influence of ethanol concentration, extraction temperature and extraction time on total polyphenol contents, total flavonoid contents, maysin contents, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) radical scavenging activities and tyrosinase inhibition were analyzed. For all dependable variables, the most significant factor was ethanol concentration followed by extraction temperature and extraction time. The following optimum conditions were determined by simultaneous optimization of several responses with the Derringer's desirability function using the numerical optimization function of the Design-Expert program: ethanol concentration 80.45%, extraction temperature $53.49^{\circ}C$, and extraction time 4.95 h. Under these conditions, the predicted values of total polyphenol contents, total flavonoid contents, maysin contents, DPPH radical scavenging activity and tyrosinase inhibition were $2758.74{\mu}g\;GAE/g$ dried sample, $1520.81{\mu}g\;QUE/g$ dried sample, 810.26 mg/100g dried sample, 56.86% and 43.49%, respectively, and the overall desirability (D) was 0.74.

Monitoring for moisture contents of wooden post member of Un-bong confucian school was performed in 6 months and analyzed to conserve scientifically the wooden culture building and open for common people. In inner post member of the building, variation of moisture contents was very small and upper part had relatively higher moisture contents. In outer post member, moisture contents were changed according to the weather conditions and was relatively high in bottom and upper part. Southern post has lower moisture content than eastern. These results were related to air ventilation in interior, depth of eaves and orientation of the building. In the design, construction and maintenance of wooden building, characteristics of wood should be considered like moisture contents.

Marphysa sanguinea is the most well-known polychaete species with a high economic value. However, this species has a high mortality in the early rearing stage of aquaculture. This study was conducted to find out the optimal substrate size and organic contents for the growth and survival rate of M. sanguinea larvae and juveniles. It was observed that the smaller grain size (<Ø 0.063 mm) and high organic contents (5-10%) induced settlement and reduced settlement time of larvae. Moreover, the growth and survival rate of larvae reached high levels at Ø 0.004-0.016 mm of grain sizes and 5-7.5% of organic contents as advantageous substrates for settlement. The survival rate of juveniles reached over 90% in less than Ø 0.016 mm substrate on 15-day experiment for different grain sizes of substrates. These results indicated that substrate compositions of less than Ø 0.016 mm of sand size and 5-7.5% of organic contents in mud will enhance the productivity of M. sanguinea at the early stage.

The growth rate of the domestic digital music contents market has been remarkable recently. Accordingly, the necessity of prediction for chart success of digital music contents has grown. This paper proposes prediction indexes for chart success of digital music contents through analysis of correlation between social data such as Internet news, SNS and entry rankings in Melon's weekly music charts. We collected a total of 10 social data items for each male and female artist, and executed cluster analysis. Through this, we found meaningful prediction indexes for chart success of digital music contents for each male and female artist.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of Chaihushugansan and Chaihuyigantang on the change of monoamine-contents in the hypothalamus of mice induced by the immobilization stress. Each formula(1.0g/kg) was injected intragastrically to mice 1 hour prior to the immobilzation stress(15 minutes) before measuring the change of monoamine-contents level in mice hypothalamus. The results were as follows: 1. DA content at control group showed significant change. CHSGS group and CHYGT group showed significant decrease.(P<0.05) 2. NE content of the control group was increased than normal group. NE content of the CHYGT group was shown a significant decrease than control group.(P<0.05) 3. DOPAC contents didn't show significant changes at any groups. 4. 5-HT contents didn't show significant changes at any groups. 5. 5-HIAA contents at CHSGS group and CHYGT group showed signifiant changes.(P<0.05, 0.01) These data revealed that chaihushugansan and chaihuyigantang might have the anti-stress effect through the control of DA and NE contents in the hypothalamus.
