지방자치단체 농산물 쇼핑몰 운영 개선 방안 연구 (Improvements of Local Government Shopping Mall)

  • 최근 농산물 전자상거래의 거래액은 지속적으로 상승하고 있으나 농산물을 취급하는 전문몰의 거래액은 감소하고 있는 실정이다. 농산물의 다양한 유통구조에 따라 판매 가격의 차이가 발생하고 있고, 이러한 차이가 소비자들의 구매결정에 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지방자치단체 농산물 쇼핑몰의 운영 개선 방안을 도출하고자, 영향요인을 품질, 배송, 가격으로 하여 만족과 재구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관하여 검증하고자 하였다. 검증 결과 품질, 배송, 가격이 만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 가격과 만족이 재구매 의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 품질과 배송은 재구매의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 영향요인으로 제시한 변수 중 가격에 가장 민감하게 반응하는 것으로 나타나다. 지자체 쇼핑몰의 운영 개선 방안으로 (1) 정확한 제품 정보의 전달, (2) 지속적인 운영 관리, (3) 다양한 이벤트 실시, (4) 소비자에게 다양한 혜택 제공, (5) 다양한 제품 구성, (6) 적절한 판매 방법의 선택, (7) 삼품 검색의 용이성 제공이 필요하며, 상대적으로 다양한 혜택 제공과 검색 용이성이 중요한 것으로 사료된다.

  • 사이버 쇼핑몰은IT 기술발전에 힘입어 다양하고 급속하게 성장하면서 온라인 쇼핑 업체들 사이에 경쟁은 더욱 가열되고 있다. 이로 인하여 온 오프라인에서 업체들의 차별화된 마케팅 전략과 특징이 절실하게 요구되며, 자체 경쟁력 확보를 위한 분석과 투자에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 특히, 꽃시장의 경우에 오프라인에서 온라인이 병행되고, 전국시장 네트워크가 형성됨으로써 소규모 업체들의 시장진입과 경쟁력 확보가 매우 어려워지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온라인 꽃시장 활성화와 꽃 배달 서비스 강화 방안을 위해 시장에서 상위에 랭크된 사이트 분석과 시장 현황 분석 및 서비스 전략 방안을 제시하며, 이를 실현하기 위한 사이트 구축에 관하여 기술하였다. 이를 통해 꽃 배달 서비스 강화를 통한 꽃 시장 마케팅 활성화와 경쟁력을 통해 시장에서의 입지 강화를 기대해 볼 수 있다.

이론적 열유동 및 랜덤 진동 해석을 적용한 EPS 보냉용기의 포장설계 (Packaging Design of EPS Cooling Box by Theoretical Heat Flow and Random Vibration Analysis)

  • Although it has recently been regulated for use as an eco-friendly policy in Korea, the use of EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) cooling boxes, which are used as cold chain delivery insulation boxes for fresh agricultural and livestock products, is also increasing rapidly as e-commerce logistics such as delivery have increased rapidly due to COVID-19. Studies were conducted to optimize the EPS cooling container through internal air heat flow of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis and FEM (Finite Element Method) random vibration analysis using domestic PSD (Power Spectral Density) profile of the EPS cooling box to which the refrigerant is applied in this study. In the analysis of the internal air heat flow by the refrigerant in the EPS cooling box, the application of vertical protrusions inside was excellent in volume heat flow and internal air temperature distribution. In addition, as a result of random vibration analysis, the internal vertical protrusion gives the rigid effect of the cooling box, so that displacement and stress generation due to vibration during transport are smaller than that of a general cooling container without protrusion. By utilizing the resonance point (frequency) of the EPS cooling box derived by the Model analysis of ANSYS Software, it can be applied to the insulation and cushion packaging design of the EPS product line, which is widely used as insulation and cushion materials.

On the Integrated Operation Concept and Development Requirements of Robotics Loading System for Increasing Logistics Efficiency of Sub-Terminal

  • Recently, consumers who prefer contactless consumption are increasing due to pandemic trends such as Corona 19. This is the driving force for developing the last mile-based logistics ecosystem centered on the online e-commerce market. Lastmile led to the continued development of the logistics industry, but increased the amount of cargo in urban area, and caused social problems such as overcrowding of logistics. The courier service in the logistics base area utilizes the process of visiting the delivery site directly because the courier must precede the loading work of the cargo in the truck for the delivery of the ordered product. Currently, it's carried out as automated logistics equipment such as conveyor belt in unloading or classification stage, but the automation system isn't applied, so the work efficiency is decreasing and the intensity of the courier worker's labor is increased. In particular, small-scale courier workers belonging to the sub-terminal unload at night at underdeveloped facilities outside the city center. Therefore, the productivity of the work is lowered and the risk of safety accidents is exposed, so robot-based loading technology is needed. In this paper, we have derived the top-level concept and requirements of robot-based loading system to increase the flexibility of logistics processing and to ensure the safety of courier drivers. We defined algorithms and motion concepts to increase the cargo loading efficiency of logistics sub-terminals through the requirements of end effector technology, which is important among concepts. Finally, the control technique was proposed to determine and position the load for design input development of the automatic conveyor system.

