국도 시설물 유지관리를 위한 현장점검시스템 개발 (The Development of Visual Inspection System for National Road Facility Maintenance Management)

  • 시설물의 손상현황을 파악하기 위한 현장점검업무는 의사결정과 유지보수공사를 위한 원천 정보를 생성하는 과정으로서 시설물 유지관리 Life Cycle에서 매우 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 하지만, 수작업 및 중복입력 둥의 과다한 업무와 손상상태의 결정, 점검이력의 활용미비, 유지관리업무의 전문성 부족 등으로 효율성과 신뢰성을 갖춘 점검업무가 수행되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국도 상의 주요구조물인 교량, 터널, 지하차도 등을 대상으로 과다한 현장점검업무를 효율적으로 처리하고 점검결과에 신뢰성을 제공할 수 있는 현장점검시스템을 개발하였다. 현장점검업무의 분석과정에서 나타나는 문제점들을 파악하여 개선방안을 기능설계에서 반영하여 시스템화하였다. 본 시스템은 국도유지건설사무소에서 활용할 애정이며, 손상상태의 추적, 보수 물량 산출 등 유지관리 업무의 효율적인 관리가 가능해질 것으로 기대된다.

반도체 제조공정의 스피너 장비를 위한 약액 흐름제어 시스템 개발 (Development of the Chemical Flow Control System for Spinner Equipment in Semiconductor Manufacturing Process)

  • 본 연구에서는 약액 주입 후 미 도포로 인한 복합적인 공정불량을 예방하기 위하여 100nm 이하의 나노 반도체 제조공정에서 필수적인 스피너(spinner) 장비를 위한 약액 흐름제어 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구개발을 통하여 실시간으로 상태요소들을 감시할 뿐만 아니라 상태요소의 비정상적 변화나 웨이퍼 가공불량이 발생할 경우 해당 유니트를 정지시킴과 동시에 원격지에 있는 엔지니어에게 경보를 전송함으로써 즉각적인 대처가 가능하여 모듈의 수율을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한 세부 동작 시퀀스를 제어하기 위한 H/W와 S/W 시스템을 생산라인에 실장하고 성능점검 및 인증을 수행한 결과 5가지의 유형별 비정상적 프로세스를 정확히 검출하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 Nano급 반도체 생산공정에서 필수적인 스피너(spinner) 설비의 감광액 도포(photo resist coating)시스템의 효율을 획기적으로 개선할 수 있는 새로운 완전스캔(Full-scan) 방식의 감광액 도포시스템(FPCS : Full-scan Photo-resist Coating System)을 개발하였다. 또한, 감광액의 미 도포로 인한 복합적인 공정불량을 예방하기 위하여 실시간(real-time)으로 상태요소들을 감시할 뿐만 아니라 상태요소의 비정상적 변화나 웨이퍼 가공불량이 발생할 경우 해당 유니트(unit)를 정지시킴과 동시에 원격지에 있는 엔지니어에게 경보를 전송함으로써 즉각적인 대처가 가능할 수 있도록 개발하였다.

  • Proton irradiation technology was used for improvement of switching characteristics of the PT-IGBT. The proton irradiation was carried out at 5.56 MeV energy from the back side of processed wafers and at 2.39 MeV energy from the front side of the wafers. The on-state and off-state I-V characteristics and switching properties of the device were analyzed and compared with those of un-irradiated device and e-beam irradiated device which was conventional method for minority carrier lifetime reduction. The proton irradiated device by 5.56 MeV energy was superior to e-beam irradiated device for the on-state and off-state I-V characteristics, nevertheless turn-off time of proton irradiated device was superior to that of the e-beam irradiated device.

