There has been a lot of growth more than 10% in the information security industry. In accordance with the industrial growth, it increased needs for the information security manpower development as a national problem. But there is an imbalance between demand and supply of the information security manpower in terms of the quantity and quality. It is mainly caused by the curriculum of the information security is made considering for suppliers not for demanders. As a resolution to solve this problem, we suggest the curriculum of information security for vocational education and training. As the information security area is wide in view of required knowledge and technology, we design the curriculum by selecting major occupation type from the information security manpower distribution and products and then by investigating the job description using NCS(National Competency Standard). And we compared the curriculum to that of two or three year diploma courses in Korea.

본 연구는 이공계 대졸자 초기노동시장 경력개발 모형 연구로 과학기술인력의 경력개발을 촉진하는 요인을 살펴보고자 하였다. 과학기술인력의 경력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 포괄한 세 가지 로짓 분석 모형을 구성하고 분석하였다. 과학기술인력 전문직업에 안착하는 요인을 분석하기 위한 설명변수는 크게 2011년 일자리 속성, 현재 일자리 속성, 근로조건 변화 속성, 취업 노력 속성, 대학 교육 속성, 인적 속성 등으로 나누어 구성하였다. 세 가지 분석 모형은 일자리 속성 위주의 설명변수를 주로 포함한 수요측면 모형, 취업노력이나 대학 교육 속성 등을 중심으로 한 공급측면 모형, 모든 설명변수를 포함한 종합 모형이다. 분석 결과 과학기술인력의 안정적인 경력개발을 위해서는 대학교육 등 공급측면보다 수요측면의 일자리 속성이 훨씬 더 중요하게 나타났다. 결국 초기에 안정적으로 과학기술전문직업에 안착할 수 있도록 좋은 일자리 창출과 매칭 정책이 가장 절실한 정책이다.

컴퓨터와 인터넷 기술의 비약적인 발전으로 인해 인터넷상에서의 실시간 멀티미디어 서비스가 가능해짐에 따라 주문형 비디오(Video on Demand ; VOD)서비스나 GVA기술을 이용한 원격 교육이 시도되고 있다. 그러나 현재 VOD나 GVA서비스는 양질의 비디오화면을 실시간으로 서비스하는 서버의 연구나 효율적인 교육내용에만 집중되어 있을 뿐 사용자를 위한 서비스 형태에 대한 개발은 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 VOD나 GVA 서비스를 이용하여 원격교육을 받고자 하는 사용자 측면의 정보 서비스를 위한 서비스 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 설계한 주문형 멀티미디어 서비스 시스템은 E-mail올 이용한 오프라인 검색 서비스, PUSH 기술을 이용한 주기적인 최신정보 서비스, SDI서비스를 이용한 고객 맞춤 예약정보서비스와 피드백 서비스를 제공함으로서 사용자가 원하는 교육 자료를 선별하고 검색하는데 있어 걸리는 노력과 시간을 최대한 단축시키고, 서버에 접속하는 횟수를 최대한 줄여서 보다 고차원적인 정보 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 하였다.

Recently, The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation is to be a hot issue. and there is many of the proposal how to ways. But many of the disabled vocational rehabilitation is not employed and then, first of all, we have a survey about. The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation on chonan city of korea. And we got that. The side of company and the side of the disabled vocational rehabilitation have a many problem for the employ. and there is the need of education for employ. We want to propose to good idea good condition employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation. With the relation program with employment and education for the disabled vocational rehabilitation, they get a good condition jog. This proposal is to be the base study for the disabled vocational rehabilitation with the employment. This study attempts to suggest developmental framework of employment innovation model to vitalize the disabled vocational rehabilitation.

Application software is delivered to customers as a form of service at cloud environment. A cloud service provider is a marketplace between supply side (application providers) and demand side (customers). Cloud service providers have to validate applications to be included in their service portfolio. Not only performance, security, networking, compliances should be checked but also business contract, authentication should be provided. Organization customers are more sensitive to these validation criteria and process. We study the Internet2 NET+, which is a successful cloud marketplace of applications for research and education organizations. This case study shows us three things : (i) a cloud marketplace's application management process : selection, validation, transition to service, customization of applications (ii) what a cloud marketplace has for its infrastructure like authentication, security, access control etc. (iii) what a cloud marketplace has as its governance structure. This case study will provide informative analysis of Internet2 NET, a profit-making vertical and buyer's marketplace (education industry). And we will get some strategic implications for planning and implementing cloud marketplaces.

