Despite the fact that the sourcing process in B2B e-Marketplaces is one of the most important tasks, the evaluation and selection process of suppliers have been ad-hoc based and mainly dependent on the experience of sourcing managers' subjective knowledge. To remedy the problem, we developed a decision support System (called Wise - I) that helps sourcing managers evaluate suppliers in a more systematic way. The system reflects company's strategy and know-how by adopting company enforced weighted scores for different factors and employing a more scientific method of considering factors other than price and on-time delivery rate, utilizing the AHP method. This paper reports the effectiveness of the system as well as the detailed description of the system. To investigate the effectiveness of the system, we collected information through interview and questionnaire survey. The information was also augmented through the firm key index system, which monitors average delivery lead time and on-time delivery rate. The result indicates that the system leads to the efficiency of purchasing section and the transparency of buying process, therefore reduces delivery time and cost.

In this paper a new fuzzy prediction is designed and developed to predict the type of delivery based on 7 factors. The developed system is highly needed to give a recommendation to the family excepting baby and at the same time provide an advisory system to the physician. The system has been developed using MATLAB and has been tested and verified using real data. The system shows high accuracy 95%. The results has been also checked one by one by a physician. The system shows perfect matching with the decision of the physician.

Purpose - The purpose of this study to explore factors consumers prioritize when purchasing seafood online. The originality of the study lies on adopting AHP-based approach in analyzing prioritized purchasing factors of seafood online. Design/methodology/approach - A survey was conducted targeting Korean consumers who have purchased seafood online. AHP method was applied to rank factors consumers prioritize before making decision. Findings - First, product's factor ranked first among other high level factors including delivery service, seller, online platform. Second, sanitation, taste, country of origin ranked first, second, third respectively, within product's factors. Third, safe delivery, timeliness, information accuracy ranked first, second, third respectively, within delivery factors. Fourth, consumer reviews, consumer response ability, promotion ranked first, second, third within seller factors. Fifth, Personal information management system, credibility, user-friendliness ranked first, second, third, within online platform factors. Research implications or Originality - To activate seafood online market, it is crucial to assure consumers that the seafood is well managed in a sanitary way from the production site to table. Existing government programs such as seafood traceability system, HACCP, and cold-chain infrastructure needs improvement. Due to highly perishable characteristic of seafood, delivery factors matter when purchasing online. Online platforms needs to continue to improve delivery service. Seafood products are mostly not branded and without objective information about their properties. Creating quality classification and seafood brands are likely to help consumers chose seafood online.

This study sought to find importance factors for the quality of Mongolian consumers' evaluation for fresh food through online purchase. To compare the priorities of factors determining the choice of service quality of online purchase for fresh food, this study used a decision model using the appropriate Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Through a prior study, the main factors of quality were classified as delivery quality, product quality, marketing, and system quality, respectively According to the results of AHP the quality of deliver information and deliver duration time under delivery quality are the main factor, followed by hygiene and freshness of product quality were the next highest. When consumers purchase fresh food through an online market. they considered deliver information, delivery duration time, hygiene, freshness, and deliver cost as important factors.

Since variety of construction projects with their individual specifications could be handled through different procurement systems, selection of the most appropriate project delivery system is a vital step towards more efficient project execution. The appropriate selection of project delivery system may also ensure more competent management of the project. Its impacts are not only limited to the first stages of the project, as it could also influence pre-construction, construction and operational phases of the project. Among different approaches exerted for this purpose, none has taken uncertainty into account, despite the fact that during first stages of the project most of the selection factors are still uncertain and not clearly defined. This paper, hence, aims to provide a fuzzy insight into the project delivery system selection. Through this approach more tangible model of the evaluation process may be presented. Proposed fuzzy method is indeed a multi criteria decision making model, based on the group of criteria, assigned for the evaluation procedure. A case study is also conducted, based on the opinion of an invented group of the experts.

