웨딩드레스 점포의 정보 수집 및 활용에 관한 연구 -서울 지역을 중심으로- (A Study on the Collection and Utilization of Information by Wedding Dress Shops in Seoul)

  • The purpose of the study was to explore the information activities of wedding dress shops and how companies' characteristics (the number of business year and the location of shops) and information users'characteristics (the year of career) influenced on utilization of information (fashion information, market information and internal information). In addition, the study was to investigate ratings of the importance of the competitive means. The questionnaire was revised by the researchers on the base of preceding research studies after interviewing wedding dress industry workers and performing a pilot survey. The total l10 copies were distributed to the workers of the wedding shops located in the city of seoul. Fifty six copies from the shops in Kangnam area were returned, and 38 copies at Kangbuk area. For statistical analysis, one-way ANOVA and Duncan's tests were used. The results from the study are follow. 1. The heavily utilized fashion information was collected from international and domestic wedding magazine by the respondents for their merchandise and design planning. 2. According to the companies'characteristics (the number of business year and the location of shop), the 50∼10 year-old companies collected fashion information from international fashion shows, domestic wedding/fashion magazine reporters, and utilized sales data as internal information sources than any other companies. The shops in Kangnam area used international fashion information and market information on popular/unpopular goods more than other shops. 3. According to information users'characteristics (the year of career), the 3-5 year-experienced workers utilized domestic fabric converters as an information source, lists of popular/unpopular goods as well as future forecasting information as internal information more any other workers. 4. Dress design, fabrics and customer service before wedding were considered as very important competitive power by wedding shop workers.

과수용 농약방제복 소재 특성에 따른 인체생리반응에 관한 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Thermal Physiological Response in the Pesticide Proof Clothing Textile Materials for a Fruit-grower)

  • This study was to develope the pesticide-proof clothes(PPC) for fruit-grower which has been well known over applied agricultural chemicals. The ergonomic evaluation of PPC were tested in two ways. Male adults volunteered the tests to evaluate the safety to pesticide in the field and the thermal comforts in the climate-chamber($30^{\circ}C$, 60%R.H.). PPC were made of 4 different fabrics. Two of them were on the market(coated non-woven and coated nylon). Others were water-repellent treatment and coated waterproof film by developed polyester. The field study was conducted for farmers growing apples to evaluate pesticide exposure. In this experiment, we collected data with patch test on the head, chest, back, right upperarm, right forearm, left thigh and left calf. From the results, the developed PPC showed the more excellent comfort than an existing PPC with nylon coated polyurethane. But the developed PPC of water-repellent fabric was penetrated into the PPC. Therefore, we designed the functional pesticide-proof clothes of 2 different developed polyester fabrics(water-repellent treatment in chest, abdomen, the lower of back, waist, and calf; coated waterproof film in head, shoulder, the upper of back, the crotch, hip, upper arm and thigh).

  • 최근의 광 가입자 정합모듈은 매우 빠른 속도로 출현되는 다양한 서비스를 쉽고, 효율적으로 수용하기 위해 고성능의 상용 네트워크 프로세서 칩을 대부분 사용하고 있다. 지금까지 많은 밴더들이 2.5Gbps급 네트워크 프로세서를 상용화하였지만, IBM NP4GS3만 2.SGbps 이상의 우수한 패킷 처리성능을 지원한다. 그러나 IBM NP4GS3는 스위치 인터페이스로 고속 DASL(Data-Aligned Synchronous Link) 인터페이스를 사용하기 때문에, NP Forum에 의해 표준화된 CSIX-Ll인터페이스를 사용하는 스위치 패브릭과는 정합할 수가 없다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 IBM NP4GS3를 이용한 광 가입자 정합모듈이 표준화된 스위치 패브릭과 효율적으로 정합할 수 있도록 IBM 상용 UDASL칩과 UTOPIA-L3와 CSIX-Ll인터페이스를 상호 변환하는 FPGA를 이용한 연동 구조 및 패킷 제어방법에 대해 고찰해본다.