We investigated perception and educational demand for health functional foods among nutrition teachers and dietitians working in schools. The subjects were 229 nutrition teachers (57.2%) and dietitians (42.7%) working in Chungbuk elementary, middle and high schools. Approximately 67% of the subjects had experience consuming health functional foods. Most of the subjects did not have experience with the side effects after consuming health functional foods. Subjects who were unaware of the legal specifications, classification, and labeling standards for health functional foods (78-91.2%) were much more common than those who were aware of those issues. Most of the subjects perceived health functional foods as a food (45.0%) or as a product between a food and a medicine (44.5%). The subjects recommended themselves (43.1%) or medical doctors/pharmacists (40.8%) as consultation/education specialists for health functional foods. Approximately 66% of the subjects had experience conducting nutritional consultation/education in their schools, but only 3.2% had experience with health functional foods. Only 17.8% of the subjects had experience receiving education on health functional foods. Most subjects (88.2%) demanded education on health functional foods for themselves. The results suggest that an effective education is needed for nutrition teachers and dietitians working in schools for them to play an active role in educating students and their parents about health functional foods in the near future.

This study is to explore the meaning and role of "Shared Universities" as perceived by college students. Currently, shared universities are being promoted as an important innovative strategy to overcome the decline in the college-age population and enhance the quality of education by sharing human and material resources among individual universities. This study aims to examine the meaning and value of "shared universities" as perceived by college students who actually participate in shared university programs from the perspective of the demand side. Specifically, the study seeks to explore what students feel and experience through shared university education in order to derive implications for future shared university operations.

교육서비스에 대한 인식이 공급자 중심에서 수요자 중심으로 전환되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 교육서비스의 만족도를 평가하기 위해 1) 교과내용, 교수활동, 취업과정의 세 가지 핵심요인과 후생복지, 교육환경, 대학생활의 세 가지 부가요인으로 구성된 교육서비스 평가모형을 개발하고 2) 구조방정식을 통해 모형을 검증하여 3) 교육서비스의 만족도지수를 산출한 뒤 4) IPA 결과를 제시한다. 연구결과 핵심요소인 교과내용, 교수활동, 취업과정과 부가요소인 후생복지, 교육환경, 대학생활 모두 학생만족을 결정하는 유의한 개념이고, 학생만족은 추천의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 학생만족에는 교과내용, 취업과정, 대학생활, 후생복지, 교수활동, 교육환경의 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 요인별 만족도지수를 산출한 결과와 IPA 결과를 바탕으로 향후 개선해야 할 전략적 시사점을 제공한다.

With the increase of electrical consumption and the unbalance of power demand and supply, power reserve rate is getting smaller and also the reliability of the power supply is getting deteriorated. Under this circumstance, the electrical energy storage (EES) System is considered as one of essential countermeasure for demand side management. This paper proposes efficient evaluation algorithms of multiple functions for EES systems, especially the secondary battery energy storage systems, in the case where they are interconnected with the power distribution systems. It is important to perform the economic evaluation for the new energy storage systems in a quantitative manner, because they are very costly right now. In this paper, the multiple functions of EES systems such as load levelling, effective utilization of power distribution systems and uninterruptible power supply are classified, and then the quantitative evaluation methods for their functions are proposed. From the case studies, it is verified that EES systems installed at distribution systems in a dispersed manner have multiple functions involved with direct and indirect benefits and also they can be expected to introduce to distribution systems with respects to economical point of view.

본 연구에서는 공연예술 수요 촉진을 목적으로 "공연예술재화의 소비 혜택과 가치에 대한 새로운 포지셔닝 전략"을 제안한다. 공연예술 소비를 통해 경험하고 즐기고 싶은 "향수(享受)욕구(Wants)"에 집중하는 기존 포지셔닝과 달리 새로운 포지셔닝은 "잠재 소비자들의 최대 공통 관심사인 건강문제 및 자녀교육과 관련된 실용적 욕구(Utilitarian/Should need)"충족에 초점을 맞춘다. 사치재와 기호품으로 여겨진 공연예술 재화에 대해 잠재 소비자들은 이미 실용적 욕구충족을 기대하고 있으며 기존 연구를 통해 공연예술 관람의"교육 및 치료 효과"가 있음이 밝혀졌기에 실용적 가치에 대한 포지셔닝 전략의 성공 가능성은 높다. 또한 사치재의 성격이 강한 공연예술은 낭비 인식과 죄책감으로 소비회피의 가능성이 높지만 실용적 욕구를 만족시키는"실용적 가치의 포지셔닝"은 낭비인식과 죄책감을 줄여주며 소비의 정당화가 용이하다는 소비 정당성 측면에서도 "향수적 가치의 포지셔닝" 대비 우월한 수요개발 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 새로운 포지셔닝 전략은 교육, 가격장벽 완화, 문화복지 실현과 같은 기존 수요개발 전략의 고유효과를 유지하면서 수요개발 효과 측면의 한계점을 개선하는 보완전략으로 본 전략의 성공을 위해서는 공연예술 마케팅 정책 관련자들의 공연예술 재화의 소비가치에 대한 관점의 혁신적 변화와 함께 과감한 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 투자가 필요하다.
