정보기술의 급격한 발전은 경영환경에서 다양한 정보를 산출하여 의사결정자들이 의사결정을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 수단을 요구하고 있다. 특히 유비쿼터스 환경의 등장으로 이러한 의사결정형태는 더욱 복잡해지고 다양해 질것으로 기대된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 의사결정지원시스템(UDSS：Ubiquitous Decision Support Systems)이 실제 업무에서 의사결정과정과 의사결정의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 모바일 택배 시스템(MDS：Mobile Delivery System)을 UDSS로 간주하고 유비쿼터스 환경의 주요한 두 속성인 유비쿼터스 접속성과 상황인식기능이 의사결정자의 의사결정과정과 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증자료를 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 유비쿼터스 접속성은 의사결정과정에서 대안설계에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였으나, 상황인식기능은 의사결정의 모든 과정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 의사결정과정 간의 각 단계들은 상호 유의한 인과관계를 나타냈으며, 의사결정과정과 의사결정의 성과는 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 UDSS의 설계 및 구현에 필요한 시사점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

This study is aimed at proposing a new approach to designing UDSS (Ubiquitous Decision Support System) which allows context-awareness and connectivity. In the previous studies, the need to design UDSS and analyze its performance empirically was raised. However, due to the complexity of empirical approaches, there is no study attempting to tackle this research issue so far. To fill this research void, this study proposes a Mobile Delivery System (MDS) as a form of UDSS, empirically analyzing how users perceive its context-awareness and connectivity functions. Especially, to add more rigor to the proposed approach to know how much it works well in the decision-making contexts, we considered three decision making phases (intelligence, design, choice) in the research model. With the valid questionnaires collected from 340 users of the MDS, we induced statistically proven results showing that both context-awareness and connectivity of the proposed UDSS (or MDS) influence the decision making steps positively and then contribute to improving the decision making quality.

The main objective of this research is to identify the evaluation criteria of the local governments' projects for the fisheries industry development (LGPFID) and to develop the evaluation software prototype applicable to LGPFID. This research does not try to develop the whole evaluation processes and programs for LGPFID, but just to outline the approach to managing LGPFID. The evaluation processes and programs developed in this study is based on the group decision support systems(GDSS), which is a collaborative, system-oriented, and objective system useful in evaluating LGPFID. Specifically the goals of the programs are to : (1) enhance the quality of evaluation process for LGPFID; (2) provide the local government decision makers' and interest groups' access to comprehensive evaluation information; (3) support private-public collaboration in government's decision making. We used analytic hierarchy process model as a group decision making model and programmed the application software prototype with Visual Basic language.

정보기술을 통한 건설산업의 관리 체계화와 생산성 증대 및 경쟁력 제고를 위해서는 우선적으로 건설업체에서 구축 $\cdot$ 활용하고 있는 정보시스템의 활용특성에 대한 체계적인 정리가 필요하다. 특히, 건설의사결정측면에서 건설데이터를 활용한 고급분석기술인 의시결정지원기술에 대한 전략적이며 체계적인 적용모델을 적립할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 즉, 건설업체의 정보시스템에 대한 구축 수준을 파악하고 건설의사결정지원과 관련된 문제점을 도출해 낼 수 있는 합리적인 분석틀을 통해 건설정보시스템의 전략적 활용 방안에 대한 기초적인 연구가 필요하다. 이를 위하여 기존 연구들을 바탕으로 푹적된 데이터의 부가가치를 높일 수 있는 대안으로서 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 정보시스템 활용특성 모델을 제안하고 사례연구를 통하여 그 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 건설업계의 의사결정지원기술에 대한 인식제고와 건설조직에서 활용하고 있는 정보시스템의 적극적 활용의 대안의 기초를 마련하고자 한다.

Many studies in risk management have been focused on management process, contract relation, and risk analysis in the past decade, but very few studies have addressed project risks from the perspective of risk efficiency. This study started with using Fault Tree Analysis to develop a framework for the decision-making support system of risk management from the perspective of risk efficiency, in order for the support system to find risk strategies of optimal combination for the project manager by the trade-off between project risk and cost of project strategies. Comprehensive and realistic risk strategies must strive for optimal decisions that minimize project risks and risk strategies cost while addressing important data such as risk causes, risk probability, risk impact and risk strategies cost. The risk management in the construction phase of building projects in Taiwan upon important data has been analyzed, that provided the data for support system to include 247 risk causes. Then, 17 risk causes were extracted to demonstrates the decision-making support system of risk management from the perspective of risk efficiency in building project of Taiwan which could reach better combination type of risk strategies for the project manager by the trade-off between risk cost and project risk.

