건설 의사결정지원용 정보시스템 활용특성모델 제안 (Proposal of an Application Characteristic Model of Information System for Construction Decision-making Support)

  • 정보기술을 통한 건설산업의 관리 체계화와 생산성 증대 및 경쟁력 제고를 위해서는 우선적으로 건설업체에서 구축 $\cdot$ 활용하고 있는 정보시스템의 활용특성에 대한 체계적인 정리가 필요하다. 특히, 건설의사결정측면에서 건설데이터를 활용한 고급분석기술인 의시결정지원기술에 대한 전략적이며 체계적인 적용모델을 적립할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 즉, 건설업체의 정보시스템에 대한 구축 수준을 파악하고 건설의사결정지원과 관련된 문제점을 도출해 낼 수 있는 합리적인 분석틀을 통해 건설정보시스템의 전략적 활용 방안에 대한 기초적인 연구가 필요하다. 이를 위하여 기존 연구들을 바탕으로 푹적된 데이터의 부가가치를 높일 수 있는 대안으로서 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 정보시스템 활용특성 모델을 제안하고 사례연구를 통하여 그 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 건설업계의 의사결정지원기술에 대한 인식제고와 건설조직에서 활용하고 있는 정보시스템의 적극적 활용의 대안의 기초를 마련하고자 한다.

  • 건축개발사업은 목적물을 완성시킴으로써 이윤을 창출하는 사업이고, 프로젝트의 성공을 좌우하는 것은 프로젝트 초기에 사업타당성을 정확히 분석하고 예측하는 것에 달려있다. 사업타당성 분실은 본질적으로 현재시점에서 미래예측이라는 불확실성을 내포하고 있으므로 불확실한 상황 하에서 의사결정을 할 수밖에 없다. 이러한 불확실성 하에서의 의사결정방법은 통계학의 확률이론에 기초하고 있지만, 지금까지 사업 타당성 분석은 확률론적 결정방법에 의한 타당성 분석이 아니라 결정론적 방법에 의한 타당성분석을 적용하여 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 초기 사업 타당성 분석 시 프로젝트의 성공을 위해 확률론적 방법에 의한 의사결정을 함으로써, 의사결정 자에게 좀 더 정확하고 신뢰성 있는 자료를 제공할 수 있는 시뮬레이션을 이용한 확률론적 분석방법을 제시한다. 본 연구 결과 확률론적 시뮬레이션 기 법은 건축개발사업의 재무적 타당성 분석 기법으로 적합하다. 중요한 사업 또는 신중한 의사결정시 이 방법을 활용함으로서 정확성과 신뢰성에 근거하여 효율적인 판단이 가능해 질 것이므로 그 활용성이 기대된다.

중국 기업의 가상 브랜드 커뮤니티 분위기가 소비자 가치공동 창출 행위에 미치는 영향: 계획행동이론 관점에서 (The Impact of the Atmosphere in Virtual Brand Communities of Chinese Companies on Consumer Value Co-Creation Behavior: From the Perspective of Planned Behavior Theory)

  • Purpose - This study is based on the Theory of Planned Behavior and aims to explore the decision-making mechanisms of consumers participating in value co-creation activities within virtual brand communities. Methodology - The research involved a comprehensive survey of 405 participants from various virtual brand communities. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used for data analysis, applying SPSS and AMOS to test the hypotheses. The study focused on community rules and regulations, community experience and community trust. Results - The research found that community rules and regulations significantly impact subjective norms and perceived behavioral control, but not directly influence consumer attitudes. Community experience positively affected consumer attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control. Community trust was found to positively influence these aspects of consumer decision-making. However, a gap was identified in the direct influence of perceived behavioral control on actual consumer behavior. Implications - The findings of this study contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of factors affecting consumer behavior in virtual brand communities. It underscores the necessity for community managers to develop strategies that consider these internal decision-making mechanisms, facilitating more effective community engagement. The study also identifies a potential area for future research in the direct influence of perceived behavioral control on actual consumer behavior.

