수정된 다기준 의사결정을 이용한 흐름방식에서의 작업순서 결정 (Job sequencing decision in flow shop using revised Multi-Criteria Decision Making Method)

  • In this paper, we propose a simple and relatively efficient heuristic method to determine job sequencing in the flow-shop considering multiple criteria such as processing time, due date and cost. The proposed method is applicable to the flow- shop where the jobs are released simultaneously and their processing sequence is predetermined and not changed until the whole jobs are processed. To develop this method, we mixed and modified some well-known multi-attribute decision heuristics such as the simple linear weighting scheme, the lexicographic rule and the 'elimination by aspect' rule. Some computer simulations were conducted to test the efficiency of the proposed method and it has been compared with the SWPT (Shortest Working Processing Time) rule and EDD (Earliest Due Date) rule. The results show that our method is as effective as the traditional ones in terms of mean flow time, tardiness, makespan, cycle time, machine utilization, etc., and proved to be much simpler and more flexible to be used in real situations.

  • 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 프로젝트 계획모형에서의 가능성 계획법 적용을 제시하고 있다. 정보시스템 프로젝트 계획모형에서 관리자와 의사결정자들은 불명확한 정보나 주관적 견해로 인해 흔히 일정계획, 비용, 성능(품질)과 같은 모수의 추정에서 많은 어려움을 겪게 된다. 이러한 경우 가능성 의사결정모형은 현실적 의사결정모형에서 적용 가능한 해법을 제시할 수 있게 된다. 본 연구에서 적용된 CPM은 프로젝트가 완료되는 시점을 결정하고 프로젝트를 수행하기 위해 각 활동들의 수행시작 일정을 수립하는 데 목적이 있는 기법이다. 가능성 계획법을 적용한 CPM(Critical Path Method)에서는 의사결정자의 열망수준, 의사결정상의 애매함을 고려할 수 있으며, 계산상의 효율성도 제고할 수 있다. 본 모형은 GINO을 이용하여 해를 구하였으며, 수치 예와 해가 제시되어졌다.

  • 사고 위험성을 고려한 예측 및 의사결정 모형을 구축한다. 시스템을 즉시 운행중지 할 것인지 혹은 계획된 일정기간을 더 운행 한 후 다시 의사결정을 내릴 것인지를 판단하는 방법론에 대해 연구한다. 의사결정을 내리는데 있어서 비용 및 위험에 대한 새로운 정보가 입수되는 대로 이를 반영한다. 예측 모형을 통해 분석된 결과들을 활용해 보다 나은 의사결정을 내리는 방법에 대해 연구한다.

Study on the Effectiveness and Satisfaction of Calligraphy Program

  • This is a single-group pre-post study conducted to determine the effect of a calligraphy program on nursing students' career decision-making self-efficacy and self- leadership. The data collected from 231 second-year nursing students were analyzed using SPSS WIN 25.0 to determine descriptive statistics, paired t-test to analyze the effect of calligraphy, and Pearson correlation coefficient to determine the relationship between career decision self-efficacy and self-leadership. After the program, both career decision self-efficacy (t=7.23, p<.001) and self-leadership (t=6.81, p<.001) improved. The analysis of career decision self-efficacy and self-leadership after the program showed a strong correlation (r=.849, p<.001). The results of this study are significant in that they validate the effectiveness of a calligraphy program in promoting self-leadership and career decision-making self-efficacy among nursing students who do not have clear career goals. Students' overall satisfaction with the calligraphy program was 4/5 points, and they most highly evaluated the smooth interaction between fellow students through the program. At a time when the importance of cultural arts education is gradually increasing in social and educational fields around the world, calligraphy has the advantage of laying the foundation for the promotion of basic arts for the revitalization of cultural arts, so educational support is needed not only in terms of improving the quality of life and pursuing self-actualization of individuals with emotional expression and creative problem-solving skills, but also at the social level.

과정기반 작물모형을 이용한 웹 기반 밀 재배관리 의사결정 지원시스템 설계 및 구축 (Design and Development of Web-Based Decision Support Systems for Wheat Management Practices Using Process-Based Crop Model)

  • This study aimed to design and build a web-based decision support system for wheat cultivation management. The system is designed to collect and measure the weather environment at the growth stage on a daily basis and predict the soil moisture content. Based on this, APSIM, one of the process-based crop models, was used to predict the potential yield of wheat cultivation in real time by making decisions at each stage. The decision-making system for wheat crop management was designed to provide information through a web-based dashboard in consideration of user convenience and to comprehensively evaluate wheat yield potential according to past, present, and future weather conditions. Based on the APSIM model, the system estimates the current yield using past and present weather data and predicts future weather using the past 40 years of weather data to estimate the potential yield at harvest. This system is expected to be developed into a decision support system for farmers to prescribe irrigation and fertilizer in order to increase domestic wheat production and quality by enhancing the yield estimation model by adding influence factors that can contribute to improving wheat yield.

