가치상향 의사결정 樣式 및 가족생활 만족 -서울시 주부를 중심으로- (Value Orientation, Decision Making Style and family life Satisfaction -from the wives living in seoul-)

  • The present study was initiated under the hypotheses that value orientation of wives is closely related to their decision making style in home management and that family life satisfaction of wives varies according to their decision making style. To test the hypotheses the following procedures were undertaken; (1) developing measurement instruments for value orientation, decision making style, and family life satisfaction; (2) finding value orientation of wives, their decision making style, and their family life satisfaction by applying the measurement instruments; (3) finding the variables highly affecting value orientation, decision making style and family life satisfaction ; and (4) finding the causal mechanism among value orientation, decision making style, and family life satisfaction. In conclusion , preferences of wives for humanism in value orientation were expected to lead decision making style to person -oriented rater than task-oriented style and , furthermore, to result in higher family life satisfaction.

사상체질에 따른 의사결정 및 학습 유형 (Decision Making Style and Learning Style according to Sasang Constitution)

  • Objectives : This study was performed to investigate the relationship between decision making style and learning style according to Sasang constitution. Methods : The subjects were 213 nursing students of K college in Jeonbuk, and the period of data gathering was limited from 1 Sep. 2009 to 7 Sep. 2009. The instrument tools included QSCC II, decision making style, and learning style. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS-PC programme. Results : 1. Decision making style: Soeumin group had significantly high score in rational score compared with Soyangin(F=7.174 p=.001), and in dependent score compared with Taeumin and Soyangin (F=3.414, p=.035). 2. Learning style: Soyangin group had significantly high score in cooperation score compared with Taeumin(F=5.688 p=.004), and Taeumin group had significantly high score in emulous score compared with Soeumin and Soyangin (F=.148, p=.002). Conclusions : In conclusion, it was found that decision making style and learning style are significantly different according to Sasang constitution. Therefore, these results suggest that nursing educational program needs to be developed considering Sasang constitution.

경인지역 보건소 방문간호사의 의사결정유형에 따른 셀프리더십과 의사소통 능력 (Relations among the Decision Making Style, Self Leadership and Communication Competence of Visiting Nurses)

  • 현장에서 직접 대상자의 가정을 방문하여 요구사정에서부터 중재, 평가에 이르기까지 간호제공의 전 과정을 수행해야 하는 방문간호사의 업무수행 능력을 제고의 관점에서 의사결정 유형과 셀프리더십 그리고 의사소통 능력간의 관련성을 분석하였다. 방문간호사들의 의사결정 유형과 의사소통 능력과 셀프리더십은 모두 상관관계가 있었으며 서로 유기적인 관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 방문간호사의 의사결정 유형은 합리적 유형이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 이와 관련하여 셀프리더십 정도와 의사소통 능력 측면에서도 합리적 의사결정 유형에서 가장 높은 점수를 나타냈다. 합리적 의사결정 유형은 의사결정 유형 중 가장 바람직한 것으로 논의되어 온 바 방문간호사가 높은 문제해결 능력을 가지고 있음을 실증적으로 보여준 사례로 해석할 수 있다.

여대생들의 의류구매 의사결정 스타일 특성에 관한 연구 (Profiling Female College Students' Apparel Buying Decision-Making Styles)

  • The purposes of this study were (1) to segment female college students' apparel shoppers into unique apparel buying decision-making style groups; and (2) to profile for each segment in terms of personal characteristics (material values, change seeking tendency and prestige sensitivity) and fashion information sources. Data were collected through questionnaires from convenient sample of 290 female college students. As a result of cluster analysis and univariate analysis of variance, distinctive consumer decision-making style groups of consumers were identified; Value-maximizing Recreational Shoppers, Brand-Maximizing Emotional Shoppers, and Apathetic Shoppers. These three groups were compared as to the effect of personal characteristics variables and fashion information sources through univariate analysis of variance and chi-square statistics. The result showed that personal characteristics (material values, change seeking tendency and prestige sensitivity) and fashion-information sources do influence the consumer decision-making styles and that these three groups were unique in their decision-making characteristics showing that consumer decision-making styles can be a good segmentation base for apparel market.

중고등학생이 지각한 부모-자녀 간의 의사소통유형, 자아존중감, 우울과 진로의사결정유형의 관계 (The Relationship among the Parent-Adolescent Communication Styles, Self-Esteem, Depression and Career Decision-Making Styles Perceived by Middle School and High School Students)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 부모-자녀 간의 의사소통유형, 자아존중감, 우울과 진로의사결정유형의 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 2017년 7월 1일부터 한 달 간 대도시와 중소도시에 소재하는 4개의 중학교와 2개의 고등학교에서 중학생 399명, 고등학생 366명으로 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 기술통계와 상관분석을 이용하여 각 변인사이의 상관관계를 확인하였고 다중회귀분석을 통하여 부모-자녀 간의 의사소통유형, 자아존중감 그리고 우울이 진로의사결정유형에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어머니와의 개방형 의사소통유형은 청소년의 합리적 진로의사결정유형에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아버지와의 개방형 의사소통유형은 직관적 진로의사결정유형에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중고등학생의 자아존중감은 합리적 진로의사결정유형과 정적 상관관계가, 의존적 진로의사결정유형과 부적 상관관계가, 우울은 의존적 진로의사결정유형과 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 상담 현장에서 부모-자녀 간의 의사소통유형, 자아존중감, 우울과 진로의사 결정유형의 연관성에 대한 이해를 돕고 상담중재의 근거자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Mediating and Moderating Mechanism in the Relationship Between Blue Ocean Leadership Style and Strategic Decision Making: A Case Study in Malaysia

  • This study aims to identify the effect of blue ocean leadership style on strategic decision making and it also aims to examine the mediating role of organizational politic and moderating role of emotional intelligence in the Government Link Companies (GLCs) in Malaysia. In order to achieve the objective of the study, a research framework had been developed to establish a relationship among the variables of the study based on resource-based view theory. Questionnaire method was used to collect the data form middle to top level employees in GLCs. All the items in the study's variables were assessed using the 5-point Likert scale. A stratified random sampling technique was used to identify the sample for this study. Data was derived from 135 middle to top level employees, which were involved in decision making process. The data was analyzed using the SPSS and the SmartPLS 3.0 software. This supplemented the theory surrounding blue ocean leadership styles and strategic decision making. The study also identified several avenues for further research by using different research methods and examining the impact of strategic decision making in different contexts.

