국내 산모의 골밀도 현황 분석 : 일개 산부인과 전문병원중심으로 (Analysis of Bone Mineral Density Status in Korean Mother : In the Center of One Obstetric Hospital)

  • 본 연구는 출산한 산모를 대상으로 골밀도와 골밀도에 영향을 미치는 특성을 조사하여 출산 후 골다공증 예방을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 최종 137명의 의무기록을 분석한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자의 일반적, 산과적 특성에 따른 T-score의 차이는 independent t-test와 one way ANOVA로, 사후분석은 Scheffe test로 실시하였다. 연구 대상자들의 평균 연령은 32.4세였고 T-score 평균값은 0.34였다. 출산 후 4주째 측정한 BMI에서 저체중군은 정상군과 과체중군에 비해 골밀도가 유의하게 높게 나타났고(F=11.935, p<.001). 비타민 D가 충분한 대상자는 부족한 대상자보다 부족한 대상자는 결핍인 대상자보다 골밀도가 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다(F=4.906, p=0.009). 유산경험이 없는 경우가 1회 이상인 경우보다 골밀도가 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났고(t=4.264, p<.001) 자연분만을 한 경우가 제왕절개수술을 한 경우보다 골밀도가 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다(t=2.019, p=.046). 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 임신과 출산과정 중 골밀도에 영향을 미치는 특성을 바탕으로 출산한 산모의 골다공증 관리 예방프로그램개발이 필요할 것이다.

미혼모에 관한 국내논문 분석 (The Trend and Issues of Research Related to Unmarried Mother in Korea)

  • Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to analyze the trend of research related with unmarried mother. Method: 81 theses about unmarried mother from 1972 to 2003 were analyzed according to the theses' characteristics, sources by publication period, research design, nursing intervention effect of experimental study and theme of qualitative research. Results: 1. The number of studies related with unmarried mother has progressively increased by year from 1972, and that of theses was highest during the period between 2000 to 2003. 2 As for study design, the number of quantitative studies were 73 and that of qualitative studies were 8. The majority of research design were survey and correlational studies. 3. Nursing intervention used in the experimental design were stress management program, eco-system support group, group art treatment, career education program, musical activities, prenatal education. All of experimental design were used in the after 2000. 4. The themes of qualitative studies were childbirth experience, a participatory on the life, mother's keeping a child, experience of pregnancy and delivery, the self-group program, the process and experience of becoming unmarried adolescent mother, needs of single mothers with child and policy of social welfare service, lived experience of hope. All of these were used in the after 1999. Conclusions: The summary of the above results shows a tendency that the study has increased by year. Especially, experimental study proved affirmative effect. However, for the unmarried mother, more experimental and qualitative studies are to be required.

The Study of the Cycle Time Improvement by Work-In-Process Statistical Process Control Method for IC Foundry Manufacturing

  • The definition of cycle time is the time from the wafer start to the wafer output. It usually takes one or two months to get the product since customer decides to produce it. The cycle time is a critical factor for customer satisfaction because it represents the response time to the market. Long cycle time reflects the ineffective investment for the capital. The cycle time is very important for foundry because long cycle time will cause customer unsatisfied and the order loss. Consequently, all of the foundries put lots of human source in the cycle time improvement. Usually, we make decisions based on the experience in the cycle time management. We have no mechanism or theory for cycle time management. We do work-in-process (WIP) management based on turn rate and standard WIP (STD WIP) set by experiences. But the experience didn't mean the optimal solution, when the situation changed, the cycle time or the standard WIP will also be changed. The experience will not always be applicable. If we only have the experience and no mechanism, management will not be work out. After interview several foundry fab managers, all of the fab can't reflect the situation. That is, all of them will have an impact period after product mix or utilization varied. In this study, we want to develop a formula for standard WIP and use statistical process control (SPC) concept to set WIP upper/lower limit level. When WIP exceed the limit level, it will trigger action plans to compensate WIP Profile. If WIP Profile balances, we don't need too much WIP. So WIP level could be reduced and cycle time also could be reduced.