Mobile Smishing 해킹 동향 분석 및 보안대책 (Analysis of Mobile Smishing Hacking Trends and Security Measures)

  • 스마트폰 태블릿 PC와 같은 모바일 장치를 이용하여 인터넷뱅킹과 전자상거래는 물론 본인의 업무까지 처리하고 있다. 모바일 기기의 가용성과 편리성은 높아가고 있지만, SNS나 문자 이메일을 이용한 Smishing 금융사기사건과 개인정보유출 등 범죄사건도 많이 발생하고 있다. 스마트폰에서 Smishing 사고는 2013년부터 급격하게 증가되어 MERS 감염 사건, 지뢰도발 사건, 추석의 택배 등의 사회공학적 방법을 이용하여 교묘하게 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2014년 이후의 모바일 장치에서의 Smishing 해킹 동향을 분석한다. 사회적 이슈와 관련하여, 모바일 사용자들에게 금융사기로 이어지는 Smishing 해킹 공격의 프로세스를 분석한다. 그리고, Mobile Smishing 해킹에 대한 보안 방법과 금융 피해의 대책을 제시한다.

Identification of Hazard for Securing the Safety of Unmanned Parcel Storage Device System Using Robot Technology

  • The development of the fourth industrial revolution and logistics 4.0 related technology, the growth of the e-commerce market, and the transition to a non-face to face society due to the pandemic are accelerating the growth of the logistics industry. Due to the growth of the logistics industry, various services are emerging to meet the requirements of the market, and research and technology development related to the parcel storage, which is an important element of the last mile service, is also underway. In the past, if it was difficult to deliver the goods directly to the recipient, the parcel storage installed near the delivery location was used, but the usability was not good and the storage of the goods was limited. In addition, the existing parcel storage has a lot of functional limitations compared to the advanced logistics technology, so it is necessary to develop a device that improves it. Therefore, this study conducted to secure safety for unmanned parcel storage devices with robot technology to improve usability and functionality in line with the advanced logistics industry. Based on ISO 10218, an industrial robot related standard, risk identification studies were conducted to derive results that contribute to the development of devices under development.

IPA분석을 이용한 정기화물운송업의 경쟁력 강화방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on IPA-based Competitiveness Enhancement Measures for Regular Freight Service)

  • Purpose - Despite the structural irrationality of multi-level transportation and the oil price rise, the domestic freight transportation market continues to grow, mirroring the rise in e-commerce and resultant increase in courier services and freight volumes. Several studies on courier services have been conducted. However, few studies or statistics have been published regarding regular freight services although they have played a role in the freight service market. The present study identifies the characteristics of regular freight service users to seek competitiveness enhancement measures specific to regular freight services. Research design, data, and methodology - IPA is a comparative analysis of the relative importance of and satisfaction with each attribute simultaneously. This study used IPA because it facilitates the process of analyzing importance and performance, deriving implications and a visual understanding of results. To enhance the competitiveness of regular freight services, this study surveyed its current users regarding the importance of the regular freight service factors. A total of 200 copies of a questionnaire were circulated and 190 copies were returned. In addition to demographics, respondents answered questions about the importance of and satisfaction with services on a 5-point Likert scale. Excluding 3 inappropriate copies, 187 out of 190 copies were analyzed. PASW Statistics 18 was used for statistical analysis. A total of 20 question items were selected for the service factors presented in the questionnaire based on the 1st pilot survey and previous studies. Results - According to the IPA performed to compare the importance of and satisfaction with service factors, both importance and satisfaction are high in the 1st quadrant, which involves the economic advantage of using regular freight services, quick arrival at destinations, weight freight handling, and less time constraints on freight receipt/dispatch. This area requires continuous management. Satisfaction is higher than importance in the 2nd quadrant, which involves the adequacy of freight, cost savings over ordinary courier services, notification on freight arrival, and freight tracking information. This area requires intensive investment and management. Satisfaction is lower than importance in the 3rd quadrant, involving the credit card payment system, courier delivery service, distance to freight handling sites, easy access to freight handling sites, and prompt problem solving. This area requires further intensive management. Both importance and satisfaction are low in the 4th quadrant, involving the availability of collection service, storage space at freight handling sites, kindness of collection/delivery staff, kindness of outlet staff, and easy delivery checks. This area is a set of variables should be excluded from priority control targets. Conclusions - Based on the IPA, service factors that need priority controls because of high importance and low satisfaction include the credit card payment system, delivery service, distance to freight handling sites, easy access to freight handling sites, and prompt problem solving. The findings need to be applied to future marketing strategies for regular freight services and for developing competitiveness enhancement programs.

