Objectives: The objective of study is to investigate the influence of service and value quality satisfaction on revisit intention in orthodontic patients. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 230 orthodontic patients in Seoul, Daejeon, and Cheongju from July 1 to August 30, 2015. The contents of questionnaire included the general characteristics(6 item), quality of dental service(22 item), value(4 item), revisit intention(3 item), and satisfaction(3 item). The research tools were modified and supplemented by Han using Likert 5 points scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 program. Results: Quality of dental service was 3.88 points, value of dental service was 3.78 points, revisit intention was 4.06 points and satisfaction of dental service was 4.02 points. Conclusions: The quality of dental service was lower score than other scales. This results showed that it is necessary to increase the satisfaction in service quality in the orthodontic patients.
Objectives : This study purposed to identify factors related to dental service quality perceived by dental clinic patients, and for this purpose. Methods : The data conducted a questionnaire survey of 362 patients who had visited a dental clinic in Daejeon twice or more in August 2010 and aged over 20 during the period from the 1st to 31st of August 2010 and obtained results as follows. Results : The patients' general characteristics, perceived dental service quality was higher in older ones, married ones, high school or lower school graduates, civil servants, self-employed ones, and housewives, and the differences were statistically significant. according to the patients' dental clinic use characteristics, perceived dental service quality was higher when the stay in dental clinic was short, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions : Perceived dental service quality was related to the patients' general characteristics and dental clinic use characteristics. therefore, dentists and dental hygienists should make efforts to be more patient-oriented and to create pleasant dental care environment.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of general and oral health on quality of life in the elderly living alone and with family. Methods: We analyzed data from the $6^{th}$ Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Distribution of the elderly living alone and with family based on the general characteristics and general and oral health was analyzed using complex-sample chi-square tests. Multiple logistic regression was used to analyze the factors affecting quality of life by calculating the 95% confidence intervals. Results: In the elderly living alone, the quality of life significantly correlated with restriction of activity, perceived general and oral health status, perceived stress, and speech difficulties. Further, in the elderly living with family, lower quality of life significantly correlated with restriction of activity, perceived health status, walking days per week, life time smoking history, Community Periodontal Index, and chewing and speech difficulties. Conclusions: The elderly are concerned with self-maintenance of general and oral health. Therefore, systematic policies related to health services need to be developed and operated at the national level. It is especially necessary to take social interest in the elderly living alone and a more continuous and professional approach in their health care.
This paper examines the relationship between diversification and financial performance of community credit unions in Korea from 2011 to 2017. To do so, I employ fixed-effects panel analyses using credit union level panel data collected from the National Credit Union Federation of Korea. This study finds evidence that business diversification is likely to lower the ratio of troubled loans, which means improving asset quality of credit unions. However, the relationship between diversification and asset quality is not linear but nonlinear, which means over-diversification would have negative effects on asset quality. Next, diversification tends to increase profitability. Specifically, although diversification results in a rise in expenditures, an increase in profits made by diversification outweighs the rise in expenditures, which contributes to profitability. Put together, diversification would be a good business strategy to improve both profitability and asset quality. Given a result that fast loan growth deteriorates asset quality, credit unions' managers might adopt the diversification strategy to enhance asset quality, and not to pursue their own objectives motivated by moral hazards.
Background: With the rise in global mobility, aircraft indoor air quality has become a significant public health concern. This study focuses on the health implications of increased travel and bleed air-air drawn from aircraft engines for cabin pressurization and air conditioning. Objectives: This research aims to review the potential health effects related to exposure to aircraft cabin air, particularly the effects of bleed air during fume events. Methods: We conducted a literature review of existing studies on aircraft cabin air quality. We focused on both the immediate and health effects of exposure to cabin air, particularly those related to bleed air contaminants. Results: The review found a possible link between exposure to aircraft cabin air and certain health issues, especially in cabin crew and frequent flyers. There was an increased incidence of respiratory and neurological symptoms related to bleed air exposure. However, the cumulative health effects of frequent air travel remain inconclusive due to limited data. Conclusions: This study highlights the need for improving air quality in aircraft to protect public health. While further research is needed to understand the cumulative effects of frequent air travel, the reduction of exposure to bleed air contaminants should be a priority. These findings underline the need for regulatory changes and technological improvements in aircraft cabin air quality.
