  • The demand and production for mobile music increases as the number of smart phone users increase. Thus, the standard of selection of a user's preferred music has gotten more diverse and complicated as the range of popular music has gotten wider. Research to find intelligent techniques to ingeniously recommend music on user preferences under mobile environment is actively being conducted. However, existing music recommendation systems do not consider and reflect users' preferences due to recommendations simply employing users' listening log. This paper suggests a personalized music-recommending system that well reflects users' preferences. Using AHP, it is possible to identify the musical preferences of every user. The user feedback based on the Bayesian network was applied to reflect continuous user's preference. The experiment was carried out among 12 participants (four groups with three persons for each group), resulting in a 87.5% satisfaction level.

This, in turn. makes congestion an ubiquitous type of externality in forest-based recreational site. Efficient resource allocation requires this congestion effect to be accounted and considered in the decision making process. In this content, this study was conducted to suggest a process which can be used to measure the congestion and determine the optimal number of users. Willigness to pay(WTP) function obtained from Book Han San National Park users suggested that every 20.000 users increased decrease the satisfaction of users obtained from the site visit be 27.3%. For the purpose of demonstration this WTP function is applied tit determine the optimal number of users which is estimated as about 73,000 persons per day.

In this study, I have conducted a survey by using Busan housewives as random sampling. To examine this variable, situation factors that I used if the factor analysis. I also performed a multiple regression analysis to understand how the situation factors influenced the consumer's emotion and their satisfaction within the level of involvement. The result showed that consumer involvement seafood is created by not only interests and preferences, but also knowledge, perceived risk and profits. The seafood situation factors are divided into purchase situation, consumption situation and communication situation: purchase situation includes store factor, while consumption situation includes health factor and cooking-motive factor and communication situation includes information factor. Results of examining whether there are differences in the involvement explains that the involvement is different according to the level and it is divided into 2 groups. The first groups is the high-involvement group that shows preferences and interests, perceived risk and profits. Another group is the low-involvement group that shows preferences and interests, knowledge and profits. The result on examining whether situation sectors have influences on the involvement shows that high-involvement group is only affected by store factor in purchase situation and low-involvement group is only affected by information factor in communication situation.

  • As globalization has been progressed, companies faced a situation in which it was difficult to secure global competitiveness only with their internal management systems. To overcome this, Supply Chain Management (SCM) emerged, which optimizes the whole supply chain process from suppliers to demand companies. In this study, it was analyzed that the effects of customer integration among the integration factors of SCM, and market orientation among the strategic orientations on management performances such as non-financial performance and financial performance through a mediating role of flexibility. At this time, it was analyzed whether CEO's support has a moderating effect on the influence of the market orientation. As a result of analysis, the customer integration was found to have an indirect effect on the non-financial performance and the financial performance through the flexibility. The market orientation was found to have a direct effect on the non-financial performance and at the same time, indirectly affected it through the flexibility. In addition, it was shown that more the level of CEO's support, higher the influence of the market orientation. This moderating effect had an indirect effect on the financial performance. Based on the above findings, various implications for improving management performance were proposed. This study suggests that investments in computerization such as ERP and smart factories can improve supply chain management performance and ultimately improve customer satisfaction and financial performance.

  • As a hospital environment is reconstructed from supplier-centered values to consumer-centered ones for the existence in the rapidly changing medical market, it can be said that not only must old slogans such as unconditional restructuring, remodelling, etc. be reconsidered, but a new strategy for the development and renovation of a hospital must be urgently required. Accordingly, development of customer-oriented practical strategies is needed and it appears possible to develop marketing and manage contacts, as a practical management strategy, for raising satisfaction of internal and external customers. The ultimate goal of such strategy development may be to ensure consistent potential development by maintenance of existing customers and securing new customers through a strategy of satisfying both existing and new customers. It appears that the competition in the medial will be keener in the future by human resources, members of an organization, Under these circumstances, and in relation to appearance of a new type of occupation of a coordinator, if a hospital could offer appropriate service which can meet the demand of the customers by efficiently utilizing the limited resources through efficient management of contacts between the customers and personnel, the competitive power of a hospital would be much stronger. Therefore, it is necessary to seek customer-impressing management by utilizing a coordinator as a more specialized intermediary as well as many-sided contact management through positive introduction of an expert coordinator system for internal and external customer contact management. It is expected that a hospital can secure a competitive advantage in the market through strategy development supported by an expert coordinator and increasing competitive power by means of practice of a developed creative strategy.

  • This study presents a case of a visual merchandising course adopting a problem-based learning (PBL) model, as a part of shop manager training program for high school students. Various vocational training classes are actively developed for vocational high schools, yet programs in the home economics area are relatively lacking. In particular, education programs for shop manager training are urgently required due to the high demand of this job in the fashion industry. The PBL model, which reflects constructionist learning theory, is considered for this visual merchandising course in order to help develop the ability of students to creatively apply their knowledge on real-world problems through self-driven learning. For the purpose of job analysis, two problem areas were identified through interviews conducted with shop managers who work for apparel shops in department stores. Based on the results of the interviews, professors and high school teachers developed two PBL instructional modules. The developed module courses were implemented with 2 classes of vocational high school students. The learning outcome was examined through the analysis of a student survey and reflection journals. It was apparent that the PBL courses effectively attracted the interests of learners in vocational training and improved their understanding of the contents as well as cooperation skills. The results of this study indicate that implementing the PBL model for the training of store managers can contribute to the vocational training programs for high school students.