건설현장에 접목한 가상체험·실물체험 안전교육의 효과성 연구 (A Study on the Effectiveness of Virtual and Real Experience Type Safety Education at Construction Sites)

  • 본연구는 건설근로자 대상으로 실시되는 안전교육을 가상체험과 실물체험식 안전교육으로 진행되면 교육에 오락적, 일탈적, 심미적 요소가 더해진 학습효과로 건설업 안전사고는 현저히 감소함을 분석하였다. 연구결과 체험교육에 대한 판별타당도 분석에서는 C.R=0.925327>0.7로 충족되었고, AVE= 0.716226>0.5로 수렴되어 신뢰도가 높음을 알 수 있었다. 근로자의 행동 의도에 대한 MC 시뮬레이션 분석과 베이지안 구조방정식에서 근로자 행동변화는 여러 가지 요인으로 달라질 수 있지만, 교육의 정도에 따라 행동이 변화됨을 알 수 있었고, 의도된 안전에 대한 확률밀도분포 분석결과 실물체험의 경험이 낮을수록 안전행동 보다 불안전 행동이 높고, 사고 위험이 증가함으로 체험식 안전교육이 근로자 행동변화와 건설 안전문화 개선에 실질적인 효과가 검증되었다. 후속 연구에서도 체험교육 이수 근로자에 대한 2~3년 추적관리 연구를 기대한다.

남자 간호학생의 분만실 실습 체험 (Male nursing students' Practicum Experiences on Delivery Room)

  • 본 연구는 간호학과 남학생을 대상으로 분만실 실습 체험의 의미를 파악하고자 수행하였다. 2012년 7월 20일부터 12월 28일까지 분만실 실습을 마친 후 한 달 이내의 4년제 간호대학 3학년 남학생 대상으로 자료가 포화될 때까지 진행하였다. 수집된 8명의 질적 자료는 Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하여 6단계로 분석하였다. 분석결과 30개의 주제(themes), 9개의 주제묶음(clusters) 및 3가지 범주(categories)를 도출하였다. 도출된 범주는 '여성 프라이버시가 중시되는 실습환경이기 때문에 위축됨', '남자이기 때문에 불평등함', '분만간호를 볼 수 있는 단 한 번의 기회임'으로 구조화되었다. 이를 통해 볼 때 연구 참여자들은 성 역할에 대한 사회적 인식에서 여성 간호 분야의 학습에 제한을 받으면서도 전문직 간호사의 태도를 가지고 실습에 임하고자 하였다. 따라서 성 역할에 대한 사회적 인식이 개선될 수 있도록 전문직 간호의 이미지를 신장시키는 전략과, 전문직 간호사의 역할 정립을 위하여 간호교육현장에서 성 차별적인 교육방법을 개선하기 위한 다각적인 연구의 시행이 필요하다.

일 대학 간호학생의 임상실습 만족도, 실습경험 분석 및 개선방향 제시 -모성간호학 임상실습 중심- (A Study on Satisfaction and Experience of Clinical Practice & Direction for Clinical Education: Focused on Maternity Nursing Practice)

  • The study was intended to investigate the degree of satisfaction and experiences of maternity nursing practice and to examine the relationships between satisfaction and experiences. Data were collected from a college located in Inchon from April 2, 2001 to October 30, 2001. A general characteristics questionnaires, questionnaire for clinical practice satisfaction and maternity nursing clinical checklist were used to measure the satisfaction and experiences of maternity nursing practice. The subject were supposed to record their clinical experience in maternity clinical practice checklist. 153 questionnaires for satisfaction of clinical practice and 178 maternity nursing clinical practice checklists used for analysis. The data were analyzed by SPSS-PC+ program. The results of this study were as follows ; 1) The mean score of satisfaction of clinical practice was 3.34(a perfect score 5) and among the 4 categorial components from the questionnaire of satisfaction the score of 'clinical practice teaching' was high(3.85) and 'clinical practice environment(2.91)' and 'clinical practice contents(2.90)' was relatively low. 2) There was significant value between place of clinical practice and clinical practice satisfaction among 7 clinical practice hospital and the most high score of clinical practice satisfaction is 3.70 and the low score is 2.91(F=7.706, p<.001). The score of delivery room was significantly higher than the OBGY room and there was significant value among the place of clinical practice(DR : F= 6.441, p<.001, OBGY room : F=7.908, p<.001). 3) In delivery room, the frequency of observation are 2.61 day, the frequency of practice are 1.33 day and in OBGY room the frequency of observation are 1.73 day, the frequency of practice are 1.31 day for 2 week of maternity clinical practice and the most frequent practice of maternity nursing care was checking vital sign. 4) There were significant relationships between the ranking score of clinical satisfaction and clinical experiences in maternity nursing practice. Based on the results, it is suggested that the satisfaction of clinical practice was related to environment of clinical practice and it is necessary to improve environment of clinical practice and make a strategies to enhance the quality of maternity clinical experience.

