The Optimal Allocation Model for SAM Using Multi-Heuristic Algorithm : Focused on Theater Ballistic Missile Defense (복합-휴리스틱 알고리즘을 이용한 지대공 유도무기(SAM) 최적배치 방안 : 탄도미사일 방어를 중심으로)

  • In Korean peninsular, Air Defense with SAM(Surface-to-Air Missile) is very important, because of threatening by North Korea's theater ballistic missiles installed with nuclear or biochemistry. Effective and successful defense operation largely depends on two factors, SAM's location and the number of SAM for each target based on missile's availability in each SAM's location. However, most previous papers have handled only the former. In this paper, we developed Multi-heuristic algorithm which can handle both factors simultaneously for solving allocation problem of the batteries and missile assignment problem in each battery. To solve allocation problem, genetic algorithm is used to decide location of the batteries. To solve missile assignment problem, a heuristic algorithm is applied to determine the number of SAM for each target. If the proposed model is applied to allocation of SAM, it will improve the effectiveness of missile defense operations.

The Mediating Effect of Defense Mechanism in the Relation between Disconnection and rejection Schema and Mental Health (단절 및 거절 도식과 정신건강 간의 관계에서 방어기제의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of the present study is to examine relationships between disconnection and rejection schema, defense mechanism, and mental health in college students using structural equation modeling. The present study suggested a proposed model in which defense mechanism exerted a full mediating effect on the relation between disconnection and rejection schema and mental health. Goodness of fit tests were used to compare the proposed model against competing models. The subjects consisted of 304 college students. They completed the Young Schema Questionnaire(YSQ-SF), the Defense Style Questionnaire(DSQ), and the Mental Health Scale. The results showed that the second model had a better goodness of fit. Based on these findings, it is suggested that psychological interventions for mental health in college students should consider strategies to use more flexible and more adaptive defense mechanism style.

  • This study is to review strategic priority for Defense Quality Management Factors of the Defense Agency for Technology and Quality. It is necessary to decide which quality factors are more important and which quality factors are relatively less important. In this study, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was used in assigning the factors' weights. The survey of fifty one members participated in Defense R&D Programs showed that the Consistency Ratio was under 0.1 in evaluation items and factors.

An inquiry into dental personnel's Knowledge, attitude and behavior about the defense against dental radiation (치과 의료기관 종사자의 방사선 방어에 대한 지식, 태도 및 행위)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship among knowledge, attitude, and behavior of dental personnel about the defense against dental radiation according to general features, and help them recognize the importance of defense against dental radiation. A questionnaire survey of 187 dental personnel who were working in 121 medical institutions such as university hospitals, general hospitals, hospitals, clinics, and public health centers in Seoul area was conducted from December 2002 to January 2003. Study findings are as follows: 1. The average knowledge score for the defense of radiation was 9.51(full score=14): By the demographic features, the know level for the defense of radiation was appeared to be different with the occupational category, age, academic background, workplace, year of working, and whether having the education of radiation or not. By questionnaire items, the knowledge for the defense of radiation was high in general, but for the item. 'the average amount of being bombed with radiation according occupations cannot be over 20mSv in a year for prescribed 5 years'. it was 18.7%: and for the item. 'the longer the length between focus and film. the less the amount of skin exposure', it was 40.6%. showing less knowledge for these two items. 2. The average attitude score for the defense of radiation was 64.24 (full score=75): By the demographic features, the attitude score was higher with respondents who were 31-35 years old. 11-15 years of working. and having radiation education. The attitude score by questionnaire items was generally high for all the items. 3. The average behavior score for the defense of radiation was 45.43: (a) By the demographic features, the behavior score for the defense of radiation was appeared to be higher with respondents who were dentists for occupational category, the aged for age, holding higher diploma for academic background, working in the university hospitals for workplace, and having longer occupational career for the year of working. (b) The behavior score for the defense of radiation by questionnaire items was lower than that of the attitude score for all the items. For the item, 'the amount of X-ray radiation is adjusted according to such conditions as patients' age, radiating areas, and kind of films', the score was 4.03; and for the item, 'Must receive the education of safety management of radiation periodically', the score was 1.73 and it was the lowest one. 4. As for the correlation among the knowledge, attitude, and behavior for the defense of radiation, the higher the level of knowledge and attitude, the higher the level of behavior.

