니트산업 활성화를 위한 구매자의 의사결정 특성 연구 (A Study on the Buyers′ Decision Making Characteristics for Revitalization of Knit Industry)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of demographics and general buying characteristics of knitwear consumers on their buying decision-making process. In this study, a self-administered questionnaire was distributed to young career women and female undergraduate students. of 580 questionnaires, 496 were used in the following analysis. The data was analyzed with SPSS package. T-test, one-way ANOVA and x² analysis were used to investigate the impact of characteristics of the consumers on their demographics. The high school graduate-career women group, relative to other groups, showed significant differences in practical aspects in buying knitwear. Second, the knitwear buying places of consumers were significantly different depending on the demographics and general buying characteristics of knitwear. The higher annual knitwear buying expenses and the lower knitwear buying frequency, the more a consumer shopped in department stores. Third, the knitwear satisfaction level of consumers was significantly different depending on their demographics and general buying characteristics of knitwear. career women relative to female undergraduate students showed significant differences in satisfaction with design, quality and yarns.

  • Data envelopment analysis(DEA) is a mathematical programming approach to asses s relative efficiency of a group of decision-making units. In view of the defects of existing models in evaluating efficiency of the system with P independent subsystems, Yang et al. [10] introduced YMK model with the assumption that decision-making unit(DMU) is independent of each other. But in some production systems, decision-making units usually have some relationships in this way or that. In this paper, DEA model is given by assuming that DMUs can cooperate with others in its subgroups. Some property and the efficiency relationship of the whole system and its subsystems are given.

  • Based upon the previous experiences and typical oases of typhoon evasion fur ships as well as tile achievement in scientific research in this detrain, we developed the Intelligent Typhoon Evasion System for Ships. It consists of five subsystems, including electronic charts, ship movement management, typhoon information query and automatic plotting, real-time calculation of ship-typhoon situation, intelligent typhoon evasion decision making. With the synthetical application of analogy theory, synoptic chart, satellite cloud picture analysis, typhoon digital forecast and other relevant technologies, we leave established the typhoon evasion data bases. model bases and knowledge bases, which make it possible to automatically track the ships and typhoon paths. The system can realize ship-typhoon situation analysis, risk levee assessment, typhoon paths correction and course synoptic forecast, and intelligent typhoon evasion decision making.

참여의사결정과 대인신뢰가 생산성에 미치는 영향 (Participative Decision Making and Interpersonal Trust Effects on the Productivity)

  • 본 연구는 내부조직관계에서 대인신뢰를 구성원들의 상대방(부하, 동료, 상사)에 대한 능력, 상호 믿음과 지원에 기반을 두는 것으로 정의하고, 조직구성원들의 협력적 관계는 조직결과의 향상을 가져올 수 있다는 것을 가정하여, 참여적 의사결정이 조직생산성의 향상에도 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고자 한다. 연구 결과에 따르면 직무수행에 관련한 의사결정에 참여도와 성과의 피드백만족도 그리고 개방적 의사전달에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 업무생산성이 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히 대인신뢰에 기반을 둔 행정조직은 또 다른 관리적 도전인 문화적 다양성의 증대와 고객기대의 충족에 대처하게 되므로, 상사와 부하간의 대인신뢰를 구축하는 것은 구성원의 직무생산성을 증대시키고 조직몰입을 강화시킬 수 있는 원동력이 된다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Prioritizing Service Supply-Chain Performance Measures Using Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Methodologies

  • This study focuses on identifying and prioritizing the broader performance measures for the service supply chains by taking the case of Majan Electricity Company, Sohar, in the Sultanate of Oman. For an examination of the uniformity of ultimate objectives and the priorities therein, two strata of respondents with a total of fourteen respondents were approached for their valuable insights. Suitable structured instruments were personally administered to elicit the insightful and worthy responses. The two multi-criteria decision-making techniques, namely, the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process and the Best-Worst Method were used to reach a meaningful prioritization of the identified and refined broader performance measurement dimensions. The results show that there exists a minor gap between the two respondents' groups in terms of their prioritizations. The major finding points to the difference in terms of the topmost priorities as revealed by the two set of respondents. For one group of respondents, the customer satisfaction matters the most, whereas for the other group, it is the overall profitability that matters the most. This gap against the utopian state assists in concluding that there is a requirement to reorient the employees so as to have a shared and common understanding of the organizational priorities.

다기준 의사결정 분석에 의한 공동주택의 냉방시스템 평가 (Evaluation of Apartment Cooling System by Multi-Criteria Decision Making Analysis)

  • In this study, 3 cooling systems of apartment which are air-cooled air conditioner with indoor unit, water-cooled air conditioner with indoor unit and small capacity absorption chiller-heater with FCU have been evaluated by Multi-Criteria Decision Making Analysis. Weights of 7 selected factors which are economics, space, billing, constructability, human comfort, visibility and reliability are determined by expert group of 30 system designers and 30 construction engineers. Final weights were derived for 101 and 166 $m^2$ apartments. Analysis shows that small capacity absorption chiller-heater with FCU is the most favorable system for apartment cooling system.