충남지방(忠南地方) 초중고(初中高) 학동(學童)들의 지체부자유(肢體不自由)에 관(關)한 조사(調査) (A Research on Crippled Schoolchildren in Chungnam Area)

  • A study was conducted to provide comprehensive information on epidemiological state of crippled schoolchildren in Chungnam area from November 23,1979 to June 19,1980. In this study, two step survey was conducted upon whole primary, middle and high school, and subsequent selected 537 cases in total 3,063 crippled children. The results obstained are as follows; 1. The prevalence rate of orthopedic defect children was 3.7 per 1,000 and dominant male as 6:4. 2. It was relatively higher the school grade and prevalence rate more increased. Prevalence rate was highest in high school as 4.7 per 1,000, middle in middle school as 4.4 per 1,000 and lowest in primary school as 3.1 per 1,000. 3. The most predominant group was $15{\sim}19$ age as 52.9 percent. 4. The most common job of their parent was agriculture as 52.9 percent and next job sales and service. Economic state of Cripple's parent have revealed no particular difference. 5. In a family, the most common incidence rate was first children in both sex and decreased by ordered sibling. 6. Poliomyelitis was the most common cause as 71.5 percent and next cerebral palsy 11.9 percent. 7. The most common affected site was lower extremity (Right: 42.3%, Left: 35.5%) and next upper extremity. Right was more dominant as 55 : 45. 8. Intelligence was decresed in cerebral palsy predominantly than other cause of defect, including poliomyelitis. 9. For the treatment of their condition at onset of illness, crippled children was utilized private clinic and herb medicine, but was changed tendency of treatment as acupucture and moxibustion after diagnosis of cause of defect.

불량 조기 검출을 위한 SSD 테스트 케이스 개발 방법 (SSD Test case generation method for early defect detection)

  • 일반적으로 새로운 SSD(Solide State Drive)를 개발할 때는 이전 세대 제품의 소프트웨어 플랫폼을 재사용하게 된다. 따라서, 이전 세대 제품을 평가할 때 사용했던 동일 테스트 케이스를 이용하여 새로운 제품을 평가하면 여러 가지 이점이 있을 수 있지만, 우선순위 또는 가중치가 고려되지 않음으로 인해 평가 리소스의 사용에 비효율성이 존재하게 된다. 이와 같은 시간적, 공간적인 리소스 낭비에 의한 비효율 발생을 방지하기 위해 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 이전 세대 제품의 평가 데이터 분석을 통해서, 불량을 검출해 낼 수 있는 가장 높은 확률의 테스트 케이스의 조합을 찾아내고, 이를 활용함으로써, 평가에 사용되는 리소스의 낭비를 최소화 시키는 방법이다. 소프트웨어가 재사용될 경우, 플랫폼 코드를 베이스로 두고, 수정 또는 추가되는 모듈의 코드가 플랫폼 코드에 통합되는 특징을 가진다. 이러한 특징 때문에 코드가 통합되는 부분에 이전과 유사한 타입의 불량이 다수 존재하게 되는 것이며, 기존 평가에서 가장 높은 확률의 불량 검출율을 가진 평가 조합을 검증에 적용함으로써 내제되어 있는 불량을 조기에 검출할 수 있게 되는 것이다. 이와 같이, 다음 세대 제품의 불량들을 조기에 검출할 수 있다면, 이는 불량 개선에 드는 비용을 최소화 시킬 수 있다는 것을 의미한다.

Evaluation of bone substitutes for treatment of peri-implant bone defects: biomechanical, histological, and immunohistochemical analyses in the rabbit tibia

