The purpose of this study was to investigate the wearing condition according to different basic slacks'patterns and to provide fundamental data on structuring slacks' pattern using the multi-dimensional measuring method. 3 different kinds of basic slacks' patterns (A, B, C) were used and cross-sectional measurements of 6 parts were analysed. The results were as follows; 1) It revealed that the girth of waist, hip and thigh effected the degree of ease amounts. 2) Moira pattern shape fully supported that the considerable body parts affected the change of ease amounts. 3) Basic pattern A was usually expected to be suitable for standard-sized or unmarried women who had not experienced body-type change. 4) Basic pattern B and C were suitable for large-sized or married women whose body·type had changed. Therefore the crotch length and depth, gredient of center back line has to be set up accurately.

Business Rules are formal statements about the data and processes of an enterprise. They present projections of the organization's constraints and ways of working on their supporting information systems. Therefore, their collection, structuring and organization should be central activities within information systems. In an enterprise, business rules are used to represent certain aspects of a business domain (static rules) or business policy (dynamic rules). Hence, regarding problem domains in the organization, business rules are classified into two groups: static and dynamic business rules. The paper introduces a new concept of business rules, Extended Dynamic Business Rule (EDBR) which contains the results of the occurrence of business rule's action. The focus of this paper is in the organizing, defining and modeling of such business rules using Mineau's approach. Mineau's approach is an extension of Sowa's Conceptual Graph theory.

The objective of this paper is to introduce to development of resource planning system of footwear manufacturing. The system development is to be done separately by module and each of which makes interface possible. And the final goal of the system development is to combine those modules to be ERP system covering all works from order to make, shipment, accounting. First, in this case study, introduce analysis of existing business flow and design of standard business process for development of systems. Second, describe in and out of the standard business process for shoes production and information management. Third, basic structure and design of the total system flow, configuration of completed 6 sub-systems of developing total 13 sub-system are presented. Fourth, function of software modules and principal algorithm and basic data structuring techniques o the 6 sub-systems are explained. Finally, hereafter implementation and development plans are presented.

The hot embossing process has been mentioned as one of major nanoreplication techniques. This is due to its simple process, low cost, high replication fidelity and relatively high throughput. As the initial step of quantitating the embossing process , simple parametric study about embossing time have been carried out using high-resolution masters which patterned by the DRIE process and laser machining. Under the various embossing time, the viscous flow of thin PMMA films into microcavities during compression force has been investigated. Also, a study about simulating the viscous flow during embossing process has planned and continuum scale FDM analysis was applied on this simulation. With currently available test data and condition, simple FDM analysis using FLOW3D was made attempt to match simulation and experiment.

Today, It is difficult to search the various and numerous information efficiently. For this reason, Semantic Web emerged to provide searching services more easily through the structuring of a variety of unstructured format data and the definition of meaningful relationships between information. Especially, definition of relationship and meaning among resources is significant to share and infer related information. Ontology modeling plays just that role. Weapon parts development information is unstructured and dispersed all over. There are many difficulties in finding desired information, leading to getting improper outcomes. In this paper, we present an intuitive ontology model with weapon parts development information including the multi-dimensional information analysis and expansion of the relevant information. This study build up a ontology model through creating class and hierarchy about parts information and defining the properties of classes with Ontology Development 101[1] procedures using Protégé tools. The ontology model provides users with a platform on which search of needed information can be easy and efficient.

In this paper, I propose the wavelet image coding method using band adaptive quantization and the significant cluster extraction. The proposed method can reduce to unnecessary additional seed data which create on conventional MRWD coding, because it eliminate cluster which smaller than structuring element by using morphology. And it make fast coding possible, because it is reduced to computational complexity by using band adaptive quantization. Consequently, the proposed method reduces computational complexity with $20\%{\~}33.3\%$ according to bit rate in quantization process.

An organizational performance measurement practice is a function of performance measurement system and performance management system they are currently employing, and its quality is determined by evaluating the followings in a comprehensive manner: first, if they are measuring right things; second, if they are measuring in a right way; third, if they are actively facilitating a process of data collection, structuring, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination; and fourth, if they are using performance measurement results for the primary purposes of performance measurement. This study proposes a diagnostic framework for evaluating the performance measurement practices of public broadcasting which include the qualities of performance measurement and performance management, and develop a structured questionnaire for that purpose. The framework proposed in this study does not serve only as a useful tool for public broadcasting to revise their respective performance measures and performance measurement systems, but it also make their respective performance measurement practices a strategic management tool as well as an operational management one.

This article is an overview of the digital library project, indicating what roles Korea's diverse digital collections may play. Our digital library prototype has simple architecture, consisting of digital repositories, filters, indexing and searching, and clients. Digital repositories include various types of materials and databases. The role of filters is to recognize a format of a document collection and mark the structural components of each of its documents, We are using a database management system (ORACLE and ConText) supporting user-defined functions and access methods that allows us to easily incorporate new object analysis, structuring, and indexing technology into a repository.

This research presents about an expert estimation method to develop a HEMU Original Form of streamline nose. It has difficult part to check to the thought of the designer. We presented the course to extract the Original Form through the form data base this part. But it is the form to be extract in logical method. It is important both intuitional part and sensual part of designer in the course which the form is developed innovative. We extract the factor of the innovation which the experts consider who a sensual brain activity is special and the experience degree is high. We do the structuring the estimation system. And than, we made the method to apply at the practical affairs.

The purpose of this study is to examine the academic foundation of developmental rehabilitation, and the main context and criteria of the review were based on lifelong education for individuals with disabilities. As for the research method, expert consultation was formed based on literature analysis. The contents of the study presented structuring career roadmaps for individuals with developmental disabilities, establishing subject-extracurricular standards for lifelong education curriculum, adult-centered teaching and learning evidence-based practices, job majors, and data-based ILEP document certification. As a result of the study, developmental rehabilitation was valuable as an academic basis for establishing a major foundation for lifelong education for individuals with disabilities, and could be understood as a field deeply applied by convergent nature through special education, rehabilitation science, and social welfare.
