In this study used tank model and specific discharge to calculate low-flow of mountain basin and supply data that need in water resources plan. Low-flow is calculated byspecific discharge and area ratio method as resulted that calculate storage of low-flow by tank model was construed that showd all similar aspect. In judged to help in water resources plan establishment calculating low-flow using model to supplement uncertainty of observed data in that calculate of low-flow ungaged mountain area. It shows by economical and realistic plan until 12 years after development that run parallel and use economic performance analysis result valley flow and groundwater. But wide area water services and Chungju dam since 12 years onward was expose that is economic.

This plan is referred about linking the department of data processing at Pusan commercial high school with the faculty of management information at Kyungnam Junior College of Information & Technology. The purpose of this plan is educating students at knowledge and skill which reflected changed through development of information technology during the last decade effectively and woke them have ability of good management of future. The effect of this plan is a protection the extravagance by mutual overlaping the quality of education and inspiration the student's will to study by organization education. This research is performed by the purpose of orgarnizing & lingking curriculums and developing plan of management. After mutual comparise and analyze the 1999's curriculm of the department of data prove ssing at pusan commercial high school and the faculty of management information at Kyungnam Junior College of Information & Technology, and receive the holding processor's opinion that based on the aim of management information and direction of employment guidance. The model of curriculum is established like this table. Prepared curriculum model is prepared like this.

The purpose of this research is to write out vulnerability for western area in Jeju island by using drastic method which is the most frequently utilized among the writing techniques of underground water vulnerability. In case of aquifer, it was divided into two types, gravel layer or not and rated. And soil media was rated two kinds of method. Plan 1 is concerned with only soil class and plan 2 is concerned with soil class and gravels (or rocks), Vadose zone was rated differently according to the ratio of gravel layer. In case of plan 1, the scope of drastic index is from the minimum 77 to the maximum 176, on the other hand, plan 2, the scope of drastic index is from the minimum 79 to the maximum 182. In case of using the water quality data of Nitrate from 1994 to 2004, Pearson correlation coefficient are 0.164(Plan 1) and 0.124(Plan 2) and Spearman correlation coefficient are 0.132(Plan 1) and 0.113.

This study is to reveal the periodical form of the 4 staged building sites with the size and the site composition of the master plan and floor plan of the Ungjindan (altar) from the Ungjindan excavation works in 2011. In order to project the research results aiming to the purpose of the study, the basic study was done with collecting data about shrine architecture for its architectural characteristics and case studies with ancestral facilities such as the Ak hae dok (national-level ancestral ritual to the big mountain, ocean and river) to understand the exact form of the site plan and architectural composition elements through the general information and excavation status. In addition, with the current situation and information from the excavation works the planned measurement scale will be calculated in inference for the size of the construction by stages and speculate the floor plan composition of the shrine architecture.

A feature is well known as a medium to integrate CAD, CAPP and CAM systems. For a part drawing including both simple geometry and compound geometry, a process plan such as the selection of process, machine tool, cutting tool etc. normally needs simple geometry data and non-geometry data of the feature as the input. However, a extended process plan such as the generation of process sequence, operation sequence, jig & fixture, NC program etc. necessarily needs the compound geometry data as well as the simple geometry data and non-geometry data. In this paper, we propose a feature data model according to the result of analyzing necessary data, including the compound geometry data, the simple geometry data and the non-geometry data. Also, an example of the feature data model in milling process planning is described.

Many environmental destruction factors are accompanied in the mining development work and the secondary environmental disaster and the induction factors are inhered. We aquired digital data using aerial photogrammetry to analyze the terrain current situation according to the development situation of the mining restoration plan. We made the object area to 3D model and conducted terrian change monitoring. Then, we presented the decision-making information to improve rational management according to the original state plan.

This paper presented the development plan of voltage security on-line monitoring system (VSECOMs). VSECOMs consists of voltage security monitoring system and data management system. VSECOMs has the function of bus voltage watch. voltage stability analysis, and voltage security assessment. EMS data on-line acquisition, PSS/E file conversion, and overall data management. VSECOMs is designed with client/server structure. We will seek stable operation of KEPCO's power system by installation of VSECOMs in EMS of KEPCO.

Article 6 of the Landscape Act stipulates that "the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport establishes a basic landscape policy plan every five years in order to create a beautiful and pleasant landscape, discover and support excellent landscapes." This is a comprehensive plan for landscape policy, a national plan that presents basic directions and strategies for the formation and continuous management of excellent national landscape. The basic landscape policy plan is a plan established every five years. It is an action plan that establishes a medium-term strategy for landscape policy and proposes specific implementation plans. Landscape-related policies are established in various fields, such as the central and local governments, and the private sector, and are based on mutual cooperation. Local cities voluntarily establish basic landscape plans, but in terms of integration, there are few cases in connection with urban regeneration. However, when the existing city establishes the basic landscape plan, the effect will be doubled if a new city is comprehensively constructed in relation to urban regeneration from the overall aspect of the city. Therefore, this study aims to provide data so that a master landscape plan can be established by analyzing and synthesizing the problems of the existing city centering on Jeonju, a representative local city.

For research data to be shared without legal, financial and technical barriers in the Open Science era, data repositories must have the functional requirements asked by DMP and CoreTrustSeal. In order to derive functional requirements for the data repository, this study analyzed the Data Management Plan (DMP) and CoreTrustSeal, the criteria for certification of research data repositories. Deposit, Ethics, License, Discovery, Identification, Reuse, Security, Preservation, Accessibility, Availability, and (Meta) Data Quality, commonly required by DMP and CoreTrustSeal, were derived as functional requirements that should be implemented first in implementing data repositories. Confidentiality, Integrity, Reliability, Archiving, Technical Infrastructure, Documented Storage Procedure, Organizational Infrastructure, (Meta) Data Evaluation, and Policy functions were further derived from CoreTrustSeal. The functional requirements of the data repository derived from this study may be required as a key function when developing the repository. It is also believed that it could be used as a key item to introduce repository functions to researchers for depositing data.

With the introduction of the data-oriented plan for LTE service, one may concerned with the background of the ISP's policy in charging for LTE services. In this work we investigate the latest usage patterns of voice and data applications for customers over the current mobile network, via which we investigate why mobile operators introduced data-oriented plans. To be specific, we collected the real-field data for the volume of voice and data traffic from the LTE network before the data-oriented plans were introduced. From the collected data we compute the absolute volume as well as the proportion of voice and data applications. From these observations we infer mobile operators' reasoning behind the decision to introduce data-oriented plans with unlimited voice calls over the mobile network.