소비자의 인터넷쇼핑 구매경험과 기술준비성이 인터넷 의류쇼핑시 위험지각과 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Consumers' Purchase Experience and Technology Readiness on Risk Perception and Satisfaction in Internet Clothing Shopping)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine consumers' risk perception in internet clothing shopping and its relation with technology readiness and the frequency of purchase. Thereafter, this study examines how consumers' risk perception affect service quality and satisfaction at the apparel shopping sites. An on-line survey was made to collect data, and the replies from 785 people, who had an experience of apparel shopping on line, were used in data analysis. From factor analyses, risk perception comprised 3 factors of product related risk, delivery related risk, and security related risk, and technology readiness comprised 4 factors of optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, and insecurity. Based on cluster analysis, consumers were classified into 3 types in terms of the internet risk perception: low risk group, medium risk group, and high risk group. From path analysis, risk perception was decreased with high frequency of purchase and low discomfort and insecurity of technology readiness, and risk perception and service quality had an influence on consumers' satisfaction with the shopping sites.

  • 본 연구는 식당에서 사용하는 외식서빙 로봇의 서비스 절차 및 인터랙션 방식에 중점을 두고 연구한다. 사용자 설문조사,사용자를 관찰하고 고객과 레스토랑 종업원의 인터뷰를 통한 레스토랑 서빙 로봇과 고객의 교류방식을 분석하고 사용자 요구를 파악하기 위해 사용자 여정 지도를 구축한다. 또한 서비스 절차에서 배달 서비스 뿐만 아니라 주문 서비스, 접대 서비스 및 테이블 정리 등을 모두 서비스 로봇이 행하는 것을 의도한다.최종 제안 연구 목적은 기존의 서빙 로봇 GUI을 개선하고 새로운 서비스 청사진을 설계하는 것이다.

  • The service sector is growing and service is complicated with various customer needs in the competitive markets. Bill Hollins urges that services must be designed. I believe that service experiences must be designed with servicescape as an environment surrounding services. Servicescape is the physical and social environments of service. Service experiences do not depend only on the aesthetic impression of physical servicescape. One of the main characteristics of services is that the most value of services are accomplished from interaction between customer and service encounters. The design of physical servicescape affects the interaction between customer and service encounters and the behavior of both customer and service suppliers' including social factors such as display emotions and the interpersonal distance between customers. Servicescape design should control tangible and intangible area of service events. In addition servicescape design creates customer's good experiences in the servicescape. This research proposes the possibilities and proper design process of servicescape design. Servicescape Design should control the activities including interrelations of participants, efficient service delivery process, and the united images of services for creating the satisfied service experience values.

간호사가 인식하는 환자 금연중재의 장애요인 (Barriers to Smoking Cessation Intervention among Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The specific aims of this study was to find out the barrier to smoking cessation intervention in clinical practice among clinical nurses and compare them in high barrier group with those in the low barrier group. Method: The sample of this study consisted of 738 nurses practicing in general hospitals with over 400 beds throughout the country. The questionnaire was adopted from the 'Oncology Nurse's Tobacco Control Survey' used in the United Stated by Sarna et al.(2001). Result: Age, marital status, hospital experience, position were the variables related to the mean score of subjective resource insufficiency. The perception that the patient was not motivated to quit smoking was the most commonly identified barrier in low barrier group and the second most common barrier in high barrier group. Conclusion: Younger, with less clinical experience, single, staff nurses were the characteristics of nurses in the high barrier group. The smoking cessation educational program should be targeted to these populations. Further research is needed to develope strategies to reduce the perception associated with barriers in delivery of tobacco cessation interventions.
