PDA는 저장 공간이 제약적이고 입력을 위해 펜 기반장치를 사용해야 하므로 불편함을 지닌다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 불편함을 보완하기 위하여 기존의 음성인식 시스템을 XML(extensible Markup Language) 웹 서비스로 제공하고, PDA에서 음성인식 웹 서비스를 요청함으로써 음성명령이 가능하도록 구현하였다. 본 시스템의 구성은 모바일 클라이언트와 음성인식 웹 서비스 프로바이더로 되어 있다. 모바일 클라이언트는 사용자정보와 음성 데이터를 DIME(Direct Internet Message Encapsulation)을 이용하여 음성 인식 웹 서비스 프로바이더를 요청한다. 음성 인식 웹 서비스 프로바이더는 인증된 클라이언트에 한하여 음성 인식 결과와 사용자명을 반환하는 서비스를 제공한다. 따라서 이 시스템은 PDA에서 대용량의 음성 DB나 음성인식 시스템을 직접 탑재하지 않고도 음성인식 서비스를 이용할 수 있다.

This study is based on the National Pension Research Institute's 2013 Korean Retirement and Income Study(KReIS) 5 Data for Parents and Children Care over 50 years old and analyzed the satisfaction level of life according to the characteristics of 226 people in society. The results showed that women were more satisfied with their lives than men, and when the age was lower, when they had spouses, and when they had independent economic power. As for the grandchildren caring provider, the higher the education levels, the higher the satisfaction with life. And across all areas, the grandchildren care provider showed greater satisfaction with life than the parents care provider. These results show that the burden of the parents' carers is as great as that. Suggestions based on these results are as follows. First, It is necessary to develop a health care program that can be easily accessed by family carers. Second, Direct economic support is needed, with the primary focus being on family carers. Third, services targeting parents care providers are needed. It is also necessary to form a network that can share the difficulties of parental care.

최근에 WCDMA, LTE 등 이동통신망의 기술 발달과 모바일 폰의 성능 향상과 보급 확대로 모바일 폰을 이용한 M-commerce가 급속도로 확산되고 있다. 모바일 쇼핑몰은 보통 인터넷 쇼핑몰과는 다른 별도의 사이트로 구축되어 운용되고 있다. 이는 별도 사이트 구축에 따른 비용 추가는 물론, 유 무선 환경간의 콘텐츠 비연동으로 인하여 사이트 운영의 비효율성을 초래한다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰로부터 사용자에게 관심 있는 상품 항목을 추출하여 모바일 쇼핑몰 콘텐츠를 구성하는 M-commerce 콘텐츠 제공자 시스템을 개발하고, 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 적용하고, 평가한다. 평가 결과는 사용자의 모바일 폰에 전송되는 데이터가 일반 웹브라우저를 사용한 경우와 비교해서 크게 감소된다는 것을 보여준다.

The trend of globalization leads an increased need for international freight transportation and accelerates the development of the international logistics industry. The objective of this paper is to identify the critical factors that affect the choice of logistics service provider (LSP). The data sample was collected through a questionnaire, responded by 218 companies that outsource logistics services. The analysis uses descriptive statistics; exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and regression analysis were conducted with SPSS. The role of capabilities, customer service, and company reputation were evaluated and tested. Our findings show that capabilities and customer service have a considerable impact on the choice of LSP. The findings also indicate that company reputation do not have significant impact on the choice of LSP. They also showed that the capabilities is the variable that has the most significant effect on the choice of LSP. An implication of this study is that the competition should not only focus on pricing, but should be extended to improving enterprises capabilities, i.e., upgrading human resources, modernizing the modes of transportation, expanding business geographically and developing new technologies. Our study provides LSP managers with insights into how to meet customer expectations in the competitive logistics service sector.

급변하는 방송 환경 속에서 지상파 방송사는 광고 매체로서 또한 제작사로서 그 역할이 위축되고 있는 것이 사실이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 변화하는 방송 환경에 대응하기 위한 지상파 방송사의 채널사용사업으로의 진출에 주목하고 지상파 계열 MPP를 에이커(Aaker)가 제시한 캐쉬 카우 브랜드 방패 브랜드, 전략적 브랜드, 실버 블렛 브랜드, 브랜드 에너자이저 등의 5가지 브랜드 포트폴리오 유형에 따라 평가해보고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 지상파 계열 MPP들은 다른 케이블 채널에 비해 높은 광고 수익으로 안정적인 채널 운영을 하고 있는 것으로 나타나, 추가적인 지원을 필요로 하지 않고 포트폴리오 전체에 수익을 창출해주는 캐시 카우 브랜드 사례들이 많다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 뿐만 아니라, 각 지상파 방송사들 간의 포트폴리오 유형이 유사하게 나타나고 있었으며, 브랜드 간 역할도 중복되는 경우가 다수 발견되었다.