The purpose of this paper was to collect the information of textile and fashion trade show exhibiting such as the exhibition objectives, trade show selection criteria, reasons for not exhibiting, and exhibition performance. The data were collected from textile and fashion companies which participated in the Preview in Daegu or Seoul Fashion Sourcing Fair, or through the Research Company. The results showed that the most heavily weighted factor among reasons for not exhibiting was "high cost" and the most important exhibiting objective was "identifying the need and the preference of potential customers". "The quality and the quantity of sales lead" was ranked highly among exhibiting selection criteria. Also, the future of exhibition industry was also recognized positively and "effective PR and marketing activities" was assigned high importance among services provided by the organizer.
This study assessed the needs and aspirations for after-school programs for 421 employed mothers with a school-age child. Furthermore, 20 cases of after-school programs presently opened in Seoul and Kyungkido were analyzed and evaluated in terms of the factors related to quality of child care programs. A tentative after-school program model was developed on the basis of data from the assesment of parental requests and the evaluation of the present programs. The objectives of after-school programs, program activities, caregiver's role, group constellation, supervision of the programs, and care service time were discussed in the model.

The objectives of the paper are to develop the total maximum daily loads simulation system, TOLOS that is capable of estimation annual nonpoint source pollution from small watersheds, to monitor the hydrology and water quality of the Balhan HP#6 watershed, and to validate TOLOS with the field data.
Objectives: Through using of the strong research method like a Randomized Controlled Trial: RCT, we have to heighten quality of Medical Education study. I'd like to introduce "CONSORT", which stands for Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials. Contents: Preventive Service Task Force(200l) in USA proposed Levels of evidence for enlarging evidence-based Practice: EBP. And the CONSORT was introduced, which encompasses various initiatives developed by the CONSORT Group to alleviate the problems arising from inadequate reporting of randomized controlled trials (RCTs). the CONSORT has 13 guides like these: 1. How participants were allocated to interventions 2. Scientific background and explanation of rationale 3. Eligibility criteria for participants. The settings and locations where the data were collected. 4. Precise details of the interventions intended for each group and how and when they were actually administered 5. Specific objectives and hypotheses 6. Clearly defined primary and secondary outcome measures, When applicable. any methods to enhance the quality of measurements (e.g., multiple observations, training of assessors) 7. How sample size was determined. When applicable, explanation of any interim analyses and stopping rules 8. Method used to generate the random allocation sequence, Details of any restriction [of randomization] 9. Method used to implement the random allocation sequence 10. Who generated the allocation sequence, who enrolled participants. and who assigned participants to their groups 11. Whether or not participants, those administering the interventions, and those assessing the outcomes were blinded to group assignment. If done, how the success of blinding was evaluated 12. Statistical methods used to compare groups for primary outcome(s), Methods for additional analyses, such as subgroup analyses and adjusted analyses 13. Flow of participants through each stage (a diagram is strongly recommended) Specifically, for each group report the numbers of participants randomly assigned. receiving intended treatment, completing the study protocol. and analyzed for the primary outcome. Results and Conclusion: Randomized Controlled Trial: RCT guided of CONSORT will contribute to do stronger evidence-based medical studies.

Objectives: This study investigated how income, duration of illness, social stigma, quality of sleeping, ADL and social participation related to Parkinson's disease(PD) predict depression in a conceptual model based on the International Classification of Functioning(ICF) model. Methods: The sample included 206 adults with idiopathic Parkinson's disease(IPD) attending D university hospital in B Metro-politan City. A structured questionnaire was used and conducted face-to-face interviews. The collected data were analyzed for fitness, using the AMOS 18.0 program. Results: A path analysis showed that the overall model provided empirical evidence for linkages in the ICF model. Depression was manifested by significant direct effects of social stigma(${\beta}=.20$, p<.001), quality of sleeping(${\beta}=-.40$, p<.001), ADL(${\beta}=-.20$, p<.01), and social participation(${\beta}=-.12$, p<.05), indirect effects including income(p<.05), duration of illness(p<.05). These variables explained 45.9% of variance in the prediction model. Conclusions: This model may help nurses to collect and assess information to develop intervention program for depression.