  • Every public agency governing infrastructure has to plan effectively for rehabilitation of existing facilities within the constraints of the capital program. Numerous technical, social, political, financial, and management constraints govern the decision to rehabilitate a facility. However, without a systematic procedure for selecting facilities for rehabilitation, within the prevailing constraints, it is possible that the funds available for rehabilitation might be suboptimized. Therefore, a decision support system that assists the user in selecting facilities for rehabilitation while considering the technical, social, financial, and political and management constraints will be useful in the decision-making process. This paper compares the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with the Swing Weight method used to prioritize functional criteria for suburban station rehabilitation. This paper also contains a brief discussion about the relevance of the Multi Attribute utility theory in developing a decision model for the problem at hand. The results of this paper provides the user with a decision support system that would prioritize the stations in order of their weights obtained by a systematic evaluation of various criteria and sub-criteria involved in the decision making process

Estimating the Position of Mobiles by Multi-Criteria Decision Making

  • In this study, we propose a novel mobile tracking method based on Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM), in which uncertain parameters-the received signal strength, the distance between the mobile and the base station, the moving direction, and the previous location-are used in the decision process using the aggregation function in the fuzzy set theory. Through numerical results, we show that our proposed mobile tracking method provides a better performance than the conventional method using the received signal strength.

  • Normative models for explaning the career decision-making process are not sufficient to enable the career counselor to help a client understand and influence the factors affecting his career. Actually, the particular people and life events that are unpredictable and subject to chance often influence on career behavior. Therefore, it is needed the development of a models of career decision-making that recognizes both normative and chance influences. The focus in this article is on the development of career decision-making within various lift contexts and the recognition that individuals may prepare themselves to use unexpected opportunities in the career decision-making process.

BaaS(Blockchain as a Service) 선정을 위한 의사결정 모델 (A Decision-making Model for Selection of Blockchain as a Service)

  • In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, new technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud, Internet of Things, and blockchain are being developed and applied to new industries. Blockchain has the characteristics of decentralization, security, and transparency, so it can serve as a core technology for developing new growth industries. Blockchain is provided as BaaS (Blockchain as a Service), but it is not easy for users who are introducing or building blockchain to choose BaaS. In this study, we identify evaluation factors and develop a decision-making model using fuzzy theory and AHP for BaaS selection. Eventually we aim to help companies choose the best BaaS and develop and commercialize blockchain-based services by developing a new decision-making model for BaaS selection.

  • One of the most important research works in modern business enterpise is the relation between the purpose of business enterprise and decision making behavior of manager. It is because the coincidence of the former and the latter is considered an ideal type in evaluating the result of business management. Here I have set up assumptions in order to solve the above statements: (1) What purpose does the modern business enterprise set up and what kind of economic background does it have? (2) What is the theory of maximization of stock value among the purposes of business enterprise? (3) What kind of decision making do we do in the maximization of stock value in busiess administration? (4) How is the behavior of business financial manager's intention and decision made? The result pursued under the above assumptions shows that business manager's behavior of decision making is affected according to the degree that he gets some information, but basically is determined in consideration of his autonomous standpoint, namely the stability of business enterprise and the stability of manager himself while he faithfully performs his duty which is entrusted by stockholders. Therefore we come to the conclusion that there is a little gap between a manager's behavior of decision-making and the purpose of stock value maximization.

  • This paper proposes an application methodology of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) based decision making theory for improvement priority by assessment of various risk factors affecting on deterioration of water supply systems, as major social infrastructure. AHP method is organized with three level of hierarchy which is introduced for multi-criteria decision making in this study. In the first level, assessment outputs are calculated by AHP for each affecting factor. In the second level, criteria are estimated by using assessment results with respect to structural and environmental factors. Consequently, ranking decision is performed in the third level. In order to present the effectiveness, a proposed method is compared with FCP(Fuzzy Composite Programming) for decision making. Since the results of the proposed method show better performance with consistent results, it can be applied as an efficient information for the determination for improvement priority of the study infrastructure.

  • 최근 다양한 유형의 사이버공격이 발생하였고 공격의 전략적 목적 및 전술적 수단도 진화하고 있다. 특히 한수원 사이버공격은 해킹과 심리전을 결합시킨 핵티비즘형으로 공격자는 국민을 사이버전에 참여시키려 하였고 기밀정보 공개 및 원전중단 협박으로 정부의 의사결정을 지속적으로 강요하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사이버공격시 효과적 전략결정을 도출하기 위하여 개방형 정책결정모델에 공격지성을 포함시키고 게임이론을 활용하여 연구한다.