최근 공유 경제가 활성화 되면서, 자전거 분야에서도 공유 자전거 서비스가 큰 인기를 끌고 있다. 공유 자전거 서비스는 환경 오염을 줄이고, 저렴한 가격에 자전거를 빌려 쓸 수 있다는 특징이 있다. 본 연구에서는 공유 자전거 서비스 환경에서 지속 사용 의도 형성 메커니즘에 대해서 살펴보고자 하였다. 지속 사용 의도의 주요 선행 요인으로 지각된 가치와 제공 업체에 대한 신뢰를 고려하였다. 그리고 지각된 유용성, 지각된 이용 편리성, 지각된 즐거움이 지각된 가치와 제공 업체에 대한 신뢰에 미치는 영향도 살펴보았다. 본 연구 모형은 중국에서 공유 자전거 서비스를 이용한 271명을 대상으로 검증하였다. 지각된 가치와 제공 업체에 대한 신뢰는 지속 사용 의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 지각된 유용성은 지각된 가치와 제공 업체에 대한 신뢰에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 지각된 이용 편리성과 지각된 즐거움은 지각된 가치와 제공 업체에 대한 신뢰 모두 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구 결과는 공유 자전거 서비스에 대한 학문 및 실무적 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Background : If different cost efficiency indexes were informed to the same clinic depending on the inclusion or exclusion of pharmacy cost, it may impair the reliability of provider-profiling system. This study aimed to investigate whether the omission of pharmacy cost affects cost-efficiency rankings in medical clinics. Methods : Data for ambulatory care cost at 23,112 medical clinics were collected from the claims database, which was constructed after review by the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA) of Korea in April 2007. We calculated two types of cost efficiency indexes by inclusion or exclusion of pharmacy cost for a medical clinic. The agreement between the decile rankings of the two indexes was also assessed using the weighted kappa statistic of Landis and Koch. Results : When the cost efficiency index for total cost including pharmacy cost was compared with the index for total cost excluding it, the agreement between the two indexes was only 55%. The agreements between the two indexes were relatively low within specialties which have larger pharmacy volume of total cost and lower correlation between total cost with or without pharmacy cost included than the average level of all the specialties. Conclusion : These results suggest that the omission of pharmacy cost may result in contradictory outcomes that may be confusing to a medical institution and may impair the reliability of provider-profiling systems. It is very important to standardize profiling criteria for the reliability of provider profiling system.

경쟁력 있는 물류서비스를 제공받고자 하는 화주기업에게 3PL 기업의 선택은 중요한 과정이다. 하지만 소비자인 화주기업의 관점에서 3PL 기업을 선정하는데 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 전문가의 지식을 효율적으로 추출하여 계량화할 수 있는 CFPR (Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relations) 방법을 활용하여 국내 화주기업이 3PL 기업을 선정할 때 활용하는 요인을 추출하고, 요인별 가중치를 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 분석결과 대요인은 "운영요인"이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났으며, 다음으로는 "전략적 요인", 마지막으로 "의사소통 요인"이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 복합 가중치의 결과를 살펴보면 "비용절감"이 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났으며, "업체의 전문성", "재고관리능력", "인적자원관리" 등의 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 화주사 측면에서 3PL 기업을 선정할 때 고려하여야 하는 핵심요소를 제시하였으며, 3PL 기업 측면에서는 화주사가 중요하게 고려하는 요인들을 강화하여 향후 화주사의 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에 산업적인 시사점이 있다. 향후연구에서는 화주를 산업별로 구분하고, 각 산업별 화주사가 3PL 기업 선정할 때 발생하는 요인의 차이점을 분석할 필요가 있다.

본 논문에서는 실내에 센서 네트워크가 적용된 USN 응용 시스템에서 발생하는 센서나 설비 장치의 오작동을 진단하여, 해당 시스템이 제공하는 서비스의 신뢰성을 높여주는 오작동 진단 상황인지 미들웨어를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 새롭게 제안하는 미들웨어는 데이터관리 모듈, 상황정보제공 모듈, 상황분석 모듈, 서비스제공 모듈, 정보저장소 모듈로 구성되며, 모듈간의 상호작용으로 얻은 데이터는 오작동 진단 알고리즘을 통해 비교 분석함으로써, 센서나 설비 장치의 오작동 여부를 판단한다. 구현된 미들웨어는 시뮬레이션을 통해 수행성을 검증하였다. 그 결과 다수의 센서가 설치된 대형 시스템에서 본 미들웨어가 높은 성능을 발휘한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

클라우드 서비스는 모든 자원을 서비스 제공자가 제공하고 다수의 사용자가 공유하기 때문에 서비스 제공자가 사용자의 정보를 더욱 안전하게 보호해야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 클라우드 서비스의 보안을 강화하기 위해 NoSQL 기반의 비정상 탐지 시스템을 제안한다. 다양한 보안장비에서 발생시키는 보안 로그와 클라우드 노드에서 발생시키는 데이터는 대량의 데이터가 형식이 모두 다른 비정형 데이터이기 때문에 기존의 통합보안 관리 시스템에서 사용하는 관계형 데이터베이스를 사용하여서는 실시간 처리가 어렵다. 제안하는 시스템은 분산처리 환경에서 실시간 처리 및 확장성을 제공하기 때문에 클라우드 환경에서 새롭게 대두되는 보안 문제를 해결할 수 있다.
