  • Main function of distribution automation system can be summarized as feeder automation, telemetering, load control and facility information management. But in most cases, one or two of the above mentioned functions are developed in one distribution automation system. Which function to be developed in the automation system depends on the distribution system's characteristics. The title KODAS means $\underline{KO}$rea $\underline{D}$istribution $\underline{A}$utomation $\underline{S}$ystem. Management Korea for KODAS is central control station of distribution system, which is composed of several substations. This paper describes computer system, software tools, data base design data acqusition scheme and information flow.

  • Purpose - This study attempts to examine the new concept of mobile internet users' lifestyles through empirical analyses based on the i-VALS concept study that had classified the VALS program, among others, aiming at internet users. Research design, data, and methodology - A total of 300 questionnaire copies were distributed, of which 273 were collected; only 244 were used for the empirical study after excluding some inappropriate or unusable ones. To analyze the data collected, the SPSS/WIN 19.0 statistical package was used, and the lifestyles of mobile internet users were reclassified after analyzing the reliability and validity of the responses. Results - The study involved the empirical analyses of the new concept of the mobile internet users' lifestyles based on the i-VALS concept study, of which the subjects were internet users. Conclusion - It is possible to provide enterprises with more systematic and objective fundamental data based on the characteristics of mobile internet users' lifestyles, to help enterprises with their establishment of market segmentation strategies for promoting mobile shopping in the future.

  • It is most important for distribution center in retail business to delivery commodities in a timely manner. Accordingly, many companies try to make distribution center effective using the Warehouse Management System(WMS) integrated legacy system. Also, the Customer Relationship Management(CRM) is the most typical paradigm in management lately. Even though the WMS and CRM are independent system of each other, WMS, coupled with CRM makes customer satisfied more effectively. In this paper, we proposed the methodology for inventory location after analyzing and applying customer buying pattern data in the CRM through the MBA(Market Basket Analysis), which is part of data mining. We used an example modeling a real distribution center in retail through a 3D simulation tool and examined correlation between commodities using customer buying pattern. After that, we applied it to the inventory location system through the MBA in an example. Finally, we identified decrease in the time for picking, which is the majority of distribution center. Besides, we proposed a simulation methodology before applying new methodology. Consequently, it removes potential errors in advance and makes a optimized inventory location system.

  • Purpose: This study has three main purposes: first, to examine the effect of transactional leadership on knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior. Second, to examine the effect of knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior. Third, to examine the mediating role of knowledge sharing in the relationship between transactional leadership and innovative work behavior. Research design, data and methodology: The quantitative method is considered appropriate for this study, and a questionnaire is used to collect data from a total of 107 employees who participated in the study. The SmartPLS-SEM version 3.0 is used to analyze data. Results: The results reveal that transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing. However, transactional leadership directly has no significant effect on innovative work behavior. In addition, knowledge sharing positively and significantly affects innovative work behavior. This finding demonstrates that knowledge sharing becomes an essential mediator of transactional leadership and innovative work behavior in distribution market. Conclusions: This study makes a novel contribution by unboxing the limited understanding of the effect of transactional leadership on innovative work behavior mediated by knowledge sharing in the lens of social exchange theory. Also, this study highlights that transactional leader develops bonding and willingness among employees to share their knowledge to foster innovative work behavior.

  • A role of Distribution Automation System(DAS) is required to be changed from observing and control to complex and various new system including functions which monitoring, control, prediction, operation and management of EMS type according to be gradually Smart Grid of distribution operation system for development of further power system industrial. IEC(International Electrotechnical Commission) published communication standards which interface and data model of distribution operation system to IEC 61968 and of host system like EMS(Energy Management System) to IEC 61970. So far, each standards are emphasizing themselves, but if they are applied by designed integration of the standards, it could be more efficiency system. So, in this paper, integration application of IEC standards and structure of further distribution operation system to use them are proposed by gradually increasing importance of communication protocols, functions and roles in further distribution management system considering Smart Grid.

  • Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of gender diversity and institutional ownership on earnings management in distribution industry sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2018. Research design, data and methodology: This research is case study research, where the population in this study are all distribution sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2018. The sample selection technique used was purposive sampling and obtained 74 companies with the 2017-2018 research period. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study, using Stata 17. Results: The results of this study indicate that: 1) Gender diversity has a negative effect on earnings management. 2) Institutional ownership has a negative effect on earnings management. Conclusions: This study contributes to the agency theory where gender diversity and institutional ownership can reduce the agency conflict that the shrinkage of earnings management. These results indicate that companies in which there are female directors will reduce earnings management practices, this is due to the attitude of female directors who tend to avoid risk. The results also show that institutional ownership will also lead to reduced levels of earnings management, because institutional investors will increase its oversight of the company.

Research design, data, and methodology - The sample consisted of 312 company-years from companies in the pharmaceutical distribution industry listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. A study period from 2004 to 2014 was selected. In this study, a model for measuring the performance of the net profits to total assets of a division of Jones was used to measure earnings management. Results - This study found a negative correlation between corporate performance and earnings management. Conclusions - The results for the earnings management company indicated a significant inverse relationship. Therefore, the company's performance weakened as its earnings management activity increased. In other words, the results showed that the company's performance-based accruals earnings management, the actual management of profits, and the general level of earnings management had significant inverse relationships. Thus, as the company's profits declined, earnings management activity increased.

  • In this paper, we develop the reference priors for the scale and shape parameters in the nonregular Pareto distribution. We derive the reference priors as noninformative priors and prove the propriety of joint posterior distribution under the general priors including reference priors in the order of inferential importance. Through the simulation study, we compare the reference priors with respect to coverage probabilities of parameter of interest in a frequentist sense.

Research design, data and methodology: This study used a non-probability sampling technique. The questionnaire was distributed through an online platform and obtained 225 respondents. The data acquired from the respondents used SPSS 23 and AMOSS 21 to process the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Results: The results of this study stated that attitudes and intentions toward online purchases were influenced by delivery speed and trust. The results also stated that the perception of web quality positively influenced trust. On the other hand, shipping tracking, people's importance to consumers, and online reviews had no significant effects on online purchasing attitudes. • The environment of automobile industry in the world is rapidly changing. It is changing of high oil price, technology, environment and construction of competition by newly rising an economic district. Automobile company is focusing on three issue because they want to reinforce competition of automobile industry in the world. That is innovation of production profit management through quality management and Lean. Chance of success is separated in R&D, providing distribution, manufacture, distribution, selling in automobile industry. Emphasis on development process, distribution process, manufacture process, circulation and selling process for strengthening the competitiveness and guarantee. In this thesis, we try to analysis the data set period of automobile production by using survival analysis. While using mean comparison of general statistics commit mistakes, survival analysis can used for including censored data in order to heighten analysis efficiency.
