In order to prevent the further spread of the COVID-19 virus in big cities, this paper proposes a semantic diagnosis and tracking system based on Linked Data through the cluster analysis of the infection situation in Seoul, South Korea. This paper is mainly composed of three sections, information of infected people in Seoul is collected for the cluster analysis, important infected patient attributes are extracted to establish a diagnostic model based on random forest, and a tracking system based on Linked Data is designed and implemented. Experimental results show that the accuracy of our diagnostic model is more than 80%. Moreover, our tracking system is more flexible and open than existing systems and supports semantic queries.

A small sized device with computing, communicating, sensing capability is changing our life. It will be deployed in the world and acquire a lot of data from the world. It is used for various applications such as military surveillance, environmental monitoring, structure health monitoring, building management, asset tracking, etc. In this paper we focus on USN middleware for asset tracking. A mobile asset is moving here and there within a specific area. The USN middleware tracks the mobile assets in real-time by using sensor nodes and notify their current positions to a user. To achieve the goal, the USN middleware provides some features related to the positions of mobile assets.. They are storing location data by using 3D indexing method, retrieving them by using spatio-temporal query, making trace of an asset, and retrieving the history data of an asset. In the paper, we developed USN middleware to adapt the requirements of asset tracking. It can help users increase the efficiency of their business related to mobile assets and make a valuable decision.

This study performed precision instrument landing procedures for pilots with a commercial pilot license using VR HMD flight simulators, and assuming that the center of the pilot's gaze is in the front, 3-D.O.F. head tracking data and 2-D eye tracking of VR HMD worn by pilots gaze tracking was performed through. After that, AOI (Area of Interesting) was set for the instrument panel and external field of view of the cockpit to analyze how the pilot's gaze was distributed before and after the decision altitude. At the same time, the landing results were analyzed using the Localizer and G/S data as the pilot's precision instrument landing flight data. As a result, the pilot was quantitatively evaluated by reflecting the gaze tracking and the resulting landing result using a VR HMD simulator.
For the target tracking in cluttered environment using a bistatic sonar whose transmitter and receiver are separately positioned, it is necessary to use data association algorithm via applying a proper measurement modelling to the bistatic sonar. The measurements obtained from the interval of ownship's maneuver have an increased error due to uncertainty of the position of transmitter and receiver. Using the measurements from this interval results in poor target tracking performance. In this paper, an improved tracking performance for the proposed data association based multiple model algorithm is validated by a monte carlo simulation.
Analysis and Tracking of bug reports is a challenging field in software repositories mining. It is one of the fundamental ways to explores a large amount of data acquired from defect tracking systems to discover patterns and valuable knowledge about the process of bug triaging. Furthermore, bug data is publically accessible and available of the following systems, such as Bugzilla and JIRA. Moreover, with robust machine learning (ML) techniques, it is quite possible to process and analyze a massive amount of data for extracting underlying patterns, knowledge, and insights. Therefore, it is an interesting area to propose innovative and robust solutions to analyze and track bug reports originating from different open source projects, including Mozilla and Eclipse. This research study presents an ML-based classification model to analyze and track bug defects for enhancing software engineering management (SEM) processes. In this work, Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Naive Bayesian (NB) classifiers are implemented using open-source bug datasets, such as Mozilla and Eclipse. Furthermore, different evaluation measures are employed to analyze and evaluate the experimental results. Moreover, a comparative analysis is given to compare the experimental results of ANN with NB. The experimental results indicate that the ANN achieved high accuracy compared to the NB. The proposed research study will enhance SEM processes and contribute to the body of knowledge of the data mining field.
NARO Space Center is being developed as a national project for the Korea Space Development Program. This paper proposes an automatic tracking control algorithm for efficiency improvement of photovoltaic generation. Increasing the power of PV systems should improve the efficiency of solar cells or the power condition system. The normal alignment of the PV module always have to run perpendicular to the sun's rays. The solar tracking system, able to improve the efficiency of the PV system, was initiated by applying that to the PV power plant. The tracking system of conventional PV power plant has been studied with regard to the tracking accuracy of the solar cells. Power generation efficiency were increased by aligning the cells for maximum exposure to the sun's rays. Using a perpendicular position facilitated optimum condition. However, there is a problem about the reliability of tracking systems unable to not track the sun correctly during environmental variations. Therefore, a novel control algorithm needs to improve the generation efficiency of the PV systems and reduce the loss of generation. This control algorithm is the proposed automatic tracking algorithm in this paper. Automatic tracking control is combined the sensor and program method for robust control in environment changing condition. This tracking system includes the insolation, rain sensor and anemometer for climate environment changing. Proposed algorithm in this paper, is compared to performance of conventional tracking control algorithm in variative insolation condition. And prove the validity of proposed algorithm through the experimental data.

A Vehicle Tracking System consists of GPS tracking device which fits into the vehicle and captures the GPS location information at regular intervals to a central GIS server, and GIS tracking server providing three major responsibilities: receiving data from the GPS tracking unit, securely storing it, and serving this information on demand of the user. GPS based tracking systems supporting a multi-session processing among RMA, RM, and RCP can make a quick response to various services including other vehicle information between RSU and OBU on demand of the user. In this paper we design RSU lower layers and RCP applications in OBU for a multisession processing simulation and test message processing transactions among RMA-RM and RM-RCP. Furthermore, we implement the additional functions of handling access commands simultaneously on multiple service resources which are appropriate for the experimental testing conditions. In order to make a multi-session processing test, it reads 30 resource data,0002/0001 ~ 0002/0030, in total and then occurs 30 session data transmissions simultaneously. We insert a sequence number field into a special header of dummy data as a corresponding response to check that the messages are received correctly. Thus, we find that GIS service system with a multi-session processing is able to provide additional 30 services in a same speed of screen presentation loading while identifying the number of session processing of Web GIS service, the number of OBU service, and the speed of screen presentation loading by comparing a single session and a multi-session of GIS service system.
The purpose of this study was to develop and test an eye tracker focusing on early childhood participants, based on the characteristics of early childhood eye tracking studies. Eye tracking collects eye movement data of the subject, which provides scientific evidence of human cognition and thinking. The researcher built a Do It Yourself eye tracker camera module from general electronic components, and used Viewpoint analysis software from Arrington Research. The researcher compared the eye tracking data between the DIY eye tracker group and Tobii Pro eye tracker group, which provides a professional eye tracking system. Eye tracking data was collected from 52 five-year old children. The average proportion of valid trials between the two groups was compared with t test, and no significant difference was found. This result indicates that the DIY eye tracker can be used to collect valid eye tracking data from young children under certain research environment.
