PIV를 이용한 단순물체 후류의 유동특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Flow Characteristics Behind the Bluff Body Using the PIV)

  • 이 연구에서는 대표적인 단순물체인 컨테이너선의 거주부를 모델링하여 모형선을 제작하였다. 그리고 거주부 측면에 디플렉터의 설치와 Sunken Deck의 개폐에 따른 거주부 후방의 배기가스 역류방지 효과를 회류수조에서 PIV 기법을 이용하여 계측하였다. 실험 장치는 고속카메라, 레이저, 이미지보드, 대용량컴퓨터로 구성된다. 거주부 후방에서 평균속도벡터와 축방향 속도를 구하여 그 결과를 서로 비교하였다.

  • In this paper, we designed a IoT(Internet of Things) sensor block embedded lightweight house deck structures that can be implemented using Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer(CFRP). Deck-Sensor interconnection interface block via IoT connectivity Hub that can mount external environmental sensors such as fire sensors on the Deck body itself was also proposed. Additionally we described the configuration of devices for data acquisition and analysis based on IoT environmental detection sensors that can be commonly installed and used on these deck bodies. On the other hand, received sensing data based monitoring user interface(UI) also developed and used for sensing data analysis for remote monitoring center. Through the implementation of such IoT-based sensor data transmission and collection analysis devices and UI software, this paper confirmed the availability of CFRP based lightweight House deck structure and possibility of CFRP deck-based IoT sensor data networking and analysis functions.

A comparison study on the deck house shape of high speed planing crafts for air resistance reduction

  • Planing crafts were specifically designed to achieve relatively high speeds on the water. When a planing craft is running at high speed, dynamic pressure on the bottom makes the boat rise on the surface of the water. This reduces the area of the sinking surface of the boat to increase air resistance. Air resistance means the resistance that occurs when the hull and deck house over the surface of the water come in contact with the air current. In this paper, we carried out a CFD numerical analysis to find optimal deck houses that decreased air-resistance on the water when planing crafts are running at high speed. We finally developed the deck house shape of high-speed planing crafts that optimally decreased air resistance.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the materials for developing the new house style by analysing the space characteristics of wood frame houses in suburbs of Seoul. For this, we analysed 45 drawings(site plan, floor plan, elevation, section) that were designed by MICHOO, WOOD-LAND, STUGA and CHOWONJUTECK company etc. The space design characteristics that we found are as follows; 1. The wood is fragile to humidity. Therefore this characteristic is especially considered in designing the space of bathroom and utility room. 2. It is the merit of wood frame house that inner space can be designed variously by using spilt-level and the slope of roof. 3.The public space and private space are completely separated in most cases and the stair is located in the middle of house. This structure of house is short of horizontal openness. Instead, most houses gets vertical openness by making second floor on the living room opev. 4. In wood frame house as the rural house, the outer space is well used by setting up deck and balcony. The outer spaces like deck and balcony are usually used as a part of life space in connected with living room, dining room, master bed room and family room. 5. The public spaces like kitchen, living room, dining room and family room are considered so important in design that those are arranged in front in order to have good outlook and directiov.

  • The 181,000 DWT Bulk Carrier has a different deck house type, which is not typical for previous bulk carriers, to meet the new international rules for bulk carriers. This new deck house has much smaller transverse breadth than the hull's transverse breath, resulting in large levels of the transverse response of the deck house. In addition, the longitudinal response of the funnel showed rather a large magnitude of vibration, which are excited by the ship's main excitations such as the main engine H-moment and the propeller surface forte when the ship operates at the NCR and the MCR speeds In the ballast condition. To solve these issues, the global forced vibration analysis has been performed for the ship and the ship structure has been modified to reduce the vibration level by increasing the girder depth and adjusting the engine room tank arrangement.

대형 컨테이너선의 배기가스 역류 개선 방안 연구 (Prevention of Exhaust Gas Back Flow in Large Container Carriers)

  • Prevention of exhaust gas back flow becomes a great interest to shipyards and shipowners in large container carriers because exhaust gas pollutes cargoes, flows back into the deck house and the engine room area through fresh air intakes and fan rooms, gives harmful damages to the crew's health and also gives thermal damages to electric equipments on the navigation deck. The phenomena of exhaust gas back flow has been studied with the analysis of sea trial records and wind tunnel tests and the height of the exhaust gas pipe, the front area of the deck house, the inflow speed and the position of the radar mast platform has been confirmed as the principal factors of exhaust gas back flow phenomena. The simple empirical formula to estimate exhaust gas back flow phenomena and the design guidances of exhaust gas related structures on deck has been introduced. In future, parametric studies for the exhaust gas back flow factors will be carried out with the CFD analysis. The results of this study will be the guide for development of the prevention method of exhaust gas back flow phenomena for large container carriers.