이 연구에서는 도시공원의 입지결정에 관련된 행정 업무의 효율성과 의사결정의 질향상을 위하여, GIS와 의사결정 분석기법이 통합된 의사결정 지원시스템을 구축하고자 하였다. 이 시스템은 현황분석, 대안생성, 대안평가에 이르는 일련의 과정을 일관성있는 시스템환경 하에 통합하여 효율적인 관리과정을 제공하고 있다. 도시공원 입지결정을 위하여 형평성, 효율성, 수혜인구, 동별공원비율, 지가, 지장물, 녹지연계성 등의 기준이 적용되었고, 단계별 특성에 따라 MAUT, AHP, ELECTRE 등의 다양한 의사결정 분석기법들이 접목되었으며, GIS를 이용한 다양한 공간분석 기능과 의사결정 과정을 시각적으로 확인할 수 있는 기능들이 개발되었다. 이 시스템은 향후 도시공원 관리기능을 포함하여 종합적인 도시공원 관리시스템으로 발전될 수 있으며, 연구과정에서 개발된 방법론들은 도시공원뿐 아니라 기타 도시시설의 입지결정에도 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

최근 GIS는 국내에서 뿐 아니라 외국에서도 마케팅의 의사결정문제와 그에 따른 의사결정지원시스템에 적용이 시도되고 있다. GIS는 강력한 공간분석 기능과 함께 자료의 통합과 그래픽 기능 등을 갖추고 있으며 이와 같은 기능으로 인해 많은 소매 운영자와 생산자들로 구성되는 패션 산업에 있어서 의사결정을 지원하는 하나의 좋은 수단으로서 점차 인식이 확산되고 있다. 이러한 시점에 본 논문에서는 GIS를 패션마케팅에 적용함에 있어서 몇가지 주요한 요소들을 고찰하여 보았다. 이를 위해 현재의 패션마케팅 의사결정문제에 있어서의 주요 이슈에 대한 문제제기에서 출발하여 다속성 의사결정과 다목적 의사결정의 프레임이 어떻게 패션마케팅 의사결정지원에 이용될 수 있는가를 알아보고 이를 실제로 구현하는데 있어서의 한계점 역시 아울러 고찰하여 보았다. 논의의 주안점은 주로 현재의 패션마케팅 의사결정시스템과 GIS 기능의 통합에 두었다.

Presently, Analytic Network Process which evaluates man's intention and offers decision-making support is capturing the spotlight. It originates in the ability of Analytic Network Process to treat various decision-making support system. However, no detailed reference is available when dealing with the group case. This paper examines the technique, which can also cope with the group decision-making support system, and describes the validity of the technique. A characteristic feature of the proposed technique is that it can detect a group's intention in a given section, and it decomposes the sectional supermatrix into a small supermatrix and a large one. A general supermatrix treats the convergence value by taking the limiting process method of the power of an evaluation value. On the other hand, when a supermatrix has nonnegative value, it can easily be solved by the eigenvector method. The decomposition of the supermatrix has been considered in this work.

The review of known decision-making support systems and technologies regarding the possibility of donation and transplantation showed that currently there are no systems and technologies of decision-making support regarding the possibility of donation and transplantation considering civil law. The paper models the decision-making support process regarding the possibility of donation and transplantation, which is a theoretical basis for the development of rules, methods and technology of decision-making support regarding the possibility of donation and transplantation considering civil law. The paper also developed the technology of decision-making support regarding the possibility of donation and transplantation considering civil law as a component of the Unified State Information System for Organ and Tissue Transplantation, which automatically and free of charge determines the possibility/impossibility of donation and transplantation. In the case of the possibility of donation, the admissible type of donation is also determined - over-life or after-life donation - and data about potential donor is entered in the relevant Donor Register. In the case of the possibility of transplantation, if the recipient needs a transplant of one of the paired organs or a part of the organ/tissue, then data about potential recipient are entered in the Transplantation List from both over-life and after-life donor, otherwise, if the recipient needs a transplant of a non-paired organ or both paired organs, then data about potential recipient are entered only in the Transplantation List from after-life donor.

To improve the quality of the services and to concentrate on the core capability, in public sector the IT outsourcing is recently being vitalized by the institutional support of the government for the entrusting non-government. Because the lots of general studies so far have simply focused on indicating fragmentary factors i.e. economical factors, risk factors, system factors, or induction objects, etc., they are insufficient in making the practical decisions, therefore we indicated systemized model extending over the whole range of the IT outsourcing to support substantial decision makings, and assorted 4 categories and drew considerable 55 factors from the literature study to materialize the previously considerable factors at each decision making stage. And the principal factors were drawn from each decision making category by a group of 11 experts. Besides, a henceforth plan for the application was also presented through an actual example of the IT outsourcing decision making process of 'M', a public enterprise.