  • 본 논문에서는 NCW 환경에서 요구되는 무기체계 성능을 만족시키기 위해 미 해군에서 추진 중인 개방형 아키텍처 컴퓨팅 환경(OACE)의 기술 아키텍처 및 구성요소에 대해 분석한다. 먼저 개방형 아키텍처와 개방형 아키텍처 컴퓨팅 환경에 대한 개념 및 특징을 살펴보고, OACE 기술 아키텍처를 분석한다. 그리고 OACE를 구성하는 핵심요소인 운영체제, 미들웨어, 정보관리, 정보보호, 프로그래밍 언어 등에 대한 연구를 수행한다. 향후 본 논문에서 수행한 연구는 무기체계 구축이 OACE 기반으로 변화될 경우 기술적 측면에서 많은 기여가 될 것으로 기대한다.

  • 방위사업청은 방위력개선업무의 투명성, 효율성, 전문성을 제고하는 한편, 방산 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 "통합사업관리정보체계" 구축 사업을 추진 중이다. 동 체계는 전사적개념으로 국방사업관리 전반에 BPM을 적용한 최초의 사례로서, 이의 적용을 통해 업무정보의 효율적인 공유, 신속한 업무처리, 효율적인 협업 및 의사소통이 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 "통합사업관리정보체계"에 BPM을 도입하는 과정을 소개하는 한편, 이를 통한 업무에 대한 면밀한 분석 및 통합, 업무 프로세스의 표준화 및 체계 구현 결과를 기술하고, 동 체계내 BPMS 구축과정에서 발생한 이론과 실제의 차이와 교훈, 발전방향을 도출한다.

  • Since Dr. Lipke announces earned schedule management(ESM) in 2002, it has been used in project management to make up for the insufficient schedule management function of earned value management technique. However, it is difficult to accurately forecast the schedule of delayed defense research and development(R&D) projects with the ESM technique. Therefore, this paper proposes a new schedule forecasting method considering the progress of delayed work in ESM technique. This concept can also be adopted to the traditional project progress management (PPM) technique. We verify the effectiveness of the proposed concept through several defense R&D projects and prove that it is possible to supplement the schedule forecasting of the ESM and PPM technique.

  • 최근 국내 ${\cdot}$ 외적으로 통합데이터센터의 출현으로 전산운영 환경이 변화하고 있다. 우리군도 정보기술 추세에 따라 국방통합정보관리샌터 구축을 추진 중이나, 예산 부족과 현실적 적용의 어려움을 겪고 있다. 국방통합정보관리센터는 군의 정보자원 통합으로 기동성 보장과 단순화 및 정보화의 인프라를 제공하며, 향후 전장에서 무기체계 효과를 십분 발휘하기 위한 필수적 요소라 할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 우리 군의 국방통합정보관리센터 구축을 위한 추진 방안을 제시하고 방안별 비교를 통한 방안의 적절성을 검증하였다.

  • 지난 수년간 정보화수준 및 투자효과분석을 위한 많은 연구가 진행되고, 실제 평가가 수행되었음에도 불구하고 여전히 정보화 수준을 객관적으로 평가하기 위한 평가모델이 요구되고있다. 특히 조직이나 사업의 정보화 목표에 맞게 정보화를 진단할 수 있는 평가방법론이 필요하다. 기존의 기업 정보화수준 평가모델의 경우 업종별로 다른 평가 모델을 적용하지만, 이 경우에도 업종 외에 해당 조직의 정보화 목표 및 범위에 대한 요소를 중요하게 고려하지 않았다. 정보화 평가모델은 크게 조직 중심의 전반적인 정보화 수준을 평가하는 모델과 투자한 사업에 대한 투자 효과를 분석하기 위한 모델로 나눌 수 있다. 두 개의 모델은 조직 또는 사업의 정보화 목표에 맞게 정보화가 진행되었는지를 평가하며, 평가한 결과를 피평가 조직에 피드백하여 차기 정보화 사업 추진에 활용하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 국방 분야의 여러 가지 특성을 고려한 정보화 평가모델의 구축 방법론을 제안하고, 평가의 유형 중에서 정보화 수준 평가 모델의 적용 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.
