초·중등 공학교육 프로그램 구성 모형 개발 (The Development of Composition Model for Engineering Education Program of Elementary and Secondary School)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data and guideline to STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) educators who prepare engineering education in elementary and secondary school. For this, this study develops a composition model for engineering education program of elementary and secondary school. To do this, a literature research, experts interview and Delphi survey were conducted. Through the literature research, we extracted the components of model for engineering education program of elementary and secondary school and then made a first draft of the model. The draft was revised by experts while Delphi survey was used to validate the model based on Delphi panels' opinions. The panels for the Delphi survey consisted of 51 experts in the STEM education field. The survey was conducted three different times and importance survey was included in the third stage. The conclusions of this study were as follows: First, the model consist of definition, 4 directions, 4 characteristics, 3 educational goals according to school level, educational contents area and element, teaching and learning method and evaluation method. The educational contents area and element consist of 2 major areas, 7 areas and 18 elements. Second, all components of the developed model were valid in most of the statistics such as mean, standard deviation, the degree of consensus and convergence, and CVR(Content Validity Ratio). Third, importance for education contents area and element according to the school level are analyzed.

근로자 예비 설문과 델파이기법을 활용한 건설현장 안전보건교육 개선 방향 분석 (Investigation of Safety and Health Education Improvement in Construction Sites using Delphi Technique and Workers' Survey)

  • The improvement of safety and health education method in construction site was investigated through the survey for workers and delphi technique. The results of preliminary survey done for workers were analyzed using the multi variance analyses, and the questionnaires for delphi survey were composed based on the results of preliminary survey. Finally, the participatory safety and health education method was suggested. The result showed that most of workers were very interested in accident prevention and health. On the contrary, they did not actively participate in safety activities in sites including safety and health education. In order to improve workers' levels of safety consciousness and prevent the construction accident, the participatory safety and health education method that construction workers directly examine and give presentations about accident causes and measures was suggested and verified by tests. One-way instructor-led safety and health education used widely and participatory safety and health education with workers were carried out by dividing participants into two groups. After education, the examination is done for two groups. The test results found that the average score of safety consciousness of the worker group that received participatory safety education was higher than that of the work group that received instructor-led safety education. And the Delphi technique utilizing experts was analyzed that participatory safety education has a great effect on improvement of workers' level of safety consciousness.

환경산업의 유망직업 추출에 관한 연구 - 델파이 조사를 중심으로 - (Study of Potential Future Occupations in the Environmental Industry - Focusing on Delphi Survey -)

  • This research presents an analysis of some of the occupations associated with Korea‘s national strategic industries. Therefore, the objectives of this paper can be summarized as follows: By classifying existing occupations and identifying potential future ones, this paper will strive to present a systematic analysis of environmental related occupations. In order to achieve the objectives of this research, related literature was examined, a Delphi Survey was conducted. In order to select potential future occupations, this research used a qualitative method that involved interviews with specialists. More specifically, a Delphi Survey was used to collect the specialists' opinions. The potential occupations were selected using a three-prong procedure involving an analysis of related literature and materials, a Delphi Survey, as well the holding of conferences with specialists and visits to those in the actual field. Through this process, 33 different potential future occupations were selected.

항만과 수로의 제한속력 설정 모델 개발에 관한 연구(I) - 제한속력 설정을 위한 고려요소 식별 - (Development of the Speed Limit Model for Harbour and Waterway(I) - Considerations Discrimination for Speed Limit Decision -)

  • 본 연구는 제한속력 설정 모델 개발을 위한 1차 연구로서 제한속력 설정 시 고려요소에는 어떤 것이 있으며, 각 요소별 중요도는 얼마나 되는지에 대한 연구의 결과이다. 고려요소 식별과 중요도 산정을 위해 델파이(Delphi)기법과 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)기법을 이용하였다. 델파이 설문은 3차에 걸쳐 수행하였고 3차에 걸친 설문을 통해 5개 상위요소(Level 1)와 23개 하위요소(Level 2)가 식별되었다. 3차 델파이 설문과정에서 내용타당도비율(CVR)값이 0.4~1.0 범위에 있으면 제한속력 설정 시 고려요소로서 반영하였고 0.4 미만의 값은 고려요소에서 제외하였다. 2차 델파이 설문과정에서 33개 고려요소가 식별되었으나 3차 설문을 통해 23개 항목으로 축소되었다. 델파이 3차 분석을 통해 얻은 23개 항목을 대상으로 AHP 설문을 수행하였다. AHP 설문 결과, 5개 상위요소(Level 1)에 대한 중요도는 교통조건이 가장 중요한 요소로 평가되었고, 선박조건, 항로조건, 자연조건, 외부지원 및 기타 조건 순으로 평가되었다. 23개 하위요소 중에서 시정이 가장 중요(1위)하다고 평가되었으며, 선박조종성능, 항로 내 수중장애물, 교통량 및 밀도, 통항선박간 거리, 타효가능속력, 조류 순으로 평가되었다.

