  • 항만배후단지가 잠재수요 고객에게 시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있는 단순 기능에서 벗어나 통합 물류기능을 담당하는 미래형 물류배후공간으로 활성화 될 수 있도록 배후단지를 구성하는 요인들을 평가하고 전략을 도출하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 광양항 컨테이너터미널 배후단지 활성화에 필요한 요인들을 도출하고, 실증평가를 통해 활성화에 필요한 요인의 우선순위와 전략들을 제안하고자 한다. 배후단지 활성화 요인은 델파이기법을 이용한 전문가 조사를 통해 선정하고, 선정된 배후단지 활성화 요인에 대한 측정영역과 요인들을 평가하는데 있어 다기준의사결정 모델인 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 이용한다. 또한 분석방법으로 언어척도의 애매모호하고 불확실한 상황을 고려하여 가치판단에 있어 정교함이 더해진 방법론으로 평가되고 있는 퍼지이론을 결합한 Fuzzy-AHP를 적용한다.

Development of Educational Content for Nurses to Prevent Safety Accidents of Hospitalized Children: Delphi Approach

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop content for safety education to prevent hospital safety accidents among hospitalized children and to investigate the status of safety education performed by nurses. Methods: First, the Delphi method was used, with 18 experts, to develop educational contents for preventing safety accidents. Second, an exploratory survey was performed of the actual status of safety education for preventing safety accidents among hospitalized children using a questionnaire developed based on the Delphi method. The participants of this study were 159 nurses with at least 6 months of work experience. Results: The educational content developed through the Delphi method for preventing safety accidents among hospitalized children contained seven domains (falls, injury, electric shocks/burns, suffocation/aspiration, poisoning/abuse, kidnapping, medical devices) with 44 topics. The item mean of nurses'perceptions of the importance of child safety education was 4.18, and the actual performance score was 3.72, which was a statistically significant difference (t=11.58, p<.001). Conclusion: These seven comprehensive domains of accident prevention education for hospitalized children are expected to be useful for interventions to support the safety of hospitalized children.

Delphi기법에 의한 기계공학기술의 수준평가 및 국제 기술협력기반에 관한 연구 (A Study on the State-of-the-Art Technology Level Evaluation and Internation R&D Cooperation in the Field of Mechanical Engineering by Delphi Method)

  • We provide a set of information on technologies in the area of mechanical engineering to draw meaningful action plans for the internationalization of National R&D activities. In this study, we employed a modified Delphi method to evaluate levels of our technoligical capabilities and developed countries' as well. We investigate technology acquistion methodologies, technology charcteristics and various aspects of interna- tional cooperation in terms of technology. Then, we analyzed final responses of participants(i.e., the third round results of Delphi method) to see the correlation among various factors in developing mechanical engineeing technologies through international cooperation. The technology classification used in this research was devel- oped by STEPI(Science and Technology Policy Institute). In conclusion, our mechanical engineering technology is investigated to be below the middle level stage of technology(i.e., the stage of digesting acquired technologies) except the shipbuilding equipments technology which is evaluated to be on the top level stage of technology.

보건교사의 역량모형 개발을 위한 델파이 연구 (A Delphi Study of Developing Competency Model for Korean Health Teachers)

  • Purpose: This study was intended to identify the competency model for korean health teachers. In order to enhance job effectiveness and talent development of health teachers in schools, this study would provide policy makers and school administrators with a competency model to be used as a valid and reliable tool for selection, development, and appraisal of health teachers. Methods: This study used three-round Delphi technique, which was a series of surveys to obtain a consensus of experts in school health and health education. 31 experts were finally involved in Delphi panel, which consisted of professors, administrators, and school teachers. Results: This study found that the competency model of health teachers was composed of fourteen competencies and 75 performance indicators. The fourteen competencies were as follows: consulting and teaching competency, students understanding competency, health problem solving competency, health assessment competency, relationship building competency, information management competency, curriculum management competency, teaching activity competency, writing competency, professional expertise competency, health business management competency, self control competency, school commitment competency, and achievement orientation competency. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, policy makers and school administrators would be able to use the competency model as a tool of new health teachers selection, existing health teachers appraisal, and new and existing teachers training and education. Future research needs to classify the levels of each performance indicator as a kind of behavior indices.