이영희의 의상작품에 응용된 한복의 요소 (Design Elements of the Korean Traditional Costume Applied in the Works of Lee Young-Hee)

  • The fashion designers in Korea can achieve the winning position in the competitive international market of fashion industry by adapting our own traditional beauty to the modem fashion design through the modernization of the Korean traditional styles. Therefore, this study attempted to analyze the works of the active Korean fashion designer, Lee Young-Hee, focusing on the subject how she incorporated the modem fashion with the elements of Korean traditional costume. In order to study this subject, both quantitative and qualitative research methods were used to collect and analyse the design elements of Korean costume used in the designer's works found from the major fashion magazines, FASHION TODAY, WWD, ELLE, BAZAAR, Marie Claire, Areumdown-Uri-Ot, The Beauty of Korea and FASHION SHOW from 1993 to 1999. The collected research data, 95 works, was counted and analyzed in terms of the formal characteristics borrowed from Korean traditional clothing items and their application techniques. Other aesthetic characteristics of her works such as color, fabric and pattern were also analyzed. As a result of the study, it was found that Lee Young-Hee has adapted many different kinds of major Korean clothing items including 'chima', 'paji', 'po', and 'chogori'. Also it was apparent to note that the formal characteristics of Korean traditional clothing items were successfully incorporated into her fashion design works expressing the beauty of oriental grace, naturalism, sophistication, and above all, the modem sense.

발열장치를 이용한 보온 기능성 스마트 파운데이션의 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of Smart Foundation with Heating Devices)

  • This research developed a smart girdle for adult women in their 20's that has an inserted carbon weaving heater to help with relief from coldness and abdominal disease through the thermal insulation effect. A pocket of powernet fabric was attached to the inside of the girdle for the easy insertion and separation of the heating device, while the heating device was fixed to a mesh material by cotton yarn and was wrapped with elastic lining material to prevent the mechanical devices from being exposed. A set of 3 hooks was attached to the center of the back of the heating device in consideration of convenience and mobility. Whereas the switch was inserted into around the right waistband, and the battery into the inner pocket around the waist, to integrate the heating device with the girdle. The satisfaction and usability of the fabricated smart girdle was verified by having research participants wear it to evaluate the appearance change caused by the device, the inconvenience of wearing/unwearing, mobility, and the satisfactory functionality of the device. As a result, the grand mean was evaluated to be high, with appearance (4.19), mobility (4.17), and functionality (4.51) being higher than 4.00; which indicates that the heat generation function of the smart girdle is effective. It may be said that such collection and analysis of data that reflect users' opinions have value and significance in that they can be grafted onto future research on new technology as well as they contribute to taking a step forward in the rapidly increasing research of smart clothing, with the new-type clothing equipped with new function.

편향 인장 및 트렐리스 시험에 의한 직물 복합재료의 면내 전단 물성 평가 (Characterization of In-plane Shear Behaviors of Woven Fabrics by Bias-extension and Trellis-frame Tests)

  • 서로 다른 길이비를 갖는 세 종류의 유리 직물 복합재료(평직, 균형능직, 비균형능직)의 면내 전단 물성 평가를 위해 편향인장 시험을 실시하였다. 직물 복합재료의 전단각을 결정하기 위하여 인장 변형량과 직물의 크기에 기인한 이론식, 직접측정법 및 이미지 분석법등을 이용하여 서로의 장단점을 비교하여 보았으며, 편향 인장 시험의 기하구조를 이용하여 유도된 식을 통해 면내 전단력을 계산하였다. 또한 트렐리스 시험(trellis-frame test)에 의한 결과와의 비교를 통해 편향 인장 시험에 의한 전단 물성 측정법의 정확도를 평가하였다. 실험 결과, 이론식에 의한 전단각 계산법은 전단각이 30도 이내일 경우에 이미지를 통한 직접 측정의 결과와 유사하였으며, 면내 전단력은 평직이나 균형 능직과 같은 등방형 직물의 경우에만 측정 샘플의 길이비에 무관한 균일한 결과를 보였다. 또한 편향 인장 시험과 트렐리스 시험 모두 비등방성이 큰 직물에 대한 전단 평가를 수행하는 데 있어서 많은 편차를 나타내었다.

안나 수이 컬렉션에 나타난 에스닉 스타일에 관한 연구 (Study on Ethnic Style Shown in Anna Sui's Collections)

  • Modern society shares new culture derived from the fusion of various cultures unlike the past culture regulating one phenomenon of certain field as the representative icon of the era. Especially, the phenomenon of globalization acts as the catalytic agent to receive coexistence of variousness easily. Especially, in fashion industry, these flows and the view of naturalism are harmonized and new fashion trend called 'Ethnic' was embossed. As it reflects internal spirit of human being that wants to return to the memory due to expansion of material civilization, the interest in the designer pursuing it is increasing. This study tries to consider the Ethnic style displayed by Chinese American designer, Anna Sui, who pursues the eastern style with full wit and individuality. Anna Sui, who was praised by New York Times for 'the superb harmony of houte couture style and up-to-date style', created another fashion trend, romanticism in New York and she is the worldwide designer representing Ethnic. Like it, the consideration on her Ethnic style reanalyzing as eastern style provides guidance to check how designer's fashion philosophy appears in one category of America and China and new study material that enables us to understand the third world culture code as well as Anna Sui. This confirmation has the meaning as the basic material for the endless challenge to the new style that fashion will go on in the future. Anna Sui was confirmed to have been recognized as a designer who represented the ethnic collection in the United States, exerting the influence with her unique oriental background. Moreover, her design could identify the pivotal point of ethnic image by developing her unique style which is distinct from other designers in terms of silhouette, color, fabric, detail, and so on. This kind of study can provide the basic data required to understand the fashion world of designer in the future.

