전자회로 일체형 돔 형상의 플라스틱 부품 성형에 관한 연구 (A study on the molding of dome shaped plastic parts embedded with electronic circuits)

  • Smart systems in different application areas such as automotive, medical and consumer electronics require a novel manufacturing method of electronic, optical and mechanical functions into products. Traditional methods including mechanical assembly, bonding of plastic and electronic circuit cause the problems in large size of products and complicated manufacturing processes. In this study, thermoforming and film insert molding were applied to fabricate a dome shaped plastic part embedded with electronic circuits. The deformation of patterns printed on PET film was predicted by thermoforming simulation using T-SIM, and the results were compared with those by experiment. In order to decrease spring-back after thermoforming, the Taguchi method of design of experiment was used. Through ANOVA analysis, it was found that mold temperature was the most dominant parameter for spring-back. By using flow analysis, gate design was performed to decrease injection pressure. During film insert molding, the wash-out of ink printed on film occurred for Polycarbonate. When the resin was changed to PMMA, the wash-out disappeared due to low melt temperature.

보스-리브 시험 시 마찰보정선도에 대한 펀치형상 및 유동응력의 영향 (Effect of Punch Design and Flow Stress on Frictional Calibration Curve in Boss and Rib Test)

  • Recently, boss and rib test based on backward extrusion process was proposed to quantitatively evaluate the interfacial friction condition in bulk forming process. In this test, the tube-shaped punch with hole pressurizes the workpiece so that the boss and rib are formed along the hole and outer surface of the punch. It was experimentally and numerically revealed that the height of boss is higher than that of the rib under the severe friction condition. This work is focused on the effect of the punch design and flow stress on deformation pattern in boss and rib test. From the boss and rib test simulations, it was found that there is slight variation in both the heights of boss and rib according to the length of punch land, nose radius, and face angle. However the hole diameter of the punch and the clearance between the punch and die have a significant influence on the calibration curves showing the heights of the boss and rib. In addition, the effect of flow stress on the calibration curves was investigated through FE simulations. It was found that there is no effect of strength coefficient of the workpiece on the calibration curves for estimation of friction condition. On the other hand, the strain-hardening exponent of the workpiece has a significant influence on the calibration curve.

Free vibration of FG-GPLRC conical panel on elastic foundation

  • Present research is aimed to investigate the free vibration behavior of functionally graded (FG) nanocomposite conical panel reinforced by graphene platelets (GPLs) on the elastic foundation. Winkler-Pasternak elastic foundation surrounds the mentioned shell. For each ply, graphaene platelets are randomly oriented and uniformly dispersed in an isotropic matrix. It is assumed that the Volume fraction of GPLs reainforcement could be different from layer to layer according to a functionally graded pattern. The effective elastic modulus of the conical panel is estimated according to the modified Halpin-Tsai rule in this manuscript. Cone is modeled based on the first order shear deformation theory (FSDT). Hamilton's principle and generalized differential quadrature (GDQ) approach are also used to derive and discrete the equations of motion. Some evaluations are provided to compare the natural frequencies between current study and some experimental and theoretical investigations. After validation of the accuracy of the present formulation and method, natural frequencies and the corresponding mode shapes of FG-GPLRC conical panel are developed for different parameters such as boundary conditions, GPLs volume fraction, types of functionally graded and elastic foundation coefficients.

상악골 확장이 안면골에 미치는 영향에 관한 Laser Holography연구 (LASER HOLOGRAPHIC STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF FACIAL SKELETON TO MAXILLARY EXPANSION)

  • The highly accurate laser holographic interferemotry method was used to determine in what way low-magnitude forces during maxillary expansion are transmitted to the entire maxillary complex and its surrounding structures. The experiments were carried out on a dryed human skull which had a perfectly preserved, normally aligned maxillary dental arch and intact alveolar process. The skull was fixed within a constructed metal frame which ensured maximal stability of the object. The optical equipment and the object were mounted on antivibration table. Interferograms were taken on the lateral and frontal sides of the maxillary complex, using the 10mW He-Ne laser and the double-exposure method. Analysis of the fringe pattern on the recorded object surface was performed by graphically determining the deformation curves related to the bony surface in selected horizontal and vertical planes. On the basis of this study, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. The density of the interference fringes was gradually increased with the degree of expansion force. 2. Mechanical reactions on the maxillary complex, circummaxillary sutures, and surrounding bones were clearly visible, even with the lowest loading degree. 3. The amount of bone displacement was greater in application of the force after $90^{\circ}$ turn than in initial application of the same force. 4. The direction of interference fringes on the bony surface was similar at all loading degrees.

