보편 일률적으로 적용가능한 생태계서비스 정의 및 분류체계는 이상적이기는 하나 현실, 특히 의사결정지원에는 한계가 있다. 본 소고는 생태계서비스 개념과 분류체계의 발전과정 검토를 통하여 문헌상의 용어를 비교 분석하고 최근 연구동향을 반영하여 생태계서비스와 편익의 개념을 재정립하였다. 또한 '정책목표에 기반을 둔 복수의 생태계서비스 정의와 분류체계가 필요하다'는 전제하에 환경계정, 환경가치추정, 자연자원관리와 같은 특정 정책목표에 따라 생태계서비스의 정의와 범위를 차별화하여 제시하였다. 특히 의사결정지원을 위해서는 정책목표 달성을 위한 최종생산물의 확인, 목록화, 역방향 경로분석(편익-서비스-기능-구조/과정)의 필요성을 제시하고 그 유용성을 예시하였다.

Industrialization and modernization of the $20^{th}$ century have brought convenience to human life. However, such development produced unintentional global environmental issues such as destruction of natural ecosystem through excessive use of the natural environment beyond its capacity. The United National (UN) recognized such global environment issues and coordinated with worldwide experts to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the global ecosystem, "Millennium Ecosystem Assessment (MA)", to resolve the issues. The UN conducted the MA primarily to comprehend the correlation between the ecosystem and human welfare. The results demonstrated that the ecosystem provides various direct and indirect benefits to human. This new concept was introduced as the "ecosystem services". Introduction of the ecosystem services highlighted the significance of the ecosystem and led to increased research and active discussions among experts from various discipline over the recent 10 years. It has been considered that the ecosystem service concept could be incorporated in policymaking process, as primary criteria to assess and weigh the benefits of using natural resources against the effects on value of the ecosystem. The current policymaking process is affected by the contradicting logics of modernization and preservation of ecosystem. The ecosystem services concept could be the answer to forming a rational policymaking process, allowing for nature preservation while wisely using the available natural resources. The general consensus has been formed on the need of incorporating the ecosystem services concept in the policies and globally various researches on the ecosystem services have been actively conducted. However, introduction of the ecosystem services concept is still at a very early stage and research on real application of the ecosystem services is yet almost nonexistent. Also there are no clear and agreed definition, classification scheme and value appraisal methodology regarding the ecosystem services. Therefore, this research explains the basic concept of the ecosystem services and highlights specific issues for further researches, as further researches on real application of the ecosystem services would find ways for the ecosystem services approach to be valuable in the policymaking process.

도서관 2.0은 도서관 서비스의 혁신적인 변화를 대표하는 용어이다. 2005년에 처음 용어가 사용된 이후 현재까지 관련된 연구가 많이 등장하고 있다. 대부분의 연구는 개념정의, 전체적인 현황조사, 개별 서비스의 구축사례 보고 등에 관한 것들이다. 이 연구는 이러한 연구들과 달리 다음의 3가지 목적을 위해 수행되었다. 첫째, 주요한 서비스 유형들을 조사하고, 이를 3가지 범주로 구분하였다. 둘째, 각 유형들을 콘텐트, 이용자, 그리고 관리자의 관점에서 변화의 양상과 특성을 파악하였다. 셋째, 모든 유형과 관점을 포괄하는 단일의 개념모형으로 정보생태계를 제안하고 그것의 구체적인 특성을 분석하였다.

Healthcare lifelog, a personal record relating to disease treatment and healthcare, plays an important role in healthcare paradigm shifts in which medical and information technology converge. Healthcare services based on various healthcare lifelogs are being launched domestically by both large corporations and small and medium enterprises, however, they are being built on an individual platform that is dependent on each company. Therefore, the terms of lifelog data are different as well as the measurement specifications are not uniform. This study proposes a reference model for minimum common data required for sharing and utilization of healthcare lifelog. Literature study and expert survey derived 3 domain, 17 essential items, and 51 sub-items. The model provides definition, measurement data format, measurement method, and precautions for each detailed measurement item, and provides necessary guidelines for data and service design and construction for healthcare service. This study has its significance as a basic research supporting the activation of ecosystem by ensuring interoperability of data between heterogeneous healthcare devices linked to digital healthcare platform.

Quantum computing can be a game changer in all areas of economy security, and society, and it is expected to bring innovation to the entire industrial ecosystem. The competition in this industry is accelerating with various countries pushing for policies to preempt technology and maintain a technological advantage. The quantum computing market is expected to show commercial gains in 2027 as an inflection point. Initially, it is expected to replace the high-performance computing market. However the continuous growth of quantum computing will depend on the development innovative services such as ChatGPT in AI, and technological breakthroughs. We examine the definition and outlook, evolution and dynamics, and supply chain structure of the quantum computing industry in an attempt to unveil implications for its development.

