The TOEIC has widely used to evaluate business English proficiency in Korea, but those who achieved high scores still often face difficulties in performing their duties in English at work. This implies that the test may not evaluate business English proficiency effectively enough. With an ultimate goal of proposing an effective way of assessing business English proficiency, therefore, his study analyzed the predictive validity of the TOEIC. A correlation analysis was conducted between TOEIC scores of 64 office workers of multinational companies and their working skills in English evaluated by themselves, and their colleagues and seniors. Its results illustrated a significant correlation between their listening and reading scores and their working skills measured by all the groups, but not between their scores and their working skills in speaking and writing. In addition, the study did a delphi study to identify working skills in English to be assessed in business English tests and a contents analysis of the TOEIC. The results suggest business English tests should be able to assess working skills by work types and more direct testing of working skills in speaking and writing is needed.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has already penetrated deeply into our daily lives, and we live with the convenience of it anytime, anywhere, and sometimes even without us noticing it. However, because AI is imitative intelligence based on human Intelligence, it inevitably has both good and evil sides of humans, which is why ethical principles are essential. The starting point of this study is the AI principles for companies or organizations to develop products. Since the late 2010s, studies on ethics and principles of AI have been actively published. This study focused on AI principles declared by global companies currently developing various products through AI technology. So, we surveyed the AI principles of the Global 500 companies by market capitalization at a given specific time and collected the AI principles explicitly declared by 46 of them. AI analysis technology primarily analyzed this text data, especially LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) topic modeling, which belongs to Machine Learning (ML) analysis technology. Then, we conducted a Delphi technique to reach a meaningful consensus by presenting the primary analysis results. We expect to provide meaningful guidelines in AI-related government policy establishment, corporate ethics declarations, and academic research, where debates on AI ethics and principles often occur recently based on the results of our study.

본 연구는 비판적 수학교육의 관점에서 수학교과서를 분석하기 위한 분석준거 개발을 목표로 하여 이루어졌다. 이를 위한 첫 단계로서 비판적 수학교육의 이론적 근간이 되는 비판 이론과 비판적 교육이론에 대한 문헌분석을 통해 비판적 수학교육의 철학적, 인식론적 기저를 고찰하였다. 또한 비판적 수학교육에 대한 국내외 문헌을 분석하여 비판적 수학교육의 개념화 논의, 실제 수업사례 등을 종합하여 '비판적 수학교육 관점에 따른 수학교과서 분석준거 안'을 구성하였다. 이후 제시한 준거 안에 대한 타당도를 검증하기 위해 전문가 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 델파이 조사 분석 결과에 따라 제시한 준거 안을 수정, 보완하여 '고전적 지식', '공동체적 지식', '대화적 지식', '정치적 지식' 네 범주로 이루어진 '비판적 수학교육의 관점에 따른 수학교과서 분석준거'를 최종적으로 개발하였다.

정보통신윤리 교육의 방향은 청소년 스스로가 정보사회에서 윤리적인 것과 비윤리적인 것을 판단하고 올바른 행동을 하고자 하는 의식을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 이를 위해서는 우선적으로 청소년의 정보통신윤리 의식 수준을 진단하고 파악할 수 있는 요인이 무엇인지 밝히는 과정이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지난 5년간 발표된 국 내외 정보통신윤리 관련 연구들의 메타분석을 통해 정보통신윤리 의식을 구성하는 4가지 상위지표를 선정하여 전문가 검증을 받았고, 또한 이를 정보통신윤리 교육 관련 경험이 있는 현장교사들과 대학 교수들로 구성된 전문가 집단을 통해 객관화가 불가능한 요소나 정성적 요소들까지도 고려하여 분석할 수 있는 델파이(Delphi) 기법을 활용하여 청소년의 정보통신윤리 의식 수준을 평가할 수 있는 요인들을 분석하였다. 그 결과 4가지 상위지표와 45개 항목의 관련 요인들을 도출하였다.

