  • The research sees the catenary dropper clamp using a test equipment which is using actual sample in the field. This test helps the quality improvement of material. For raising the reliability of data, classified it by type and tests especially in the multiple sample but it was under testing in the sample of decimal at circumstance. From the accuracy side of research data it was insufficient because the dropper clamp was in small quantity but it contributes in quality of material improvement. The quality of material data which it gets with spectroscopic was not accurate so hereafter it needs to follow wet analysis and precise analysis to join in the test which is detailed comes to accomplish with the data accuracy.

  • The problem of trend change in the failure rate is great interest in the reliability and survival analysis. In this paper we develop a test statistic for testing whether or not the failure rate changes its trend using random censored data. The asymptotic normality of the test statistic is established. The efficiency values of loss due to censoring are discussed.

  • Reliability test is focusing to detect the unexpected reliability failure and solve them for the high quality of products. The test data should be used to assess and project the current level of interesting product reliability and so it is very important to have the accurately assessing methodology with test data. There are two type of trend for test data as constant and changing one during testing and this paper shows the difference in the assessing results of these two cases. There is less information how to define the existence of reliability growth rate changing and calculate the parameters of the reliability growth models to make an accurate assessment with such condition, so i established the process and mathematical model to calculate the parameters at such condition to make reliability growth curve with high Goodness of Fit. I validated the new method with the data made from Monte Carlo Simulation and case from Demko (1993). Even the assessed result with the new methodology may be different with the case by case because of very diversity in test condition and testing product quality, but the process and method founded in this research can be applied to any case using Duane and AMSAA model for their test data assessment. I also present the evaluation method to see the effectiveness with new one which is a conventional knowledge and not popular to use, so it is possible to compare the results with the newly presented and conventional method for better business decision.

  • The number of confine-disease of elevator increases every year and then sudden rise, sudden stop, error of level indication, stand; those can bring to uneasiness of elevator passenger and malfunction accidents related life accident are increasing. For confirmation those malfunction accident, we are measuring and analyzing power quality(Sag, Interruption, Harmonic) of the actual site and evaluated the performance for stop and stating by testing the two imitation test equipment with EN12016(2004) standard level. This paper will be used data of the analysis for mutual relation between Power Quality and malfunction and fault of elevator.

Applying a Forced Censoring Technique with Accelerated Modeling for Improving Estimation of Extremely Small Percentiles of Strengths

  • Many real world cases in material failure analysis do not follow perfectly the normal distribution. Forcing of the normality assumption may lead to inaccurate predictions and poor product quality. We examine the failure process of the internal bond (IB or tensile strength) of medium density fiberboard (MDF). We propose a forced censoring technique that closer fits the lower tails of strength distributions and better estimates extremely smaller percentiles, which may be valuable to continuous quality improvement initiatives. Further analyses are performed to build an accelerated common-shaped Weibull model for different product types using the $JMP^{(R)}$ Survival and Reliability platform. In this paper, a forced censoring technique is implemented for the first time as a software module, using $JMP^{(R)}$ Scripting Language (JSL) to expedite data processing, which is crucial for real-time manufacturing settings. Also, we use JSL to automate the task of fitting an accelerated Weibull model and testing model homogeneity in the shape parameter. Finally, a package script is written to readily provide field engineers customized reporting for model visualization, parameter estimation, and percentile forecasting. Our approach may be more accurate for product conformance evaluation, plus help reduce the cost of destructive testing and data management due to reduced frequency of testing. It may also be valuable for preventing field failure and improved product safety even when destructive testing is not reduced by yielding higher precision intervals at the same confidence level.

아이오와 주 교통국의 FWD 네트워크 레벨 조사 프로토콜을 위한 최소 하중 재하 수와 조사지점 수의 결정 (Investigation of Minimum Number of Drop Levels and Test Points for FWD Network-Level Testing Protocol in Iowa Department of Transportation)

  • 2007년부터 아이오와 주 교통국에서는 고속도로와 국도에서 FWD 장비를 이용하여 네트워크 레벨에 필요한 조사를 실시하였고 처짐 자료와 포장 구조분석 결과를 데이터베이스로 구축하는 작업을 시작하였다. 축적된 데이터베이스에 정보는 포장에 구조적 문제점을 발견하고 포장에 잔류 공용수명을 예측하여 포장에 유지보수 시점을 결정하는데 사용한다. 현재 아이오와 주 교통국에서 사용하고 있는 FWD 네트워크 레벨 조사 프로토콜은 포장 표면에 3번에 하중을 각각 재하하여 8개에 지오폰으로부터 측정한 처짐량을 이용, 역 계산을 통해 포장구조 해석을 수행하고 있으며 조사지점 수는 조사하는 도로의 구간 길이에 따라 결정하고 있다. 그러나, 현재 사용하고 있은 FWD 네트워크 레벨 조사 프로토콜은 1년 동안 아이오와 주 전체 도로 네트워크에 약 20%만을 조사할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 해마다 아이오와 주 도로 네트워크에 20% 이상을 조사하기 위해서는 현재 사용하고 있는 FWD 네트워크 레벨 조사 프로토콜을 간소화해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에 목적은 현재 사용하고 있는 FWD 네트워크 레벨 조사 프로토콜에서 FWD 측정 데이터에 영향을 미치지 않는 범위내에서 최소 하중 재하 수와 조사지점 수를 결정하기 위한 것이다. 83개에 합성포장 구간을 대상으로 측정한 FWD 네트워크 레벨 조사에서는 FWD 네트워크 레벨 조사 프로토콜에서 하중 재하 수와 조사지점 수를 줄여도 포장 구조해석 결과에는 크게 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 간소화된 FWD 네트워크 레벨 조사 프로토콜은 FWD 측정 결과에 영향을 미치지 않으면서 측정 조사율을 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 교통 통제로 인한 간접비용도 절감시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.

