  • There are some demand response program which is Direct Load Control and so on in Korea. These are used to manage lack of power stability or shift peak time for shading load. It is very important not only using stability power system but controling and scheduling power system on the whole. Interruptible loads are essential resources to solve lack of energy and limit of constructing generator On recently days, Demand Response Program's reliability is recognized as ancillary or reserve service in many country. This paper presents a necessity to apply demand resource to our ancillary program. For this reason, it is introduce overseas ancillary program using load resource.

  • 최근 들어 급격하게 증가하는 전력 수요와 더불어, 전력의 효율적인 소모를 위한 다양한 방법이 제시되고 있다. 그 중 가장 대표적인 예가 바로 스마트 그리드에 기반 한 수요반응 시스템이다. 이는 기존의 수동적이고 일방적인 전력 수요가 아닌, 서비스 공급자와 소비자의 통신을 통한 효율적인 전력 소모가 가능한 시스템이다. 이러한 수요반응 시스템은 대부분 이더넷, TCP/IP 기반의 HTTP통신을 활용하며, 현재는 하나로 정의되어 있지 않은 다양한 통신 응용 프로토콜이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 수요반응에서 응용할 수 있는 프로토콜들의 종류와 그 응용에 관한 내용에 대하여 분석한다.

지역 보건서비스의 산출에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Determinants of the Community Health Service Utilization)

  • This study focuses on the determinants of the community health service utilization. Theories suggest seven models for community health service utilization, which are divided largely into two groups such as Health Service Supply Model and Health Service Demand Model: Supply Model includes Medical Implements Model, Personnel and Budget Model, Management System Model, Staffs' Behavior Model, Service Quality Model; Demand Model includes Area Model and Clients' Characteristics Model. This paper tests how the above models influence on the community health service utilization. After interviewing some administrative staffs of the Community Health Service Center at Pusan, questionnaires were made and mailed to the staffs of 198 Korean Community Health Service Center as a universe, among which from 98 centers we got response. Analyzing the data from the questionnaires, we found "the number of personnels in the health service center" and "demands for medical service" as important variables to affect the utilization of the community health service center. These two variables are typical factors representing Supply Model and Demand Model each. However, the variables selected from Management System Model, Administrative Behavior Model, Service Quality Model and Area model are not significant in a statistical sense. The paper suggests that to recruit the personnels, especially nurses, and to make out the demands of the clients for health service be the precedent conditions to increase the utilization of the Community Health Service Centers in Korea.ce Centers in Korea.

  • 수요자의 필요에 즉각 대응하여 제품 및 서비스를 제공하는 온디맨드 경제(On-Demand Economy)에서는 수요자가 가격 결정에 상당한 영향력을 가진다. 여행 관련 분야에서도, 서비스 제공자가 수요자의 요구를 반영하고, 더 나은 서비스를 제공하기 위해 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는, 판매자가 일방적으로 가격을 결정하는 다수의 여행 관련 서비스 플랫폼과는 달리, 수요자가 여행 관련 서비스 및 가격을 제안하는 역경매 기반의 서비스 플랫폼 방식을 제안하였다. 제안된 매칭 서비스 플랫폼은 다양한 수요자의 요구를 분석하고, 수집된 경험 데이터를 반영하여, 기존의 정형화된 여행 관련 서비스와 차별화된 양방향 서비스 창출이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

  • With the energy paradigm shift from supply side management to demand side management, many researches have been done on demand side resource management and demand response. At the same time, Obix, BacNet-WS and OPC-UA are popularly used in buildings and industry energy management system. However, it is not easy to interchange the data and information among the systems cause a variety of protocols are used in buildings and factories. Therefore, in this paper, we are proposing an open business platform not only to integrate and manage the demand resources using various protocols and standards, but also to allow to plug-ins a new business service on top of the platform.

  • Because of the burgeoning demand of the energy, the countries are finding sustainable solutions for these emerging challenges. Demand Side Management is playing a significant role in managing the demand with an aim to support the electrical grid during the peak hours. However, advancement in controls and communication technologies, the aggregators are appearing as a third party entity in implementing demand response program. In this paper, a detailed mathematical framework is discussed in which the aggregator acts as an energy service provider between the utility and the consumers, and facilitate the consumers to actively participate in demand side management by introducing the new concept of demand reduction bidding (DRB) under constrained direct load control. Paper also presented an algorithm for the proposed framework and demonstrated the efficacy of the algorithm by considering few case studies and concluded with simulation results and discussions.

