기본간호학 실습교육에서 비디오 녹화학습의 효과연구 - 근육주사 실습교육을 중심으로 - (Effectiveness of Video-Record Method on Fundamental Nursing Skill Education - Focused on Intramuscular Injection Practice -)

  • Effectiveness of the videotaped-record learning method in teaching intramuscular injection skill was investigated using an experimental research methodology. Data was collected from 57 female students attending Fundamental nursing class from two depts. of nursing in Chung-ju and Seoul. The subjects were assigned to two groups, the experimental group of 30 and the control group of 27. The independent variable was videotaped-record learning method and the dependent variable were the degree of knowledge achivement, nursing skill achivement, competence on practicing intramuscular injection skill and satisfaction about the learning method. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, chi-square test, t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient with SPSS-PC program. The results were summarized as follows ; 1. There was statistically significant difference between the experimental group and control group in knowledge achievement about intramuscular injections (t=4.721, P=.000). 2. There was statistically significant difference between the experimental group and control group in nursing skill achievement(t=3.542, P=.001). 3. There was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and control group in competence on practicing intramuscular injection skill (t=.627, P=.533). 4. There was statistically significant difference between the experimental group and control group in satisfaction about learning method(t=4.708, P=.000). 5. There was significant correlation between nursing skill achievement and knowledge achievement(r=.233, p<.05). In conclusion, this study suggests that videotaped-record learning method is an effective learning method for achieving intramuscular injection skill as a basic nursing skills. Therefore, further study with more developed research design and other fundamental nursing skill practice will be needed to investigate the effectiveness of videotaped-recored learning method.

개인화된 힐링 데이터 접근을 위한 개방형 게이트웨이 프레임워크 설계 (Design of Open Gateway Framework for Personalized Healing Data Access)

  • ICT 힐링 플랫폼은 생체신호 및 생활습관 등의 정보를 기반으로 한 질환조기 경보를 목표로 하는 개념으로서 만성질환 예방을 목적으로 한다. ICT(Information & Communication Technology) 힐링플랫폼의 목표는 개인이 주도하는 건강관리를 위해 여러 건강 관련 서비스 기관들(병원, 피트니스센터, 건강검진센터, 개인건강장치 등)에 산재되어 있는 개인 건강 정보를 개방화하여 개인 단말장치로 모으고, 분석 플랫폼 및 Open API를 제공하여 다양한 부가 서비스들을 활성화하는데 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 개인화된 힐링 데이터 접근을 위한 개방형 게이트웨이 프레임워크인 HPAdapter (Healing Platform Adaptor)는 ICT 힐링플랫폼의 데이터 중계를 위해 EMR(Electronic health record), 한방의학, 라이프로그, 웰니스, 만성질활, 피트니스 등 다양한 개인 건강관련 데이터 공급자와 서비스 공급자 사이를 연결해 개인화된 힐링 데이터를 중계하는 소프트웨어 엔진을 뜻한다. 설계된 HPAdaptor는 데이터 및 서비스 공급자 연동을 통해 힐링 레코드 저장소, 모바일 플랫폼 및 분석 플랫폼 등 데이터를 필요로 하는 서비스 혹은 플랫폼의 중계참조 모델로 활용할 수 있다.

탄약검사기록 데이터 분석 및 탄약상태기호 분류 모델 개발 (Analysis of Ammunition Inspection Record Data and Development of Ammunition Condition Code Classification Model)

  • In the military, ammunition and explosives stored and managed can cause serious damage if mishandled, thus securing safety through the utilization of ammunition reliability data is necessary. In this study, exploratory data analysis of ammunition inspection records data is conducted to extract reliability information of stored ammunition and to predict the ammunition condition code, which represents the lifespan information of the ammunition. This study consists of three stages: ammunition inspection record data collection and preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, and classification of ammunition condition codes. For the classification of ammunition condition codes, five models based on boosting algorithms are employed (AdaBoost, GBM, XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost). The most superior model is selected based on the performance metrics of the model, including Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and F1-score. The ammunition in this study was primarily produced from the 1980s to the 1990s, with a trend of increased inspection volume in the early stages of production and around 30 years after production. Pre-issue inspections (PII) were predominantly conducted, and there was a tendency for the grade of ammunition condition codes to decrease as the storage period increased. The classification of ammunition condition codes showed that the CatBoost model exhibited the most superior performance, with an Accuracy of 93% and an F1-score of 93%. This study emphasizes the safety and reliability of ammunition and proposes a model for classifying ammunition condition codes by analyzing ammunition inspection record data. This model can serve as a tool to assist ammunition inspectors and is expected to enhance not only the safety of ammunition but also the efficiency of ammunition storage management.