FPGA 임베디드 프로세서 시스템을 사용한 실시간 SONAR 선호 디스플레이 시스템의 구현 (An Implementation of Real-Time SONAR Signal Display System using the FPGA Embedded Processor System)

  • 선박이나 함정에서 일반적으로 사용되는 SONAR 신호용 CRT 모니터 디스플레이 시스템은 벡터 주사 방식을 사용한다. 그래서 시스템의 처리회로가 복잡하고, 부품 생산이 폐쇄되어 부품 수급이 어렵고 가격이 고가이다. FPGA 기반 임베디드 프로세서 시스템은 회로를 단순화함과 더불어 코어설계를 쉽게 재구성함으로써 각종 응용 적용에 유연하고, 저가격대로 고속 성능을 제공한다. 본 논문은 기존 CRT시스템의 문제점을 극복하기 위해서 FPGA 임베디드 프로세서 시스템을 사용하여 SONAR 신호 LCD 디스플레이 시스템을 구현하였다. 제안한 접근법은 기존 시스템에 비해 X-Y 편향과 CRT 제어 블록을 FPGA 임베디드 프로세서 시스템으로 대체함으로써 시스템 구성의 단순성과 유연성을 확보할 수 있고, 또한 저가격화를 가능하게 한다. 구현된 시스템은 SONAR 신호를 실시간으로 획득하고 LCD에 디스플레이하는 것이 가능하다.

20~30대 여성 등산객의 등산복 착용실태 조사연구 (A Study on the Suitability of Outdoor Wear among Female Trekkers in Their Twenties and Thirties)

  • This study investigates the suitability of outdoor wear among female trekkers in their twenties or thirties and provides data for developing outdoor wear more suitable for young females. Recently climbing has gained popularity as a leisure activity to enjoy the beauty of nature that increases physical and mental stamina. A survey was conducted on 304 female consumers in their twenties and thirties who enjoyed climbing in order to investigate the suitability of outdoor wear among young female consumers. The questionnaire covered the subjects' demographic information, duration and goal of climbing, purchase and suitability of outdoor wear, and preferred design for outdoor wear. As for the yearly situations, when they utilized outdoor wear, the biggest number of respondents chose "autumn" as the season for climbing. Most of the respondents were non-professional trekkers who enjoyed climbing as a hobby or for health. As for the size, the upper garment was 90 and 85 in the order, and the lower garment was 70 and 67 in the order. The pants were the most common item they owned, followed by round T-shirts, windbreaker jackets, zipup T-shirts, and waterproof jackets. They mentioned moisture absorption and dry fabric breathability as the basic functions required of outdoor wear. The subjects displayed a preference for partial details under the design category. They most preferred the hood-type jacket with a detachable stand collar, the sleeve hem with a partial rubber band and velcro strap, a T-shirt with a stand color and zipper, the waist fit with proper room, pants with a partial rubber band waist, and straight silhouette pants.

자동차 시트커버의 만족도와 고급감 (Satisfaction and Luxuriousness for Car Seat Covers)

  • This study surveys the usage and satisfaction of car seat covers, analyzes the satisfaction and luxuriousness of materials used and provides basic data on optimum car seat covers that improve consumer satisfaction, stability, and comfort, while driving. The survey was conducted on 150 people in their 20s to 60s with a car. Consequently, achromatic colored car seat covers were used most and the satisfaction with black was very high. Interior & exterior harmony and the pursued car image were considered important, this consumer psychology impacted the color selection for car seat covers. The satisfaction reasons were different according to materials. Genuine leather was highly regarded in interior & exterior harmony (20.8%), excellent seat sensation (17.7%), excellent tactile sensation (11.5%), and luxuriousness (8.5%). For artificial leather, interior & exterior harmony (16.5%) and easiness of stain removal (13.6%) was rated high and fabric had excellent seat sensation (12.3%) and economics (10.8%). The material, heated and ventilated device affected car seat cover satisfaction. The luxurious image of car seat covers was pursed and was perceived mainly with a sense of sight. Luxury car seat covers were mainly created with materials. Genuine leather and black car seat covers increased luxuriousness. For car seat covers, those with flexibility, excellent compressive elasticity, and thickness were perceived as luxurious.