델파이 조사를 통한 영재교육 핵심역량 개발 및 타당화 연구 (A Study on Developing and Validating Core Competencies for Gifted Education Based on Delphi Technique)

  • 본 연구는 델파이 조사 방법을 활용하여 영재교육 핵심역량을 개발하고, 역량별 정의를 토대로 행동 요소 선정 및 척도 문항을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 먼저 문헌 분석을 통해 영재교육 핵심역량을 선정한 후 각 역량의 정의가 역량명에 적합한지를 확인하기 위한 1차 델파이 조사를 진행하였다. 이후 2차 델파이 조사를 통해 핵심역량 함양을 위해 요구되는 능력을 행동 요소로 표현하여 세부 문항을 개발하고 타당화 작업을 수행하였다. 2차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 태도와 실천의지, 의사소통과 협업, 정보처리와 도구 활용, 창의적 문제해결, 융합과 응용, 고등 추론, 공동체 의식, 학습성취지향의 8개 핵심역량을 최종적으로 선정하였다. 본 연구는 영재교육이 사회적 요구에 부합하는 목표를 추구하기 위해 필요한 영재교육 핵심역량과 행동 요소를 선정하고, 역량 함양의 정도를 측정할 수 있는 도구를 제시하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

Delphi-AHP 방법을 이용한 저탄소수소 생산 기술 가치평가 모델 개발 (Development of Low Carbon Hydrogen Production Technology Evaluation Model Using Delphi-AHP Method)

  • Recently, low hydrogen carbon production technology is drawing interest due to lower production costs. Although the pace of research in this field has been accelerating, there is no well-established criteria for evaluation. The most of current evaluation methods needs information related to technology. However the technology is not enough to provide effective evaluation criteria because the technology is not fully developed. In this study, we propose an integrated Delphi-analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and low carbon hydrogen production technology evaluation model. Experts opinion is used to provide evaluation criteria for the technology. In this study, integrated Delphi-AHP method are utilized for determining factors and calculating their numerical importance based on experts opinion. Then, sensitivity analysis is performed to verify the robustness of the analysis and scenarios of potential changes. As many as 11 factors are identified by Delphi method. Then, numerical importance of the factors are calculated by AHP. Sensitivity analysis is performed. It shows that intellectual property right (IPR) is always more important than other factors. This study proposes the numerical standard for the low carbon hydrogen production technology evaluation. The proposed model can be used for technology evaluation or commercialization.

  • In this paper, we evaluated the technological forecasting based on questionnaires of experts working in internet-banking industry. We prepared questionnaires on the 13 items. We examined specialties of respondents, relative importance of research contents, expected time of realization, likelihood of conviction on the expected time of realization, and their opinions on the levels of domestic's research and development comparing with advanced standards on each item. And we made various analysis based on data collected from Delphi method.

  • 우리나라는 아직 체계적이고 표준화된 정보과학 영재교육과정이 없으며 이는 주로 속진으로 운영되는 교육과정의 문제점과 연결되어 있다. 따라서 정규 교육과정과 연계된 영재 교육과정과 간학문간의 다양한 심화를 통한 학습이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 중학교 개정 '정보' 교육과정과 연계하여 정보영재를 위한 심화 교육과정을 개발하는 것이다. '정보' 교육과정 중 '문제해결방법과 절차' 영역을 대상으로 교육 목표, 교육 내용, 교수 학습 방법, 교육 평가 방법의 교육과정을 구성하기 위해 델파이 연구를 진행하였다. '문제해결방법과 절차' 영역의 1단계를 대상으로 3라운드 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 전문가의 응답을 분석하여 구조화된 문항을 설계하였고 기술 통계를 사용하여 교육 목표, 교육 내용, 교수 학습 방법, 교육 평가 방법에 대한 중요 항목을 선정하였다.

Benefit-Based Management 모델을 위한 산림(山林) 휴양(休養) 경험(經驗) 인자(因子)의 규명(糾明) (The Identification of Indicators to Monitor Recreational Experiences for Benefit-Based Management : A Delphi Study)

  • 본 연구(硏究)는 최근 산림(山林) 휴양(休養) 관리(管理) 분야에서 부상(浮上)되고 있는 Benefit-Based 관리 모델을 위한 휴양객(休養客) 경험(經驗) 지표(指標) 인자(因子)를 구명(究明)하기 위하여 실시되었다. 이를 위해 전문가(專門家) 의견(意見) 수렴 조사인 델파이 기법(技法)을 이용하여 3차에 결친 설문 조사에 의해 자료가 수집(收集)되었다. 수집(收集)된 자료의 분석 결과 최종 38개의 생물(生物)/물리적(物理的) 인자(因子), 관리적(管理的) 인자(因子) 그리고 사회적(社會的) 인자(因子)가 도출되었다. 38개의 인자에 대한 가중치(加重値) 합(合)에 의한 중요도(重要度) 분석 결과 '아름다운 숲'과 '깨끗한 물과 계곡' 등 생물/물리적 인자들이 상위(上位) 집단(集團)에 속해 있었다. 이는 이용객의 휴양 경험에 있어 생물/물리적 인자가 매우 중요한 고려(考慮) 대상(對象)임을 알 수 있었다.