  • 시스템의 성능 요구 사항은 일반적으로 해당 시스템이 제공하는 서비스의 품질과 높은 연관성을 가진다. 예를 들어 이동통신 시스템에서 통화 성공률은 서비스 품질과 직결되는 사항으로 매우 높은 중요도를 가지며 체계적인 성능 시험 방법이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 구간 추정 기법을 이용하여 이동통신 시스템의 통화 성공률을 시험하는 방안을 제안한다. 또한 제안된 시험 방안을 기반으로 방송통신위원회에서 최근 시행한 3G 이동전화 서비스 품질 평가에서 사용된 판정 기준에 대해 고찰해 보고 문제점에 대해 살펴본다.

  • 게임 산업은 지속적으로 성장하고 있지만 게임의 수명은 짧아지고 있다. 게임 서비스의 질을 향상시키는 활동은 게임의 수명을 늘리는 역할을 한다. 게임이 서비스되면 서버는 로그 정보를 저장하고, 이렇게 저장된 데이터는 사용자의 활동을 예측하는데 중요한 자료가 된다. 게임의 데이터는 많아지고 빅데이터로써 활용성이 높다. 이렇게 게임에 저장된 데이터를 분석하여 게임 서비스를 질을 향상시키고 더 나은 서비스를 진행하기 위한 게임 서비스 이슈 분석 절차를 제안하고, 이를 밸런스 테스트 프로세스로 적용하여 전문가 검토를 통해 검증하였다. 본 논문을 통해 로그 분석 프로세스를 적용한다면 게임 서비스의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 기초 자료가 될 것이다.

O2O를 활용한 신선한 농산품 전자상거래의 지속적 사용의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Continuance Intention of O2O Fresh Agricultural Products E-Commerce)

  • Purpose - This study focuses on the continuance intention of O2O fresh agricultural products e-commerce. By literature review, this paper looks through the classical theories which are often applied to study use behavior and continuance intention on the electronic commerce area. Ultimately based on the expectancy theory, Technology acceptance model, success model as well as trust model, a model of the continuance intention of fresh products O2O electronic commerce application is established. Research design, data, and methodology - Among users Chinese consumers have been chosen who have use experience as the research objects. From October 2, 2018 to November 2, 2018, 685 questionnaires in total were collected by the online release and collection. Expect for the negative questionnaires, the remaining 650 pieces of data are statistically analyzed. The collected data were firstly be analyzed by SPSS Ver. 25 on its frequency, reliability and exploratory factors. Then AMOS Ver. 25 is applied to the Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Discriminant Validity and hypothesis testing of the Structural Equation Modeling. Finally, the following research conclusions could be obtained from the hypothesis testing. Results - Firstly, in the extended IS model, quality factor for hypothesis testing, service quality, information quality and delivery quality have obviously present positive influences on satisfaction respectively. Secondly, in the hypothesis testing part of ECM-ISC model and UTAUT model, all hypotheses have presented accepted results. Especially from expectation confirmation to usefulness perception, the influence factor achieves 12.603, In the hypothesis of continuance intention, the influence factor of social influence on continuance intention is 7.748 and also it is the most remarkable one. Conclusions - The results show that the service quality of O2O fresh agricultural products e-commerce has the greatest impact on satisfaction, while the perceived usefulness of consumers has the most significant impact on O2O fresh agricultural products for sustainable use intention. This thesis makes up for the blank of O2O fresh food e-commerce for sustainable use intentions, and provides a theoretical basis for consumers' sustainable use behavior, and practical enlightenment for the sustainable development of O2O fresh agricultural products e-commerce.

Testing and Adjustment for Inhomogeneity Temperature Series Using the SNHT Method

  • Data quality and climate forecasting performance deteriorates because of long climate data contaminated by non-climatic factors such as the station relocation or new instrument replacement. For a trusted climate forecast, it is necessary to implement data quality control and test inhomogeneous data. Before the inhomogeneity test, a reference series was created by $d$ index to measure the temperature series relationship between the candidate and surrounding stations. In this study, a inhomogeneity test to each season and climatological station was performed on the daily mean temperatures, daily minimum temperatures and daily maximum temperatures. After comparing two inhomogeneity tests, the traditional and the adjusted SNHT method, we found the adjusted SNHT method was slightly superior to the traditional one.