산후풍의 진단적 정의 확립을 위한 전문가 델파이 조사 연구 (A Study for the Establishment of the Diagnostic Definition of Sanhupung (U32.7) using the Delphi Method)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to establish a clear diagnostic definition of Sanhupung using the Delphi method. Methods: This study used the Delphi technique. A panel consisting of 21 experts of Korean medicine, particularly in of gynecologic medicine, participated in the Delphi examination that included answering the 4th round survey. The Delphi examination was carried out through evaluating and correcting the questionnaire by e-mail. Results: Through the Delphi survey, we have reached on an agreement regarding the basic concepts, time, cause, essential symptoms, and accessory symptoms of Sanhupung. They are as follows: 1) Sanhupung is a culture bound syndrome reflecting Korea's cultural specificity. 2) Sanhupung can be diagnosed even after the miscarriage. 3) For the diagnosis of Sanhupung, the main cause of symptoms should not be classified as other disease. 4) Sanhupung can be diagnosed based on essential symptoms and accessory symptoms. 5) Essential symptoms include local symptoms such as joint pain at specific areas, partial sensory impairment and general symptoms including pain of all the joints, whole body sensory impairment, increased sweating, feeling of wind coming into the body, worsened symptoms with the cold, intolerance to cold, and pain of all the muscles. Conclusions: The basic concepts and diagnostic definition of Sanhupung were suggested based on the Delphi survey among experts in the field. Further research is necessary to improve reliability and validity of diagnostic definition of Sanhupung in clinical trials.

한방분야 적정성 평가 대상 질환 선정을 위한 전문가 Delphi 조사 (Selection of Manageable Diseases for Quality Assessment in Korean Medicine by Delphi Method)

  • Objectives As awareness of the public about Korean medicine health care and the social demand about improvement for quality of health care service is constantly rising, the quality evaluation of Korean medicine health care service is needed to improve the quality. Through trial of Delphi method, we tried to set the priority in short, medium, long term among the disease which is the subject of quality assessment. Methods Carrying out the delphi survey to 50 experts of korean medicine who were recommended by the 41 member societies of Korean medicine and related organizations, we selected final candidates for quality assessment. It is composed with total 2 rounds, and we investigated the priority in three aspects; the importance of the matter, possibility quality assessment, potential about if there's any chance of improvement. Results By delphi method, we set the priority of quality assessment. Base on the result of the second round, we classified importance of the questions into above average, average, below average, and categorized items as short, medium, long term according on the final priority. We classified of musculoskeletal diseases and diseases of connective tissues and musculoskeletal injury as short term and cerebrovascular disease and disease of nerve system and malignant neoplasm as medium term, disease of digestive organs and diseases, symptoms and abnormal findings in clinical field or inspections which are not categorized as long term. Conclusions We set the subjects of quality assessment by delphi survey by experts, and classified into short, medium, long term. Further research is necessary for execution the Quality Assessment to each of the candidate. Also, we can send feedback to medical institution base on the result of Quality Assessment. then it would be able to induce the improvement in quality of medical institution by itself.

농촌경관에 있어서 한옥의 가치에 관한 연구 -전문가 의견분석을 중심으로- (Study on the Importance of Rural Hanok and Rural Landscaping - Focused on Experts Opinion Analysis-)

  • This study uses expert analysis as a method of research to identify the value of hanok in rural landscapes. To do so, the study conducted the Delphi method and the AHP survey twice. First, the Delphi method was used on experts who have either studied rural landscape, regional development, hanok or have adequate knowledge in such areas, concerning the definiton of sustainable rural landscapes, the role of hanok in rural landscapes, the problems rural hanoks face, and the preservation and utilzation of rural hanok. Based on this, the AHP survey was conducted. The survey results showed that sustainable rural landscapes are 'landscapes in which the transformation proces coexists from traditonal to modern times.' The role of the rural hanok was shown to be 'the forming of landscapes that expres the historical flow of the vilage.' In the subsequent survey of rural landscapes, the order of import limitationance of hanok was regionality, historicity, harmoniousnes, eco-friendlines and familarity. However, a may be that this study is based on expert opinion which may not be regarded as universal. Therefore, future research on the basis of this study wil have to be conducted in a way to identify the value of hanok in rural landscapes from the perspective of various groups.

골관절염 대상자 자기관리를 위한 모바일앱 콘텐츠 개발: 델파이 조사를 활용하여 (Development of Mobile Application Contents for Self-management of Patients with Osteoarthritis: Using Delphi Method)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the essential contents of mobile application for self-management of patients with osteoarthritis through Delphi survey. Methods: The Delphi survey was conducted with 14 experts to determine the importance of contents in osteoarthritis self-management mobile application. Results: A total of 25 contents were finalized for the osteoarthritis self-management mobile application. The contents consisted of 7 items for daily living management, 8 items for disease information, 3 items for pain management, 6 items for exercise, and 1 item for weight management. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, self-management mobile application can be developed and used as an interventional tool for patients with osteoarthritis.

일개 노인보건센터에서의 자가관리능력 측정도구 검증 - 델파이기법을 중심으로 - (Testing for Self-care Ability Measurement in an Aged Health Center - A Delphi Technique -)

  • Purpose: To find out whether the self-care ability measurement used for visiting health care provide an appropriate standard to select service methods using a Delphi survey and to offer basic data that can improve the measurement. Method: A Delphi survey was done with 39 people consisting of theoretical professionals, field managers, and practitioners engaged in visiting health care. Result: It was found that items and weighted points in the currently used self-care ability measurement needed adjustment. Therefore, a modified evaluation standard was presented by domains, items and detailed items. Finally, the self-care ability measurement is composed of 4 domains, 11 items and 19 detailed items. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it presented an evaluation standard applicable directly to business practice by supplementing problems in the existing self-care ability measurement. This study suggests the need to develop various measurements for elderly households based on community.