디지털 저작권관리와 Rights Language (Digital Rights Management and Rights Language)

  • 인터넷의 발달은 전통적인 0시장에 의한 상거래를, 기술에 의한 안전하면서 세계 시장을 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 전자상거래 구조를 제공하고 있다. 현재 전자상거래의 대상은 실물에 대한 상거래와 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 상거래로 크게 분류할 수 있으며, 실물에 대한 상거래는 전통적 상거래 방식이 컴퓨터로 바꿔 상황이라고 볼 때, 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 상거래 즉, D-Commerce에 대한 상거래의 개념이 도래하고 있다. 디지털 컨텐츠의 상거래에 필요한 요소 기술에 대한 연구, 그리고 특히 새로운 유통 비즈니스 모델에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 디지털 저작권권리(Digital Rights Management: DRM)는 디지털 컨텐츠의 보호와 적절한 유통체계를 설립하여 안전하게 상거래를 할 수 있게 하기 위한 새로운 기술이다. XrML은 권리(rights)를 명시하는 언어로써 디지털 컨텐츠와 그에 따른 서비스들을 사용할 수 있는 권리와 조건들을 명시해준다. XrML은 현재 디지털 저작권권리(Digital Rights Management: DRM)에 가장 많이 쓰이고 있는 Rights Language이다. XrML은 ContentGuard가 개발한 DRM 서술 언어로 전 세계 산업계 표준으로 추진하기 위하여 파트너 회사 확대, 기능 확장, 무료 / 공개 형식으로 보급을 추진중이다.

친환경 식품 전문점의 점포속성이 지각된 가치와 충성도에 미치는 영향: 배송 서비스의 조절효과 (Effect of Eco-Friendly Food Store Attributes on Perceived Value and Loyalty: Moderating Effect of Delivery Service)

  • Purpose: The online market is growing the most in history due to the expansion of non-face-to-face commerce. In addition, as consumers' interest in health, food safety, and environment increases, interest in and consumption of eco-friendly agricultural products is also increasing. Therefore, in the case of a specialty store that sells eco-friendly organic agricultural products, a marketing strategy that can increase customer loyalty by reflecting these consumer needs is necessary. In this study, the store attributes of eco-friendly food stores are classified into location, assortment, price, quality, and employee service, and the effect of each store attribute on utilitarian and hedonic value is investigated. Research design, data, and methodology: The subjects of this study were customers who visited an eco-friendly food store. Of the 511 survey responses, 311 were used for statistical verification, excluding 200 who had not visited within the last 3 months. For statistical analysis, Smart PLS 3.0 was used, and after checking the validity and reliability of the items, hypothesis testing was performed. Result: As a result of the study, it was found that assortment, quality, and employee service among store attributes had a positive (+) effect on utilitarian and hedonic value. Second, location had no significant effect on utilitarian and hedonic value. Third, price did not appear to have a positive (+) effect on the utilitarian value, and it was found to have a positive (+) effect on the hedonic value. Fourth, It was investigated whether the presence or absence of delivery service had an effect on store attributes between utilitarian and hedonic value, and it was found that there was a significant effect between employee service and hedonic value. Conclusions: Among eco-friendly food store environment management will be required in order to provide food that meets the tastes and needs of consumers by diversifying the taste, standard, and quality grade of food, and to maintain or improve the quality. In order to unlike other stores, eco-friendly food stores have high price resistance from the point of view of consumers, so it is necessary to diversify promotional media such as YouTube and SNS to raise awareness of eco-friendly organic food.

세계 최대 규모의 전자상거래, 중국 광군제의 특징과 시사점 - 4차 산업혁명에 따른 스마트 물류의 도입을 중심으로 - (The Characteristics and Implications of the largest e-commerce day in the world, China's Singles Day)

  • 2019년 진행된 광군제의 하루 총 거래액은 약 384억 달러(한화 약 44.6조 원)이며, 하루 동안 5억 명의 이용자가 약 13억 건의 주문을 진행했고, 관련된 택배 물류량이 28억 건에 달했다. 4차 산업 혁명과 함께 주요 기술은 물류 산업에 획기적인 변화를 가져오고 있다. 본 연구는 중국의 광군제 행사에 적용되는 4차 산업혁명의 주요 기술과 중국 스마트 물류의 도입을 검토하고, 광군제의 발전 경과, 의의, 알리바바의 시스템, 미래 발전방향 등의 분석을 통해 시사점을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 중국은 비도심 지역에서 여전히 열악한 인프라 환경을 갖고 있으며, 많은 중국 기업들은 넓은 중국 면적을 커버하기 위하여 스마트 물류를 적극적으로 도입, 발전시키고 있다. 광군제는 4차 산업혁명의 주요 기술과 스마트 물류가 적용되고 있는 대표적 사례이다. 스마트 물류를 통해 확보된 데이터는 재고관리, 생산계획, 주문처리 등에 다시 활용되고 기업의 운영 최적화에 기여한다. 4차 산업혁명 시대에 글로벌 선진기업과의 경쟁력 확보를 위해서 스마트 물류의 도입 확대를 위한 국내 기업과 정부의 노력이 필요하다.