정보통신윤리 교육의 방향은 청소년 스스로가 정보사회에서 윤리적인 것과 비윤리적인 것을 판단하고 올바른 행동을 하고자 하는 의식 수준을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 이를 위해서는 우선적으로 청소년의 정보통신윤리 의식 수준을 진단하고 파악할 수 있는 요인이 무엇인지 밝히는 과정이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지난 5년간 발표된 국 내외 정보통신윤리 관련 연구의 메타분석을 통해 정보통신윤리 의식 수준을 측정할 수 있는 4가지 사위지표를 선정하여 이를 전문가 집단을 통해 적절성 여부를 검증받았다. 또한 객관화가 불가능한 요소나 정성적 요소들까지도 고려하여 분석할 수 있는 델파이 기법을 통해 4가지 상위지표를 측정할 수 있는 하위요인들을 추출하였으며, 이렇게 선정된 하위요소들은 다시금 교수, 정보통신윤리 관련 기관 연구원, 현장 교사들의 계층적 분석법(AHP)을 통해 가중치를 부여하여 최종적으로 초 중등 청소년이 정보통신윤리 의식 수준을 평가할 수 있는 22개의 요인들을 도출하였다.

이 연구는 델파이 분석을 활용하여 스쿠버다이빙 교육현장의 이러닝 활용실태와 개선방안을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이러닝으로 스쿠버다이빙 교육활동을 진행하고 있는 스쿠버다이빙 교육단체 소속 스쿠버다이빙센터 및 리조트의 경영대표, 교육팀장 등 운영에 관련된 전문가 25명을 대상으로 3차례에 델파이 조사를 진행하였다. 이러닝 활용실태와 개선방안 요인을 비교 분석한 결과 활용 기대효과에서는 사용자의 편의성 증대, 학습활동의 시간적 유연성, 상품에 대한 접근성 용이가 중요 요인으로 나타났으며, 문제점에서는 단순한 필수시험 합격, 단순한 설명의 피드백으로 전문성 결여, 학습자와 교수자 간 양방향 커뮤니케이션 미비가 중요 요인으로 나타났다. 개선방안에서는 다양한 온라인 커뮤니티를 연계한 소통, 필수시험은 오프라인으로 실시, 다양한 콘텐츠 개발이 중요 요인으로 나타났으며, 발전방향에서는 주기적인 프로그램 품질평가 실시, 다양한 다이빙 커뮤니티로의 연계, 담당 튜터 배정이 중요 요인으로 나타났다.

Nowadays, the construction of high-rise building is rapidly increasing. There are many cost-increasing factors to the management in the high-rise building construction. For large and complex projects like the high-rise building construction, the more systematic methods and tools are needed for cost control. It is important to identify major cost control items and to manage them for effective cost management in the high-rise building construction. This study proposes a method of identifying major cost-increasing factors in the high-rise building construction based on the Delphi method.

Recently, the green business/IT-related issues such as $CO_2$ emission and energy consumption have become spread out rapidly through the world. EU, the United States, Japan and other developed countries are using IT-related environmental regulations as trade barriers. Korea which has high rate of IT exports needs to establish systematic strategies to respond to these environmental regulations. However, it is not easy to find the related research about making green business/IT strategies. This research aims to deduce the green business/IT strategy framework and the suitable green business/IT strategies for the Korean situation. The green business/IT strategy framework is constructed from the analysis of preceding researches and those of the green business/IT strategies of Japan, the United States, and EU. The Korean green business/IT strategies are deduced from survey of experts using Delphi method. We expect that the results contribute to establish the systematic policy and action plan to reduce $CO_2$ emission and energy consumption of IT industry.

With domestic construction projects becoming bigger, more specialized and more advanced, the construction industry is striving to improve quality and quantity, and is diversifying functions and shapes. Nevertheless, the process of a construction project causes problems when we estimate construction price, because the cost breakdown structures are different in each step. The primary aim of this study was to estimate building life cycle cost using the Delphi method. The cost breakdown structure for life cycle cost was classified into planning, design, construction, maintenance and waste disposal, and each detailed classification was determined by estimating life cycle cost. Moreover, the developed cost breakdown structure is verified by consulting with experts to secure objectivity and validity.

The purpose of this study is to present a cost classification system that can be used in gas plant construction projects. Towards this end, it examined the detailed statements of the construction companies which had experience in carrying out plant construction projects. Based on the above, it also presented a life-cycle (i.e., EPCC) cost classification system for the gas plant construction projects by conducting the Delphi analysis through the expert opinions.