온디맨드(On-Demand) 서비스의 지속사용의도에 대한 경험가치 효과 (Effects of Experiential Value on Continuous Use Intention for On-Demand Services)

  • On-Demand services have emerged as one of the core business strategies for delivering new experiential values by providing customized services in different user-needs nowadays. Based on the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) framework, this paper focuses on the factors of environmental stimulation and emotional states of the demand-side that induce continuous intention of use from the On-Demand services. The study defines 'Informativeness', 'Fulfillment', 'Trust', and 'Convenience' as the properties of the On-Demand services and considers 'Playfulness', 'Customer Return on Investment (CROI)', and 'Service Excellence' as the aspects of the experiential values. The research shows that 'Fulfillment', 'Trust' and 'Convenience' affected the experiential value in 'Kakao Taxi (On-Demand transportation service)' while 'Informativeness', 'Fulfillment', 'Trust of platform', and 'Convenience' are represented as the related factors to the experiential value in 'Baedal Minjok (On-Demand food delivery service)'. The experiential value factors, 'CROI' and 'Service Excellence', are shown directly related to the continuous intention of use in both services. A partial mediation relationship is, furthermore, observed between the aspects of 'CROI' and 'Service Excellence' in Kakao Taxi and its 'Convenience' and 'Continuous intention of use.' In Baedal Minjok, a partial mediation relationship is found between the 'CROI' with its aspects of 'Trust of the platform', 'Convenience', and 'Continuous intention of use' as well. The results of this study may contribute a comprehensive understanding of the purpose of On-Demand services and its needs from the demand-side thus can be helpful for the supply-side.

  • 효율적인 에너지의 사용을 위해 수요반응이라는 개념이 등장하였고 지능화 된 수요반응 서비스를 제공하기 위한 Open Automated Demand Response(OpenADR) 표준 프로토콜이 개발되었다. 최근 스마트 홈 중심의 에너지 Internet of Things (IoT) 분야에서도 사물인터넷 기술을 이용하여 다수의 스마트 홈 기기들에 수요반응 및 에너지 관리 서비스를 제공하려는 시도가 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 스마트 홈 에너지 IoT 환경에서는 많은 수의 초경량 디바이스들이 연결되기 때문에 기존의 HTTP/XML 기반의 OpenADR 수요반응 프로토콜보다 경량의 메시지를 이용한 수요반응 프로토콜이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 Smart Energy IoT 환경에서 수요반응 서비스를 제공하기 위한 경량의 CoAP/JSON 프로토콜에 기반 한 경량화된 OpenADR 프로토콜을 제안하고 기존의 HTTP/XML 형식의 프로토콜과 성능을 비교 및 검증하였다.

설문자료를 이용한 국내 PCS 재판매 서비스 수요예측 (Forecasting Demand for the PCS Resale Service with Survey Data in Korea)

  • In this paper, we place the focus on suggesting a method of forecasting demand for PCS resale service with survey data in Korea. It is important for the service provider to forecast the diffusion process when designing marketing strategies and analyzing the costs and benefits. For the reason, we conduct a survey of three groups composed of non-subscribers, cellular subscribers, and PCS subscribers in order to forecast the demand according to several possible scenarios and business strategies. We consider the survey item that is measured by multiple point scales in response to a question if he would subscribe to the mobile telephone service in the future. We propose a method to forecast the size of market potential by classifying each individual into the two extreme groups, that is, yes or no. Then, by integrating survey data and historical data, we forecast the demand for PCS resale service that varies according to scenarios and strategies. From the results, we can find several implications for the provider of PCS resale service.

DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) 서비스의 수요특성 분석 (An Analysis on the Demand Characteristics of DMB Services)

  • This paper analyzes the demand characteristics of DMB services using survey data. According to a Logit analysis, the willingness to adopt the services is higher if the would-be user is male, is better informed with the service, is watching TV longer, and is spending more for the telecommunications services. And the survey results tell us that for the stimulation of the service, efforts should be made to increase the level of public awareness of the services. The survey response from the would-be DMB users shows that the respondents who value the nationwide coverage and the numbers of channel are more inclined to use the satellite DMB service. On the other hand, the service charge and the availability of the terrestrial broadcasting channel for the time being does not seem to influence the intention of using the terrestrial DMB service. It could be interpreted that the potential user are deciding whether to use the service more by the quality and contents of the service rather than by the cost of the service.