현대복식에 나타난 매너리즘(Mannerism)적 경향에 관한연구 (A study on the Mannerism tendencies in the Contemporary Costume)

  • The Mannerism which was born on Italy in 16th century was the critical trend of art influencing the political economical and psychological trends and was the first mo-dality which respected the individual sense of artist. The cultural situation of that time es-pecially the alienation of men is similar to the pluralism of value the coexistency of conflict the acceptance of heterogeneity and uncer-tainty I modern century. This paper analysed the pattern of change in the trend of Mannerism in modern costume by comparing current trend from the past focus-ing th fact that the over-all situation in this century is similar to that of Mannerism in 16th century. In this paper the author suggests the Defor-mation Ambiguity and Irreglarity as the character of manneristic trend which has re-solved the sense of alienation of men by paradoxic expression. The results of comparing the characteristic of mannerism to the modern costume is followd; 1. The Deformation in modern costume is grossly subdivided to the transfrmation of morphology the transformation of scale and the breakdown of equilibrium 2. The ambiguity in the modern costume can be subdivided to the eclecticistic expression and the ambiguity of spatial concept(between inner and outer garments). 3. The illogiclities in modern costume are the technique of illusion structural illogicality and the collage technique.

  • 본 논문에서는 금형의 형상과 단면 감소율등이 이에 미치는 영향을 조사하였 다. 이론과의 비교를 위해서 풀림처리된 특수강 소재인 SCM4로 실험을 행하였다. 압출하중은 로드셀(loadcell)로 측정하였으며 수치계산에서 구해진 속도장과 실제속도 장의 차이를 살펴보기 위해서 시편단면에 포토에칭(photoetching)한 압출시킬 시편의 그리드변형을 강소성유한요소법으로 계산한 그리드패턴과 비교 검토하였다.

  • 가행광산 지반침하 실태조사를 통하여 현 채광방법에 따른 지반침하 가능성과 대책을 분석하였다. 금속광산은 대부분 휴 폐광 상태로서 싱크홀의 침하양상을 나타내고 있다. 석탄광은 점점 더 심부화 되어가고 있으며, 기존 채광지역에서 트러프형의 침하양상을 보였다. 비금속 광산은 대규격 광산개발 이력이 30년 이내로서 크고 작은 지반변형의 문제가 조사되었다. 채광 또한 기술적 방법보다 경험적인 방법에 더 의존함으로써 시간 의존성에 따른 지반침하 가능성이 상존하였다. 따라서 비금속 광산 위주의 체계적인 개발방법과 지반침하 방지에 대한 다양한 연구가 수행 되어야 할 것으로 본다.

응력-간극수압 3차원 연계해석을 통한 터널굴착과 지하수의 상호작용 고찰 (Investigation on Tunneling and Groundwater Interaction Using a 3D Stress-pore Pressure Coupled Analysis)

  • 본 논문에서는 지하수가 터널굴착에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 먼저 지하수위 아래에서의 터널시공시 발생하는 기본 메카니즘을 알아보았으며 가상의 시공조건에 대해 유한요소해석 기반의 3차원 응력-간극수압 연계해석을 수행하고 그 결과를 토대로 라이닝 작용하중 및 유발응력, 막장안정성, 지표침하 등 지하수와 터널굴착의 상호관계를 고찰하였다. 한편, 다양한 라이닝 투수성 및 그라우팅 패턴에 대한 해석을 수행하고 전반적인 터널 및 주변지반의 거동을 분석하였다. 해석 결과 터널굴착과 지하수의 상호작용은 라이닝 응력과 지반거동을 증가시키며 이러한 지하수가 터널굴착에 미치는 영향은 연계해석을 통해서 만이 이해가 가능하며 전응력해석을 수행할 경우 지하수의 영향을 과소평가할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 본 해석에서 얻어지는 결과를 실무적 측면에서 다각도로 고찰하였다.

미시역학적 유한요소 모델을 이용한 다공성 복합재료의 기공 탄성 인자 산출 (Calculation of Poroelastic Parameters of Porous Composites by Using Micromechanical Finite Element Models)

  • 본 논문에서는 다공성 복합재료의 열탄성 거동 예측을 위하여 미시역학적 유한요소 해석을 통해 기공 탄성 인자를 측정하였다. 먼저 기공 압력에 의한 복합재료의 응력 및 변형 상태를 기술하기 위해서 구성 방정식에 기공 탄성 인자를 도입하였다. 기공 탄성 인자의 산출에 필요한 기공 압력에 의한 팽창 변형도와 기공 형성에 따른 균질화 탄성 계수의 저하를 측정하였다. 기공의 형상, 크기, 배열 형태에 따른 이차원 대표 체적 요소의 모델링과 유한요소 해석을 수행하였다. 기공도, 재료 이 방성이 기공 탄성 인자에 미치는 영향과 기공 압력에 따른 변형 에너지 밀도 분포를 살펴보았다. 또한, 측정된 기공 탄성 인자의 유용성을 검토하기 위하여 탄소/페놀릭 복합재료의 열탄성 거동을 예측하였다.

  • Lining이 타설되기 이전의 unlink 안정 문제를 야기시킬 수 있으며 이 구조물의 역학적 상호작용에 관한 unlined 터널의 3차원적 거동에 관한 원 탄소성 유한요소해석 프로그램을 기초의 극한 지지력, 지반과 터널주컴퓨터 해석 결과를 고찰하여 정방형 unlined 터널은 기초의 극한 지지력을 기초의 형상이나 근입깊이 등에 의해 치하는 터널은 터널의 축방향으로 발생하는 응력의 크기는 정방형 기초 위치와 음력의 종류에 따라 다른 것으로 상호작용의 정도에 따라 다름을 볼 수 있었다.