이성적 자극과 감성적 자극에 따른 인지처리 기능 및 재인효과 차이에 관한 연구: fMRI 분석을 중심으로 (Investigating Cognitive Process and Brain Activation Study on the Rational/Emotional Advertising Appeals: Emphasis on fMRI Experiments)

  • 본 논문은 이성적 정보와 감성적 정보에 대해 어떠한 정보 유형이 광고소구의 관점에서 더 효과적인가를 반응시간과 재인 측면에서 검증함과 동시에, 정보의 유형별로 뇌 기능 상의 관계를 fMRI를 이용하여 분석하여 정보유형별 인지처리 상의 차이를 설명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 두 가지 실험을 수행하였는데, 첫 번째 실험은 두 종류의 자극 유형에 해당하는 광고카피 - 이성에 소구하는 자극과 감성에 소구하는 자극 - 에 대해 어떠한 유형에 해당하는지를 피실험자가 결정하게 하는 과제를 수행하게 하였으며, 자극의 제시로부터 소구 형태를 판단하기까지 소요되는 반응시간의 측정을 통해 각 자극 유형별 효과를 측정하고, 이 때 활성화되는 뇌 영역을 분석하여 인지처리 상의 기능을 비교하였다. 두번째 실험은 자극 유형별로 재인효과를 측정하고, 이 때 활성화되는 뇌 기능 영역 간의 차이를 분석하여 재인 시의 인지처리 상의 기능을 비교하였다. 이러한 실험연구를 통한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 반응시간의 측면에서 감성적 자극에 대한 반응시간이 이성적 자극에 대한 반응시간보다 빠르게 이루어 졌고, 재인 측면에서는 이성적 자극에 대한 기억의 효과가 감성적 자극에 대한 기억보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, fMRI를 이용한 뇌 기능상의 특징을 보면 이성적 자극의 경우 상대적으로 활성화의 수준이 높은 뇌 영역들은 행동 조정 혹은 작업 기억과 연계된 곳이었다. 반면, 감성적 자극의 경우 상대적으로 활성화의 수준이 높은 뇌 영역은 언어처리와 연계된 곳이었다. 본 연구를 통하여 이성적 자극과 감성적 자극의 소구 효과가 다름을 확인할 수 있었고, 각 소구 형태별로 뇌 기능상의 인지적 차이를 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Based upon the previous experiences and typical oases of typhoon evasion fur ships as well as tile achievement in scientific research in this detrain, we developed the Intelligent Typhoon Evasion System for Ships. It consists of five subsystems, including electronic charts, ship movement management, typhoon information query and automatic plotting, real-time calculation of ship-typhoon situation, intelligent typhoon evasion decision making. With the synthetical application of analogy theory, synoptic chart, satellite cloud picture analysis, typhoon digital forecast and other relevant technologies, we leave established the typhoon evasion data bases. model bases and knowledge bases, which make it possible to automatically track the ships and typhoon paths. The system can realize ship-typhoon situation analysis, risk levee assessment, typhoon paths correction and course synoptic forecast, and intelligent typhoon evasion decision making.

국내 서비스 업체의 IT 지배구조 의사결정체계 분석에 관한 사례연구: 'A', 'B'사 비교분석 (Structure, Process, Relational Mechanism on IT Governance Activities in Korean Service Company: A Comparative Case)

  • More emphasis has recently been put on the strategic application of IT, the linkage and integration between information system, and business process for value increase of a company's business. Thus, it is high time to redefine the concept of IT governance in order to effectively manage various IT services and assets. However, less attention has been paid to the practical study of domestic firms, compared to in the academic and industrial level. In this study, the current situation of IT governance setup and various factors for future development will be examined by a case study to explore activities, types, and determinants of decision making process that companies are currently conducting regarding IT governance. For the purpose of comparative analysis, two large enterprises were chosen with similar size of sales and high investment rate for IT within the same industry, and in-depth analysis was conducted based on the interviews of the concerned parties and in-house materials, from the perspective of structure, process, and relational mechanism. By the case study on IT governance of company 'A' and 'B', decision making mechanism and factors will be analyzed, which will indicate detailed characteristics of each decision-making field and its components for general application. By doing so, it is expected to be used as reference in building IT governance that fits the environment of a firm in the future.

유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 이동 로봇 주행 파라미터의 최적화 (Optimization of parameters in mobile robot navigation using genetic algorithm)

  • In this paper, a parameter optimization technique for a mobile robot navigation is discussed. Authors already have proposed a navigation algorithm for mobile robots with sonar sensors using fuzzy decision making theory. Fuzzy decision making selects the optimal via-point utilizing membership values of each via-point candidate for fuzzy navigation goals. However, to make a robot successfully navigate through an unknown and cluttered environment, one needs to adjust parameters of membership function, thus changing shape of MF, for each fuzzy goal. Furthermore, the change in robot configuration, like change in sensor arrangement or sensing range, invokes another adjusting of MFs. To accomplish an intelligent way to adjust these parameters, we adopted a genetic algorithm, which does not require any formulation of the problem, thus more appropriate for robot navigation. Genetic algorithm generates the fittest parameter set through crossover and mutation operation of its string representation. The fitness of a parameter set is assigned after a simulation run according to its time of travel, accumulated heading angle change and collision. A series of simulations for several different environments is carried out to verify the proposed method. The results show the optimal parameters can be acquired with this method.