The selection of an appropriate contract method is vital for the successful operation of the project. However, there has been a lack of studies on objective decision making support models for use in the planning stage of a project contract. The present study had the goal of analyzing the factors that influence contract method selection, as an initial study for developing a project contract method selection model. The existing related studies were analyzed, and the factors considered in the literature were selected. Then, based on the findings, the opinions of an expert group on the important factors for contract method selection were collected through a survey. The collected opinions were analyzed using factor analysis, a statistical analysis method. The results will be utilized in the future as preliminary data for developing a decision making model for selecting a contract method.

건축 프로젝트가 대형화 되어감에 따라 현장에서는 총체적인 관점에서 프로젝트를 관리할 수 있는 능력이 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 초고층건물공사는 그 규모로 인해 생산성 저하의 위험이 상존한다. 특히 관리대상 프로세스가 기타 공정에 비해 상대적으로 많은 마감공사는 생산성 유지 혹은 향상에 집중적인 관리가 요구된다. 즉, 골조공정의 생산성이 높더라도 마감공사의 생산성이 낮은 경우 전체 프로젝트의 생산성은 현저히 낮아지기 때문이다. 본 연구는 문헌고찰 및 인터뷰 둥을 통해서 초고층 건축공사의 마감공사 발주방식 선정요소를 도출하였으며, 이 요소들은 초고층건물 마감 공사의 발주방식에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 분석하기 위한 토대를 제공하고 있다.

현재 국내 공공건설사업의 발주제도는 입 낙찰제도와 뚜렷한 구분이 없이 혼용되고 있으며, 선정할 수 있는 기준 자체도 단순히 사업예산이나 추정금액에 의해 정해지고 있다. 발주방식은 본래 사업의 특성이나 유형, 목적 등 다양한 요인들의 특성을 적절히 반영하여 결정해야 함에도 불구하고, 주어진 예산이나 기간, 획일적인 법 규정으로 인해 탄력적으로 운영되지 못하고 있어, 이에 대한 근본적인 해결방안을 마련해야 할 필요성이 지속적으로 제기되고 있다. 이를 위해, 본 연구는 최적 발주방식을 선정할 수 있는 의사결정지원모델을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰과 설문 및 면담조사, 통계적 분석기법을 활용하여 영향요인을 발굴하고, 최종 발주방식 유형별 의사결정지원모델을 제안하여, 실무 적용타당성을 검증하였다. 그 결과 의사결정지원모델은 향후 발주방식을 선정하는데 기초자료로 유용하게 활용함으로써 기존 업무관행을 개선할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The orders of Design-Build Delivery System (DBDS) in a large and public construction project have been increasing. Single Source Responsibility (SSR) for design and construction, which contributes to quality improvement of design and construction, has been performed. The DBDS performs SSR for design and construction, but, it has not maximized effect because of the dissatisfied alternative analysis procedures which are based on constructability evaluation and the information system in the design step. In this research, Constructability Evaluation Factors (CEFs) that must be evaluated, investigated, and reflected in the basic design step for design-build projects. The CEF proposed and the business process of each conductor has been systematized. To propose constructability evaluation factors, first classify drawing information by the constructability evaluation sphere. CEFs must be proposed to evaluate factors according to interference among work items. Second, applicable CEFs must be classified by preference ranking and weight. Third, the values of constructability factors in accordance with building elements and work items, need to be calculated. Finally, the CEFs proposal will support rational decision making, design cost reduction, and quality improvement through the values for constructability of building elements and work items.

We present an autonomous distributed manufacturing system to plan the manufacturing process and the schedule based on a customer order, which considers the system efficiency as well as to the flexibly. In our system, an intermediate conceptual agent called process agent is introduced, of which the role is to create a plausible alternative for the working group to fulfill the given order. The process related decision such as process sequence, allocated facilities, schedule and cost is also made simultaneously. Given an order, several these process agents are created, and the optimum on is selected through a bidding mechanism. As a criterion of such a decision-making, we consider a concept of value which is determined by several factors such as cost, delivery, working ratio and so forth. Every agent consisting of the system makes decisions and actions so as to maximize its possessing value, and the overall behavior of the system is controlled by the value distribution.