한옥의 경사처마와 이중바닥구조에 관한 연구 (A Study on the inclined balcony and double deck structure of Korean traditional housing)

  • 본 논문은 공동주택에 적용 가능한 한옥구조 평면기술에 관한 연구로서, 한옥의 특징들을 구조적, 기능적 측면으로 분석하여 이를 공동주택 평면에 적용하는 방안을 제안하였다. 기존 지붕처마 각도를 중심으로 하지, 동지의 남중고도를 반영한 실내 일사깊이를 계산하여 효율적인 슬래브 경사 및 층고를 갖는 경사발코니 구조를 제안하였다. 이는 해당 슬래브 하부층에 적용되는 것으로 기존의 단층적인 한옥의 한계를 극복하여 모든 층의 동일한 일사량 및 전망권을 제공할 수 있으며 한옥의 정원개념을 수직공동주택에 적용가능하게 해준다. 전통 한옥의 처마 내밀기와 귀솟음을 응용한 경사발코니의 각도는 30o도 내외가 적당하고, 층고는 $4.5{\pm}0.25m$가 경제적인 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 기존 한옥의 뜬 바닥 구조를 분석하여 소음, 진동, 온도 전달에 관련된 원리들을 공동 주택 평면에 적용 가능하도록 개선안을 모색하였으며 기존 공동주택과 달리 복층바닥구조는 단일슬래브에 비하여 바닥충격음 66%정도 저감되는 것으로 나타났다. 이중바닥구조는 주택 평면에서 사라지고 있는 수직적 공간(다락 및 하부저장공간)을 제공함으로써 효율적인 내.외부 공간관리가 가능한 것으로 나타났다.

알루미늄 합금제 어선건조를 위한 선체구조기준 설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Standard of Ship Hull Construction for Aluminium Alloys Fishing Boats)

  • The ship hull construction materials of fishing boat has changed in order that wooden, steel, and fiber glass reinforced plastic(FRP). The fishing boat made from FRP has increased every year because that materials has proved excellent of the characteries for fishing boats construction members. Recently, FRP tend towards evasion for the pollution of air enviroment. Therefore. the materials of fishing boat construction must be exchanged by another one. Aluminium alloys must be recommended for fishing boats construction mateials because that is light weight and corrosion resisting in the sea water. Regulation of the standard of ship hull construction for aluminium alloys fishing boats did not enact laws in the interior now. Therefore, this regulation was studied by the following items. that is Rudder, Bottom construction, Side hull plate construction, Deck plate construction, piller. Water tight bulkhead, Deep tank, Fish tank, Stern construction, Superstructure, Deck house construction, Hatch, Engine room opening, Hatch opening, Bulwark, Welding and Rivet etc. A study on the regulation will be contributed to enact laws for fishing boat construction of aluminium alloys.

차량운반선의 거주구와 선미의 연성진동문제 및 방진대책 (A Vibration Problem and Countermeasures for the Deck House and Stern of a Ro/Ro Ship)

  • 본 논문에서는 한 차량운반선에서 발생했던 진동문제와 그 해결과정에 대하여 연구하였다. 선박의 거주구를 포함한 선미부 전체가 프로펠러의 날개주파수와 공진하는 매우 규모가 큰 진동문제였다. 일반적으로 차량운반선은 구조적 특성때문에 진동에 취약한 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 선박은 일반차량운반선과는 달리 트레일러, 특수차량 및 비정형 대형화물을 위한 선박이기 때문에 거주구 하부 및 화물창 내부에 횡격벽과 기둥이 전혀 없는 구조적 특징을 갖고있다. 이외에 과도진동의 원인이라고 생각되는 여러가지 구조적인 문제점을 살펴보았고 향후의 방진설계를 위한 개선대책을 검토하였다. 실선계측을 통한 진동양상의 파악과 유한요소해석을 통해 예측된 여러 보강안들의 효과를 비교 검토한 후에 비교적 적은 보강재를 사용하여 진동레벨을 50-80% 감소시킨 성과를 얻었다. 아울러 강제진동응답, 구조보강의 효과 그리고 화물적재에 따른 진동특성의 변화에 대해 실선계측치와 유한 요소해석의 결과를 비교 검토하였다.