본 연구는 하천복원에 대해 하천기술자들과 생태학자들 간 이해와 사고의 간격을 확인하고 그 간격을 줄이기 위해 하천복원의 정의와 의의를 학술적, 논리적으로 재 고찰 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 하천생태계의 기능, 재화와 용역에 대해 de Groot et al. (2002)의 자료에 근거하여 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 지금까지 알려진 하천복원을 포함한 유사 활동의 정의와 복원전략을 재고찰 하였다. 그 다음 생태복원모형 (ERM), 어메너티복원모형 (ARM), 준생태복원모형 (semi-ERM) 등 기존의 하천복원모형의 개념을 보완하였다. 이 연구는 그 동안 하천복원에 대해 이해와 생각을 달리한 전문가들이 서로 간 사고의 간격을 줄이는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

국내 경제를 포함한 글로벌 경제에서 플랫폼 기업이 지니는 중요성이 매우 커지고 있다. 많은 연구에서도 플랫폼 기업이 이끄는 디지털 경제를 통해 혁신이 창출되고 이들이 경제 성장의 동력으로 작동한다는 것을 강조하고 있다. 하지만, 플랫폼 기업에 대한 모호한 정의로 인해, 플랫폼 기업이 자리 잡고 있는 플랫폼 생태계에 대한 정확한 현황 파악이 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 선행연구에서 플랫폼을 기업으로써 바라보는 관점과 비즈니스로 바라보는 관점이 혼재되어 있는 것도 이와 같은 맥락이다. 따라서 이에 본 연구는 선행연구를 토대로 플랫폼 기업에 대한 정의를 내리고 플랫폼 기업의 유형을 분류하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 플랫폼 생태계의 구성 주체인 플랫폼을 비즈니스 중심의 속성이 아닌 '기업' 중심의 관점에서 이해할 수 있도록 돕고 나아가 향후 실증 분석을 위한 플랫폼 기업 유형과 세부적인 산업 및 서비스 분류를 제시하고자 하였다. 더불어 플랫폼 생태계의 현황에 대한 분석을 통해 향후 생태계의 발전과 활성화를 위한 정책적 제언을 제시하고자 하였다.

이동통신시장의 산업구조가 스마트폰이 중심이 되는 ICT 생태계로 변화하면서, 새로운 ICT 환경에 부합하는 규제체계가 주요 선진국을 중심으로 다각적으로 논의되고 있다. 이 중에서, EU에서는 이동전화서비스를 도매와 소매로 구분하고, 세분화된 시장에서 이동통신사업자의 시장지배력 보유를 평가함으로써, 이동통신시장의 경쟁을 활성화하기 위한 규제제도 개선을 지속적으로 추진하고 있다. 이러한 가운데, 국내에서도 EU 방식을 도입하여 이동전화의 시장획정(market definition)을 현재보다 세분화하고, 객관적 평가기준에 따라 해당 사업자의 시장지배력 보유여부를 공정하게 판단하기 위한 방안이 논의되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ICT 생태계 환경 하에서 국내 이동통신 착신도매시장의 현행 시장지배력 평가를 위한 판단기준이 통신환경에 적합한지를 분석하고, 이론적으로 제기되는 새로운 평가요소의 반영 등을 포함한 시장지배력 평가에 대한 합리적 제도개선 및 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

2015년은 기후관측이 시작된 이래 평균기온이 최고치를 기록한 해이다. 특히 북극은 어느 지역보다도 빠른 속도로 온난화가 진행되고 있어, 빙하가 계속 감소추세에 있다. 이러한 북극의 급격한 기후변화는 해수면의 상승은 물론 북극의 생태계 균형까지 위협할 뿐만 아니라 한국을 비롯한 중위도권 겨울한파의 원인으로 지목되고 있다. 생물다양성은 기후변화-생태시스템의 복잡한 상호관계를 함축적으로 나타내는 생태학적 개념으로, 본 논문에서는 이를 북극에 적용하여 북극이 보유하고 있는 생물다양성에 대한 경제적 가치를 대한민국 시민을 대상으로 조건부가치추정 방식을 시도하였다. 분석 결과, 북극 생물다양성 개선을 통해 대한민국 시민이 얻는 총 편익은 최소 연간 3,186억 원에서 최대 7,159억 원 정도인 것으로 추정되었다. 본 연구는 생물다양성에 대한 속성을 세부적으로 분류하는데 의도가 있는 것이 아니라 기후변화에 따라 훼손될 우려가 있는 북극의 생태계 전반에 대한 가치평가에 그 목적이 있다. 따라서 북극이 제공하는 생태서비스와 생물다양성을 각기 다른 속성으로 구분할 경우 그 경제적 가치는 본 연구에서 제시하는 편익과 상이할 수 있다.

방송미디어 산업은 유무선 통신네트워크의 발전과 더불어 스마트 미디어로 발전하며 새로운 미디어 생태계를 구축하고 있다. 스마트 미디어 생태계에는 다양한 사업자들이 새로운 패러다임과 함께 신규서비스를 창출하고 있다. 반면에, 지상파 방송사는 강력한 콘텐츠 제작 능력과 지상파 방송망을 포함한 미디어 전송 네트워크를 보유하고 있음에도 불구하고, 치열한 경쟁 환경속에서 상대적으로 뒤처지고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 지상파 방송이 스마트 미디어 경쟁 환경과 곧 도래하는 UHD 방송 환경에서 경쟁력을 갖추기 위한 방안으로 다양한 기능을 포함한 셋톱박스 기반의 플랫폼 구축 방안을 제안하고, 상세한 전송 네트워크 구조 및 플랫폼의 구성에 대해 설명한다. 새로운 방송서비스인 UHD 방송환경에서 새로운 미디어 플랫폼의 성공적인 정착을 통해 지상파 방송서비스의 직접 수신가구 수 증가를 기대할 수 있으며, 무료 보편적 시청권 제공이라는 지상파 방송의 본연의 목적과 수익성 확보를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