한국 마라톤의 발전과정과 현황에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development Process and Status of Korean Marathon)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한국 마라톤의 기록과 세계마라톤의 기록을 집중 분석함으로써 한국 마라톤의 기록 향상과 발전과정의 기초 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 본 연구는 한국의 3대 마라톤 대회인 동아마라톤, 춘천마라톤, 중앙마라톤의 기록을 토대로 분석 하였으며, 한국 마라톤 기록과 세계마라톤 기록의 비교 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 세계 주요 마라톤 대회는 주체국이 우승하는 경우는 드물지만 최근 10년 이상 외국 선수들과 기록차이가 커지고 있는 것이 문제이다. 둘째, 올림픽 남 여 기록 비교에서는 남자가 1990년대까지 대등한 우승 기록 경쟁을 벌여왔지만 그 이후 20년 전 기록도 못 찾고 있으며 세계기록과 계속 큰 기록차이를 보이고 있다.

Global Warming Detected by Tree Rings from Mongolia

  • In the year 2000 we culminated a successful five year investigation of climate change by completing a preliminary east-west transect across Mongolia. An earlier tree-ring study at Tarvagatay Pass, Mongolia indicated unusual warming during the 20th century similar to other paleo-investigations of the northern hemisphere. This record had represented one of the few tree-ring records for central Asia. New data from several sites in western Mongolia confirmed the preliminary temperature. The highest twenty-year growth period for the composite record is from 1973-1994. The western Mongolian record was significantly correlated with the Taimyr Peninsula and two northern hemisphere temperature reconstructions reflecting large-scale temperature patterns while showing some important regional differences. These differences should prove useful for climate models. We have also developed a millennial length temperature-sensitive record at the Solongotyin Davaa site (formerly Tarvagatay Pass) using relict wood and living trees. Conspicuous features over the last 1000 years are a century scale temperature decline punctuated by the end of the Little Ice Age in the late-1800s and 20th century warming. The record also shows a cold period early in the 12th century and warm intervals late in the 10th, early in the 15th and at end of the 18th centuries. Despite a limited sample size before 900 AD, the long Solongotyin Davaa record is useful in indicating severe cold events and suggests some cold intervals nearly as severe. These tree ring series, spanning much of the circumpolar northern treeline, have been compiled to create a long-term reconstruction of the Earth's temperature over centuries. The new chronology, in addition to its value as a detailed record of Mongolian climate, provides independent corroboration for such hemispheric and global reconstructions and their indications of unusual warming during the 20th century.

아토피피부염 개인건강기록 어플리케이션 개발을 위한 전문가 집단 설문조사 연구 (A survey research to develope a personal health record application for atopic dermatitis in Korean medicine)

  • Objectives : We conducted a survey aimed at developing a personal health record application for the treatment of atopic dermatitis in Korean medicine .Methods : We conducted a survey on Korean medicine doctors who attended the Korean Medicine Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology and Dermatology conference 2016. The questionnaire was based on priority of usage of the diagnostic indices and tools, and intention to use the personal health record application for treatment of atopic dermatitis in the clinic.Results : Data were collected from 50 Korean medicine doctors. Ninety-six per cent of respondents replied that they were willing to use the personal health record application for treating atopic dermatitis. Among the diagnostic indices related to atopic dermatitis, Korean medicine doctors regarded the following as important in the order of priority, i.e., condition of skin, lifestyle, risk factors, symptoms other than those of skin, past history, family history and medical history, results of tongue, pulse, and abdomen investigation, and constitution. These results did not vary with the purpose of diagnosis, and the results were consistent with those obtained with the intention to use diagnostic. Over 50% of respondents replied that they use immunoglobulin E, scoring atopic dermatitis, and visual analogue scale among the diagnostic tools.Conclusions : Our survey was conducted on clinicians who are the intended users of the personal health record application for the treatment of atopic dermatitis; hence, the results of this study can be helpful for developing a useful personal health record application for atopic dermatitis in the clinic.