도시 주부의 의사결정 스타일과 일 처리 방식에 관한 연구 (Study on Decision Making Style & Task Management of Urban Homemakers)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate decision making styles task management of urban homemakers. This study focuses on the following aspects: 1) to find out which variables of background variables (ie. age of couple, education of couple, duration of marriage, income, family life cycle, number of children) have effect on decision making styles & task management of urban homemakers. 2) to find out the relationships between decision making styles and task management of urban homemakers. 3) to find out independent influcene of background variables on task management. major findings are as follows; First, it is general tendency that decision making styles were human oriented in urban homemakers. Importance & Urgency of the task, age of homemakers, education of homemakers, family life cycle were significant variables to have influcence on task oriented decision making styles. Importance & urgency of task were variables to have influences on human oriented decision making styl s. Second, the tendency of dealing with task at once is the highest in the task management, on the other hand, the tendency of dealing with task in the next session is the lowest. Income is a variable to influence on dealing with task in delegation to others, education of homemaker is a variable to influence on dealing with task in next session and importance & urgency of the task and the number of children were variables to influence on dealing with task immediately. Third, human oriented decision marking style was a variable to influence on dealing with task in delegation with task in delegation to others, in the next session, and in suspending/ in neglecting. Task oriented decision making style was a variable to influence on dealing with task immediately. Fourth, The urgency of task & income were variables to have direct influence on dealing with task in delegation with task in next session, and the urgency of the task, age & education of homemaker and family life cycle were varia les to direct influence on dealing with the task immediately. The urgency & importance of the task and age of homemaker were variables to have indirect on dealing with the task urgency of task & the number of children were variables to have indirect influence on dealing with the task in suspending/in neglecting through the medium of the human oriented decision making styles.

주생활양식이 주택구매 의사결정에 미치는 영향분석 (A Study on Housing Life-Style and Decision Making for Purchasing House)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of demographic and housing life-style variables on evaluation or choice criteria to the decision making for purchasing house. The results of this research were as follows ; 1) In analysis on housing life-style according to demographic variables, it showed that the age group had significant difference in decoration pursuits ; the educational group had significant difference in self-expression ; the income group had significant difference in self-expression and interior function. 2) In analysis on evaluation or choice criteria of decision making for purchasing house according to demographic variables, it showed that : the age group had significant difference in surrounding environment ; the educational group had significant difference in interior environment, interior or exterior facilty, apartment management, economics and surrounding environment ; the income group had significant difference in avail of approach, convenience facilities, apartment management, economics and surrounding environment. 3) In analysis the influence of demographic and housing life-style variables on evaluation or choice criteria to decision making for purchasing house, it was effected on educational level, decoration pursuit, practicality and ostentation in interior environment ; decoration pursuit, self-expression, interior function and practicality in interior or exterior facility ; decoration pursuit, practicality and ostentation in avail ability of approach and convenience facilities ; self-expression, practicality and ostentation in apartment management and economics ; age level, income level, decoration pursuit, self-expression, practicality and ostentation in surrounding environment.

인적자원관리 상황에 대한 간호 관리자의 의사결정에 관한 연구 (A Study of Nurse Manager's Decision-making on Human Resource Management)

  • Purpose: This study was to investigate the relationships among nurse managers' participation in decision-making process relation to human resource management and the influencing factors. Method: The subjects were 198 nurse managers who were in general hospitals over 900 beds. The data were collected from January 13 to March 13, 2006. The SPSS PC+ 12.0 program was used to analyze the data. Result: The nurse managers had greater participation in the identification phase of decision making than selection phase. The mean scores of three phases were significantly different. The satisfaction of decision making was evaluated. The higher participation in decision making, the higher satisfaction of decision making. Nurse managers' decision style tended to be more participative than autocratic. Personal and organizational factors(age and decentralization) influenced positively on participation in decision making. Decentralization and span of control influenced positively on satisfaction in decision making. Conclusion: It is necessary to permit the participation in decision making for nurse managers.

음성 에이전트에서의 쇼핑 경험에 대한 사용자 경험 연구: 화면 유무와 제품관여도, 대화방식의 차이를 중심으로 (A Study on the UX of Shopping Experience in Conversational Agents: Focus on the Difference between the Presence of a Screen, Product Involvement, and Conversation Style)

  • In this study, we examined voice shopping interaction in which consumers can be involved in the decision-making process. Sixteen kinds of voice shopping interaction were designed with differences in the existence of screen/product involvement/conversation style. Their effects on trust, cognitive load, satisfaction, and continuous intention to use were evaluated through a survey experiment. The main effect of conversation style was significant, and it was found that the more deeply involved users have higher trust. The interaction effect between conversation style and product involvement was also significant. Low involvement product buyers had the most positive user experience from the conversation style that included 'Ask for preference,' while high involvement product buyers had the most positive user experience from the conversation style that included both 'Ask for preference' and 'Question and Answer.' The main effect and interaction effect of the existence of screen was not significant. The results indicate that a positive user experience can be obtained when users are deeply involved in consumer decision-making, especially in purchasing high-involvement products.