MOBIGSS: 모바일 인터넷에서의 그룹의사결정지원시스템 (MOBIGSS: A Group Decision Support System in the Mobile Internet)

  • 최근들어 모바일 환경에서 운영되는 많은 응용시스템들이 개발되고 있다. 대부분의 시스템들은 모바일 사용자와의 단순한 상호작용만을 필요로 하는 메시지 전송, 은행 거래, 위치 서비스 등을 위한 것들이다. 단순한 기능만을 지원하는 이유는 모바일 장치가 스크린 크기가 제한적이고, 네트워크 대역폭이 좁으며, 컴퓨팅 능력이 낮기 때문이다. 이와 같은 이유로 모바일 장치를 활용하여 그룹의사결정을 지원하는 복잡한 알고리즘을 구현하는 것은 거의 불가능하였다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 환경에서의 그룹의사결정 과정을 지원하기 위하여 간결한 상호교호적 절차를 제시하고자 한다. 이 상호교호적 절차는 모바일 환경에서 그룹의 절충해를 선택하도록 돕기 위한 다목적 선형계획 프로그램에 기반을 두고 있다. 이 절차를 활용하게 되면 그룹의사결정자들의 정보제공의 부담을 줄여줄 수 있다. 최선의 절충해를 찾기 위해서 변수 및 목적식에 대한 부분적 순위 정보만을 활용하였다. 본 방법론은 의사결정자의 효용함수에 대한 형태 혹은 존재 여부에 대한 어떠한 가정도 하지 않고 있다. 본 절차의 실험적 연구를 위해서 모바일 환경에서의 그룹의사결정지원시스템인, MOBIGSS를 개발하였으며, 이 시스템을 개인 투자자의 자산 투자 문제에 적용하였다.

Lifting Shadows off the End-of-Life Care: Hopes and Beliefs on Video Decision Support Tools for Advance Care Planning

  • As advance care planning is taking center stage in the field of end-of-life care, various tools have been developed to aid in the often emotional and difficult decision-making process. Video decision support tools are one of the most promising means of assistance, of which the modus operandi is to provide more comprehensive and precise information of medical procedures to patients and their families, allowing them to make better informed decisions. Despite such value, some are concerned about its potential negative impact. For example, video footages of some procedures may be shocking and unpalatable to non-medical professionals, and patients and families may refuse the procedures. One approach to soften the sometimes unpleasant visual of medical procedures is to show less aggressive or more relaxing scenes. Yet another potential issue is that the objectivity of video decision support tools might be vulnerable to the very stakeholders who were involved in the development. Some might argue that having multiple stakeholders may function as checks and balances and provide collective wisdom, but we should provide more systematic guarantee on the objectivity of the visual decision aids. Because the decision of the modality of an individual's death is the last and most significant choice in one's life, no party should exert their influence on such a delicate decision. With carefully designed video decision support tools, our patients will live the last moments of their lives with dignity, as they deserve.

패션제품 구매과정에서 소비자 망설임에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 연구 (Factors affecting consumer hesitation in purchase decision process for fashion products)

  • In a world where opportunities and chances are common, the phenomenon referred to as "generation maybe" describes people in their 20s and early 30s who are usually being indecisive. With the increase in breadth of information and choices, the number of people who are hesitant in deciding whether to purchase increases at a fast pace, as does the number of products and services targeting this group. In order to enhance our understanding of the phenomenon of consumer hesitation, this study explores contextual factors and consumer characteristics that affect consumer hesitation in the purchase decision-making process. Specifically, this study examines whether seven contextual factors, self-determination tendencies, and five decision-making styles influence consumer hesitation in the product decision making process. An online survey was administered to test our research questions. A total of 309 Korean consumers (female=48.9%) aged from 20 to 35 were surveyed. A regression analysis revealed that four contextual factors (product involvement, need for information on alternatives, relative price, and uncertain need), two sub-dimensions of self-determination (perceived competence and relatedness), and two decision-making styles (price seeking and advice seeking) have noticeable influences on consumer hesitation. We also found that the degree of consumer hesitation positively influences consumer post-purchase satisfaction. The study concludes with discussions and practical implications.

외식조리 관련 전공자의 학년과 진로결정 자기효능감 수준에 따른 진로준비행동의 차이분석 - 충청도에 위치한 대학교를 중심으로 - (The Differences in Career Preparation Behavior by Grades and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy of Foodservice and Culinary Arts Majors - Focused on the Four-year Universities in Chungcheong Province -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 외식조리 관련 학과 전공자의 학년과 진로결정 자기효능감 수준에 따른 진로준비행동 수준의 차이를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 충청도에 소재한 4년제 3개 대학의 외식 조리 관련 학과에 재학 중인 250명의 표본을 추출하였다. 33명의 자료를 제외하고 총 217명을 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로준비행동 수준은 학년에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 학년이 올라갈수록 진로를 준비하기 위하여 진로탐색, 정보수집, 체험활동 및 취업준비 노력이 시도되고 있음을 보여준다. 둘째, 진로준비행동 수준은 전공자의 진로결정 자기효능감 수준에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로준비행동에 대한 진로결정 자기효능감과 학년 간의 상호작용 효과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 진로결정 자기효능감 수준을 향상시키기 위해 학년에 따른 구조화된 진로교육의 틀을 마련해 나가야 할 것이다.