Correlation between sagittal condylar guidance angles obtained using radiographic and protrusive occlusal record methods

  • PURPOSE. This study compared the SCGAs measured in three types of radiographic images (panoramic, CBCT panoramic-section, and CBCT cross-section images) with values measured using the protrusive occlusal record. MATERIALS AND METHODS. SCGAs were measured in 20 patients on a semi-adjustable articulator using the protrusive interocclusal record. Panoramic and CBCT images were obtained. SCGAs were measured on CBCT images in panoramic and cross sections. In all of the radiographic images, SCGAs were measured using the Frankfort horizontal reference line and the mean curvature line. The most-superior and most-inferior points of the curvatures were identified to determine the mean curvature line. Each measurement was performed twice by two operators independently. The data were analyzed by the t-test, Pearson's correlation test, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ using SPSS (${\alpha}=.05$). RESULTS. The mean right and left SCGAs were as follows: protrusive occlusal record (30.1 and 30.2 degrees, respectively), panoramic (38.9 and 38.7 degrees), CBCT panoramic sections (35.4 and 36.8 degrees), and CBCT cross sections (35.3 and 36.1 degrees). The SCGAs differed significantly among the groups. The Pearson coefficients for the correlations with the protrusive occlusal record measurements on the left and right sides were as follows: panoramic (0.834 and 0.791, respectively), CBCT panoramic-section (0.918 and 0.837), and CBCT cross-section (0.918 and 0.845) images. CONCLUSION. Strong correlations were found between SCGAs obtained using radiographic images and the protrusive occlusal record.

Design of CCTV Enclosure Record Management System based on Blockchain

  • 본 연구에서는 공공 CCTV 함체 관리를 위한 블록체인 기반 함체기록 관리 시스템을 설계하였다. CCTV 영상 기록은 함체를 거쳐 관제센터까지 전송되기 때문에 영상기록의 변조 및 훼손 방지를 위한 함체 관리가 매우 중요하다. 최근 CCTV 함체 관리를 위해 실시간 원격 모니터링 및 개폐 상태 관리 기능을 갖춘 스마트 함체 모니터링 시스템을 사용하고 있으나 CCTV 영상기록의 안전성 확보에는 한계가 있다. 우리가 제안한 시스템은 함체기록을 블록체인에 분산 저장하여 해시값 비교를 통해 위조를 탐지하고 위조된 함체기록을 복구할 수 있다. 또한 관리서버가 수신하는 함체기록의 무결성을 확인할 수 있도록 무결성 검증 API를 제공하여 함체기록의 무결성을 보장한다. 제안 시스템의 효용성을 검증하기 위해 실험을 통해 무결성 검증 정확도와 소요시간을 측정하였다. 실험 결과 함체기록의 무결성(정확도: 100%)을 확인하였고, 검증 소요시간(평균: 73ms)이 모니터링에 영향을 미치지 않을 것으로 확인하였다.

Protege를 이용한 한의학의 구조화된 증상 입력을 위한 온톨로지 개발 (Building an Ontology for Structured Data Entry of Signs and Symptoms in Oriental Medicine)

  • To obtain both of the fast and complete data entry and the acquisition of reusable data in a Computer-based Patient Record system (CPR), we are building the ontology that is used by the entry supporting agents. Our application domain is Traditional Chinese Medicine. As the tool for the implementation, we used protege 2000 which is ontology building tool and provides frame knowledge representation language. In this paper, the construction methodology of our ontology is reported.

  • 현재 행정부서 지적계에서는 문서취급을 위한 데이타베이스만을 구축하고 있고, 그 외의 공시지가를 산정하기 위한 사항들은 직접 현장을 답사하여 기록하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 1개동을 모델 지역으로 선정하여 도형요소와 속성요소를 함께 처리하여 현황파악 뿐만 아니라 데이타베이스로 함께 볼 수 있도록 프로그램화하였다. 도형요소와 속성요소의 연결은 AutoCAD에서 만들었고 데이터베이스 구축시 AutoCAD 상에서의 한계로 인하여 독자적인 데이타베이스를 Clipper로 구축하여 AutoCAD와 Clipper의 데이타베이스를 AutoCAD의 메뉴파일에서 처리하여 연결하였다.
