선박의 설계초기 단계에서 주요 진동특성인 주선체 및 상부구조의 고유 진동수와 고유 진동형을 구하게 위해서는 현재까지 주로 경험식에 의존하게 된다. 이들 경험식들은 만들어진 시기가 최소 20년 이상 씩 됨에 따라 이중선체 유조선, IMO의 visibility 규정의 강화에 따른 상부조 높이의 증가, 콘테이너 선의 초 대형화 경향과 같이 최근의 선박 변화가 제대로 반영되어 있지 못하기 때문에 최근 선박의 진동특성을 추정하는 데는 많은 오차를 유발할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실적선들의 진동해석 및 계측 결과들을 정리하여 데이터베이스화하고 이들 자료들을 이용하여 회귀분석 방법에 의해 통계해석을 수행하므로써 설계 초기단계에서 선박의 진동 특성을 정도 높게 추정하는 방법을 개발하고 주기관 및 프로펠러 날개 수 선정에도 정확도를 기할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 본 방법을 바탕으로 windows환경의 전산프로그램으로 개발하여 사용자의 편의성을 크게 도모하였다. 본 방법의 타당성과 정도를 확인하기 위해 일련의 수치계산을 수행하여 계측치와의 부합성이 매우 양호함을 보였다.

It is the real circumstance in the country that not only the data and special books but also people who have an expert knowledge are short of the field of the study about plastic wastes, so that to build the Database carrying out gathering info of that is the present question obviously. The business on recycling plastic, for some reason or other, is one of the best ways as called bright prospect industry to prevent environmental pollution and obtain economical outcome by using limited resources. Plastic wastes with construction industry especially using Polymer may have a good effect on the environment and human beings and have a fine view to produce functional and Eco-friendly concrete as well. In this study, Chemical resistance and Water Absorption test in Polymer concrete using bentonite as a shrinkage control agent was made an experiment by comparing with influence on concrete strength and used to offer some valuable data about Polymer concrete.

An optimal design method in cooperated with nonlinear inelastic analysis is presented. The proposed nonlinear inelastic method overcomes the difficulties due to incompatibility between the elastic global analysis and the limit state member design in the conventional LRFD method. The genetic algorithm used is a procedure based on Darwinian notions of survival of the fittest, where selection, crossover, and mutation operators are used to look for high performance ones among sections in the database. They are satisfied with the constraint functions and give the lightest weight to the structure. The objective function taken is the total weight of the steel structure and the constraint functions are load-carrying capacity, serviceability, and ductility requirement. Case studies of a planar portal frame, a space two-story frame, and a three-dimensional steel arch bridge are presented.

본 논문은 미디라는 컴퓨터 작곡 시스템으로 일반인들도 작곡을 보다 쉽게 할 수 있는 방향이 주어졌음에도 음악을 전문적으로 배워오지 않은 사람들은 음악 작곡을 하기 힘들다는 점에 착안하여 본 논문을 통해 코드작곡에 있어서 사람이 아닌 컴퓨터가 모든 것을 할 수 있는 프로그램을 지금까지 나온 기존의 곡들의 코드진행 방식을 데이터베이스로 하여 구현함으로 해서 음악을 전문적으로 배워오지 않은 일반인들이 작곡을 함에 좀 더 편할 수 있는 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

DNA repair means a collection of processes that a cell identifies and corrects damage to genome sequence. The DNA repair processes are important because a genome would not be able to maintain its essential cellular functions without the processes. In this research, we make some gene regulatory networks of DNA repair in S. cerevisiae to know how each gene interacts with others. Two approaches are adapted to make the networks; Bayesian Network and ARACNE. After construction of gene regulatory networks based on the two approaches, the two networks are compared to each other to predict which genes have important roles in the DNA repair processes by finding conserved interactions and looking for hubs. In addition, each interaction between genes in the networks is validated with interaction information in S. cerevisiae genome database to support the meaning of predicted interactions in the networks.

This paper computes the regional, seasonal and hourly representative model of load power factor considering load characteristics of all 154/22.9 kV substations. An accurately computed representative model of load power factor is studied to present a precision improvement of power system analysis and the security of the system. The method to compute representative model of load utilizes the method of applicable moving average based on the method of flow average. The EMS data are used as the source to assess the load power factor.

분산되어 있는 여러 운영계 시스템에서 대용량의 교통자료를 가져와 교통정보 이력자료를 분석할 수 있는 단일 통합 교통 데이터베이스를 구축한다. 품질 평가, 오류 판단, 결측보정과 평활화 등의 자료처리 과정을 거친 교통자료는 자료의 신뢰도를 판단하고 활용도를 높일 수 있게 해주며 이용자에게 고속도로 통행료 수납자료, 고속도로 전자통행료 수납자료, 차량검지장치자료, 도로전광표지자료, 돌발상황자료, 기상자료, 차량번호인식장치자료 등에 대한 검색 및 자료 처리 기능을 제공한다.

디지털 도서관은 정보하부구조에 있어서 가장 으뜸가는 요소로 부각되고 있다. 일반적으로 미국대학도서관의 디지털 도서관 추진형태는 정보기술 하부구조 구축, 본문 데이터베이스 구축, 프로젝트 중심의 설계로 집약된다. 본 고에서는 미국의 미시건대학교, 카네기멜론대학교, 버지니아공과대학교 도서관을 중심으로 디지털도서관 구축실태와 현황을 고찰하였다.

기업이 원하는 R&D정보를 추출하기 위해서는 R&D정보 검색에 활용할 질의어가 있어야 한다. 먼저 구축되어야 한다. 기업마다 관심있는 제품과 기술 키워드가 각각 다르다. 기업에 적합한 R&D정보를 생성하기 위해 질어어로 사용될 기업을 대표하는 키워드 군을 생성하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 2002년부터 기업이 수행한 국가 R&D과제정보와 과제에서 도출된 논문, 특허, 연구보고서 등 성과정보로 부터 기업을 대표하는 키워드를 추출하고 이를 웹에서 크롤링한 기업정보와 비교하여 기업 대표 키워드 데이터베이스를 구축하는 방안에 대해 논한다.
