도심의 정밀 모니터링을 위한 LiDAR 자료와 고해상영상의 융합 (the fusion of LiDAR Data and high resolution Image for the Precise Monitoring in Urban Areas)

  • The fusion of a different kind sensor is fusion of the obtained data by the respective independent technology. This is a important technology for the construction of 3D spatial information. particularly, information is variously realized by the fusion of LiDAR and mobile scanning system and digital map, fusion of LiDAR data and high resolution, LiDAR etc. This study is to generate union DEM and digital ortho image by the fusion of LiDAR data and high resolution image and monitor precisely topology, building, trees etc in urban areas using the union DEM and digital ortho image. using only the LiDAR data has some problems because it needs manual linearization and subjective reconstruction.

  • 본 논문은 최근 개발되는 헬기의 생존성 보장을 위하여 장착되는 센서체계에서 상호 독립적으로 수집된 센서 데이터의 융합 알고리즘 개발을 위하여 다양한 지식 기반의 데이터 융합 기법 등을 검토하였다. 이 논문에서는 다양한 데이터 융합기법 중에서 헬기 생존 계통 센서 체계의 데이터 응함에 유효한 대안이 될 수 있는 Bayesian Network를 이용한 지식 기반의 데이터 융합 기법 알고리즘을 설계하고 구현하였다.

  • For the satisfying performance of a oil lubricator, design of a oil controller for the system which meets the required specifications and its supporting hardware that keep their functioning is important. Among the hardware of a control system, oil system are most vulnerable to malfunction. Thus it is necessary to keep track of accurate and reliable oil readings for good fusion oil lubricator performance. In case of oil lubricator ,data loss, ssr trigger error faults, they are detected by examining the data system output values and the major values of the system, and then the faults are recognized by the analysis of symptoms of faults. If necessary electronic -sensor values are synthesized according to the types of faults, and then they are used for the controller instead of the raw data. In this paper, a fast-32bit cpu micorprocessor applied to the control of flexible link system with the sensor fault problems in the error module fer exact positioning to show the applicability. It is shown that the fusion oil lubricator can provide a satisfactory loop performance even when the sensor faults occure

  • This paper proposes a new method of sensor fusion of an ultrasonic sensor and a vision sensor at the sensor level. In general vision system, the vision system finds edges of objects. And in general ultrasonic system, the ultrasonic system finds absolute distance between robot and object. So, the method integrates data of two different types. The system makes perfect output for robot control in the end. But this paper does not propose only integrating a different kind of data but also fusion information which receives from different kind of sensors. This method has advantages which can simply embody algorithm and can control robot on real time.

  • In this paper, a development of the sensor fusion algorithm for a visual control of mobile robot is presented. The output data from the visual sensor include a time-lag due to the image processing computation. The sampling rate of the visual sensor is considerably low so that it should be used with other sensors to control fast motion. The main purpose of this paper is to develop a method which constitutes a sensor fusion system to give the optimal state estimates.   • The robots that will be needed in the near future are human-friendly robots that are able to coexist with humans and support humans effectively. To realize this, robot need to recognize his position and direction for intelligent performance in an unknown environment. And the mobile robots may navigate by means of a number of monitoring systems such as the sonar-sensing system or the visual-sensing system. Notice that in the conventional fusion schemes, the measurement is dependent on the current data sets only. Therefore, more of sensors are required to measure a certain physical parameter or to improve the accuracy of the measurement. However, in this research, instead of adding more sensors to the system, the temporal sequence of the data sets are stored and utilized for the accurate measurement. As a general approach of sensor fusion, a UT -Based Sensor Fusion(UTSF) scheme using Unscented Transformation(UT) is proposed for either joint or disjoint data structure and applied to the landmark identification for mobile robot navigation. Theoretical basis is illustrated by examples and the effectiveness is proved through the simulations and experiments. The newly proposed, UT-Based UTSF scheme is applied to the navigation of a mobile robot in an unstructured environment as well as structured environment, and its performance is verified by the computer simulation and the experiment.