  • Purpose: We sought to evaluate the effectiveness of bone substitutes in circumferential periimplant defects created in the rabbit tibia. Methods: Thirty rabbits received 45 implants in their left and right tibia. A circumferential bone defect (6.1 mm in diameter/4 mm depth) was created in each rabbit tibia using a trephine bur. A dental implant ($4.1mm{\times}8.5mm$) was installed after the creation of the defect, providing a 2-mm gap. The bone defect gaps between the implant and the bone were randomly filled according to the following groups: blood clot (CO), particulate Bio-Oss$^{(R)}$ (BI), and Bio-Oss$^{(R)}$ Collagen (BC). Ten animals were euthanized after periods of 15, 30, and 60 days. Biomechanical analysis by means of the removal torque of the implants, as well as histologic and immunohistochemical analyses for protein expression of osteocalcin (OC), Runx2, OPG, RANKL, and TRAP were evaluated. Results: For biomechanics, BC showed a better biological response ($61.00{\pm}15.28Ncm$) than CO ($31.60{\pm}14.38Ncm$) at 30 days. Immunohistochemical analysis showed significantly different OC expression in CO and BC at 15 days, and also between the CO and BI groups, and between the CO and BC groups at 60 days. After 15 days, Runx2 expression was significantly different in the BI group compared to the CO and BC groups. RANKL expression was significantly different in the BI and CO groups and between the BI and BC groups at 15 days, and also between the BI and CO groups at 60 days. OPG expression was significantly higher at 60 days postoperatively in the BI group than the CO group. Conclusions: Collectively, our data indicate that, compared to CO and BI, BC offered better bone healing, which was characterized by greater RUNX2, OC, and OPG immunolabeling, and required greater reversal torque for implant removal. Indeed, along with BI, BC presents promising biomechanical and biological properties supporting its possible use in osteoconductive grafts for filling peri-implant gaps.

Surface Defects States on a SiO2/Si Observed by REELS

  • The defect states of a Ar-sputtered SiO2 surface on Si (001) were investigated using Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) and reflection electron energy loss spectroscopy (REELS). The REELS spectra at the primary electron energy of 500 eV showedthat three peaks at 2.5, 5.1, and 7.2 eV were found within the band gap after sputtering. These peaks do not appear at the primary electron energies of 1,000 and 1,500 eV, which means that the defect states are located at the extreme surface of a SiO2/Si thin film. According to the calculations, two peaks at 7.2 and 5.1 eV are related to neutral oxygen vacancies. However, the third peak at 2.5 eV has never been previously reported and the theories proposed that this defect state may be due to Si-Si bonding. Our Auger data showed that a peak for Si-Si bonding at 89 eV appears after Ar ion sputtering on the surface of the sample, which is consistent with the theoretical models.

  • 5 m/o Yb-doped SrCeO3 proton conductor was prepared by a solid state reaction method and its total electriccal conductivity measured as a function of both oxygen partial pressure and water vapor partial pressure in the temperature range of 500~100$0^{\circ}C$. From the total conductivity have been deconvoluted the partial conductivities of oxide ions, protons, and holes, respectively, on the basis of the defect model proposed. The equilibrium constant of hydrogen-dissolution reaction, proton concentration, and mobilities of oxygen vacancies and protons have subsequently been evaluated. It is verified that SrCe1-xYbxO3 is a mixed conductor of holes, protons and oxide ions and the proton conduction prevails as temperature decreases and water vapor pressure increases. The heat of water dissolution takes a representative value of $\Delta$HoH=-(140$\pm$20) kJ/mol-H2O, but tends to be less negative with increasing temperature. Migration enthalpies of proton and oxygen vacancy are extracted as 0.83$\pm$0.10 eV and 0.81$\pm$0.01 eV, respectively.

  • In this paper, we have studies the images have been reconstructed by using combination of images which has been acquired by the variation of operating frequency. When inner images has been reconstructed, inner image has been superposition by surface state effect. In this case, image enhancement the phase object and enhance the contrast of inner image. In the result of the specimen for the round defect with 2mm diameter, for the types of the depth are 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, and 3mm, it has been show that the shape of defect has better than before this processing and phase contrast grow large twice. And we have constructed the acoustic microscope by using quadrature detector that is able simultaneously to acquired the amplitude and phase of the reflected signal. Father more we have studied the reconstruction method of the amplitude and phase images and the enhancement method of the defect images' contrast.