정보융합 기법을 활용한 ADS-B 성능 개선 (The Performance Enhancement of Automatic Dependent Surveillance - Broadcast Using Information Fusion Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 차세대 항행시스템인 ADS-B (automatic dependent surveillance - broadcast)의 성능 개선을 위해, 정보융합 기법을 제안하였다. ADS-B는 기존의 레이더에 비해 성능이 우수하지만, GNSS (global navigation satellite system) 정보에 의존하기 때문에 GNSS가 가지는 오차가 ADS-B 데이터에 포함된다. 본 논문에서는 이런 오차를 극복하기 위해 ADS-B의 데이터에 MLAT(multilateration)와 WAM (wide area multilateration)의 데이터를 융합하여 ADS-B의 성능을 개선하였다. 정보융합을 하면 기존의 데이터에 비해 정확성이 우수한 데이터를 얻을 수 있다. 기존의 정보융합 기법은 부 필터로 칼만필터나 IMM 필터를 사용하지만, 제안된 기법에서는 Robust IMM 필터를 사용하여 항공기 위치추적 성능을 향상시켰다. 또한 실제 ADS-B 데이터를 사용하여 시뮬레이션 결과 대비 신뢰도를 높였다.

웹 매핑을 위한 융합 맵서버의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Fusion Map Server for Web Mapping)

  • 웹 매핑 환경에서 사용자가 요구하는 공간 데이터가 다수의 데이터 서버에 저장되어 있는 경우에, 하나 이상의 맵서버로 접근하여 데이터를 획득하고 그 결과를 통합해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 웹 매핑을 위해 융합 맵서버를 설계하고 구현한다. 제안된 융합 맵서버는 다음과 같은 세 가지의 특징을 가진다. 첫째, 다양한 사용자의 요구를 반영하기 위해 메타데이터를 개별화한다. 이를 이용하여 사용자는 자신이 원하는 형태의 통합 데이터를 획득할 수 있다. 둘째, 공간 데이터와 비공간 데이터의 통합을 지원하기 위하여 융합 서비스 개념을 도입한다. 마지막으로 이러한 융합 서비스를 보다 효율적으로 지원하기 위하여 동적 링킹 방법을 사용하여 실체화한다. 제안된 맵서버의 구현을 위하여 Publisher 클라이언트 맵서버 융합 맵서버를 각각 설계하고 구현하였으며 그 결과를 보인다.

메카트로닉스산업의 PC 융합 촉진을 위한 기술정책 방향 (Policy Directions for Boosting Fusion of PC in the Mechatronics Industry)

  • Since computerized numerical controller(CNC) emerged as a result of the fusion of the electronics technology and the mechanical technology, there has been continuous evolution of CNC technology in the mechatronics industry. The industry is recently developing a new control system based on the fusion of personal computer(PC) and CNC. Upgraded PC has now integrated into CNC, making various machines possible to exchange data, software and hardware, and to greatly improve man-machine interface. The fusion of PC and CNC can form a new paradigm in technological innovation of not only control system but also whole machinery industry in near the future. Korea lagged behind the developed countries in the development of open control system with the fusion of PC. Turbotek, Hyundai Motor and Daewoo are leading companies, but their commercial possibility seems to be low because domestic market is too small to reap a commercial benefit. Nevertheless, the development of the system is an essential step for Korea to embark on a future technological paradigm of the machinery industry. The government needs to play some role for the development, for instance, government R&D projects, institutional building and training of related technicians.

진동 및 전류신호의 데이터융합을 이용한 유도전동기의 결함진단 (Fault Diagnosis of Induction Motors Using Data Fusion of Vibration and Current Signals)

  • This paper presents an approach for the monitoring and detection of faults in induction machine by using data fusion technique and Dempster-Shafer theory Features are extracted from motor stator current and vibration signals. Neural network is trained and Hosted by the selected features of the measured data. The fusion of classification results from vibration and current classifiers increases the diagnostic accuracy. The efficiency of the proposed system is demonstrated by detecting motor electric and mechanical faults originated from the induction motors. The results of the test confirm that the proposed system has potential for real time application.
